&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Extracte de l'acord del Consell Executiu del Consell Mallorca, en sessió de 29 de maig de 2025 del Departament de Presidència del Consell de Mallorca relativa a la convocatòria de subvencions per a entitats sense ànim de lucre per a l'any 2025.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;De conformitat amb el que es preveu als articles 17.3 b i 20.8 a de la Llei 38/2003, de 17 de novembre, general de subvencions, es publica l'extracte de la convocatòria, el text del qual es pot consultar a la Base de Dades Nacional de Subvencions&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;(https://www.infosubvenciones.es/bdnstrans/GE/es/convocatoria/840630).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. Objecte de la convocatòria&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Constitueix l'objecte de la present convocatòria pública la concessió de subvencions a entitats sense ànim de lucre que realitzin projectes i activitats que tinguin com a finalitat el suport, l' empoderament i la millora de les condicions de vida de les persones en context de prostitució a la part forana de Mallorca. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Les iniciatives subvencionades s'hauran d'orientar tant a la prevenció i la sensibilització social sobre la prostitució, com a l'atenció integral a les persones que es troben en situació o en risc de prostitució, mitjançant l'oferta de serveis d'atenció i acompanyament, suport psicosocial i accés a recursos educatius, laborals i de salut. Així mateix, es podran incloure accions dirigides a la ciutadania per promoure una visió crítica envers la prostitució, amb l'objectiu de fomentar una major consciencia social sobre les causes estructurals de la prostitució. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. Entitats beneficiàries&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Poden participar en aquesta convocatòria de subvencions les entitats i associacions d'iniciativa social sense ànim de lucre que duguin a terme projectes i activitats a la part forana de Mallorca, que estiguin legalment constituïdes d'acord amb la normativa vigent, registrades i actives a la data d'inici del termini per a presentar sol·licituds.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3. Actuacions i despeses subvencionables&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El projecte que es presenti amb la sol·licitud de subvenció ha d'anar adreçat a persones residents a la Part Forana i tenir-les com a beneficiàries.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La seva finalitat ha de ser:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Promoure l'accés de les persones que exerceixen la prostitució als recursos públics i privats, la millora de la convivència, la detecció de situacions de risc, l'establiment d'itineraris de promoció personal i laboral per a tenir alternatives a la prostitució, així com la millora del coneixement sobre el fenomen de la prostitució mitjançant l'elaboració d'una memòria sobre l'actuació i perfil de les persones en context de prostitució de la Part Forana.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Accions de sensibilització i prevenció adreçades a la ciutadania, amb l'objectiu de fomentar una major consciencia social sobre les causes estructurals de la prostitució i promoure valors de respecte, igualtat i no discriminació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Les despeses subvencionables en aquesta convocatòria son les següents:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Despeses directes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a) Personal tècnic. En aquesta partida s'inclouen les despeses derivades del pagament de retribucions al personal vinculat totalment al projecte. S'inclouen també en aquesta partida les quotes d'assegurances socials a càrrec de l'entitat del personal adscrit al projecte. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b) Formació, tant de les usuàries com dels professionals, dedicada únicament al projecte o activitat subvencionada. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;c) Específiques de les activitats previstes de les persones destinatàries del projecte: transport, material fungible, etc.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Despeses indirectes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;d) Materials d'oficina, publicitat i difusió específics del projecte o activitat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;4. Període subvencionable&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;Les actuacions subvencionables s'han d'haver realitzat totalment en el període comprès des de l'1 de gener de 2025 al 15 de setembre de 2025. Excepcionalment, en els casos en que l'activitat subvencionable tingui la data d'inici fins a 15 dies abans de l'inici del període subvencionable o una data de finalització 15 dies després del darrer dia del període subvencionable, es podran considerar actuacions a valorar però només es poden considerar despeses subvencionables les realitzades dins el període subvencionable (d'1 de gener a 15 de setembre de 2025).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;5. Imports màxims&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;L'import màxim que es destina a aquesta convocatòria ascendeix a 100.000,00 €, el qual es finançarà amb càrrec a l'aplicació pressupostària 00.23168.48901 amb RC núm. 220250008610.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La línia objecte de subvenció és la següent:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Línia 1: Entitats sense ànim de lucre.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;- 100.000,00 euros de la partida pressupostària 00.23168.48901&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;6. Termini de presentació de sol·licituds&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El termini per presentar les sol·licituds és de 20 dies hàbils, comptadors a partir de l'endemà de publicar-se l'extracte d'aquesta convocatòria en el Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears. Si el darrer dia és dissabte, diumenge o un dia declarat festiu al municipi de Palma, s'entén prorrogat fins al primer dia hàbil següent.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Les entitats han de presentar la documentació corresponent a través del tràmit que es publica a la Seu Electrònica del Consell de Mallorca (https://seu.conselldemallorca.net). &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;7. Règim jurídic&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;De conformitat amb el que estableix l'article 70 de la Llei Orgànica 1/2007, de 28 de febrer, de reforma de l'Estatut d'Autonomia de les Illes Balears, i l'article 96.2 de la Llei 4/2022, de 28 de juny, de consells insulars, aquesta convocatòria es regeix pel que es disposa en el Decret legislatiu 2/2005, de 28 de desembre, pel qual s'aprova el text refós de la llei de subvencions de la CAIB i la resta de normativa que hi sigui d'aplicació. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Aquesta convocatòria s'efectua en el marc de l'Ordenança general de subvencions del Consell Insular de Mallorca, aprovada pel Ple del Consell de Mallorca, en sessió de 23 de desembre de 2016, BOIB núm. 21, de 18 de febrer de 2017, i modificada per Acord del Ple de 14 de juny de 2018, BOIB núm. 96, de 4 d'agost de 2018.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
