&lt;p style="text-align: center"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Resolució de la Sra. Batlessa de l'Ajuntament de Lloseta per aprovar la contractació com a personal laboral fix i l'adjudicació del lloc de treball a les persones aspirants que han superat el procés selectiu d'estabilització pel sistema de concurs excepcional del grup C2, de &amp;#xa0;monitor-a de piscina, de l'Ajuntament de Lloseta&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Fets&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;1. En el BOIB núm. 99 de 30 de juliol de 2022 es va publicar el conveni signat amb l'ajuntament de Lloseta pel qual el Consell de Mallorca s'encarregava de l'aprovació de les bases, la convocatòria i la gestió dels processos d'estabilització de l'ocupació temporal que estableix la Llei 20/2021, de 28 de desembre, de mesures urgents per a la reducció de la temporalitat en l'ocupació&amp;#xa0; pública,&amp;#xa0; que deriven de les ofertes d'ocupació pública aprovades per l'esmentat ajuntament de Lloseta (BOIB núm. 176, de 25 de desembre de 2021).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;2. En el BOIB núm. 133, de 10 d'octubre de 2024 es varen publicar l'aprovació de la pròrroga per un any de la vigència dels convenis relatius als encàrrecs de gestió de les entitats locals esmentades, a favor del Consell de Mallorca, que varen ratificar l'Ajuntament de Lloseta amb data de fi de la pròrroga de 26 de juliol de 2025. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;3. Per Resolució del conseller executiu d'Hisenda i Funció Pública de data 30 de novembre de 2022 (BOIB núm. 158, de 6 de desembre de 2022), modificada per Resolució del conseller executiu d'Hisenda i Funció Pública de data 24 de gener de 2023 i de data 8 de febrer de 2023 (BOIB núm. 13, de 28 de gener de 2023 i BOIB núm. 19, de data 11 de febrer de 2023), i per Resolució de la consellera executiva d'Hisenda i Funció Pública de data 29 d'agost de 2023 (BOIB núm. 121, de 30 d'agost de 2023), es va aprovar la convocatòria del procés selectiu pel sistema excepcional de concurs de mèrits per a l'ingrés com a personal laboral fix del subgrup C2, dels Ajuntaments d'Algaida, Campanet, Felanitx, Inca , Lloseta, Manacor, Santa Maria i EMSER 2002 SLU. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;En aquesta resolució es van convocar quatre places de monitor-a de piscina de l'Ajuntament de Lloseta. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;4. Per Acord del tribunal qualificador competent d'aquest procés selectiu d'estabilització,un cop concloses la revisió i baremació dels mèrits dels aspirants, en data 20 de març de 2025 es va publicar en el tauler electrònic d'anuncis i en la seu electrònica del Consell Insular de Mallorca, la llista definitiva de puntuacions obtingudes, així com el llistat de llocs corresponents a les places convocades, donant un termini de 4 dies hàbils per comunicar l'ordre de preferència dels llocs oferts..&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;5. De conformitat amb el punt 8.8 de les bases específiques de la convocatòria, un cop assignats els llocs de treball oferts, el tribunal ha d'elevar al conseller executiu d'Hisenda i Funció pública la proposta de persones aspirants que han superat el procés selectiu de concurs de mèrits, amb assignació de llocs de feina, desglossada, en el seu cas, per torns d'accés. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;6. En data 4 d'abril de 2025, per Resolució del Conseller executiu d'Hisenda i Funció Pública, l'aspirant Jaume Servera Cañellas, amb opció a l'adjudicació de la plaça monitor de piscina de l'Ajuntament de Lloseta va ser declarat per decaigut en el seu dret al tràmit i exclòs definitivament a la participació en la convocatòria corresponent. per la qual cosa el Tribunal Qualificador proposa l'assignació del lloc de treball, a la següent persona de la llista definitiva de puntuacions de mèrits del procés, el senyor Jaume Villalonga Coll. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;7. En data 8 de maig de 2025 el conseller d'Hisenda i Funció Pública del Consell de Mallorca ha dictat resolució per aprovar la llista definitiva de la persona aspirant que han superat el procés selectiu d'estabilització pel sistema de concurs excepcional per &amp;#xa0;l'ingrés com a personal laboral fix del subgrup C2, derivat de l'oferta d'ocupació pública extraordinària de l'Ajuntament de Lloseta (monitor-a de piscina), d'acord amb el que s'indica en l'Annex 1 d'aquest document.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&amp;#xa0; &amp;#xa0; &amp;#xa0; &amp;#xa0; &amp;#xa0; &amp;#xa0; &amp;#xa0; &amp;#xa0; &amp;#xa0; &amp;#xa0; &amp;#xa0; &amp;#xa0; &amp;#xa0; &amp;#xa0; &amp;#xa0; &amp;#xa0; &amp;#xa0; &amp;#xa0; &amp;#xa0;&amp;#xa0;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;8. D'acord amb el punt 9 de les bases específiques del procediment aquest Ajuntament ha de dictar resolució adjudicant el lloc de treball a la persona que ha superat el procés selectiu, i que es formalitzarà en el contracte com a personal laboral fix de la categoria o especialitat que pertoqui de cada entitat. El termini per a la signatura del contracte s'inicia l'endemà de la publicació en el BOIB de la resolució esmentada al punt 9.1, i serà de tres dies hàbils, sens perjudici de l'aplicació del que disposa el paràgraf segon de l'article 37 del Decret 27/1994. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

La llei 20/2021 de 28 de desembre de mesures urgents per a la reducció de la temporalitat en la ocupació pública &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;5. La llei&amp;#xa0; 4/2022, de&amp;#xa0; 28 de juny&amp;#xa0; de consells Insulars &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;6. L'article 4 del Decret llei 6/2022, de 13 de juny, de noves mesures urgents per reduir la temporalitat en l'ocupació pública de les Illes Balears&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;7. La Resolució del conseller executiu d'Hisenda i Funció Pública de data 30 de novembre de 2022 (BOIB núm. 158, de 6 de desembre de 2022), modificada per Resolució del conseller executiu d'Hisenda i Funció Pública de data 24 de gener de 2023 i de data 8 de febrer de 2023 (BOIB núm. 13, de 28 de gener de 2023 i BOIB núm. 19, de data 11 de febrer de 2023), i per Resolució de la consellera executiva d'Hisenda i Funció Pública de data 29 d'agost de 2023 (BOIB núm. 121, de 30 d'agost de 20230), es va aprovar la convocatòria del procés selectiu pel sistema excepcional de concurs de mèrits per a l'ingrés com a personal laboral (BOIB núm. 158, de 6 de desembre de 2022).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Per tot això, dict la següent&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

ADJUDICAR, &lt;/strong&gt;d'acord amb la resolució dictada pel conseller d'Hisenda i Funció Pública del Consell de Mallorca, els llocs de treball a les persones aspirants que han superat el procés selectiu d'estabilització pel sistema de concurs excepcional per a &amp;#xa0;l'ingrés com a personal laboral fix del subgrup C2, derivat de l'oferta d'ocupació pública extraordinària del l'Ajuntament de Lloseta (monitor-a de piscina), d'acord amb el que s'indica en l'Annex 1 d'aquest document.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;2. ORDENAR &lt;/strong&gt;la publicació de la present Resolució en el Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears, als efectes oportuns. Les persones a les que s'han adjudicat el lloc de treball disposaràn d'un termini de 3 dies hàbils, comptats a partir del dia següent a la publicació, per a la signatura del contracte.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
