&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. Els articles 9, 9 bis, 9 ter i 9 quater de la Llei 55/2003, de 16 de desembre, de l'estatut marc del personal estatutari dels serveis de salut, regulen, entre d'altres aspectes, les causes per efectuar nomenaments de personal estatutari temporal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. L'article 33.1 d'aquesta Llei 55/2003 disposa que la selecció de personal estatutari temporal s'ha de fer per mitjà dels procediments que permetin la màxima agilitat en la selecció, que s'han de basar en els principis d'igualtat, mèrit, capacitat i publicitat i s'han d'establir havent-los negociat prèviament en les meses corresponents.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3. L'article 26 de l'Acord de la Mesa Sectorial de Sanitat de 13 de maig de 2022 pel qual es regulen els procediments de selecció de personal estatutari temporal del Servei de Salut per mitjà de la creació de borses úniques de treball per a cada categoria i especialitat —ratificat pel Consell de Govern de 20 de juny de 2022 publicat en el BOIB núm. 80, de 21 de juny de 2022— (en endavant, Acord de Borsa) regula un procediment especial de selecció aplicable a determinades categories, entre les quals hi ha facultatiu/facultativa especialista d'àrea (FEA) i metge/metgessa d'urgència hospitalària.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4. L'article 27 de l'Acord de Borsa regula els nomenaments de caràcter urgent de determinades categories, entre les quals hi ha FEA i metge/metgessa d'urgència hospitalària.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;5. D'altra banda, la disposició transitòria sisena de l'Acord de Borsa fa referència als procediments especials de selecció i estableix que «Les parts es comprometen a regular un procés de selecció temporal específic per al personal facultatiu que substitueixi les previsions contingudes en els punts 25, 26 i 27 d'aquest acord, que continuaran essent aplicables fins al moment en què s'aprovi aquest procediment específic.»&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;6. Per aquest motiu es va aprovar l'Acord de la Mesa Sectorial de Sanitat de l'Administració de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears de 27 de març de 2023 pel qual s'adopten mesures organitzatives en matèria de selecció de personal temporal estatutari del Servei de Salut de les Illes Balears (ratificat per l'Acord del Consell de Govern de 3 d'abril de 2023, publicat al BOIB núm. 42, de 4 d'abril de 2023).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Cal destacar que, segons el punt 4 d'aquest Acord, el procediment específic de selecció de personal estatutari temporal facultatiu del Servei de Salut seria aplicable durant el termini màxim de dos anys comptadors des de l'endemà de la publicació en el BOIB, la qual cosa implica que deixaria de ser vigent un cop transcorregut aquest termini si no havien desaparegut els motius que n'havien provocat l'aprovació. En conseqüència, aquest Acord no és aplicable des del 5 d'abril de 2025.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;D'altra banda, en el punt 3 no es concretaven quins criteris s'havien de tenir en compte per valorar la «capacitació específica».&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;7. La Direcció General del Servei de Salut ha detectat que actualment es manté una situació de mancança greu de facultatius/facultatives especialistes d'àrea. Per aquest motiu, mentre no es formalitzi la regulació projectada s'ha considerat convenient adoptar de manera transitòria i excepcional un conjunt de mesures per solucionar aquesta situació, que compromet la prestació correcta de l'activitat assistencial i fa imprescindible continuar disposant de sistemes de selecció de personal estatutari temporal més àgils i eficients que permetin formalitzar nomenaments de llarga durada en un espai de temps breu.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Sobre això, cal destacar que els procediments de selecció prevists en els punts 26 i 27 de l'Acord de Borsa no resulten àgils quan es donen situacions de necessitat de professionals que s'han d'atendre de manera urgent o immediata per evitar que resulti compromesa la correcta prestació assistencial.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Per tot això, la Direcció General del Servei de Salut entén que cal resoldre immediatament la situació descrita i, de conformitat amb la disposició transitòria sisena de l'Acord de Borsa, considera convenient regular un nou procés de selecció temporal específic de personal facultatiu per tal de disposar d'un instrument àgil i eficaç per convocar i resoldre aquests procediments de selecció més ràpidament i alhora serveixi per captar professionals. Per tant, es considera necessari regular un nou procediment específic de selecció obert i permanent.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;8. En conseqüència, el 17 de maig de 2025 es va publicar en el BOIB l'Acord del Consell de Govern de 16 de maig de 2025 pel qual es ratifica l'Acord de la Mesa Sectorial de Sanitat de l'Administració de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears de 9 de maig de 2025 pel qual s'adopten mesures organitzatives en matèria de selecció de personal estatutari temporal del Servei de Salut de les Illes Balears, per mitjà del qual s'aprova de manera transitòria i excepcional un procediment específic —de caràcter obert i permanent— de selecció de personal estatutari temporal sanitari del subgrup A1 del Servei de Salut per formalitzar els nomenaments necessaris per tal de cobrir les necessitats assistencials.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Aquest procediment específic de selecció únicament és aplicable per cobrir temporalment places corresponents a totes les categories de FEA i de metge/metgessa d'urgència hospitalària que no disposin de borsa única quan concorrin raons de caràcter tecnicoassistencial que suposin la necessitat urgent de cobrir places d'aquestes categories i no se'n pugui demorar el nomenament.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La regulació d'aquest procés específic no implica que no s'hagi de complir la disposició transitòria sisena, de manera que subsisteix l'obligació de regular un procés de selecció temporal específic per al personal facultatiu.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;9. El titular de la Direcció General del Servei de Salut ha de dictar una resolució per aprovar la convocatòria única d'aquest procediment específic, que serà vigent en el temps i amb el qual es formalitzaran els nomenaments necessaris per cobrir les necessitats assistencials.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En relació amb el principi de publicitat, la convocatòria i les bases íntegres s'han de publicar en el BOIB i en el portal web del Servei de Salut.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;10. D'acord amb la disposició final segona del Decret llei 5/2023, de 28 d'agost, de mesures urgents en l'àmbit educatiu i en el sanitari, que modifica la lletra d) de l'article 30 de la Llei 3/2007, de 27 de març, de la funció pública de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears, el nivell de coneixements de català ha de ser l'exigit en els termes establerts reglamentàriament. No obstant això, s'exceptua d'aquesta exigència el personal estatutari i laboral sanitari del Servei de Salut de les Illes Balears i dels ens públics que hi estan adscrits el requisit d'accés del qual sigui una titulació de la branca sanitària.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Fonaments de dret&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. La Llei 39/2015, d'1 d'octubre, del procediment administratiu comú de les administracions públiques.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. La Llei 40/2015, d'1 d'octubre, de règim jurídic del sector públic.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3. La Llei orgànica 8/2021, de 4 de juny, de protecció integral a la infància i l'adolescència davant la violència.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4. La Llei 11/2016, de 28 de juliol, d'igualtat de dones i homes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;5. La Llei orgànica 3/2018, de 5 de desembre, de protecció de dades personals i de garantia dels drets digitals.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;6. El Reglament (UE) 2016/679 del Parlament Europeu i del Consell de 27 d'abril de 2016 relatiu a la protecció de les persones físiques pel que fa al tractament de les dades personals i a la lliure circulació d'aquestes dades i pel qual es deroga la Directiva 95/46/CE (Reglament general de protecció de dades).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Per tot això, dict la següent&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Resolució&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. Aprovar la convocatòria d'un procediment específic —de caràcter obert i permanent— de selecció de personal estatutari temporal del Servei de Salut de les Illes Balears, les bases del qual figuren en l'annex 1.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. Aprovar les categories sanitàries a les quals resulta aplicable aquest procediment específic, que figuren en l'annex 2.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3. Establir els criteris que cal tenir en compte per avaluar la idoneïtat dels aspirants, que figuren en l'annex 3.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4. Publicar el formulari de sol·licitud i aportació de documentació per participar en aquest procediment específic de selecció, que es mostra en l'annex 4 i que estarà disponible al web del Servei de Salut.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;5. Designar la Unitat de Borsa Única dels Serveis Corporatius del Servei de Salut com a òrgan encarregat de tramitar el procediment.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;6. Ordenar que aquesta Resolució es publiqui en el Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears i al web del Servei de Salut.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Interposició de recursos&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Contra aquesta Resolució —que exhaureix la via administrativa— es pot interposar un recurs de reposició davant l'òrgan que la dicta en el termini d'un mes comptador des de l'endemà de la data de la publicació, d'acord amb els articles 123 i 124 de la Llei 39/2015, d'1 d'octubre, del procediment administratiu comú de les administracions públiques, en relació amb l'article 57 de la Llei 3/2003, de 26 de març, de règim jurídic de l'Administració de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;També es pot interposar directament un recurs contenciós administratiu davant la jurisdicció contenciosa administrativa en el termini de dos mesos comptadors des de l'endemà de la data de publicació d'aquesta Resolució, d'acord amb els articles 8.6 i 46 de la Llei 29/1998, de 13 de juliol, reguladora de la jurisdicció contenciosa administrativa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. Normes generals&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1.1. L'objecte d'aquestes bases és regular la convocatòria d'un procediment específic de selecció de personal estatutari temporal sanitari, pertanyent al subgrup A1, del Servei de Salut de les Illes Balears. En concret, és aplicable a totes les categories estatutàries que es detallen en l'annex 2.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1.2. Aquest procediment es regeix pels principis generals següents:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a) Sotmetiment ple a la llei i al dret de totes les actuacions dutes a terme en la tramitació dels procediments.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b) Igualtat, mèrit i capacitat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;c) Objectivitat, imparcialitat, agilitat i eficàcia en l'actuació de les unitats administratives responsables dels procediments.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;d) Coordinació, cooperació i informació mútua entre les diferents administracions sanitàries públiques i serveis de salut.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;e) Adequació dels procediments a les funcions que s'han d'exercir en els llocs de treball corresponents.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;f) Planificació eficient de les necessitats de recursos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;g) Integració en el règim organitzatiu i funcional del Servei de Salut.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1.3. El procediment de selecció està regulat per aquestes bases de conformitat amb l'Acord de la Mesa Sectorial de Sanitat de l'Administració de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears de 9 de maig de 2025 pel qual s'adopten mesures organitzatives en matèria de selecció de personal estatutari temporal (ratificat per l'Acord del Consell de Govern de 17 de maig de 2025 publicat en el BOIB núm. 62, de 17 de maig de 2025).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1.4. En tot el que l'Acord esmentat no prevegi expressament i sempre que no entri en contradicció amb el que s'hi estableix, és aplicable l'Acord de la Mesa Sectorial de Sanitat de 13 de maig de 2022 pel qual es regulen els procediments de selecció de personal estatutari temporal del Servei de Salut de les Illes Balears per mitjà de la creació de borses úniques de treball per a cada categoria i especialitat (ratificat per l'Acord del Consell de Govern de 20 de juny de 2022 publicat en el BOIB núm. 80, de 21 de juny de 2022).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. Requisits d'accés&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2.1. Per participar en aquesta convocatòria tot aspirant ha de complir els requisits següents:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a) Tenir la nacionalitat espanyola o la d'un estat membre de la Unió Europea o de l'Espai Econòmic Europeu, o tenir el dret a la lliure circulació de treballadors tal com estableix el Tractat de la Unió Europea o altres tractats ratificats per Espanya, o bé tenir reconegut aquest dret per mitjà d'una norma legal. Hi poden participar igualment —qualsevol que sigui la seva nacionalitat— els cònjuges dels ciutadans espanyols i dels altres estats membres de la Unió Europea sempre que no estiguin separats de dret, i també els seus descendents i els del seu cònjuge sempre que no estiguin separats de dret, tenguin menys de 21 anys o siguin majors d'aquesta edat i dependents.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;No obstant això, en aquest procediment selectiu s'eximeix del requisit de tenir la nacionalitat espanyola, de conformitat amb la disposició addicional desena de la Llei 5/2003, de 4 d'abril, de salut de les Illes Balears, i d'acord amb l'habilitació que confereix l'article 57.3 del Text refós de la Llei de l'estatut bàsic de l'empleat públic (aprovat pel Reial decret legislatiu 5/2015, de 30 d'octubre), en relació amb el que estableix l'article 30.5.a) de la Llei 55/2003, de 16 de desembre, de l'estatut marc del personal estatutari dels serveis de salut.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b) Tenir la titulació requerida per accedir a la categoria corresponent. En els casos de titulacions obtingudes a l'estranger, cal acreditar que estan homologades o que el títol està reconegut pel ministeri competent en matèria d'educació o d'universitats.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;c) Tenir la capacitat funcional necessària per exercir les funcions que es derivin del nomenament.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;d) Tenir complerts 16 anys i no excedir de l'edat de jubilació forçosa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;e) No haver estat separat per mitjà d'un expedient disciplinari del servei de qualsevol de les administracions públiques o dels òrgans constitucionals o estatutaris de les comunitats autònomes, ni estar inhabilitat absolutament o especialment per a llocs o càrrecs públics per mitjà d'una resolució judicial, ni estar inhabilitat per accedir al cos o a l'escala de funcionari o per exercir funcions similars a les que es desenvolupen en el cas de personal laboral en què hagi estat separat o inhabilitat. En el cas de ser ciutadà d'un altre estat, no pot estar inhabilitat o en una situació equivalent ni pot haver estat sotmès a una sanció disciplinària o equivalent que li impedeixi accedir a l'ocupació pública en el seu estat i en els mateixos termes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;f) Cursar la inscripció telemàticament emplenant el formulari creat a l'efecte i presentant la sol·licitud signada i la documentació necessària per a aquest procés selectiu.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;g) No incórrer en el moment del nomenament en una causa d'incompatibilitat d'acord amb el que preveu la Llei 53/1984, de 26 de desembre, d'incompatibilitats del personal al servei de les administracions públiques.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;h) No tenir la condició de personal estatutari fix de la mateixa categoria a la que opti en qualsevol servei de salut del Sistema Nacional de Salut.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2.2. Els requisits s'han de complir en el moment del nomenament i s'han de mantenir mentre sigui vigent.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3. Inscripció&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3.1. Els facultatius o facultatives especialistes d'àrea de les categories indicades en l'annex 2 d'aquesta Resolució i/o els metges o les metgesses d'urgències hospitalàries interessats a prestar serveis en el SSIB han de participar en aquesta convocatòria. A aquests efectes han d'emplenar i presentar la inscripció telemàticament.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Els professionals s'han d'inscriure en la categoria de personal estatutari corresponent d'acord amb la seva titulació acadèmica i/o especialitat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La sol·licitud s'ha d'entendre vàlidament formalitzada amb l'emplenament del formulari d'inscripció i la presentació de la sol·licitud i la documentació necessària segons el que disposa el punt 3.4.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;No obstant això, les inscripcions formalitzades amb posterioritat a la publicació i durant el període de vigència —fins al 5 d'abril de 2025— de l'Acord del Consell de Govern de data 3 d'abril de 2023, esmentat en el punt 6 dels antecedents i consideracions jurídiques d'aquest document, s'han d'incorporar d'ofici al nou procediment de selecció, llevat que l'interessat hi manifesti expressament l'oposició.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3.2. A la pàgina web del SSIB estarà disponible l'enllaç per accedir, descarregar i poder emplenar el «Formulari de sol·licitud i aportació de documentació per a un procés especial de selecció de personal estatutari temporal» de participació en el procediment específic de selecció de personal estatutari temporal sanitari objecte d'aquesta convocatòria. Aquest model s'incorpora igualment com a annex 4.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La pàgina web esmentada estarà operativa permanentment, de manera que la inscripció per part dels professionals interessats no es troba subjecta a cap tipus de termini.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Sens perjudici del que estableix l'apartat anterior pel que fa a la integració d'ofici, únicament les inscripcions efectuades a partir de l'endemà de la publicació d'aquesta convocatòria fins al termini assenyalat en l'apartat 3.10 d'aquest document s'han de considerar vàlides i s'han d'acceptar.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3.3. El domicili, els telèfons i el correu electrònic que figurin en la inscripció s'han de considerar vàlids a l'efecte de rebre notificacions, de manera que és responsabilitat exclusiva de la persona aspirant comunicar qualsevol canvi en aquestes dades i també haver-les consignat erròniament.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3.4. Juntament amb la sol·licitud, la persona aspirant ha de presentar documents originals o còpies autèntiques de la titulació, i també l'acreditació de la resta de requisits, establerts en el punt 2 de l'annex 1 de les bases d'aquesta convocatòria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La documentació requerida es pot presentar a l'Oficina d'Assistència en Matèria de Registre i a les oficines auxiliars del Servei de Salut de les Illes Balears, o per qualsevol de les vies previstes en l'article 16.4 de la Llei 39/2015.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;No cal presentar els documents que acreditin els serveis prestats com a personal estatutari temporal del Servei de Salut de les Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3.5. De conformitat amb el que estableix l'article 28.3 de la Llei 39/2015, d'1 d'octubre, del procediment administratiu comú de les administracions públiques, aquesta Administració no exigirà als interessats presentar documents originals, llevat que amb caràcter excepcional la normativa reguladora aplicable estableixi el contrari.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Així mateix, no se'ls requeriran dades o documents no exigits per la normativa reguladora aplicable o que hagin estat aportats anteriorment per l'interessat a qualsevol administració. A aquest efecte, l'interessat ha d'indicar en quin moment i davant quin òrgan administratiu ha presentat aquests documents, de manera que aquesta Administració pugui recaptar-los electrònicament per mitjà de les seves xarxes corporatives o d'una consulta a les plataformes d'intermediació de dades o altres sistemes electrònics habilitats a aquest efecte, llevat que consti en el procediment l'oposició expressa de l'interessat o la llei especial aplicable en requereixi el consentiment exprés. Excepcionalment, si aquesta Administració no pot recaptar-los, pot demanar-los a l'interessat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3.6. La presentació de la sol·licitud de participació en aquest procés selectiu implica l'autorització expressa del candidat perquè aquesta Administració, en l'exercici de les seves competències, pugui comprovar i accedir a les seves dades personals i titulacions acadèmiques per mitjà de les plataformes electròniques i registres habilitats a aquest efecte, conforme al que disposa la legislació vigent de protecció de dades i de procediment administratiu. L'accés a aquestes dades es limita a les estrictament necessàries per verificar els requisits i mèrits al·legats, en compliment dels principis de minimització i finalitat establerts en el Reglament general de protecció de dades (RGPD) i la Llei orgànica de protecció de dades i garantia dels drets digitals (LOPDGDD), sense que pertoqui l'exercici del dret d'oposició excepte en els supòsits legalment prevists.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Per exercir aquest dret d'oposició legalment previst, les persones interessades han de manifestar-ho expressament mitjançant escrit adreçat a la Unitat de Borsa Única.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3.7. La persona aspirant és responsable de la veracitat de les dades i dels mèrits al·legats. Consignar dades falses en la sol·licitud o en els mèrits al·legats implica l'exclusió definitiva de la persona aspirant o seleccionada en el procés selectiu.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3.8. En qualsevol moment, les persones interessades poden sol·licitar a la Unitat de Borsa Única que retiri la seva sol·licitud.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3.9. Les persones interessades a participar en la convocatòria poden presentar la sol·licitud en qualsevol moment a partir de l'endemà de la publicació d'aquesta Resolució en el Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3.10. El termini de presentació de sol·licituds finalitzarà, a tots els efectes, el dia 17 de maig de 2026.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4. Procediment&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4.1. Els titulars de les gerències territorials —o les unitats que aquests designin— han d'analitzar les necessitats de la seva plantilla i comunicar a la Unitat de Borsa Única les places corresponents a les categories objecte d'aquesta convocatòria que s'han de cobrir de manera urgent i inajornable per garantir la prestació assistencial.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;A aquest efecte, s'ha de comunicar telemàticament adjuntant l'autorització corresponent per cobrir les places demanades i emplenant-ne el formulari ad hoc, en el qual s'han de descriure les característiques de les places i, si escau, concretar la capacitació específica necessària per cobrir-les.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4.2. La Unitat de Borsa Única és responsable de gestionar les peticions de les gerències territorials i dels Serveis Corporatius del Servei de Salut.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Així mateix, en el supòsit que concorrin diversos candidats inscrits que compleixin els requisits necessaris per cobrir la plaça oferta i que hi estiguin interessats, la Unitat de Borsa traslladarà a la gerència sol·licitant la documentació referida als candidats esmentats, a l'efecte que emeti un informe sobre la idoneïtat dels aspirants interessats en funció de les característiques concretes i, si escau, a l'exigència de capacitació específica de la plaça que s'ha de cobrir.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La idoneïtat dels candidats s'ha d'avaluar d'acord amb els criteris establerts en l'annex 3. A aquest efecte, els candidats han d'aportar a la gerència la documentació que els requereixi, per tal de valorar la seva adequació conforme a aquests criteris.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4.3. Un cop la gerència hagi analitzat les característiques de cada aspirant i hagi designat el que sigui idoni per a la plaça en qüestió, contactarà amb el candidat i li oferirà el nomenament temporal que correspongui en cada cas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4.4. L'aplicació del procediment específic de selecció temporal del personal facultatiu del Servei de Salut ha de complir en tot moment els requisits establerts per la normativa vigent per adquirir la condició de personal estatutari temporal, de manera que abans de formalitzar el nomenament la gerència corresponent ha de comprovar que el candidat compleix aquests requisits. A aquest efecte, pot requerir-li la documentació que consideri oportuna.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4.5. Cal informar la Comissió de Seguiment de la tramitació d'aquest procediment i dels nomenaments que se'n derivin.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4.6. D'altra banda, s'ha de publicar amb freqüència trimestral al web del Servei de Salut una llista dels professionals inscrits en aquest procediment específic de selecció que indiqui la data d'inscripció i la categoria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;— Facultatiu/facultativa especialista d'àrea d'obstetrícia i ginecologia.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;— Metge/metgessa d'urgències hospitalàries.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;ANNEX 3&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;Criteris per determinar la idoneïtat dels aspirants&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Per determinar la idoneïtat dels candidats se seguiran, entre d'altres, els criteris següents:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

En aquest apartat es valoraran:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;— Doctorats&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;— Diploma d'estudis avançats (DEA) o de suficiència investigadora en el supòsit de no haver obtingut el títol de doctor:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;— Els títols oficials de màster universitari i títols universitaris propis de postgrau (certificat universitari, expert universitari, especialista universitari i màster universitari).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b) Les rotacions externes realitzades com a resident i com a adjunt fent tasques o funcions relacionades amb la capacitació específica demanada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;c) El temps de serveis prestats en institucions sanitàries públiques del SNS, en institucions sanitàries públiques de la Unió Europea o en institucions sanitàries públiques de l'Espai Econòmic Europeu com a personal estatutari, funcionari o laboral desenvolupant funcions relacionades amb la capacitació específica demanada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;d) Formació específica en matèries relacionades amb la capacitació demanada. En tot cas, aquesta formació ha d'estar degudament acreditada&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
