    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Es fa públic que el passat 28 de maig de 2025 es va dictar la següent Resolució de Presidència, mitjançant la qual es nomena un nova vocal per part de la Direcció General de Territori i Paisatge per participar a la CTA i, com a conseqüència, s'indica la nova composició d'aquest òrgan:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;(...)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;NOMENAMENT DE NOU VOCAL PER PART DE LA DIRECCIÓ GENERAL DE TERRITORI I PAISATGE DE LA CONSELLERIA D'HABITATGE, TERRITORI I MOBILITAT, PER FORMAR PART DE LA COMISSIÓ TÈCNICA ASSESSORA D'URBANISME, ORDENACIÓ DEL TERRITORI, PATRIMONI HISTÒRIC I ACTIVITATS DEL CONSELL INSULAR DE FORMENTERA (CTA).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Óscar Portas Juan, President del Consell Insular de Formentera, illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Vist l'escrit de la &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Conselleria d'Habitatge, Territori i Mobilitat&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; de data 8 d'abril de 2025, mitjançant el qual es cessa a les anteriors vocals i es designen nous representat per part d'aquella Conselleria per formar part de la CTA del Consell de Formentera.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Vist que la CTA és un òrgan de caràcter permanent, deliberant i consultiu destinat a assegurar la coordinació administrativa i la participació social en totes les matèries relacionades amb l'urbanisme i l'ordenació del territori, el patrimoni històric i les activitats. Els seus dictàmens tenen caràcter previ i preceptiu, llevat del casos d'urgència apreciats motivadament per l'òrgan competent per resoldre, en els quals se substituirà l'informe previ de la CTA per informe de la corresponent unitat administrativa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En aquest sentit, la CTA actua com a òrgan per a l'estudi, informe i proposta en els assumptes de les matèries esmentades en la seua denominació que siguin competència del Ple, de la Comissió de Govern o de la Presidència, o de qualsevol altre òrgan que actuï per delegació o desconcentració dels anteriors.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Vista la Resolució de Presidència de 4 de febrer de 2025, mitjançant la qual s'accepta la sol·licitud presentada per la Sra. Marta Vila Soriano de data 30 de gener de 2025, en la qual sol·licitava al Consell Insular de Formentera la renúncia a la seva plaça de lletrada, funcionària interina.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Atès que segons Resolució de Presidència de data 30/05/2024 es va nomenar de manera provisional i urgent al lletrat funcionari de carrera del Consell de Formentera Sr. David Francés Alonso com a Vicepresident de la CTA, tota vegada que la Sra. Victoria Toledo Moreno que exercia aquest càrrec des del 3 d'agost de 2023 es trobava en aquell moment en situació de permís laboral.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Atès que segons Resolució de Presidència de data 24/01/2025 es nomenava a la funcionària de carrera del Consell de Formentera Sra. Toledo Moreno com a vocal per tornar a formar part de la CTA.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Atès que segons Resolució de Presidència de 14/02/2025 sobre designació de competències als lletrats del Consell insular de Formentera, consten assignades les atribucions funcionals d'assessorament jurídic intern de totes les competències de l'àrea d'Urbanisme i Territori, i de l'àrea d'Activitats a la Sra. Toledo Moreno.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Cal redistribuir el càrrec de la Vicepresidència de la CTA i assignar-lo a la Sra. Toledo Moreno en atenció al contingut dels expedients que es tracten a dita Comissió.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Per tot l'anterior, i conforme amb les competències que m'atribueixen l'article 21.1, lletres &lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;q &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;i &lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;r&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;, l'article 129 i l'article 133.3 de la Llei 4/2022, de 28 d juny, de consells insulars, en relació a la disposició addicional segona d'aqueixa mateixa Llei, sobre personal del Consell Insular (precepte del tenor literal següent&lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;: Disposició addicional segona. Règim jurídic del personal de l'administració insular. El personal funcionari dels consells insulars i, en allò que escaigui, el personal eventual i el personal laboral, s'han de regir pel que disposen l'Estatut bàsic de l'empleat públic, la legislació bàsica estatal i la Llei de funció pública de la comunitat autònoma, tenint en compte el que es preveu en aquesta matèria en la Llei 20/2006, de 16 de desembre, municipal i de règim local de les Illes Balears&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;), i la restant normativa aplicable sobre el règim administratiu especial del Consell Insular de Formentera (Consell insular unimunicipal),&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;HE RESOLT&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Sr. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Javier Suárez Fernández, &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;cap de servei d'Anàlisi i Planificació Estratègica (suplent) de la Conselleria de d'Habitatge, Territori i Mobilitat del Govern de les Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Segon&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;.- &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;NOMENAR&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; a la funcionària de carrera del Consell de Formentera Sra. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Victoria Toledo Moreno&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; com a &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Vicepresidenta de la CTA&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;, en atenció al contingut dels expedients que es tracten a dita Comissió.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
