De conformitat amb l'apartat sisè de l'esmentada Resolució, el termini de presentació de sol·licituds va acabar el di a 31/05/2024 , i varen tenir entrada en el Registre del Fons de Garantia Agrària i Pesquera de les Illes Balears un total de 465 sol·licituds d'ajuda.</p> <p>3. Els òrgans gestors del Servei d'Ajudes al Desenvolupament Rural han dut a terme el control administratiu de les sol·licituds i de la documentació aportada d'acord amb les normes reguladores d'aquesta ajuda.</p> <p>4. Els interessats assenyalats a l' Annex I adjunt han presentat, dins el termini establert i en la forma escaient, tota la documentació necessària prevista a la convocatòria, i s'ha comprovat que compleixen amb els requisits exigits per poder ser beneficiaris d'aquesta ajuda.</p> <p>5.Una vegada avaluades les sol·licituds d'ajuda pels òrgans gestors, i d'acord amb els criteris d'elegibilitat de la convocatòria, als beneficiaris els hi correspon una ajuda màxima detallada a l' Annex I , després d'aplicar la deducció d'inversions i/o actuacions que no són elegibles per aquesta línia d'ajudes descrita a l' Annex II .</p> <p>6. Tenint en compte que el crèdit existent cobreix la totalitat de les peticions d'aquesta convocatòria no hi ha cap impediment per resoldre aquests expedients sense afectar el que disposa els apartats setè i vuitè de la convocatòria.</p> <p>7. En data 15 de maig de 2025 el Servei d'Ajudes al Desenvolupament Rural ha emès informe favorable i proposta provisional de concessió d'ajuda als beneficiaris relacionats a l' Annex I .</p> <p>8. En data 20 de maig de 202<span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:115%"><span style="color:#000000">5 es notifica, mitjançant publicació al BOIB (BOIB núm. 63), l'esmentada proposta provisional als interessats, concedint-los un termini de 10 dies per presentar les al·legacions escaients. </span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%"><span style="color:#000000"><span style="display:inline-block"><span style="color:#000000"><span style="background-color:#ffffff">9. Concedir l'ajuda sol·licitada als beneficiaris pels imports i amb els terminis detallats a l' Annex I, que són un total d' 1 expedient i que comença amb VICTORIA ISABEL OBRADOR URQUIJO i acaba amb&nbsp;VICTORIA ISABEL OBRADOR URQUIJO, que suma un import de 9.752,40 euros,&nbsp;anualitat 2024, relativa a la&nbsp;línia d'ajuda "&nbsp;Ajudes per Inversions en marges i tancaments 2015-2019”, </span></span><span style="display:inline-block"><span style="color:#000000">deduint les inversions/actuacions no elegibles especificades a l'Annex II .</span></span></span></span></span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="color:#000000"><span style="line-height:120%">2.
