Ordre del conseller d'Agricultura, Medi Ambient i Territori de 19 de febrer de 2015, per la qual s'estableixen les bases reguladores per a la concessió de subvencions en el marc del Programa de Desenvolupament Rural de les Illes Balears 2014-2020.</p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="color:#000000"><span style="line-height:120%"><span style="display:inline-block">3. Llei 39/2015 de 1 d'octubre de règim jurídic de les administracions públiques.</span></span></span></span></p> <p style="text-align:center"><strong><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%"><span style="color:#000000">Informe – proposta de resolució </span></span></span></strong></p> <p>Vist l'apartat dotzè punt 2 de la convocatòria on s'especifica que, la actuació subvencionada l'ha d'haver efectuat el beneficiari en el període comprès entre la data de començament del període d'elegibilitat que preveu l'apartat quart, punt 2.d,(inversions objecte d'ajuda no han d'estar iniciades abans de la data de la sol·licitud d'ajuda i de la visita prèvia) d'aquesta resolució i el termini que, per justificar les inversions, preveu l'apartat dotzè punt 1( el termini per notificar i justificar la realització de les inversions que proposa la resolució de concessió acaba el 14 d'agost de 2025).</p> <p>Per tot l'exposat anteriorment, s' informa DESFAVORABLEMENT de la concessió d'un termini de pròrroga pels motius assenyalats a l'Annex I, i es proposa al vicepresident del FOGAIBA que dicti una resolució en els termes següents:&nbsp;</p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:110%"><span style="color:#000000">1.
