![CDATA[Aprovació de les Bases dels Premis de Sant Jaume “Es Cós” 2025]] 409576 702150 2025-06-14 650 text/html 33410 CAIB CAIB ca ca 2025-06-14 CAIB ![CDATA[<p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">La Junta de Govern de l'Ajuntament de Muro, en sessió ordinària celebrada el 9 de juny de 2025, va adoptar el següent acord:</span></span></p> <p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><strong>PRIMER. </strong>Aprovar les bases reguladores que han de regir els premis de Sant Jaume “Es Cós” 2025. </span></span></p> <p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><strong>SEGON. </strong>Autoritzar la despesa de 1.510,00€ a càrrec de l'aplicació pressupostària 3380.48205 del pressupost de despeses de 2025. </span></span></p> <p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><strong>TERCER. </strong>Publicar les Bases al BOIB. </span></span></p> <p style="text-align:center"><strong><span style="font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;,Times,serif">Bases Premis de sant Jaume “ Es Cós” 2025</span></strong></p> <p><strong><span style="font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;,Times,serif">1. Normativa aplicable</span></strong></p> <p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Aquests premis es regiran per allò que s'ha fixat en la present convocatòria; a les bases d'execució del pressupost, en la Llei 38/2003, de 17 de novembre, General de Subvencions; en el Reglament General de la Llei de Subvencions aprovat per Reial decret 886/2006, de 21 de juliol; en la Llei 39/2015, d'1 d'octubre, del Procediment Administratiu Comú de les Administracions Públiques; en el Reial decret 130/2019, de 8 de març, pel qual es regula la Base de dades Nacional de Subvencions i la publicitat de les subvencions i altres ajudes públiques, i en les restants normes de dret administratiu que en el seu cas siguin aplicables, i en defecte d'això, les normes de dret privat.</span></span></p> <p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">El procediment per a la concessió d'aquestes subvencions serà en règim de concurrència competitiva.</span></span></p> <p><strong><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">2. Crèdits Pressupostaris</span></span></strong></p> <p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">El crèdit pressupostari al qual s'imputen els premis és la partida pressupostària 3380.48205, i la quantia total màxima dels premis són 1.510,00€.</span></span></p> <p><strong><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">3. Objecte, Condicions i Finalitat dels premis</span></span></strong></p> <p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">L'objecte del premi són les tradicionals carregudes de joies, bestiar somerí, poltres, ponis i cavalls, un esdeveniment tradidiconal dintre de les festes de Sant Jaume.</span></span></p> <p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">La finalitat és fomentar l'esport cavallista i la participació ciutadana en les festes populars i la continuïtat de les costums tradicionals arrelades el municipi.</span></span></p> <p><strong><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Condicions de participació normativa i premis de les carreres de les Festes de Sant Jaume</span></span></strong></p> <p><strong><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Carreres "Es Cós"</span></span></strong></p> <p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Corregudes tradicionals de joies, bestiar somerí, poltres, ponis i cavalls.</span></span></p> <p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Acompanyament dels Xeremiers de Muro "Es Reguinyol"</span></span></p> <p><strong><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Normes de les carreres</span></span></strong></p> <p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Tots els cavallistes que vulguin participar en les distintes categories s'hauran d'inscriure prèviament&nbsp;</span></span><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">en cada una de les categories que desitgin sempre que es compleixin els requisits.</span></span></p> <p><strong><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Requisits</span></span></strong></p> <p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><strong>Carreres de ponis</strong>: existeixen dues carreres en funció de l'alçada d'aquests. Així doncs, hi haurà&nbsp;</span></span><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">una cursa per a tots els ponis menors d'un metre d'alçada i una altra pels ponis de més d'un metre&nbsp;</span></span><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">d'alçada.</span></span></p> <p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><strong>Carrera de poltres:</strong> s'haurà d'acreditar l'edat del poltre mitjançant la cartilla sanitària (fins a 5&nbsp;</span></span><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">anys).</span></span></p> <p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><strong>Carrera dels murers: </strong>en el moment de la inscripció s'haurà d'acreditar tant l'empadronament o&nbsp;</span></span><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">residència del cavallista bé mitjançant DNI, passaport, carnet de conduir, i del cavall. Si no&nbsp;</span></span><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">s'acrediten ambdós no es podrà córrer en aquesta categoria.</span></span></p> <p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><strong>Carrera Unió Cavallista Murera:</strong> podrà participar en aquesta cursa tots els socis de l'associació&nbsp;</span></span><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Unió Cavallista Murera amb independència de la raça del cavall.</span></span></p> <p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">La no acceptació d'aquestes normes implicarà l'exclusió de les carreres. Òrgan Competent per a la Instrucció i Resolució del Procediment</span></span></strong></p> <p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">L'òrgan competent per resoldre serà la Junta de Govern Local.</span></span></p> <p><strong><span style="font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;,Times,serif">6. Fi de la Via Administrativa</span></strong></p> <p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">L'acte de resolució de la subvenció esgota la via administrativa. </span></span></p> <p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">D'acord amb el que disposen els articles 123 i 124 de la Llei 39/2015, d'1 d'octubre, del Procediment Administratiu Comú de les Administracions Públiques, contra aquesta resolució podrà interposar-se recurs potestatiu de reposició davant Batle d'aquest Ajuntament, en el terme d'un mes a comptar des de l'endemà de la recepció de la notificació, o bé directament recurs contenciós administratiu davant el Jutjat del Contenciós-Administratiu, en el termini de dos mesos, a comptar des de l'endemà al de la recepció de la notificació, de conformitat amb l'article 46 de la Llei 29/1998, de 13 de juliol, de la Jurisdicció Contenciós-Administrativa.</span></span></p> <p><strong><span style="font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;,Times,serif">7. Criteris de Valoració</span></strong></p> <p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Les valoracions es realitzaran per un jurat de persones imparcials amb criteris definits pel propi jurat basats en les diferents categories del concurs.</span></span></p> <p><strong><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">8.
