    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. Justificació&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El Preàmbul de la Constitució espanyola proclama la voluntat de «Promoure el progrés de la cultura i de l'economia per tal d'assegurar a tothom una qualitat de vida digna». Així mateix, en el seu article 44.1 disposa que els poders públics promouran i tutelaran l'accés a la cultura.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El Consell Insular d'Eivissa (en endavant, Consell) té competències pròpies en matèria de la cultura i la promoció i l'animació cultural, incloent-hi les activitats artístiques i culturals, el foment i la difusió de la creació i producció teatral, musical, cinematogràfica i audiovisual, literària, de dansa i d'arts combinades, de conformitat amb l'establert a l'article 70.18 de l'Estatut d'autonomia de les Illes Balears (EAIB), que exerceix des que va ser transferida la competència mitjançant la Llei 6/1994, de 13 de desembre, d'atribució de competències als consells insulars en matèria de patrimoni històric, de promoció cultural, d'animació sociocultural, de dipòsit legal de llibres i d'esports (BOCAIB núm. 159, de 29-12-1994).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Així mateix, en l'article 3 de la dita Llei 6/1994 disposa que els consells insulars assumiran totes les competències que havien estat assumides per la CAIB en matèria de promoció sociocultural, entre les quals hi ha les derivades del Reial decret 3040/1983, de 5 d'octubre, sobre el traspàs de funcions i serveis de l'Estat en matèria de cultura, que comprèn entre altres el «foment de la música i la dansa, la promoció de la creativitat i la seua difusió així com l'ajuda a societat de concerts, associacions i entitats musicals, orquestres i conjunts instrumentals, corals, lírics i coreogràfics i l'organització i la promoció de manifestacions musicals de tot gènere (...) del teatre i la promoció de companyies i grups teatrals (...) de tota classe d'activitats que promoguin la cinematografia i la creativitat artística (...) de la creació literària, la promoció del llibre i de les edicions sonores i audiovisuals (...) el suport a l'autor i la seua obra, la difusió cultural (...)». A més, l'article 73 de l'EAIB li atribueix l'exercici de l'activitat de foment, sense perjudici de l'activitat que correspon a la Comunitat Autònoma, en les matèries que aquest Estatut li atribueix com a competència pròpia.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El Departament de Cultura, Educació i Patrimoni, atesos l'apartat tercer, punt 6, del Decret de Presidència núm. 2023000467, de 28 de juny de 2023, d'estructura del govern del Consell Insular d'Eivissa i creació de departaments (BOIB núm. 88, de 29-06-2023), i el Decret de Presidència núm. 2023000472, de data 28 de juny de 2023, de nomenament de les persones membres del Consell Executiu i de les vicepresidències del Consell Insular d'Eivissa (BOIB núm. 88, de 29-06-2023), vol donar suport a les activitats culturals en l'àmbit de la literatura, el teatre, l'art, la dansa, l'ensenyament, la història, l'economia, l'etnografia, el còmic, el pensament, la creació audiovisual, el cinema, la música, la ciència, etc. que difonguin la cultura i promoguin el sector cultural de l'illa d'Eivissa, tot això perquè aquestes activitats entronquen plenament amb l'article 2.1 de la Llei 38/2003, de 17 de novembre, general de subvencions (LGS).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En l'àmbit de les competències del Consell Insular d'Eivissa, aquesta subvenció es regirà per les Bases generals de subvencions d'aquesta Corporació (publicades al BOIB núm. 37, de 25-03-2025), de conformitat amb el que estableix l'article 17.2 de la LGS, així com per l'esmentada llei, pel Reial decret 887/2006, de 21 de juliol, pel qual s'aprova el Reglament de la LGS i pel Decret legislatiu 2/2005, de 28 de desembre, pel qual s'aprova el Text refós de la Llei de subvencions.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El Pressupost general del Consell Insular d'Eivissa per a l'any 2025 (BOIB núm. 6, d'11-01-2025) i també el Pla estratègic de subvencions 2023-2025 (BOIB núm. 12, de 26-01-2023) preveuen una línia de subvencions per contribuir al foment i a la difusió de la cultura de l'illa d'Eivissa, impulsant les activitats culturals que amb aquest objectiu es realitzin a l'illa o fora.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. Objecte i modalitats&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2.1.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Aquesta convocatòria té per objecte contribuir al foment i a la difusió de la cultura de l'illa d'Eivissa en l'àmbit de la literatura, el teatre, l'art, la dansa, la història, l'economia, l'etnografia, el còmic, el pensament, la creació audiovisual, el cinema, la música, la ciència, etc. i donar suport a les activitats culturals que amb aquest objectiu s'han organitzat a l'illa d'Eivissa o fora, &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;entre l'1 de maig de 2024 i 30 d'abril de 2025&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2.2.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; En aquesta convocatòria s'estableixen dues modalitats d'ajudes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;div style="page-break-after:always"&gt;&lt;span style="display:none"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2.2.1. MODALITAT A) Ajudes a l'edició de publicacions que impliquin el foment i la promoció de la cultura de l'illa d'Eivissa&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Seran subvencionables només les edicions que estiguin finalitzades i el producte resultant del procés d'edició estigui en distribució i circulació, ja sigui en format físic o digital, dins el termini estipulat a la base 2.1 d'aquestes bases reguladores.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;D'altra banda, es consideren despeses subvencionables aquelles que de manera indubtable responen a la naturalesa de l'activitat objecte de la subvenció, que s'efectuen en el termini establert en la convocatòria per dur a terme les accions subvencionables i que no superen el valor de mercat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Així mateix, les despeses efectuades amb una anterioritat màxima de sis mesos al termini previst en la base 2.1 d'aquestes bases reguladores també són subvencionables, sempre que al concepte de la documentació justificativa de la despesa s'especifiqui indubtablement la seua vinculació a l'edició subvencionada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;L'IVA suportat per aquestes despeses no pot ser objecte de subvenció, excepte quan la persona sol·licitant acrediti estar exempta de tributar per l'IVA.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En relació amb l'article 29.7.d de la Llei 38/2023, de 17 de novembre, general de subvencions (LGS), seran també subvencionables les despeses facturades per persones o entitats vinculades amb la persona o entitat beneficiària de la subvenció, sempre que aquestes despeses no superin el 20 % de l'import de la subvenció.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Les despeses subvencionables són les següents:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a) Les despeses realitzades pel disseny, la maquetació, la impressió, l'enquadernació, la manipulació, la producció, la realització, l'emmagatzematge, la distribució i els drets d'autor.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b) Les nòmines de personal de l'entitat sol·licitant seran subvencionables sempre que es faci constar el percentatge que aquests treballadors dediquen exclusivament a l'esdeveniment objecte de la sol·licitud, mitjançant la presentació d'una declaració responsable. A més, el personal ha d'estar donat d'alta en el règim general de la Seguretat Social i el cost de la Seguretat Social (que no és subvencionable per aquesta convocatòria) ha de ser a càrrec de l'entitat sol·licitant.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;c) Les nòmines de la resta de personal de l'entitat sol·licitant seran subvencionables fins a un màxim del 30 % de la despesa mensual, si la seua labor no està directament relacionada amb l'edició i la distribució de l'obra. A més, aquest personal ha d'estar donat d'alta en el règim general de la Seguretat Social i el cost de la Seguretat Social (que no és subvencionable per aquesta convocatòria) ha de ser a càrrec de l'entitat sol·licitant.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;d) Quant a les despeses de manteniment i funcionament ordinari de l'entitat sol·licitant, com ara lloguer de locals (adjuntant-hi el contracte de lloguer corresponent), llicències, gestoria i assessoria legal, consums ordinaris (electricitat, gas, aigua, telèfon), accés a Internet, etc., és subvencionable el 30 % de la despesa mensual.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;No són despeses subvencionables:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a) L'adquisició de material inventariable (mobiliari, ordinadors, fotocopiadores, etc...).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b) Les reimpressions de llibres publicats fa menys de cinc anys des de la primera publicació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;c) Els impostos, les taxes i els tributs. Els interessos deutors de comptes bancaris. Els interessos, recàrrecs i sancions administratives i penals, i els interessos aplicables a la demora de pagaments. Les despeses de procediments judicials derivats de l'activitat o projecte subvencionat, o que hi estiguin relacionades, i les despeses derivades del pagament d'impostos indirectes quan siguin susceptibles de recuperació o compensació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2.2.2. MODALITAT B) Ajudes a l'organització d'activitats i accions que fomentin i promocionin la cultura de l'illa d'Eivissa&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Es consideren despeses subvencionables aquelles que de manera indubtable responguin a la naturalesa de l'activitat objecte de la subvenció, que s'efectuen en el termini establert en la convocatòria per dur a terme les accions subvencionables i que no superen el valor de mercat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Així mateix, les despeses efectuades amb una anterioritat màxima de sis mesos al termini previst en la base 2.1 d'aquestes bases reguladores també són subvencionables, sempre que al concepte de la documentació justificativa de la despesa s'especifiqui indubtablement la seua vinculació a l'activitat subvencionada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;L'IVA suportat per aquestes despeses no pot ser objecte de subvenció, excepte quan la persona sol·licitant acrediti estar exempta de tributar per l'IVA.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En relació amb l'article 29.7.d de la Llei 38/2023, de 17 de novembre, general de subvencions (LGS), seran també subvencionables les despeses facturades per persones o entitats vinculades amb la persona o entitat beneficiària de la subvenció, sempre que aquestes despeses no superin el 20 % de l'import de la subvenció.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Les despeses subvencionables són les següents:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a) Les despeses realitzades per l'organització i la programació d'activitats i accions que fomentin i promocionin la cultura de l'illa d'Eivissa, com els honoraris i els caixets dels artistes i tècnics de muntatge, drets d'exhibició i reproducció.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b) Les despeses de producció, comunicació i màrqueting següents: els viatges i l'allotjament dels artistes amb actuació; transport d'obra, muntatge i desmuntatge, contractació de serveis i proveïdors (vídeos, fotos, enregistraments, material promocional, catàlegs, etc.).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul style="margin-left:40px"&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En relació amb els viatges, s'inclouen bitllets d'avió, vaixell, tren i/o autobús i lloguer de vehicles per al desplaçament dels artistes, representants d'artistes, tècnics, comissaris, autors, investigadors i altres agents culturals (productors, distribuïdors, etc.). El desplaçament inclou el viatge d'anada al lloc on es realitza l'activitat i el viatge de tornada. Els màxims subvencionables per persona i desplaçament a Eivissa (origen o destí) són: 165 € per desplaçaments nacionals, 385 € per desplaçaments a Europa i a les illes Canàries i 1.320 € per desplaçaments fora d'Europa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Els desplaçaments inclouen el viatge d'anada i tornada al lloc habitual de residència fins a l'illa on es du a terme l'esdeveniment. Les dates del desplaçament han de coincidir amb les dates de l'esdeveniment, i com a màxim seran objecte de subvenció si els desplaçaments tenen lloc dos dies abans o després de l'activitat per a la qual es demana subvenció.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En el cas d'assistència a fires i/o festivals, ha d'estar vinculada a la participació del sol·licitant en les activitats professionals de la fira i/o del festival.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul style="margin-left:40px"&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En les despeses de transport de càrrega, s'hi inclouen les despeses de transportar escenografies, vestuari, obra pictòrica, escultòrica o fotogràfica, instruments i material tècnic per al muntatge. Queden excloses les despeses d'embalatge d'obra.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Les despeses d'allotjament són subvencionables fins a un màxim de 160 € per persona i nit (en règim d'allotjament i esmorzar). L'allotjament es comptabilitza en funció del dia o dies en què el professional o els professionals tenen previst dur a terme l'activitat professional. El nombre de nits i de persones allotjades ha de figurar de manera clara en les factures justificatives.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Les despeses de manutenció són subvencionables fins a un màxim de 40 € per persona i dia i es comptabilitzen en funció del dia o dies en què el professional o els professionals tenen previst dur a terme l'activitat. Per comprovar que se subvenciona el personal professional directament vinculat a l'activitat subvencionada, la documentació justificativa de les despeses de manutenció anirà acompanyada del nom de les persones que han gaudit d'aquesta manutenció.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Les nòmines de personal de l'entitat sol·licitant seran subvencionables sempre que es faci constar el percentatge que aquests treballadors dediquen exclusivament a l'esdeveniment objecte de la sol·licitud, mitjançant la presentació d'una declaració responsable. A més, aquest personal ha d'estar donat d'alta en el règim general de la Seguretat Social i el cost de la Seguretat Social (que no és subvencionable per aquesta convocatòria) ha de ser a càrrec de l'entitat sol·licitant.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Les nòmines de la resta de personal de l'entitat sol·licitant seran subvencionables fins a un màxim del 30 % de la despesa mensual, si la seua labor no està directament relacionada amb l'edició i la distribució de l'obra. A més, aquest personal ha d'estar donat d'alta en el règim general de la Seguretat Social i el cost de la Seguretat Social (que no és subvencionable per aquesta convocatòria) ha de ser a càrrec de l'entitat sol·licitant.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;c) Quant a les despeses de manteniment i funcionament ordinari de l'entitat promotora, com ara lloguer de locals (adjuntant-hi el contracte de lloguer corresponent), despeses financeres, llicències, assessoria legal, consums ordinaris (electricitat, gas, aigua, telèfon), accés a Internet, etc., és subvencionable el 30 % de la despesa mensual.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;d) Les despeses de càtering (compra d'aliments i begudes o similars, excloses de la subvenció les despeses les begudes alcohòliques) són subvencionables si indubtablement estan relacionades amb l'activitat subvencionada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;No són despeses subvencionables:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a) Totes les despeses que no estiguin directament relacionades amb l'esdeveniment subvencionat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b) Les begudes alcohòliques.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;c) El quilometratge en els desplaçaments per carretera, els tiquets de combustible, aparcament, peatges i taxis.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;d) Les despeses d'allotjament i desplaçament de les persones que no siguin dels artistes amb actuació, ponents o agents culturals convidats a l'activitat, així com les seues despeses de manutenció i dietes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;e) Els impostos, les taxes i els tributs. Els interessos deutors de comptes bancaris. Els interessos, recàrrecs i sancions administratives i penals, i els interessos aplicables a la demora de pagaments. Les despeses de procediments judicials derivats de l'activitat o projecte subvencionat, o que hi estiguin relacionades, i les despeses derivades del pagament d'impostos indirectes quan siguin susceptibles de recuperació o compensació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;f) Les despeses d'inversions, obres, manteniment de l'espai, compra d'equipaments, vehicles, eines o qualsevol altre bé inventariable.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3. Règim de les ajudes&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3.1.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Les ajudes rebudes mitjançant aquesta convocatòria són compatibles amb la percepció d'altres ajudes procedents de qualsevol altra administració o ens públic o privat, sempre que el seu import sigui de tal quantia que aïlladament o en concurrència amb altres subvencions no superi el cost total de l'activitat subvencionada, d'acord amb el que estableixen l'article 19.3 de la LGS i l'article 20 del Decret legislatiu 2/2005, de 28 de desembre, pel qual s'aprova el Text refós de la Llei de subvencions, i són incompatibles amb altres ajudes atorgades per aquest Consell per a la mateixa activitat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3.2.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Serà d'obligació de les persones o entitats beneficiàries de les ajudes informar, en la liquidació d'ingressos i despeses (Annex 4), de totes les subvencions rebudes amb destinació a l'activitat objecte de subvenció. En cap cas no es podrà concedir més d'una ajuda a una mateixa activitat, encara que la sol·licitud d'ajuda la facin diferents persones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3.3.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Les persones beneficiàries podran subcontractar amb tercer, totalment o parcialment, les activitats objecte d'aquestes ajudes, sempre que es compleixin les prescripcions contengudes a l'article 29 de la LGS. En aquest sentit, de conformitat amb l'article 29.2 de l'esmentada llei, la persona o entitat beneficiària de l'ajuda podrà arribar a subcontractar fins al 100 % de l'activitat subvencionada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3.4.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Les ajudes concedides en aquesta convocatòria no generen cap dret a l'obtenció d'altres subvencions en exercicis posteriors i no es poden al·legar com a precedent. D'altra banda, en queden excloses totes aquelles activitats que fomentin la xenofòbia, la discriminació de qualsevol tipus o la incitació a la violència.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4. Persones beneficiàries i modalitats&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Poden sol·licitar aquestes ajudes econòmiques:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;MODALITAT A) Ajudes a l'edició de publicacions que impliquin el foment i la promoció de la cultura de l'illa d'Eivissa&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;: Les persones físiques i jurídiques privades, les comunitats de béns i altres entitats sense personalitat jurídica, per edicions de publicacions que es duguin a terme entre l'1 de maig de 2024 i el 30 d'abril de 2025, independentment del suport en què s'editin, sempre que s'ajustin a l'objecte i la finalitat d'aquestes bases i fomentin i promocionin la cultura de l'illa d'Eivissa i/o el sector cultural.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;MODALITAT B) Ajudes a l'organització d'activitats i accions que fomentin i promocionin la cultura de l'illa d'Eivissa:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Les persones físiques i jurídiques privades, les comunitats de béns i altres entitats sense personalitat jurídica, per activitats de foment i promoció de la cultura d'aquesta illa que es duguin a terme entre l'1 de maig de 2024 i el 30 d'abril de 2025, sempre que s'ajustin a l'objecte i a la finalitat d'aquestes bases i fomentin i promocionin la cultura de l'illa d'Eivissa i/o el sector cultural.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;5. Crèdits pressupostaris i quantia de les ajudes&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;5.1.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Aquesta convocatòria de subvenció està dotada econòmicament al pressupost de l'exercici 2025 amb una quantitat màxima de 150.000 € segons les modalitats següents:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;MODALITAT A) Ajudes a l&lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;'edició d'obres&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; que impliquin el foment i la promoció de la cultura de l'illa d'Eivissa:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;58.000 €&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;. D'aquesta quantitat, &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;50.000 €&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; de l'aplicació pressupostària &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3340 47900&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; i &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;8.000 € &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;de l'aplicació pressupostària &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3340 4890000&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;L'import màxim de cada una de les ajudes que es concedeixin és de &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;10.000 €&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;MODALITAT B) Ajudes a l'&lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;organització d'activitats i accions&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; que fomentin i promocionin la cultura de l'illa d'Eivissa:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;92.000 €&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;. D'aquesta quantitat, &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;55.000 €&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; de l'aplicació pressupostària &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3340 47900&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; i &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;37.000 €&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; de l'aplicació pressupostària &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3340 4890000&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;L'import màxim de cada una de les ajudes que es concedeixin és de &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;15.000 €&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;5.2.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; En el cas que la concessió de les ajudes de qualsevol modalitat no exhaureixi la quantitat que s'hi ha destinat, el sobrant de l'import podrà incorporar-se a l'altra modalitat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Així mateix, en el cas que la concessió de les ajudes no exhaureixi la quantitat que s'ha destinat a la seua aplicació pressupostària, el sobrant d'aquesta aplicació podrà incorporar-se a la resta d'aplicacions pressupostàries, delegant-se, si fos necessari, en la consellera executiva del Departament de Cultura, Educació i Patrimoni la redistribució dels imports de les aplicacions pressupostàries contemplades en aquesta convocatòria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;5.3.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; El Departament de Cultura, Educació i Patrimoni podrà ampliar la consignació pressupostària sempre que existeixi crèdit disponible i segons s'estableix a l'article 58 del Reial decret 887/2006, de 21 de juliol, pel qual s'aprova el Reglament de la Llei 38/2003, de 17 de novembre, general de subvencions.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;​​​​​​​&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;6. Forma de presentació i llocs de les sol·licituds&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;6.1.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; La sol·licitud de subvenció s'ha de formalitzar mitjançant la presentació d'una instància per cada edició i/o activitat (una sol·licitud per cada obra a editar o activitat a organitzar), segons el model normalitzat que figura com a Annex 1 d'aquesta convocatòria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Les sol·licituds i tota la documentació mencionada en aquesta base es dirigiran a la Presidència del Consell Insular d'Eivissa i es presentaran, dins del termini establert a aquest efecte, a l'Oficina d'Assistència en Matèria de Registre (OAMR) del Consell Insular d'Eivissa o en els altres llocs previstos a l'article 16.4 de la Llei 39/2015, d'1 d'octubre, del procediment administratiu comú de les administracions públiques.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En tot cas, i de conformitat amb l'establert a l'article 14.2 de la Llei 39/2015, d'1 d'octubre, del procediment administratiu comú de les administracions públiques, estan obligats a relacionar-se a través de mitjans electrònics (a la seu electrònica del Consell a l'adreça https://seu.conselldeivissa.es) amb les administracions públiques per efectuar qualsevol tràmit d'un procediment administratiu, almenys, els subjectes següents:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Les persones jurídiques.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Les entitats sense personalitat jurídica.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Els que exerceixin una activitat professional per a la qual es requereixi la col·legiació obligatòria, per als tràmits i les actuacions que portin a terme amb les administracions públiques en exercici de l'activitat professional esmentada. En tot cas, dins d'aquest col·lectiu, s'hi entenen inclosos els notaris i registradors de la propietat i mercantils.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Els qui representin un interessat que estigui obligat a relacionar-se electrònicament amb l'Administració.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Les sol·licituds es podran presentar als llocs següents:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a) Sol·licitud presencial al Consell Insular (només persones físiques)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul style="margin-left:40px"&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Les sol·licituds es presentaran a l'Oficina d'Assistència en Matèria de Registre (OAMR) al &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Consell Insular d'Eivissa&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; (avinguda d'Espanya, 49, tel. 971195900), on es digitalitzarà la documentació aportada per la persona interessada. En aquest cas, es recomana demanar cita prèvia al telèfon 971195906 o a través de la pàgina web https://citaprevia.conselldeivissa.es/.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b) Sol·licitud per Correus (només persones físiques)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul style="margin-left:40px"&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Si la sol·licitud es remet per &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;correu postal&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; certificat, la documentació corresponent ha de presentar-se en un sobre obert a fi que l'exemplar destinat al Consell Insular d'Eivissa i l'exemplar per a la persona interessada es datin i se segellin abans de certificar-se (“correu administratiu”), de conformitat amb l'article 28 del Reial decret 437/2024, de 30 d'abril, pel qual s'aprova el Reglament de serveis postals, en desenvolupament de l'establert per la Llei 43/2010, de 30 de desembre, del servei postal universal, dels drets dels usuaris i del mercat postal; en cas contrari, s'entendrà com a data vàlida la d'arribada a l'Oficina d'Assistència en Matèria de Registre (OAMR) de la dita Corporació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Si la sol·licitud es remet a través del servei de Registre Virtual Electrònic de Correus (ORVE), l'interessat haurà d'acudir a una oficina de Correus amb la documentació que vulgui remetre (en format paper), on es digitalitzarà, s'acararà i es realitzarà el registre telemàtic de la sol·licitud al Consell Insular d'Eivissa amb la corresponent remissió dels documents en format electrònic.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;c) Sol·licitud telemàtica&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul style="margin-left:40px"&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Les persones sol·licitants que disposin de certificat digital, DNI electrònic o Cl@ve Permanent poden registrar les sol·licituds via telemàtica a la Seu Electrònica d'aquesta Corporació habilitada a tal fi (https://seu.conselldeivissa.es), de conformitat amb el previst a l'article 14 de l'esmentada Llei 39/2015, d'1 d'octubre, en què podran obtenir-se el model de sol·licitud i els annexos corresponents.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;No s'admetrà cap sol·licitud ni cap documentació que es presenti únicament a través de correu electrònic, en cap moment de la tramitació de l'expedient.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Per a una millor instrucció, si s'opta per presentar la sol·licitud de manera telemàtica, la documentació ha de tenir els formats PDF o jpg.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La capacitat màxima de la Seu Electrònica del Consell Insular d'Eivissa per presentar la documentació és de 15 megabits (Mb) per registre i de 5 megabits (Mb) per document.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En tot cas, les persones obligades a relacionar-se amb l'administració a través de mitjans electrònics de conformitat amb l'article 14.2 de la Llei 39/2015, d'1 d'octubre, del procediment administratiu comú de les administracions públiques, abans referenciat, han de presentar les seues sol·licituds per via telemàtica a la Seu Electrònica del Consell Insular d'Eivissa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;​​​​​​​&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;6.2.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Les sol·licituds s'han de presentar degudament emplenades i signades, i ha d'anar acompanyada de la documentació següent:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a) Persona física:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul style="margin-left:40px"&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;DNI, passaport o NIE.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b) Persona jurídica o entitat sense personalitat jurídica:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul style="margin-left:40px"&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;NIF de la persona jurídica.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;DNI, passaport o NIE de la persona física que la representa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El document constitutiu de la persona jurídica.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Els estatuts socials inscrits degudament en el registre.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Un document acreditatiu de la representació legal amb la qual actua la persona física que signa la sol·licitud, el qual ha d'estar vigent en el moment de la presentació de la sol·licitud.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Un document en què consti la junta directiva actual, si és diferent de la constituïda als estatuts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;c) Quan es tracta d'entitats formades per agrupacions de persones físiques o jurídiques privades sense personalitat, s'han de fer constar de manera explícita els compromisos d'execució assumits per cada membre de l'agrupació o comunitat de béns, així com l'import de la subvenció que ha d'aplicar cada un, ja que tenen la consideració de beneficiaris. Això no obstant, s'ha de nomenar un representant o apoderat únic amb poders suficients per complir les obligacions que com a beneficiària corresponen a l'agrupació o comunitat de béns. S'hi ha d'adjuntar una còpia de la constitució de la comunitat o agrupació, amb la indicació de la participació de cada un dels participants. Si no s'indica expressament, es considera que aquesta és a parts iguals.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;d) Una declaració responsable, segons el model que figura a l'Annex 2 d'aquesta convocatòria, en què el sol·licitant manifesti els punts següents:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul style="margin-left:40px"&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Reuneix totes i cada una de les condicions exigides per poder sol·licitar subvenció davant aquesta Corporació i no incorr en cap de les circumstàncies de prohibicions que preveu l'article 13 de la Llei 38/2003, de 17 de novembre, general de subvencions, en relació amb l'article 10 del Decret legislatiu 2/2005, de 28 de desembre, pel qual s'aprova el Text refós de la Llei de subvencions, per ser-ne beneficiari/ària, i es compromet a mantenir el compliment de les anteriors condicions durant el període de temps inherent al dit reconeixement o exercici, i en el cas que hi hagi alguna variació, a comunicar-ho a aquesta administració en el termini no superior a tres dies.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Coneix i es compromet a complir les obligacions dels beneficiaris de subvencions establertes a l'article 14 de la Llei 38/2003, de 17 de novembre, general de subvencions, en relació amb l'article 11 del Decret legislatiu 2/2005, de 28 de desembre, pel qual s'aprova el Text refós de la Llei de subvencions.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Es troba al corrent de les seues obligacions tributàries amb la Hisenda estatal i autonòmica, amb la Seguretat Social i amb el Consell Insular d'Eivissa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Autoritza el Consell Insular d'Eivissa a demanar la documentació acreditativa d'estar al corrent amb les obligacions tributàries amb la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears, amb l'Estat espanyol i amb la Seguretat Social, i per això no aporta la documentació acreditativa d'estar al corrent amb les obligacions tributàries amb la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears, amb l'Estat espanyol i amb la Seguretat Social. En cas contrari, ha d'aportar la documentació corresponent.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Es compromet al compliment estricte i a l'acceptació de les bases d'aquesta convocatòria i, en el cas de ser-ne beneficiària, a facilitar al Consell Insular d'Eivissa qualsevol actuació de control com inspeccions, visites, sol·licitud d'aportació de nous documents i/o aclariments, etc. per a l'aplicació correcta de l'ajuda concedida.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Té coneixement que el falsejament de les dades contingudes en la sol·licitud que formula o qualsevol dels seus documents (annexos i/o documentació presentada) suposarà l'obligació de reintegrar l'ajuda obtenguda, als efectes previstos en el règim de sancions establert en els articles 59 i següents de l'esmentada Llei 38/2003, de 17 de novembre, general de subvencions.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Que ha sol·licitat ajudes o no a cap altre Departament del Consell Insular d'Eivissa o a cap altra administració pública o entitat privada per dur a terme les mateixes activitats per a les quals se sol·licita l'ajut i que es compromet a comunicar per escrit al Consell Insular d'Eivissa qualsevol ajuda que demani per la mateixa finalitat per a la qual se sol·licita l'ajut.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;e) Acreditació, si és el cas, que l'entitat està exempta de declarar l'IVA. En el cas que no es presenti aquesta acreditació, l'IVA de les factures que es presentin com a justificació no es podrà subvencionar.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;f) Model d'autobarem de l'edició o l'activitat per a la qual se sol·licita la subvenció, segons el model que figura a l'Annex 7.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;g) Una memòria descriptiva i detallada del projecte que ha de contenir almenys la informació següent:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul style="margin-left:40px"&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Nom de l'edició/activitat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Descripció i objectius (s'hi ha d'incloure l'interès i l'impacte cultural, si tant l'edició/activitat com la seua difusió s'ha realitzat en català o bilingüe –català més altra llengua–, etc.).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Pla de difusió amb dates de publicació o de presentació, enllaços a notícies o fotografies de l'acte, publicacions en xarxes socials, etc.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En el cas de la &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Modalitat A)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; s'han d'explicar els indicadors següents:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;
	&lt;ul&gt;
		&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Trajectòria de l'editorial i de l'autor/a, així com referenciar-hi els títols i els anys de les obres realitzades o en col·laboració.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
		&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Foment de la perspectiva de desenvolupament sostenible, en el cas que l'obra tracti temes de gènere, inclusió, minories, temàtiques mediambientals, LGTBI, etc.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
		&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Foment de la igualtat de gènere, en el cas que hagi editat o escrit l'obra una dona o que l'entitat tengui una participació femenina del 50 % o més dels seus membres.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
		&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Foment de la cultura dins l'educació, en el cas que l'obra pugui adaptar-se com a proposta didàctica dins els programes educatius dels centres d'ensenyament d'Eivissa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
		&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Quantitat d'exemplars que s'han realitzat i, si és el cas, quantitat de reproduccions, descàrregues que ha tengut a les plataformes digitals, incloent-hi els enllaços a les pàgines web i/o factures oficials per comprovar-ne la quantitat d'exemplars.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
		&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En el cas de la &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Modalitat B)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; s'han d'explicar els indicadors següents:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;
		&lt;ul&gt;
			&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La trajectòria del promotor o de la promotora, intèrpret, etc., així com referenciar-hi les activitats i col·laboracions fetes, amb la seua data de realització.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
			&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En el cas de ser una agrupació, la procedència dels membres, per conèixer-ne si un 50 % o més són naturals o residents a l'illa d'Eivissa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
			&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Si l'activitat s'ha realitzat també fora d'Eivissa, la localitat i la data on s'ha fet l'activitat i incloure-hi els enllaços o les fotografies que demostrin la seua celebració.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
			&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Si només s'ha realitzat a Eivissa, s'ha d'indicar a quina localitat ha tengut lloc l'esdeveniment i en quina data.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
			&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Foment de la perspectiva de desenvolupament sostenible, en el cas que l'obra tracti temes de gènere, inclusió, minories, temàtiques mediambientals, LGTBI, etc.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
			&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Foment de la igualtat de gènere, en el cas que hagi editat o escrit l'obra una dona o que l'entitat tengui una participació femenina del 50 % o més dels seus membres.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
			&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Foment de la cultura dins l'educació, en el cas que l'obra pugui adaptar-se com a proposta didàctica dins els programes educatius dels centres d'ensenyament d'Eivissa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
		&lt;/ul&gt;
		&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;/ul&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Aquesta memòria servirà perquè la Comissió Avaluadora corrobori les dades introduïdes al model d'autobarem i valori l'edició/activitat (segons els criteris establerts a la base 10 d'aquesta convocatòria), i per tant només tendrà en compte la informació inclosa en aquesta memòria. A la modalitat A) de la subvenció s'haurà d'adjuntar un exemplar de l'obra editada, mentre que a la modalitat B) de la subvenció s'hauran d'adjuntar proves gràfiques que demostrin l'execució de l'activitat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;h) Sol·licitud d'alta o modificació com a creditor del Consell a efectes econòmics (imprès de transferència bancària) degudament emplenada i signada per la persona sol·licitant (que ha de figurar necessàriament com a titular del compte bancari en què, en el seu cas, s'ha de realitzar l'ingrés) i segellada per l'entitat bancària. Aquest document es pot obtenir al Consell, a la seua Seu electrònica (https://seu.conselldeivissa.es).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;S'ha de presentar de manera obligatòria únicament si no consta al Consell o bé si s'ha produït alguna modificació en la que ja hi consta.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;i) Compte justificatiu simplificat, de conformitat amb l'article 75 del Reial decret 887/2006, de 21 de juliol, pel qual s'aprova el Reglament de la Llei 38/2003, de 17 de novembre, general de subvencions, que contendrà:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul style="margin-left:40px"&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Liquidació detallada d'ingressos i despeses de l'activitat subvencionada (en què s'informarà, si és el cas, d'altres ajudes rebudes procedents de qualsevol altra administració o ens públic o privat, per a la mateixa activitat, sempre que el seu import sigui de tal quantia que aïlladament o en concurrència amb altres subvencions no superi el cost total de l'activitat subvencionada), segons el model que figura a l'Annex 4 d'aquesta convocatòria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Relació classificada de totes les despeses derivades de la realització de l'activitat subvencionada entre l'1 de maig de 2024 i el 30 d'abril de 2025, en la qual han de figurar el proveïdor, el número de document, el concepte, el seu import (amb IVA i sense IVA), la data d'emissió i la data de pagament de la despesa, segons el model que figura a l'Annex 5 d'aquesta convocatòria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Documentació justificativa de les despeses realitzades: factures oficials i altres documents de valor probatori equivalent amb validesa en el tràfic jurídic mercantil o amb eficàcia administrativa i amb la corresponent acreditació del pagament. Les factures, completes o simplificades, han de complir els requisits que estableix el Reglament pel qual es regulen les obligacions de facturació, aprovat pel Reial decret 1619/2012, de 30 de novembre:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;
	&lt;ul&gt;
		&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La descripció de l'operació ha d'aportar informació suficient sobre el concepte i el període objecte de facturació per tal que se'n pugui verificar la correspondència amb la despesa objecte de l'ajut. Si el concepte de la factura no és prou explicatiu, cal adjuntar-hi els albarans de lliuraments corresponents o altra documentació justificativa. En tot cas s'ha de poder verificar el preu unitari de l'operació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
		&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En el cas que en algunes de les factures sol·licitades no hi consti l'IVA, és obligatori fer referència a la disposició normativa en virtut de la qual és aplicable a l'exempció d'acord amb l'article 6.1.j del Reglament pel qual es regulen les obligacions de facturació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
		&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Si s'adjunten factures que contenguin descompte de l'IRPF, han d'anar acompanyades del Model 190 de la Hisenda Estatal (si és una factura de l'any 2024) i del Model 111 de la Hisenda Estatal (si és una factura de l'any 2025) per tal d'incloure aquest descompte a la factura presentada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
		&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;No s'admeten les factures que no desglossin amb detall els serveis contractats.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;/ul&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;6.3.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; La documentació acreditativa de la personalitat física o jurídica no s'ha de presentar si el Consell ja disposi d'aquesta documentació en vigor, però s'ha de presentar l'Annex 3 degudament emplenat indicant-hi en quin expedient es va presentar, segons els articles 28 i 53.1.d de la Llei 39/2015, d'1 d'octubre, del procediment administratiu comú de les administracions públiques.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;6.4. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;L'acreditació del pagament dels justificants de les despeses aportats pels beneficiaris s'ha de dur a terme a través de la documentació que s'indica tot seguit, depenent dels mitjans de pagament que s'hagin utilitzat:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a) Pagament mitjançant transferència bancària o ingressos en compte bancari:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul style="margin-left:40px"&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Document bancari acreditatiu del pagament en el qual figurin el concepte de la transferència o l'ingrés, la data del document, l'import, les dades de l'ordenant i del destinatari, que han de coincidir amb la persona beneficiària i amb l'emissor de la factura respectivament.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Document justificatiu de la despesa (per exemple, factura) amb l'expressió «rebut en xec nominatiu» o similar, signada pel proveïdor amb la data i amb indicació del nom i del DNI/NIE de la persona que signa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;d) Pagament mitjançant Bizum, targeta de crèdit o dèbit, o PayPal:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul style="margin-left:40px"&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Document bancari acreditatiu en què es carregui en compte el pagament. Ha d'incloure la identificació de la persona beneficiària i la de l'ordenant del pagament. Si el document de pagament no fa referència a les factures, ha d'anar acompanyat de la documentació complementària que permeti verificar la correspondència entre la despesa i el pagament.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;e) Pagament mitjançant domiciliació bancària:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul style="margin-left:40px"&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Extracte bancari en què figuri el càrrec de la domiciliació, amb informació suficient per identificar ordenant, beneficiari, import i data de pagament.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;6.5.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; El pagament de totes les despeses subvencionables ha de realitzar-se abans de finalitzar el corresponent termini de presentació de sol·licituds.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;6.6.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; El Consell podrà utilitzar qualsevol mitjà de control com inspeccions, visites, sol·licitud d'aportació de nous documents i/o aclariments, etc. per a l'aplicació correcta de l'ajuda concedida, en qualsevol moment de la tramitació de l'expedient.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;7. Termini de presentació de sol·licituds, publicitat de la convocatòria i esmenes&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;7.1.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Una vegada aprovades les bases, es remetran la convocatòria i l'extracte de la convocatòria a la Base de Dades Nacional de Subvencions (BDNS). Posteriorment es publicaran la convocatòria i el seu extracte al &lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; (BOIB). L'eficàcia de la convocatòria queda supeditada a la publicació de l'extracte en el BOIB.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;7.2&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;. S'estableix un termini de presentació de les sol·licituds de quinze &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;(15) dies hàbils&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; que s'inicia l'endemà de la publicació de l'&lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;extracte&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; de la convocatòria en el BOIB.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;7.3.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; El Departament de Cultura, Educació i Patrimoni, com a òrgan instructor, valorarà les sol·licituds una vegada finalitzat el termini de presentació, per tal de comprovar que reuneixen els requisits i l'objecte d'aquestes ajudes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En el cas que la instància o la documentació siguin incorrectes o incompletes, es requerirà a la persona interessada de manera individualitzada perquè rectifiqui la sol·licitud o presenti els complements necessaris. Si en el termini de deu dies hàbils la persona interessada no realitza la rectificació reclamada o no presenta la complementació requerida, el Consell, després d'haver emès la resolució pertinent, considerarà que la persona interessada desisteix de la seua petició, de conformitat amb l'article 68.1 de la Llei 39/2015, d'1 d'octubre del procediment administratiu comú de les administracions públiques i l'article 23.5 de la LGS.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Si la documentació per esmenar la sol·licitud es presenta a través de la Seu Electrònica del Consell (https://seu.conselldeivissa.es), s'ha de fer mitjançant el tràmit “Instància general”.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Seguint la doctrina dels tribunals superiors de Justícia, no s'admetran en cap cas esmenes presentades fora del termini de deu dies hàbils establert a aquest efecte, encara que no s'hagi dictat la resolució de desistiment corresponent, perquè acceptar-les pot afectar negativament altres interessos protegibles d'altres persones interessades que resultarien perjudicades pel fet d'acceptar-se l'esmena presentada fora de termini.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Contra la resolució de desistiment podrà interposar-se, en el termini d'un mes des de la seua publicació al BOIB i al tauler d'anuncis i edictes electrònics de la Seu Electrònica del Consell (https://seu.conselldeivissa.es), el recurs d'alçada segons s'estableix a la base dinovena d'aquestes bases. En el cas que la publicació al BOIB i a la Seu Electrònica del Consell es faci en dates diferents, per al còmput del termini per interposar el recurs es tendrà en compte la data de publicació al BOIB.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Si els recursos d'alçada contra la resolució de desistiment de les ajudes es presenten a través de la Seu Electrònica del Consell (https://seu.conselldeivissa.es), s'ha de fer mitjançant el tràmit “Instància general”.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;8. Procediment de concessió de les ajudes&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El procediment de concessió d'aquestes ajudes s'ha de tramitar d'acord amb els principis de publicitat, d'objectivitat, de transparència, d'igualtat i de no-discriminació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;S'estableix el règim de concurrència competitiva com a procediment de selecció dels beneficiaris i de concessió de les ajudes. S'entén per concurrència competitiva el procediment mitjançant el qual la concessió de les subvencions es realitza per comparació de les sol·licituds presentades amb la finalitat d'establir una prelació entre si, d'acord amb els criteris de valoració fixats a la base desena d'aquesta convocatòria i adjudicar, amb el límit fixat a la convocatòria, el crèdit disponible segons la valoració obtenguda, de manera que la sol·licitud que més puntuació obtengui més quantia d'ajuda rebrà.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;De conformitat amb els criteris de valoració establerts a la base desena d'aquesta convocatòria, no podran obtenir subvenció aquelles sol·licituds que, reunint els requisits exigits a la present convocatòria, obtenguin una puntuació inferior a 20 punts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Les ajudes que atorgui el Departament de Cultura, Educació i Patrimoni en aquesta convocatòria no podran superar per beneficiari/ària: la quantitat sol·licitada, la diferència entre el cost total imputat al Consell i altres ajudes/ingressos, ni el 75 % del cost total de l'activitat per a la qual se sol·licita la subvenció, amb un màxim de 10.000 € per a la modalitat A i de 15.000 € per a la modalitat B. Una vegada aplicats aquestos criteris, les ajudes es concediran per ordre de prelació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;De conformitat amb la dita base desena, les activitats presentades es valoraran de manera que:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Les edicions de publicacions o les activitats puntuades per baix de 20 punts no rebran ajuda.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Les edicions de publicacions o les activitats puntuades entre 20 i 60 punts rebran una ajuda que serà proporcional a la quantitat de punts obtenguts, segons les valoracions de la base desena, mitjançant l'aplicació de la fórmula següent:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;A = DT / PT x PI&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;On:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;A = Import de l'ajuda a concedir&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;DT = Dotació econòmica de la modalitat&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;PT = Suma del total de les puntuacions individuals&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;PI = Puntuació individual de cada sol·licitud&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Una vegada adjudicades les ajudes a partir de la primera prelació, a la qual no consten les sol·licituds que han desistit o les sol·licituds que es proposen com a denegades, si hi ha crèdit sobrant, es farà una segona prelació amb aquelles sol·licituds que amb la primera adjudicació no han arribat a cobrir el pressupost sol·licitat. Sobre aquesta segona prelació, que ha de respectar igualment la valoració obtenguda d'acord amb els criteris de valoració fixats a la base desena d'aquesta convocatòria (Criteris que han de servir de base per a l'adjudicació de les ajudes), es farà una nova adjudicació, excloent-ne els beneficiaris que ja han arribat al límit màxim. Aquesta segona prelació es realitzarà aplicant novament la fórmula al capital restant de l'ajuda corresponent que han rebut els beneficiaris a cada modalitat, i així successivament fins a exhaurir el crèdit disponible a la convocatòria (sempre amb el límit màxim establert a la base cinquena, «Crèdits pressupostaris i quantia de les ajudes», per a cada modalitat o de la quantitat de l'ajuda sol·licitada, quan aquesta no arribi al límit màxim). D'aquesta manera es justifica que entitats amb la mateixa puntuació obtenguin diferent ajuda.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;D'acord amb la base cinquena de les bases reguladores d'aquestes ajudes, en el cas que la concessió de les ajudes de qualsevol modalitat no exhaureixi la quantitat que s'hi ha destinat, el sobrant de l'import podrà incorporar-se a l'altra modalitat, i també el sobrant de l'aplicació pressupostària destinada a aquestes ajudes podrà incorporar-se a la resta d'aplicacions pressupostàries.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;9. Obligacions de les persones i entitats beneficiàries&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Les persones i entitats beneficiàries d'aquestes ajudes han de complir els requisits per obtenir la condició de beneficiari previstos a l'article 13 de la LGS, en relació amb l'article 10 del Decret legislatiu 2/2005, de 28 de desembre, pel qual s'aprova el Text refós de la Llei de subvencions, i a més han d'estar al corrent de les obligacions tributàries amb la hisenda estatal i autonòmica i amb la Seguretat Social i no han de tenir deutes amb el Consell Insular d'Eivissa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El fet de sol·licitar aquestes ajudes significa l'acceptació plena de les bases d'aquesta convocatòria i el compliment de les condicions següents:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;9.1.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Haver realitzat l'edició de la publicació o l'activitat per a la qual es demana la subvenció entre l'1 de maig de 2024 i el 30 d'abril de 2025.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;9.2.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Quan els beneficiaris d'aquestes ajudes disposen de pàgines webs corporatives o d'altres mitjans que permetin donar publicitat de les subvencions, hauran d'adoptar les mesures de difusió relatives al caràcter públic del finançament de l'activitat objecte de l'ajuda, fent constar que l'activitat està subvencionada pel Consell Insular d'Eivissa. En els supòsits en què el beneficiari no disposi de mitjans per donar publicitat, s'entendrà complerta aquesta obligació quan les subvencions i els ajuts públics apareguin publicats en el Sistema Nacional de Publicitat de Subvencions i Ajudes Públiques, de conformitat amb el que disposen l'article 7 del Reial decret 130/2019, de 8 de març, pel qual es regula la Base de Dades Nacional de Subvencions i la publicitat de les subvencions i altres ajuts públics.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;9.3.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Sotmetre's a les actuacions de comprovació, de seguiment i d'inspecció que pugui efectuar el Consell i aportar tota la informació i la documentació que li sigui requerida en l'exercici d'aquestes actuacions.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;9.4.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Estar al corrent de les obligacions tributàries amb la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears i amb l'Estat espanyol, amb la Seguretat Social i amb el mateix Consell.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;9.5.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Comunicar al Consell la sol·licitud o l'obtenció d'altres subvencions per a la mateixa finalitat procedents de qualsevol administració o entitat pública o privada, nacional i internacional.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;9.6.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Conservar els documents justificatius de l'aplicació dels fons percebuts, amb inclusió dels documents electrònics, mentre puguin ser objecte d'actuacions de comprovació i control.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;9.7.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Reintegrar els fons percebuts en els supòsits previstos legalment.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;9.8.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; I, en qualsevol cas, complir amb les obligacions dels beneficiaris previstes a l'article 14 de la LGS, en relació amb l'article 11 del Decret legislatiu 2/2005, de 28 de desembre, pel qual s'aprova el Text refós de la Llei de subvencions de les Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;10. Criteris que han de servir de base per adjudicar les ajudes&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;A l'hora de valorar les peticions es tendran en compte els criteris següents:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;10.1. MODALITAT A) &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Ajudes a l'edició de publicacions que impliquin el foment i la promoció de la cultura de l'illa d'Eivissa. Fins a &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;60 punts:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a) Per l'interès cultural de la publicació: vinculació de l'obra que es vol editar amb la cultura de l'illa d'Eivissa: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;fins a 10 punts&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;. Es valorarà que l'obra es faci ressò de la cultura d'Eivissa per raó de:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul style="margin-left:40px"&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Els continguts: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;10 punts&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; si tenen relació amb qualsevol aspecte (història, naturalesa, societat, literatura, etc.) de l'illa d'Eivissa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b) Per la residència fiscal a Eivissa d'autors/ores i editors/ores: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;fins a 15 punts&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul style="margin-left:40px"&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;L'editor/a: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;10 punts &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;quan acrediti tenir la seua residència fiscal a l'illa d'Eivissa i a més documenti la dedicació professional a l'activitat editora. Si només s'acredita la residència fiscal de l'editor a l'illa d'Eivissa, sense documentar la dedicació professional: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4 punts&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;. I si només es documenta la dedicació professional, sense acreditar la residència fiscal a l'illa d'Eivissa: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;6 punts&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:80px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Per acreditar aquesta condició s'haurà d'acompanyar la sol·licitud amb la documentació següent:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:120px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;· &lt;/strong&gt;Un document acreditatiu de l'alta en el règim especial de treballadors autònoms i de la vigència d'aquesta alta en el moment de fer la sol·licitud.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:120px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;· &lt;/strong&gt;Un document acreditatiu d'estar donat d'alta en l'impost d'activitats empresarials (IAE) en epígrafs vinculats a l'activitat per la qual se sol·licita la subvenció.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

S'ha d'acreditar documentalment un mínim de tres anys de residència en aquesta illa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;c) Per la incidència en l'extensió de l'ús o el coneixement de la llengua catalana: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;10 punts&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; si l'edició és en llengua catalana o llengua catalana més una altra llengua.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;d) Per la trajectòria de l'autor/a, l'editor/a, l'artista, etc.: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;fins a 8 punts&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:80px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Es tendrà en compte només la trajectòria de la persona que presenti la sol·licitud, ja sigui l'editor/a, l'autor/a, l'artista, etc.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;e) Per la qualitat de l'edició: fins a 6 punts, si l'edició és correcta tècnicament.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;e) Per la projecció exterior de la cultura de l'illa d'Eivissa: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2 punts &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;si aquesta activitat s'ha portat fora de l'illa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;11. Òrgans competents per a l'ordenació, la instrucció i la resolució&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;11.1.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; El Departament de Cultura, Educació i Patrimoni del Consell Insular d'Eivissa és el competent per instruir el procediment d'aquesta convocatòria, de conformitat amb l'establert a l'apartat tercer, punt 6, del Decret de Presidència núm. 20230000467, de data 28 de juny de 2023, d'estructura del govern del Consell Insular d'Eivissa i de creació de departaments (BOIB núm. 88, de 29-06-2023).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;11.2.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Dins d'aquest Departament correspon a la consellera executiva l'ordenació del procediment, en virtut del Decret de Presidència núm. 2023000472, de data 28 de juny de 2023, de nomenament de les persones membres del Consell Executiu i de les vicepresidències del Consell Insular d'Eivissa (BOIB núm. 88, de 29-06-23), en relació amb les atribucions dels consellers executius establertes a l'article 33.2 de la Llei 4/2022, de 28 de juny, de consells insulars (BOIB núm. 88, de 07-07-2022).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;11.3. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Pel que fa a la competència per aprovar aquestes bases i la convocatòria, de conformitat amb l'establert a l'article 28.1.m de la Llei 4/2022, de 28 de juny, de consells insulars, correspon al Consell Executiu «Aprovar les convocatòries d'ajudes i subvencions».&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;11.4.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Respecte de la resolució de la convocatòria, de conformitat amb l'establert a l'article 33.2.k de la dita Llei 4/2022, de 28 de juny, de consells insulars, correspon a la consellera executiva «Resoldre les convocatòries d'ajudes i subvencions».&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;12. Instrucció i resolució&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;12.1.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; L'òrgan instructor podrà requerir, en qualsevol moment de la tramitació de l'expedient, els documents complementaris que es considerin necessaris per tenir coneixement de les circumstàncies peculiars de cada cas, a l'efecte de garantir la inversió correcta dels recursos pressupostaris destinats a les ajudes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En el cas que durant la instrucció de l'expedient s'hagi de fer alguna notificació personalitzada (no es notifiquen personalment els diversos tràmits de l'expedient: proposta de resolució provisional, proposta de resolució definitiva i resolució definitiva de l'expedient), s'establirà com a preferent la notificació electrònica, sempre que la persona interessada ho hagi autoritzat a l'imprès de sol·licitud de l'ajuda (Annex 1) o estigui obligada a relacionar-se electrònicament amb l'Administració de conformitat amb l'article 14.2 de la Llei 39/2015, d'1 d'octubre, del procediment administratiu comú.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La notificació electrònica requereix que la persona sol·licitant compti amb un certificat digital, DNI electrònic o Cl@ve Permanent per entrar a la Seu Electrònica i poder accedir a la seua notificació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;12.2.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Així mateix, de conformitat amb l'article 24.4 de la LGS, el Departament de Cultura, Educació i Patrimoni, com a òrgan instructor i a la vista de l'expedient, amb fonament en l'informe de la comissió d'avaluació, formularà la proposta de resolució provisional, degudament motivada, que expressarà la relació de persones beneficiàries per a les quals es proposa la concessió de l'ajuda i la seua quantia; igualment, si és el cas, en les sol·licituds per a les quals es proposa la desestimació/denegació, s'indicarà la causa d'exclusió o desestimació/denegació, i s'obrirà un termini de deu dies hàbils per presentar-hi al·legacions, comptador a partir del dia següent de la publicació de la proposta de resolució provisional al tauler d'anuncis i edictes electrònics de la seu electrònica del Consell Insular d'Eivissa (https://seu.conselldeivissa.es).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;12.3.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; La comissió d'avaluació estimarà o desestimarà les al·legacions presentades a la proposta de resolució provisional i formularà la proposta de resolució definitiva de les ajudes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Les persones o entitats que es proposen com a beneficiaris d'aquestes ajudes a la proposta de resolució definitiva disposaran d'un termini de deu dies hàbils, a partir del dia següent de la seua publicació, per comunicar al Departament de Cultura, Educació i Patrimoni l'acceptació de l'ajuda. Tanmateix, l'acceptació s'entendrà produïda automàticament si en el dit termini no es fa constar el contrari. Així mateix, en el cas que qui es proposi com a beneficiari vulgui renunciar a aquesta ajuda, haurà de presentar l'Annex 6 d'aquestes bases.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;12.4.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Les ajudes es concediran mitjançant resolució definitiva de la consellera executiva del Departament de Cultura, Educació i Patrimoni, què expressarà el nom de la persona o de l'entitat beneficiària, l'edició o l'activitat per a la qual es concedeix l'ajuda (segons les modalitats de la convocatòria) i la quantitat de l'ajuda; igualment, en el cas de les sol·licituds excloses o desestimades/denegades, s'indicarà la causa d'exclusió o de desestimació/denegació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;12.5.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Una vegada realitzada la resolució definitiva de concessió i denegació de les ajudes, el pagament es realitzarà mitjançant resolució de la consellera executiva del Departament de Cultura, Educació i Patrimoni.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;12.6.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Aquestes resolucions es notificaran a les persones interessades mitjançant la seua publicació al BOIB i al tauler d'anuncis i edictes electrònics de la seu electrònica del Consell Insular d'Eivissa (https://seu.conselldeivissa.es). En el cas que la publicació al BOIB i a la Seu Electrònica del Consell es faci en dates diferents, per al còmput del termini per interposar el recurs es tendrà en compte la data de publicació al BOIB.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;12.7. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;D'acord amb l'article 25.4 de la LGS, el termini màxim per resoldre i notificar el procediment no excedirà els sis mesos, comptats a partir de la publicació de l'extracte de la convocatòria en el BOIB.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;12.8. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En compliment de l'article 34 del Decret legislatiu 2/2005, de 28 de desembre, pel qual s'aprova el Text refós de la Llei de subvencions, es farà pública la relació de beneficiaris i la quantia de l'ajuda concedida, incloses les inferiors a 3.000 €.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;13. Comissió d'avaluació&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;13.1. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La comissió d'avaluació és l'òrgan col·legiat al qual corresponen les funcions següents:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a) Avaluar i qualificar les sol·licituds, d'acord amb els criteris establerts a la base desena d'aquesta convocatòria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b) Emetre una acta amb un informe que ha servir de base per elaborar la proposta de resolució provisional.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;c) Resoldre els dubtes que es presentin i adoptar els acords necessaris per al bon ordre del procés previst en aquestes bases.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;13.2.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; La comissió avaluadora pot instar l'òrgan instructor perquè requereixi a les entitats sol·licitants els informes o els aclariments que es considerin convenients.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;13.3.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; La comissió d'avaluació estarà integrada per:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;13.4.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; En tot allò no previst expressament en aquestes bases sobre el funcionament de la comissió, seran d'aplicació les disposicions de la subsecció 1a de la secció 3a del capítol II del títol preliminar de la Llei 40/2015, d'1 d'octubre, de règim jurídic del sector públic.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;14. Forma de pagament i justificació de les ajudes&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En tractar-se d'ajudes destinades a col·laborar amb les despeses ocasionades per edicions d'obres o per activitats culturals ja realitzades en el moment de la convocatòria, per la qual cosa les entitats o persones sol·licitants ja han lliurat tant la memòria de l'activitat com els justificants de la despesa, el pagament de les ajudes concedides es farà mitjançant resolució de la consellera executiva del Departament de Cultura, Educació i Patrimoni (tal com estableix la base 12.5 d'aquestes bases reguladores).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El pagament es realitzarà mitjançant transferència bancària i al número de compte bancari indicat per la persona o entitat sol·licitant.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;15. Revocació i reintegrament de l'ajuda&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Les ajudes concedides es podran revocar mitjançant resolució de la consellera executiva del Departament de Cultura, Educació i Patrimoni, una vegada emesa la proposta del cap de Secció del Departament de Cultura, Educació i Patrimoni i en relació amb l'informe tècnic sobre les circumstàncies que han provocat la revocació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;D'acord amb el que disposa l'article 43 del Text refós de la Llei de subvencions, aprovat pel Decret legislatiu 2/2005, de 28 de desembre, es revocarà la subvenció quan, posteriorment a la resolució de concessió vàlida i ajustada a dret, la persona beneficiària incompleixi totalment o parcialment les obligacions o els compromisos contrets als quals està condicionada l'eficàcia de l'acte de concessió de la subvenció. En tal cas, quedarà sense efecte l'acte de concessió, com a conseqüència de la revocació, i pertocarà reintegrar totalment o parcialment l'ajuda rebuda per les entitats beneficiàries i, si escau, l'exigència de l'interès de demora, en els casos previstos en l'article 44 del Decret llei 2/2005, de 28 de desembre, pel qual s'aprova el Text refós de la Llei de subvencions.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;L'incompliment de les obligacions o els compromisos contrets als quals està condicionada l'eficàcia de l'acte de concessió de l'ajuda rebuda en la forma i els terminis establerts suposarà, a més de la revocació, la impossibilitat de participar en pròximes convocatòries d'ajudes del Consell, mentre no es faci la devolució de l'import reclamat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La revocació de l'ajuda pot afectar el total o part de l'ajuda concedida per raó de l'incompliment total o parcial de les obligacions de l'entitat beneficiària.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El reintegrament es realitzarà pel procediment establert al títol II de la LGS, en el qual s'ha de garantir l'audiència a les entitats interessades.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Les quantitats reintegrables tenen la consideració d'ingressos de dret públic i poden ser exigides per la via de constrenyiment.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;16. Criteris de graduació per incompliments&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;De conformitat amb l'article 17.3.n en relació amb l'article 37.2 de la LGS, s'estableixen criteris de graduació del possible incompliment material de l'activitat objecte d'aquesta subvenció, i sempre que les entitats beneficiàries acreditin una actuació inequívoca tendent a la satisfacció dels seus compromisos:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;L'òrgan instructor aplicarà aquestos criteris per determinar l'import a reintegrar.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;17. Règim d'infraccions i sancions&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;El règim d'infraccions i sancions administratives aplicables serà l'establert en el títol IV de la LGS i en el títol V del Decret legislatiu 2/2005, de 28 de desembre, pel qual s'aprova el Text refós de la Llei de subvencions, de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Tot això sense perjudici de les responsabilitats penals o civils en què es pugui incórrer.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;18. Control&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;El Consell Insular d'Eivissa podrà utilitzar qualsevol mitjà de control com inspeccions, visites i sol·licitud d'aportació de nous documents i/o aclariments, etc. per a l'aplicació correcta de l'ajuda concedida.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;19. Règim de recursos&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;L'acord del Consell Executiu que aprovi les bases reguladores d'aquestes ajudes i les resolucions de la consellera executiva del Departament de Cultura, Educació i Patrimoni (resolució de desistiment, resolució definitiva de concessió i denegació o desestimació i, si escau, resolució de revocació de les ajudes) no exhaureixen la via administrativa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;De conformitat amb els articles 112.1, 121 i 122 de la Llei 39/2015, d'1 d'octubre, del procediment administratiu comú de les administracions públiques, i amb l'article 66, apartats 2 i 4, de la Llei 4/2022, de 28 de juny, de consells insulars, en el termini d'un mes des de l'endemà de la seua publicació, contra l'acord del Consell Executiu d'aprovació d'aquestes bases es podrà interposar recurs d'alçada davant el Ple del Consell Insular d'Eivissa, i contra les resolucions de la consellera executiva del Departament de Cultura, Educació i Patrimoni, recurs d'alçada davant el Consell Executiu del Consell Insular d'Eivissa. El recurs haurà de resoldre's en el termini de tres mesos, transcorreguts els quals sense que s'hagi dictat resolució expressa s'entendrà desestimat i quedarà oberta la via contenciosa administrativa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Tot això sense perjudici de qualsevol altre recurs o acció que es consideri pertinent.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;20. Legislació aplicable&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;20.1. La convocatòria d'aquestes ajudes es regirà pel que disposen les presents bases reguladores, per les Bases generals de subvencions del Consell Insular d'Eivissa (publicades al BOIB núm. 35, de 25-03-2025), per la Llei 39/2015, d'1 d'octubre, del procediment administratiu comú de les administracions públiques, pel Decret legislatiu 2/2005, de 28 de desembre, que aprova el Text refós de la Llei de subvencions, per la Llei estatal 38/2003, de 17 de novembre, general de subvencions, i pel Reial decret 887/2006, de 21 de juliol, pel qual s'aprova el Reglament de la Llei 38/2003, de 17 de novembre, general de subvencions, en allò que hi sigui d'aplicació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;20.2. Respecte de la protecció i el tractament de dades de caràcter personal per a la realització de les activitats objecte d'aquesta convocatòria s'han d'observar les prescripcions contengudes a la Llei orgànica 3/2018, de 5 de desembre, de protecció de dades personals i garantia dels drets digitals (LOPDGDD), al Reglament (UE) 2016/679 del Parlament Europeu i del Consell, de 27 d'abril de 2016, relatiu a la protecció de les persones físiques pel que fa al tractament de dades personals i a la lliure circulació d'aquestes dades i pel qual es deroga la Directiva 95/46/CE (RGPD, Reglament general de protecció de dades) (DO L 119, de 4-5-2016), i a la resta de legislació vigent en matèria de protecció de dades personals, que hi sigui d'aplicació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
