&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;El vicepresident en matèria agrària del FOGAIBA, en data de 19 de maig de 2025, signa la següent resolució,&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;1.En data 18 d'abril de 2023, es va publicar el BOIB núm. 49 la Resolució de la presidenta del Fons de Garantia Agrària i Pesquera de les Illes Balears (FOGAIBA) per la qual s'aprova, per l'any 2023, la convocatòria d'ajudes destinades al foment de producció integrada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;2. L'òrgan gestor del Servei d'Ajudes al Desenvolupament Rural va dur a terme el control administratiu de la sol·licitud i de la documentació aportada d'acord amb les bases reguladores d'aquestes ajudes; i va constatar que Josep Nadal Crespí&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; no complia amb el requisit de la convocatòria establert a l'apartat tercer punt 2.c) disposar d'una superfície mínima del grup de cultiu. En aquest cas No va sol·lictar la superfície mínima de 2 hectárees del grup de cultiu de cereal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:0.18cm"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;3. En data 14 d'abril de 2024 es va publicar a la web la proposta provisional de denegació de l'interessat Josep Nadal Crespí donant-li un període de 10 dies per presentar al·legacions. Les quals no ha presentat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:0.18cm"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Fonaments de dret&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;3. Resolució del president del fons de Garantia Agrària i Pesquera de les Illes Balears (FOGAIBA) per la qual s'incremente el crèdit de la Resolució de la presidenta del FOGAIBA per la qual s'aprova la convocatòria, per l'any 2023, dels ajuts destinats al foment de producció integrada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;4. L'ordre 10/2023 de la consellera d'Agricultura, Pesca i Alimentació, de 5 d'abril de 2023, per la qual s'estableixen les bases reguladores per a la concessió de subvencions en el marc de les intervencions per al desenvolupament rural de les Illes Balears 2023-2027.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:0.18cm"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Informe i proposta de resolució &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Per tot això, s'informa i es proposa al vicepresident en matèria agrària del FOGAIBA que dicti una resolució en els termes següents:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;1. Denegar la sol·licitud d'ajuda Josep Nadal Crespí per no arribar a la superfície mínima de grup de cultiu pel qual sol·licita l'ajuda de Foment de Producció integrada, convocatòria 2023-2027.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;2. Notificar la resolució als interessats en el &lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;Contra aquesta resolució -que no exhaureix la via administrativa- es pot interposar recurs d'alçada davant el conseller d'Agricultura, Pesca i Medi Natural, en el termini d'un mes, comptador des de l'endemà de la notificació de la resolució, d'acord amb els articles 121 i 122 de la Llei 39/2015, d'1 d'octubre, del procediment administratiu &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;comú de les administracions públiques.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
