&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255)"&gt;1. La senyora Sonia Medialdea Lorenzo va interposar un recurs contenciós administratiu (PO 31/2025, tramitat al Tribunal Superior de Justícia de les Illes Balears) contra:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 40px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255)"&gt;- Resolució del director general del Servei de Salut de les Illes Balears per la qual s&amp;apos;aprova la llista de persones que han superat el concurs oposició derivat de l&amp;apos;oferta d&amp;apos;ocupació pública addicional d&amp;apos;estabilitat, ordinària i excepcional d&amp;apos;estabilització per a cobrir places vacants en la categoria infermer/infermera del Servei de Salut de les illes Balears. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 40px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255)"&gt;- La diligència del Tribunal del procés selectiu, de 18 de novembre de 2024 aprovant el llistat definitiu de les puntuacions obtingudes en la fase de concurs. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255)"&gt;2. La recurrent va ampliar les actuacions del recurs contenciós administratiu (PO 31/2025, tramitat al Tribunal Superior de Justícia de les Illes Balears) contra:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-left: 40px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255)"&gt;- Resolució del director general del Servei de Salut de les Illes Balears per la qual es nomena personal estatutari fix i s&amp;apos;adjudiquen places a les persones que han superat el concurs oposició per a cobrir places vacants de la categoria infermer/infermera del Servei de Salut convocat per mitjà de la resolució de 12 de desembre del director general del Servei de Salut de les Illes Balears. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255)"&gt;3. De manera directa o indirecta aquesta ampliació del recurs pot resultar rellevant per a diverses persones que podrien tenir la condició d&amp;apos;interessades en el procediment.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255)"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Fonaments de dret&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255)"&gt;1. L&amp;apos;article 49 de la Llei 29/1998, de 13 de juliol, reguladora de la jurisdicció contenciosa administrativa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255)"&gt;2. L&amp;apos;article 45 de la Llei 39/2015, d&amp;apos;1 d&amp;apos;octubre, del procediment administratiu comú de les administracions.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255)"&gt;Per tot això, dict la següent&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="text-align: center"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255)"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Resolució&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255)"&gt;1. Citar les persones interessades en l&amp;apos;ampliació del recurs contenciós administratiu interposat per la senyora Sonia Medialdea Lorenzo, perquè es puguin personar com a demandades davant el Tribunal Superior de Justícia de les Illes Balears, en el termini de nou dies, comptadors a partir de l&amp;apos;endemà de publicar-se aquesta resolució.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255)"&gt;2. Comunicar a les persones interessades que si es personen fora del termini establert se les considerarà com a part, sense que per això s&amp;apos;hagi de retrotreure ni interrompre el curs del procediment i que, si no es personen, el procediment continuarà i no serà procedent fer-los cap altra notificació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255)"&gt;3. Ordenar la publicació d&amp;apos;aquesta resolució en el &lt;em&gt;Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears&lt;/em&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
