&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;1. En data 23 de gener de 2025, en el&amp;nbsp;BOIB&amp;nbsp;núm.11, es varen publicar les bases relatives a la provisió de tres places amb contracte laboral fixe com a professor músic de la &amp;nbsp;Fundació Orquestra Simfònica de les Illes Balears en les categories de violoncel tutti, viola tutti i violí primer tutti corresponents a l'Oferta Pública d'Ocupació de 2023 i a l'Oferta Pública d'Ocupació de 2024.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;2. Atès que a la referida convocatòria hi ha hagut errors materials, en virtut de l'article 109.2 de la Llei 39/2016 d'1 d'octubre, de Procediment Administratiu Comú de les Administracions Públiques, se podrà, &lt;em&gt;“rectificar en qualsevol moment, d'ofici o a instàncies dels interessats, els errors materials, de fet o aritmètics existents”&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
