    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La Junta de Govern del Consell Insular de Formentera, en sessió de caràcter ordinari de 9 de maig de 2025, celebrada en forma presencial, va adoptar, entre d'altres, el següent acord:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;(...)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Primer.- APROVAR &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;l'atorgament de subvenció nominativa directa per l'import de 15.000,00€ al CLUB DOJO FORMENTERA amb CIF G07587793, per a la coordinació, gestió i promoció de l'Escola de Dojo de Formentera per a l'any 2025, el qual s'adjunta a l'annex I.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Segon.- LA GESTIÓ&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; de la subvenció es durà a terme d'acord amb la signatura del conveni annex a la proposta.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Tercer.- AUTORITZAR I DISPOSAR LA DESPESA &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;amb càrrec a la partida pressupostària 2025.1.341.4800001 dels pressupostos per a l'any 2025.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Quart.- RECONÈIXER &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;l'obligació de l'import concedit, ordenar el pagament i pagar l'import del 50% de 15.000,00€ de la subvenció i registrar l'operació com a pendent de justificar fins que el beneficiari no procedeixi a la justificació de la mateixa d'acord amb les normes de la concessió.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Cinquè.- FACULTAR &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;al Sr. President del Consell Insular de Formentera, perquè una vegada estigui aprovada aquesta subvenció de concessió nominativa directa, pugui signar el conveni annex segons l'estipulat a l'article 21 de la Llei 4/2022, de 28 de juny, de consell insulars.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Sisè.- GUARDAR&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; còpia d'aquest conveni en el Registre de Convenis que es troba ubicat a la secretaria de la corporació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Setè.- NOTIFICAR&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; aquest acord al Club Dojo Formentera. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Vuitè.- PUBLICAR&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; el conveni en el BOIB i a la pàgina web del Consell Insular de Formentera. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;REUNITS&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;D'una part, el Sr. Óscar Portas Juan, major d'edat, veí de Formentera, domiciliat a la plaça de la Constitució núm. 1 a Formentera, amb Document Nacional d'Identitat núm. (...)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;De l'altra part, el Sr. Eugenio de la Dueña Medina, major d'edat, amb DNI (...), i amb domicili a efectes de comunicació a (...), Formentera.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;INTERVENEN&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El Sr. Óscar Portas Juan, com a president del Consell Insular de Formentera, que actua en nom i representació d'aquesta corporació, amb CIF P0702400C i amb domicili a la plaça de la Constitució núm. 1, de Sant Francesc (Formentera), en virtut del Decret de Presidència de 27 de desembre de 2024, d'atribucions competencials als membres de l'equip de Govern, publicat al BOIB núm. 19, de 11 de febrer de 2025, d'acord amb l'article 136 del Reglament Orgànic del Consell Insular de Formentera (ROC) i en virtut de l'article 21.1.b de la Llei 7/1985, de 2 d'abril, reguladora de les bases de règim local, de la Llei Orgànica 5/1985, de 19 de juny, de règim electoral general i de l'article 21 de la Llei 4/2022, de 28 de juny, de consells insulars en relació al Títol IX d'aquesta Llei sobre Règim especial de Formentera, assistit pel secretari de la corporació, el Sr. Ángel Custodio Navarro Sánchez, de conformitat amb l'article 161 del ROC.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El Sr. Eugenio de la Dueña Medina, president del Club Dojo Formentera, qui actua en nom i representació d'aquesta, amb CIF G07587793, i amb domicili a efectes de notificació al Poliesportiu Antoni Blanc de Formentera, en virtut de l'Acta de l'Assemblea General Extraordinària de socis del Club Dojo Formentera, núm. 1 celebrada en data 1 de juny del 2023.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Ambdues parts actuen en representació de les seves respectives entitats, es reconeixen mútuament plena capacitat jurídica per obrar i,&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;MANIFESTEN&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;PRIMER.-&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; En virtut del que disposa la Llei 2/2023, de 7 de febrer, de l'esport a les Illes Balears, concretament el que estableix l'article 9, entre d'altres, la competència del Consell Insular de Formentera per col·laborar, en el seu àmbit territorial, amb les entitats en el desenvolupament de l'esport.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;SEGON.-&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Per al desenvolupament de la referida competència, el Consell Insular de Formentera es troba facultat per a subscriure els acords o convenis que resultin precisos per tal d'establir els termes de la cooperació a desenvolupar amb altres entitats de naturalesa pública o privada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;TERCER.- &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;L'article 86 de la Llei 39/2015 de procediment administratiu comú de les administracions públiques, preveu la possibilitat que aquelles celebrin convenis, que tinguin per objecte satisfer l'interès públic que tenen encomanat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;QUART.-&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; D'aquesta manera, el Consell Insular de Formentera, en ús de les seues facultats, es troba interessat en formalitzar el present conveni de col·laboració amb el Club Dojo Formentera, en nom de satisfer l'interès general que té encomanat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;CINQUÉ.- &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Que en el marc de la planificació esportiva del Consell Insular de Formentera, es fa referencia a la promoció de l'esport i l'educació esportiva dels joves de l'illa com un dels seus objectius.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En virtut de l'exposat anteriorment, ambdues parts acorden formalitzar aquest conveni, d'acord amb les següents:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;CLÀUSULES&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. Objecte del conveni&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;L'objecte del present conveni és regular la col·laboració entre el Consell Insular de Formentera i el Club Dojo Formentera per la coordinació, gestió i promoció de l'Escola de Dojo i sufragar així part de les despeses que el club pugui tenir que deriven de la pràctica i el foment de l'esport, la promoció dels valors esportius en virtut del que disposa l'article 125 de la Llei 20/2006, de 15 de desembre, municipal i de règim local de les Illes Balears i a l'article 6 de la Llei 6/2001, d'11 d'abril, de Patrimoni de les Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. Obligacions del Club Dojo Formentera&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El Club Dojo Formentera es farà càrrec de la posada en marxa i el desenvolupament de l'activitat concertada mitjançant una planificació anual (Projecte Esportiu) de l'activitat convinguda. Aquesta planificació anual (Projecte Esportiu) serà presentada a l'àrea d'Esports del Consell mitjançant l'OAC/OVAC abans de la signatura del conveni.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3. Obligacions per part del Club Dojo Formentera respecte a la coordinació, gestió i promoció&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;- Tot el personal empleat per l'entitat, dependrà laboralment del club sense que hi hagi cap vincle laboral amb el Consell Insular de Formentera de manera que la retribució i l'assignació de les seves tasques correspondran al Club Dojo Formentera que serà el responsable d'aplicar el conveni col·lectiu que correspongui. El club, es compromet a tenir regularitzades les relacions laborals en tot moment de tots els seus monitors/es-entrenadors/es des de l'inici de l'activitat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;- El Club Dojo Formentera haurà de desenvolupar:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Una planificació de la temporada amb els objectius, els continguts i activitats per a l'ensenyament dels valors en cada un dels grups d'esportistes que conformen les diferents categories del club.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Un programa de difusió de l'activitat on consti la col·laboració de l'àrea d'Esports del Consell Insular de Formentera i es realitzarà seguint del calendari escolar i segons l'anàlisi de la demanda dels usuaris i usuàries.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;- El Club Dojo Formentera haurà d'assumir totes les responsabilitats que poguessin derivar-se de la realització de les activitats del dojo i del compliment dels compromisos convinguts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;- El Club Dojo Formentera farà constar explícitament la llegenda de l'àrea d'Esports del Consell Insular de Formentera, al costat de l'entitat esportiva, en tota publicitat escrita, gràfica o parlada que es realitzi per a les activitats dels alumnes de l'Escola de Dojo. El logotip de l'àrea d'Esports s'haurà d'incloure en lloc preferent en tota la publicitat gràfica que s'editi per l'entitat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;- El Club Dojo Formentera haurà d'atendre i observar puntualment les eventuals indicacions, ordres i instruccions cursades per l'àrea d'Esports del Consell Insular de Formentera, i admetre l'eventual presència i control de personal designat per la corporació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;- Els tècnics i tècniques del Club Dojo Formentera hauran d'assistir en la mesura de lo possible als cursos de formació que l'àrea d'Esports organitzi dins el Pla de Valors anual.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;- El Club Dojo Formentera haurà de traslladar mitjançant el correu electrònic esports@conselldeformentera.cat, els esdeveniments que es duran a terme la setmana següent (durant la setmana o en cap de setmana) o amb la suficient antelació per a facilitar-ne la seua difusió.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4. Pagament&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El Consell Insular de Formentera realitzarà una aportació màxima de &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;15.000 €&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;, IVA inclòs, per a l'efectiva realització de la coordinació, gestió i promoció de l'Escola de Dojo esmentada al manifest tercer d'aquest conveni, amb càrrec a la partida pressupostària 2025.1.341.4800001 dels pressupostos generals del Consell Insular de Formentera per l'any 2025.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La forma de pagament per part del Consell Insular de Formentera, serà la següent: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;S'abonarà al Club Dojo Formentera un primer pagament del 50% de 15.000 euros, en el moment de la signatura del conveni (7.500 €).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;S'abonarà un segon pagament del 50% restant (7.500 €), quan es presenti una memòria justificativa del primer 50%, aportant una memòria responsable amb el contingut que determinen l'àrea d'Esports i la d'Intervenció. La memòria justificativa del primer 50% s'haurà de presentar abans del 31 d'octubre de 2025. Per motius excepcionals es podrà atorgar una pròrroga, prèvia comunicació i autorització.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Durant el més de gener de 2026 el club haurà de justificar el 100% de la seva actuació. Aquest serà requisit indispensable per poder signar un nou conveni amb el Consell. Això, no exempta de retornar la quantitat corresponent en el cas de no poder justificar el 100% de les quantitats rebudes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El tècnic de l'àrea d'Esports emetrà un informe favorable on digui que la contractació conveniada es du a terme amb normalitat, dins els objectius marcats en aquest conveni. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El beneficiari està eximit de presentar garanties atenent la naturalesa de les activitats subvencionades i les seves característiques com beneficiari, de conformitat amb l'article 42 i següents del Real Decret 88/2006, de 21 de juliol, pel qual s'aprova el reglament de la Llei 38/2003, de 17 de novembre, general de subvencions.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En compliment del que disposa l'article 11 del Decret legislatiu 2/2005, de 25 de desembre, text refós de la Llei de subvencions de les Illes Balears, el Club Dojo Formentera queda sotmesa, entre d'altres, a les obligacions següents:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Dur a terme les activitats o la inversió o adoptar el comportament que fomenta la concessió de la subvenció.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Presentar durant el mes de gener de 2026 els documents acreditatius de la justificació de la subvenció.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Sotmetre's a les actuacions de comprovació que duguin a terme els òrgans competents en qualsevol moment.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Notificar al CIF qualsevol modificació que es pretengui realitzar en la contractació dels treballadors, inicialment presentat, en relació a les actuacions subvencionables.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El Club Dojo Formentera es compromet a fer incloure els logos del Consell Insular de Formentera en tots aquells actes de difusió i en el material divulgatiu que es faci als esmentats esdeveniments.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Deixar constància de la percepció i l'aplicació de la subvenció en els llibres de comptabilitat o en els llibres de registre que hagi de dur el beneficiari d'acord amb la legislació mercantil o fiscal que sigui aplicable.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Conservar els documents justificatius de l'aplicació dels fons percebuts mentre puguin ser objecte d'actuacions de comprovació i control.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Reintegrar els fons percebuts en els supòsits prevists en l'article 44 d'aquesta Llei.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;5. Justificació&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El Club Dojo Formentera presentarà al registre general d'entrada del CIF, ubicat a l'OAC, dirigida a l'àrea d'Esports d'aquest Consell, durant el mes de gener de 2026, la següent documentació:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La memòria justificativa simplificada (&lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Compte Justificatiu Simplificat&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;) del 100% de la despesa realitzada per portar a terme la coordinació,&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;gestió i promoció de l'escola de base de dojo. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Acreditació d'estar al corrent de pagament de totes les obligacions tributàries i davant de la Seguretat Social, o autorització en favor del CIF, perquè pugui sol·licitar els certificats necessaris davant el Ministeri d´Economia i Hisenda i el Departament d'Economia i Hisenda de la Comunitat Balear.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Una memòria justificativa de la realització del les activitats realitzades entre l'1 de gener i el 31 de desembre de 2025. Aquesta memòria constarà d'informació textual de l'activitat, tal com:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Organigrama del club (tant de la directiva com de l'àrea tècnica).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Memòria d'activitat anual amb: grups, horaris, monitors, etc.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Memòria de RH: personal contractat, tipus de contracte, funcions, horari que du a terme, salari, etc.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Programa de desenvolupament (formació per als monitors, cursos, xarrades per a usuaris, pares, etc.).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Programa d'esdeveniments (esdeveniments duts a terme al llarg de l'any, breu descripció, característiques, participació, despeses, memòria, etc.).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Mitjans de promoció: cartells, pòsters, tríptics, uniformitat del personal, etc., on vinga la imatge del Consell.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Qualsevol altra informació/documentació que se consideri rellevant o que sigui requerida per l'àrea d'Esports.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Les despeses acollides a aquest conveni no es podran presentar a altres subvencions del propi Consell Insular de Formentera.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El tècnic de l'àrea d'Esports del Consell Insular de Formentera haurà d'emetre un informe, el qual corrobori que efectivament s'ha realitzat aquesta despesa i que tot es correcte per tancar l'expedient. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En cas que la documentació no es presenti dintre del termini establert, el Consell Insular de Formentera farà un requeriment al Club Dojo Formentera per tal que en el &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;termini de 15 dies&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; presenti la documentació corresponent a la justificació del conveni. En cas que no s'atengui aquest requeriment, el Consell portarà a terme els tràmits necessaris per al reintegrament de la subvenció atorgada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;6. Reintegrament&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;S'estableix l'obligació per part del Club Dojo Formentera de reintegrar els fons en el supòsit d'incompliment dels requisits i obligacions establertes per a la concessió, i en tot cas, en els supòsits regulats en l'article 44 del decret legislatiu 2/2005, de 28 de desembre, text refós de la Llei de subvencions de les Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;A més, el CIF es reserva el dret a disminuir proporcionalment la seva aportació, en el supòsit d'incompliment parcial del conveni, o bé en el cas que les despeses justificades no arribin al total de les despeses pressupostades.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;7. Compatibilitat amb altres subvencions&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El Club Dojo Formentera haurà d'informar al Consell Insular de Formentera, a través de l'òrgan competent en la matèria, la subvenció o subvencions que rebi per a la mateixa finalitat. En aquesta comunicació farà constar els diners obtinguts, així com totes les condicions aplicables.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En cap cas, la quantia total de les subvencions podrà superar el cost total de l'activitat, ja que si és així, la subvenció concedida per aquesta corporació es reduirà de manera proporcional.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;8. Vigència del conveni&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Aquest conveni és vigent des del dia de la seva signatura i fins al 31 de desembre de 2025, tenint efectes retroactius quant a les activitats objecte d'aquest conveni, des del 1 de gener de 2025.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Aquest conveni es podrà resoldre, amb audiència prèvia de les parts, entre d'altres, per les causes següents:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;I. El mutu acord entre les parts, que s'ha de formalitzar per escrit.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;II. L'incompliment de les normatives d'aplicació i/o dels pactes establerts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;III. No dur a terme la prestació de les activitats objecte del present conveni.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En el cas que la resolució del conveni fos per incompliment per part de la Club Dojo Formentera, aquest haurà de reintegrar la totalitat les quantitats econòmiques percebudes. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;9. Força Major&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;No es considerarà incompliment de l'establert en el present conveni, la suspensió de les activitats objecte de subvenció, amb motiu de força major, i/o en compliment de les mesures adoptades per l'autoritat competent.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;S'entén per força major, als efectes del present conveni, qualsevol circumstància imprevisible i inevitable, que afecti el compliment de les obligacions assumides per part del Club Dojo Formentera; com per exemple: esdeveniments naturals extraordinaris com inundacions, terratrèmols, situacions de epidèmia i pandèmia.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;10. Procediment d'atorgament i naturalesa del conveni&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El present conveni té &lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;naturalesa administrativa&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; i constitueix l'instrument a través del qual es canalitza una subvenció pel procediment de concessió directa previst a l'article 7.1 c) del decret legislatiu 2/2005, de 28 de desembre, text refós de la Llei de subvencions de les Illes Balears, i a l'article 22.2 c) de la Llei 38/2003, de 17 de novembre, general de subvencions, perquè s´acrediten raons d´interès públic, social, econòmic o humanitari que dificulten la seva convocatòria pública, d'acord amb els informes que consten a l'àrea d'Esports del Consell Insular de Formentera.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;11. Normativa d´aplicació&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En el no previst en el conveni present caldrà ajustar-se al que disposen les bases d'execució del Pressupost General del Consell Insular de Formentera per al 2025, a l'esmentada Llei de consells insulars, article 96.2 de i disposició addicional 9a sobre Normativa en matèria de subvencions; al Decret legislatiu 2/2005, de 28 de desembre, text refós de la Llei de subvencions de les Illes Balears; a la Llei 38/2003, de 17 de novembre, general de subvencions i al Reial decret 887/2006, de 21 de juliol, pel que s'aprova el reglament de la Llei 38/2003, de 17 de novembre, general de subvencions, d'acord amb el que estableix l'article 8 de l'esmentada Llei 38/2003 i els articles 10 i següents del reglament abans mencionat així com l'establert a l'article 6 i concordants del citat Decret legislatiu 2/2005.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Es deixa palès que s'actua en sintonia amb el que va significar el Pla Estratègic de Subvencions 2016-2019 del Consell Insular de Formentera, aprovat a la sessió plenària de 24 de juny de 2016 i publicat al BOIB núm. 93, de 23-07-2016 i el Pla Estratègic de Subvencions per a l'any 2019 del Consell Insular de Formentera publicat al BOIB núm. 47, d'11-04-2019; el Pla Estratègic de Subvencions per al període 2020-2021, aprovat a la sessió plenària de 22 de desembre de 2020 i publicat al BOIB núm. 4, de 9 de gener de 2021, el Pla Estratègic de Subvencions del Consell Insular de Formentera per al període de 2022 i primer semestre de 2023, prorrogat per al segon semestre de 2023, el Pla Estratègic de subvencions del Consell Insular de Formentera per al període 2024 al 2025, aprovat a la sessió plenària de 21 de març de 2024 i publicat al BOIB núm. 40, de 23 de març de 2024, i en particular el propi Pressupost General del Consell Insular de Formentera per a l'any 2025 citat anteriorment.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;I en prova de conformitat, ambdues parts signen aquest conveni de col·laboració per duplicat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
