&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255)"&gt;Segons les Resolucions del President del Fons de Garantia Agrària i Pesquera de les Illes Balears (FOGAIBA) de 16 d&amp;apos;abril del 2024, per les quals s&amp;apos;aproven les convocatòries per a l&amp;apos;any 2024 de les ajudes destinades a les inversions no productives vinculades a la realització de compromisos d&amp;apos;agroambient i clima, publicada en el BOIB núm. 51 de 18 d&amp;apos;abril de 2024, i un cop revisades les sol·licituds d&amp;apos;ajuda, hem constatat les deficiències que s&amp;apos;indiquen a l&amp;apos;Annex I, l&amp;apos;esmena de les quals és preceptiva per poder continuar amb la tramitació de l&amp;apos;ajuda.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255)"&gt;En conseqüència, i d&amp;apos;acord amb l&amp;apos;article 68 de la Llei 39/2015, d&amp;apos;1 d&amp;apos;octubre, del procediment administratiu comú de les administracions públiques, es requereix a totes les persones sol·licitants que figuren a l&amp;apos;annex I perquè en el termini de DEU DIES (10) comptadors des del dia següent a la seva publicació al BOIB, per tal que esmenin els defectes i/o aportin els documents indicats, amb l&amp;apos;advertiment que, en cas de no fer-ho, considerarem que desisteixen de la seva petició i, prèvia resolució, procedirem a l&amp;apos;arxiu de les actuacions.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
