&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1. Mitjançant Resolució de la consellera de Presidència i Administracions Públiques de 18 d'octubre de 2024 es varen designar els Tribunals Qualificadors de les proves selectives per a l'ingrés pel torn lliure, dels cossos de l'Administració especial de la Comunitat Autònoma excepte cos ajudant facultatiu, escala d'agents de medi ambient de les Illes Balears, proves convocades per Resolució de la consellera de Presidència i Administracions Públiques de 19 de desembre de 2023 (BOIB núm. 141, de 26 d'octubre de 2024).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2. Mitjançant Resolució de la consellera de Presidència i Administracions Públiques de 12 de novembre de 2024 es va modificar la composició dels Tribunals Qualificadors de diverses especialitats de l'Administració especial establerts en la Resolució per la qual es designen els tribunals qualificadors de les proves selectives per a l'ingrés pel torn lliure per cobrir places de personal funcionari a l'Administració de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears, &lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;proves convocades per Resolució de la&lt;/span&gt; consellera de Presidència i Administracions Públiques de 19 de desembre de 2023 (BOIB núm. 149, de 14 de novembre de 2024).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;3. Mitjançant Resolució de la consellera de Presidència i Administracions Públiques de 26 de novembre de 2024 es va modificar la composició dels Tribunals Qualificadors de diverses especialitats de l'Administració especial de les proves selectives per a l'ingrés pel torn lliure per cobrir places de personal funcionari a l'Administració de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears, proves convocades per Resolució de la consellera de Presidència i Administracions Públiques de 19 de desembre de 2023 (BOIB núm. 155, de 28 de novembre de 2024).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;4. Mitjançant Resolució de la consellera de Presidència i Administracions Públiques de 3 de desembre de 2024 es va modificar composició dels Tribunals Qualificadors de diverses especialitats de l'Administració especial de les proves selectives per a l'ingrés pel torn lliure per cobrir places de personal funcionari a l'Administració de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears, proves convocades per Resolució de la consellera de Presidència i Administracions Públiques de 19 de desembre de 2023 (BOIB núm 158, de 5 de desembre de 2024).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;5. Ates&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;a&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; l'ampliació de la Comissió Permanent de Selecció i Provisió amb la incorporació de nous membres dels subgrups A2 i C&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;1 &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;i&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;per&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; una distribució m&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;é&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;s equilibrada de la càrrega de feina, decisió que ajudarà a millorar el desenvolupament dels diferents processos selectius, &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;els membres &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;de la&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Comissió Permanent &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;que s'&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;indiqu&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;en seguidament &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;han presentat sengles&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;ren&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;ú&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;nci&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;es&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;a formar &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;part &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;dels &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Tribunal&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;s&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; Qualificador&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;s &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;relacionat&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;s a continuació:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

La senyora Maria Cecilia Guillen Alonso ha presentat un escrit de renúncia al·legant motius efectivament justificats&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;per no &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;formar&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; part&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; del &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Tribunal Qualificador del subgrup C1 del cos ajudant facultatiu, escala de suport professional especialitzat, especialitat ajudant/a de laboratori.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;7. Atesa la càrrega de feina dins la Comissió permanent coordinant els processos selectius i de provisió i participant en les comissions tècniques de valoració, i per &lt;/span&gt;considerar que és el millor per al bon desenvolupament del procés selectiu, &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;l&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;a&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; senyora &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Francisca Sampol Morell &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;ha &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;presentat &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;la seva &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;ren&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;ú&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;ncia a formar part dels Tribunals Qualificadors, dels quals va ser designada membre, i que figuren a continuació:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;del subgrup C1&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;Tribunal del &lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;cos ajudant facultatiu, escala socioeducativa, especialitat educació infantil.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;8. &lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Ateses les raons exposades en les renúncies presentades, es considera adient acceptar aquestes renúncies i designar nous presidents titulars i suplents dels Tribunals Qualificadors esmentats per motius organitzatius i per tal d'agilitar el correcte desenvolupament dels processos selectius garantint els principis d'eficàcia i eficiència administratives.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Fonaments de dret&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

L'article 10 de la Llei 3/2003, de 26 de març, de règim jurídic de l'Administració de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears, en relació amb l'article 6.3 &lt;em&gt;c&lt;/em&gt;) de la Llei 3/2007, de 27 de març, de la funció pública de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2. Els articles 13 i 14 del Decret 27/1994, d'11 de març, pel qual s'aprova el reglament d'ingrés del personal al servei de la CAIB.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Per tot això, i fent ús de les competències que m'atorga l'article 6.3.&lt;em&gt;c) &lt;/em&gt;de la Llei 3/2007, dict la següent&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

Acceptar les renúncies justificades presentades pel &lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;senyor &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Gabriel Rossinyol Seguí, &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;la senyora &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Elora Oliver Fonseca, &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;l&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;a senyora &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Amparo Arnao Sáez&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;, &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;la senyora &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Carme Bennasser Carratalà&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;, &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;el senyor &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Arnau Ramis Pericàs&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;, &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;l&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;a senyora Maria Cecilia Guillen Alonso &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;i l&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;a&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; senyora &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Francisca Sampol Morell&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;, &lt;/span&gt;pels motius al·legats en els escrits de renúncia, per la qual cosa es considera adient la modificació de les designacions inicialment previstes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2. Modificar la composició dels Tribunals Qualificadors que es relacionen en l'annex de aquesta Resolució de les proves selectives per a l'ingrés pel torn lliure per cobrir places de personal funcionari a l'Administració de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears, establerts en les Resolucions de la consellera de Presidència i Administracions Públiques de 18 d'octubre, 12 i 26 de novembre i 3 de desembre de 2024.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;3. Designar els nous presidents&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;titulars&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;i suplents dels Tribunals Qualificadors &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;esmentat&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;s&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;, els quals estan constituïts pels membres que figuren en l'annex d'aquesta Resolució.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;4. Publicar aquesta Resolució en el &lt;em&gt;Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears,&lt;/em&gt; a la Seu Electrònica de la CAIB (www.caib.es) i en el Portal de l'Opositor (http://oposicions.caib.es).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Contra aquesta Resolució, que posa fi a la via administrativa, es pot interposar un recurs potestatiu de reposició davant la consellera de Presidència i Administracions Públiques en el termini d'un mes, comptador des de l'endemà de la publicació, d'acord amb els articles 123 i 124 de la Llei 39/2015, d'1 d'octubre, del procediment administratiu comú de les administracions públiques.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;També es pot interposar un recurs contenciós administratiu davant la Sala Contenciosa Administrativa del Tribunal Superior de Justícia de les Illes Balears en el termini de dos mesos, comptadors des de l'endemà de la publicació, d'acord amb els articles 8.2 i 46.1 de la Llei 29/1998, de 13 de juliol, reguladora de la jurisdicció contenciosa administrativa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
