Per Resolució de la consellera de Presidència i Administracions Públiques de 20 de febrer de 2025 es va convocar un procés unificat per cobrir les places de la categoria de policia dels municipis Capdepera, Ciutadella, Llucmajor, Maó, Muro, Palma, Porreres, sa Pobla, Sant Llorenç des Cardassar, Santa Eulària des Riu, Santanyí i Sóller (BOIB núm. 25, de 25 de febrer).</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">2. El Tribunal Qualificador de les proves selectives esmentades en el punt anterior va acordar en la sessió realitzada en data 21 de maig de 2025 el nomenament de personal assessor especialista perquè col·labori amb el Tribunal tant en l'organització i el desenvolupament del segon exercici del procés selectiu (proves físiques).</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><strong>Fonaments de dret</strong></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">1. La Llei 4/2013, de 17 de juliol, de coordinació de les policies locals de les Illes Balears, i en concret, la Disposició addicional vuitena d'aquesta Llei.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">2.
