&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;“&lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;BASES ESPECÍFIQUES DE LA CONVOCATÒRIA D'UNA BORSA DE FEINA DE PERSONAL D'EDUCADORS/ES SOCIALS –PERSONAL LABORAL TEMPORAL- DE L'AJUNTAMENT DE SA POBLA, MITJANÇANT CONCURS-OPOSICIÓ.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1.- Objecte de la convocatòria. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;L'objecte d'aquesta convocatòria és la creació d'una borsa de treball d'educadors/es socials de l'Ajuntament de sa Pobla mitjançant CONCURS-OPOSICIÓ, a l'efecte de dur a terme un contracte de personal laboral temporal, d'acord amb l'article 15 del Reial Decret Legislatiu 2/2015, de 23 d'octubre, pel que s'aprova el Text Refós de la Llei de l'Estatut dels Treballadors,&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Tipus de contracte: laboral temporal; de conformitat amb l'article 15 del RDL 2/2015, de 23 d'octubre pel que s'aprova el Text Refós de la Llei de l'Estatut dels Treballadors i el Reial Decret 2720/1998, de 18 de desembre, pel qual es desenvolupa l'article 15 de TRLLET en matèria de contractes de durada determinada. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Nivell: 2 del Conveni Col·lectiu del personal laboral de l'Ajuntament de sa Pobla (A2).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Lloc de treball: Serveis Socials de l'Ajuntament de sa Pobla &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Període de prova: 6 mesos, sense perjudici de l'establert a l'article 14.1 del TRET.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2.- Normativa d'aplicació&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Aquesta selecció es regirà per les prescripcions contingudes en les bases d'aquesta convocatòria i, en allò que no s'hi prevegi, per&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;RDL 2/2015, de 23 d'octubre pel que s'aprova el Text Refós de la Llei de l'Estatut dels Treballadors, i el Reial Decret 2720/1998, de 18 de desembre, pel qual es desenvolupa l'article 15 de TRLLET en matèria de contractes de durada determinada. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Reial Decret Legislatiu 5/2015, de 30 d'octubre pel que s'aprova el Text Refós de la Llei de l'Estatut Bàsic de l'empleat públic, i normativa de desenvolupament.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Llei 3/2007, de 27 de març, de la Funció Pública de la CAIB, i supletòriament, per al no previst a l'anterior, pel Decret 30/2009, de 22 de maig, pel qual s'aprova el procediment de selecció e funcionaris interins de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears, i per la demés normativa que li sigui d'aplicació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Així com normativa de desenvolupament. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3.- Requisits dels aspirants.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Hauran de reunir les següents condicions:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3.1.- Tenir la nacionalitat espanyola o la d'algun Estat membre de la Unió Europa. Els aspirants que no tinguin la nacionalitat espanyola o d'algun estat membre de la UE, hauran d'acreditar documentalment la seva nacionalitat amb un document vigent i el permís de residència. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3.2.- Tenir 16 anys complerts i no haver complit l'edat de jubilació forçosa si fos el cas. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3.3.- Posseir la capacitat funcional pel desenvolupament de les funcions corresponents al lloc de feina.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3.4.- No haver estat separat/da ni acomiadat/ada, mitjançant expedient disciplinari, del servei de qualsevol de les administracions públiques o dels òrgans constitucionals o estatutaris de les comunitats autònomes, ni trobar-se en inhabilitació absoluta o especial per a l'exercici de funcions públiques per resolució judicial, per a l'accés al cos o escala de funcionari, o per exercir funcions similars a les que desenvolupava en el cas de personal laboral, en el qual hagués estat separat/da o inhabilitat/ada. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3.5.- Acreditar el requisit de coneixements de la llengua catalana corresponent al Nivell B2 o en condicions d'obtenir-lo en la data de finalització d'admissió de sol·licituds. Aquests coneixements s'han d'acreditar mitjançant l'aportació d'un certificat oficial expedient per l'Escola Balear d'Administració Pública o expedit o homologat per l'òrgan competent en matèria de política lingüística. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3.6.- Estar en possessió del títol de graduat/a universitari/a en educació social o de la diplomatura universitària en educació social. En el cas de titulacions obtingudes a l'estranger, s'haurà de tenir la credencial que acrediti la seva homologació. serà necessari aportar l'homologació corresponent del Ministeri competent en la matèria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3.7.-&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;Acreditació d'haver abonat la taxa per drets d'examen, per import de 26.-€ o bé, acreditació de les bonificacions i/o exempcions de les que puguin ser objecte, previstes al Títol VI de l'Ordenança Fiscal (BOIB núm. 167 de 12 de desembre de 2019) i justificant de pagament de la quantia resultant, si hi pertoca al següent número d'IBAN:ES7301825747490201503747. La manca de justificació del pagament de la taxa indicada determina l'exclusió de l'aspirant. Aquest pagament no substitueix, en cap cas, el tràmit de presentar la sol·licitud en el termini i en la forma prevista.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3.8.- Declaració jurada o promesa de posseir la capacitat funcional pel desenvolupament de les funcions corresponents.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3.9.- Estar en possessió del certificat negatiu del Registre Central de Delinqüents Sexuals de la Llei orgànica 1/1996, de Protecció Jurídica del Menor, modificada per la Llei 26/2015 i la Llei 45/2015 per a tots els professionals que treballen en contacte habitual amb menors, amb una antiguitat inferior a un any.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Abans de prendre possessió de la plaça, la persona interessada haurà de fer constar que no ocupa cap lloc de treball ni realitza cap activitat al sector públic delimitat per l'article 1 de la Llei 53/1984, i que no percep pensió de jubilació, retir o orfandat. Si realitza alguna activitat privada, inclosa la de caràcter professional, ho haurà de declarar en el termini de deu dies naturals, per tal que la corporació acordi la declaració de compatibilitat o incompatibilitat. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Els requisits establerts en els apartats anteriors hauran de complir-se el darrer dia del termini de presentació d'instàncies i mantenir-los al moment de formalitzar el corresponent contracte de treball, si n'és el cas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4.- Sol·licituds. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Les instàncies per participar en el procés selectiu es formalitzaran segons el model que figura a l'&lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Annex I&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; de les presents bases, es dirigiran al Sr. Batle, i es presentaran al registre general d'aquest Ajuntament o en qualsevol de les formes previstes a l'article 16 de la Llei 39/2015, de 1 d'octubre del procediment administratiu comú de les administracions públiques. Als efectes del dispost a la base 9ª necessàriament els aspirants hauran d'indicar un telèfon (o varis) de contacte. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Si les sol·licituds es presenten en la forma prevista en l'article 16 de la Llei 39/2015, de 1 d'octubre del procediment administratiu comú de les administracions públiques, a una Administracions diferents a l'Ajuntament de sa Pobla, s'haurà de remetre còpia de la sol·licitud en la qual consti la data de remissió, a la direcció de correu electrònic llreus@sapobla.cat .&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Per ser admès/a en aquest procediment els aspirants a les seves instàncies adjuntaran la següent documentació:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1.- Còpia del DNI o document identificador pertinent. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2.- Còpia de la titulació exigida. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3.- Declaració jurada o promesa que no ha estat separat/da, mitjançant expedient disciplinari, del servei de l'Estat, de les comunitats autònomes, ni entitats locals, ni està inhabilitat/da per a l'exercici de funcions públiques&lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;(Annex II)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;5.- Declaració jurada o promesa de posseir la capacitat funcional pel desenvolupament de les funcions corresponents. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;(Annex III)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4.- Copia del certificat de coneixements de la llengua catalana requerit (B2), o bé documentació acreditativa de la seva homologació. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;5.- Justificant de l'abonament de la taxa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;6.- Còpia dels mèrits al·legats als efectes de la seva valoració, els quals hauran d'anar relacionats a la instància. Els documents presentats podran ser còpies però hauran de ser autentificades en el moment en que l'aspirant sigui seleccionat si així es requereix per l'òrgan contractant. Els mèrits o serveis a tenir en compte estaran referits a la data de publicació de la convocatòria en el BOIB, que actuarà com a límit. No s'admetrà cap documentació referida a mèrits una vegada finalitzat el termini de presentació d'instàncies. En cap cas es requerirà documentació o esmena d'errors relativa als mèrits. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;7. Estar en possessió del certificat negatiu del Registre Central de Delinqüents Sexuals de la Llei orgànica 1/1996, de Protecció Jurídica del Menor, modificada per la Llei 26/2015 i la Llei 45/2015 per a tots els professionals que treballen en contacte habitual amb menors, amb una antiguitat inferior a un any.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;No es valorarà cap mèrit que no s'hagi acreditat i amb l'aportació de la documentació corresponent dins el termini de presentació de sol·licituds. El fet de no acreditar qualsevol dels mèrits en la forma indicada implicarà que aquest mèrit no es valori. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El termini per la presentació d'instàncies serà de &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;DEU DIES HÀBILS (10)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; comptats a partir del següent al de la publicació d'aquestes bases en el BOIB. Igualment aquestes bases es publicaran al tauler d'anuncis de la seu electrònica de l'Ajuntament de sa Pobla http://sapobla.eadministracio.cat/board//&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Es considera que les persones que han presentat una sol·licitud per participar en aquesta convocatòria donen el consentiment perquè l'Ajuntament de sa Pobla tracti les seves dades personals als efectes que se'n deriven.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;5.- Admissió dels aspirants. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Finalitzat el termini de presentació de sol·licituds, el tribunal aprovarà la relació provisional de persones admeses i excloses, amb la indicació de la causa d'exclusió. Aquesta resolució es publicarà al tauler d'anuncis de la seu electrònica de l'Ajuntament de sa Pobla, i es concedirà un termini de &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;TRES DIES HÀBILS&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; per a la presentació de possibles reclamacions, esmena d'errades o rectificacions. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Finalitzat l'esmentat termini es publicarà al tauler d'anuncis de la plana web de l'Ajuntament la llista definitiva de les persones admeses i excloses.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En cas de què no hi hagi reclamacions a la llista provisional, s'entendrà aquesta elevada a definitiva sense necessitat de nova resolució ni publicació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;A la mateixa Resolució es determinarà la data, el lloc i l'hora de celebració de les proves, havent-se de presentar els aspirants el dia assenyalat proveïts del DNI o document d'identificació i en crida única. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;6. Tribunal qualificador. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El Tribunal Qualificador es determinarà per resolució de Batllia i la seva composició s'haurà de publicar amb la llista provisional de persones admeses i excloses, en el tauler d'anuncis de la seu electrònica de l'Ajuntament de sa Pobla i es podrà publicar en la pàgina web de l'Ajuntament de sa Pobla. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El Tribunal està format per cinc membres amb veu i vot i els seus respectius suplents, per cobrir les absències que es puguin produir.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;L'òrgan de selecció serà col·legiat i la seva composició s'ajustarà als principis d'imparcialitat i professionalitat dels membres, procurant, la paritat entre dona i home. Els membres del tribunal han de ser funcionaris de carrera o personal laboral fix, i posseir una titulació acadèmica d'igual o de superior nivell que l'exigit als aspirants per a l'ingrés. El personal d'elecció o de lliure designació política, el personal funcionari interí i el personal eventual no podran formar part dels òrgans de selecció. Tampoc poden formar part els representats dels empleats públics, sense perjudici de les funcions de vigilància del bon desenvolupament del procediment selectiu. Els representats sindicals que participin en el procediment selectiu amb aquestes funcions de vigilància, han d'estar acreditats i, com a màxim, pot haver-hi un per cada sindicat. La pertinença als òrgans de selecció serà sempre a títol individual, no podent ostentar-se aquesta en representació o per compte de ningú.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El tribunal no podrà constituir-se ni actuar sense l'assistència de la meitat dels seus membres, ja siguin titulars o suplents, i les decisions s'adoptaran per majoria simple. Sempre serà necessària la presència del president/a i del secretari/a.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El tribunal podrà disposar la incorporació d'assessors especialistes perquè assessorin, amb veu i sense vot.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;L'abstenció i la recusació dels membres del tribunal s'ha d'ajustar al que preveuen els articles 23 i 24 de la Llei 40/2015, de 1 d'octubre, de Règim Jurídic del Sector Públic.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El tribunal resta facultat per a resoldre els dubtes o incidències que es presentin, i prendre els acords necessaris per al bon ordre del procediment de selecció en tot el que estigui previst en les presents bases.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;7.- Procés de selecció &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El sistema de selecció constarà de dues fases: oposició i concurs.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Constarà dos exercicis, de caràcter obligatori i eliminatori, que consistiran en:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Primer exercici fase oposició. Màxim 60 punts. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Prova teòrica. Puntuació màxima de 30 punts. Obligatòria i eliminatòria. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Contestar un qüestionari de 30 preguntes tipus test sobre quatre possibles respostes, en relació sobre les àrees de coneixement de l'&lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;ANNEX IV&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El temps màxim per a la realització de l'exercici serà de 45 minuts i la forma de puntuació serà: resposta correcta, 1 punts; la resposta incorrecta restarà 0.25 punts; la resposta en blanc tindrà 0 punts. Per superar la prova la puntuació haurà d'esser de 15 punts o més.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Les persones aspirants seran convocades mitjançant crida única a través d'anunci publicat a la pàgina web de l'ajuntament i seran exclosos les que no compareguin o ho fessin fora l'hora d'inici.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Una vegada finalitzada aquesta primera prova, i en el mateix dia tindrà lloc el segon exercici de la fase d'oposició que seguidament es detalla.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Segon exercici fase oposició. Obligatòria i eliminatòria. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Prova pràctica. Puntuació màxima de 30 punts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Consistirà en un o varis supòsits pràctics sobre un o varis temes relacionats amb el temari de l'&lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Annex IV&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; i a l'exercici teòric. El temps màxim per a la realització de l'exercici serà de 90 minuts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Únicament es valorarà la prova pràctica si s'ha superat prèviament la prova teòrica, si bé els aspirants hauran de realitzar les dues, essent exclosos en cas contrari.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Els aspirants hauran d'acudir, si escau, a la celebració de les proves objectives proveïts del seu DNI o document equivalent, podent el Tribunal requerir-los a qualsevol moment perquè acreditin la seva identitat. Així mateix, si tinguessin coneixement que algun dels aspirants no compleix qualsevol dels requisits exigits en la convocatòria, haurà de proposar la seva exclusió a l'autoritat convocant.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Determinats els resultats provisional obtinguts a la fase d'oposició aquests es faran públics al tauler d'anuncis de la pàgina web de l'Ajuntament de sa Pobla, als efectes que es puguin presentar al·legacions o reclamacions en el termini de 3 dies hàbils. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;8.- Barem de mèrits del concurs. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Màxim de 40 punts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Fase de concurs.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La puntuació màxima de la fase de concurs serà de &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;40 punts&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;. Els mèrits al·legats i justificats pels aspirants i que el Tribunal valorarà es regirà pel següent barem:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;A. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Experiència professional directament relacionada amb la plaça convocada: la puntuació màxima és de 20 punts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;A.1&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;.- &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Experiència professional a l'Administració Pública&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; en tasques idèntiques o relacionades amb la plaça convocada. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Els serveis prestats s'acreditaran mitjançant l'Informe de vida laboral i el contracte de treball o certificat d'empresa o certificat de serveis prestats expedit per l'Administració corresponent on consti la categoria laboral, en cas contrari no es valorarà. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Es valorarà amb &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;0.5 punts per mes complet de feina&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;. El còmput mensual es valorarà al 100% de jornada i en períodes de 30 dies. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Les fraccions inferiors al mes en el seu còmput total, no es valoraran. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;No es valoraran els serveis prestats en qualitat de funcionari eventual o de confiança.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;A.2.-&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Experiència professional fora de l'Administració Pública (empresa privada)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; relacionada amb la plaça convocada. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Únicament serà valorat aquest apartat quan, de la documentació aportada es desprengui que l'experiència laboral està directament relacionada amb la plaça. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Els serveis prestats s'acreditaran mitjançant l'Informe de vida laboral i el contracte de treball o el certificat d'empresa corresponent on consti la categoria laboral, en cas contrari no es valorarà. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Els treballs realitzats com a autònoms s'acreditaran mitjançant certificat d'alta i baixa a l'IAE, amb indicació de la data d'alta i baixa, categoria professional, tipus de contracte, jornada i funcions desenvolupades. Sense totes aquestes dades, no es valoraran. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Es valorarà amb &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;0.4 punts per mes complet de feina&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;. El còmput mensual es valorarà al 100% de jornada i en períodes de 30 dies. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Les fraccions inferiors al mes en el còmput total, no es valoraran. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;B.-&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Formació no reglada&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; (màxim de 18 punts). &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Cursos de formació, seminaris o jornades impartits o promoguts per les administracions públiques, pels agents socials, per centre oficial o homologats, que estiguin directament relacionats amb les funcions de la plaça. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Cursos de formació i perfeccionament, jornades o seminaris impartits i/o reconeguts per l'Institut Nacional d'Administració Pública (INAP), l'Escola Balear d'Administració Pública (EBAP), l'Administració de l'Estat, l'Autonòmica o la Local, les organitzacions sindicals signants dels acords de formació continua de les Administracions públiques, les universitats i les escoles tècniques, o els centres o cursos homologats per qualsevol d'aquestes institucions o organisme competent. En aquest apartat s'inclouen els cursos de formació ocupacional impartits o promoguts pel Servei d'Ocupació de les Illes Balears (SOIB), i per altres entitats o organismes locals, autonòmics o estatals amb competències en matèria de formació ocupacional. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Els cursos per esser valorats han de tenir qualsevol durada igual o superior a deu hores. Els crèdits d'aprofitament suposen els d'assistència; és a dir, no són acumulatius l'assistència i l'aprofitament.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Cada hora d'assistència es valorarà amb &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;0.03 punts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Cada hora d'aprofitament es valorarà amb &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;0.05 punts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En cas de no indicar-se la durada no es puntuarà. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Aquest mèrit s'acreditarà mitjançant certificat o fotocòpia del títol d'assistència o aprofitament, o certificat expedit pel centre o institució que hagi organitzat el curs, amb indicació de la durada del mateix i de les matèries tractades.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En el cas de cursos o formació valorada en crèdits, si no específica la durada en hores, es valorarà de la següent manera:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Per cada crèdit ECTS: 25 hores&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Per cada crèdit LRU o no especificat: 10 hores &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;C.- Coneixements orals i escrits de la llengua catalana (màxim 2 punts):&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Llenguatge Administratiu (LA): 0,5 punts&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Únicament es valorarà el certificat de coneixement de llengua catalana més alt i el certificat de llenguatge administratiu (LA) és acumulable.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Només es valoraran les certificacions expedides pel Govern de les Illes Balears, o títol, diploma o certificat equivalent segons l'Ordre del conseller d'Educació, Cultura i Universitats, de 21 de febrer de 2013 (BOIB núm. 34, de 12 de març de 2013).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;9.- Valoració de les fases, relació resultant i constitució de la borsa de treball&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;9.1&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;.- El tribunal procedirà a la valoració dels mèrits proposats pels aspirants de conformitat amb les clàusules anteriors. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Conclosa la valoració dels mèrits, el Tribunal farà públic al tauler d'anuncis de la plana web de l'Ajuntament de sa Pobla les puntuacions provisionals atorgades a cada aspirant per cada un dels conceptes prevists a la clàusula 8. Els interessats podran presentar al·legacions al Tribunal dins del termini dels &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;tres dies hàbils&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; següents al de publicació de l'esmentada valoració. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Una vegada finalitzada aquesta fase de valoració i puntuació, i esgotats els terminis de revisió i resoltes, en el seu cas, les al·legacions presentades, el Tribunal resoldrà de manera definitiva. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En el cas de que es produeixin empats en la puntuació dels aspirants es resoldran aplicant successivament els criteris següents:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a. La major puntuació obtinguda en l'apartat d'experiència professional.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b. Majors de 45 anys.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;c. La persona amb majors càrregues familiars.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;d. Per sorteig. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La resolució definitiva s'elevarà al Sr. Batle per resoldre la constitució de la borsa de treball, que vendrà conformada per tots els aspirants que hagin superat els dos exercicis de la fase d'oposició. Els aspirants que conformin la borsa de treball es trobaran a l'espera de ser cridats per l'Ajuntament per ordre de puntuació quan es produeixi la necessitat de contractar. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La resolució per la qual es constitueixi la borsa de feina s'ha de fer pública en la seu electrònica de l'Ajuntament de sa Pobla i al BOIB, amb indicació de les persones que en formaran part i la puntuació final que han obtingut.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;10.- Funcionament de la borsa de treball. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;A. Situació dels aspirants.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Les persones que formen part d'aquesta borsa a l'efecte d'oferir-los un lloc de treball, estan en situació́ de disponible o no disponible, en ambdós casos, sempre a sol·licitud de l'interessat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Mentre la persona aspirant estigui en la situació́ de &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;No Disponible&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; en la borsa, no se la cridarà̀ per oferir-li un lloc de treball d'aquesta borsa. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Estan en la situació́ de &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Disponible&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; la resta de persones aspirants a la borsa, amb la conseqüència que se les ha de cridar per oferir-los un lloc de treball d'acord amb la seva posició́ en la borsa. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;B. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Justificació: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El rebuig per part de la persona aspirant en el moment de l'oferiment, es considerarà justificat sempre que s'acrediti dins el termini de &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3 dies hàbils&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;, comptadors a partir de l'endemà de la comunicació telefònica d'un dels següents motius:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Trobar-se treballant en el moment en què es realitzi la crida per cobrir una oferta de feina, motiu pel qual haurà de presentar el contracte de treball vigent o Informe de vida laboral o certificació acreditativa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Trobar-se en situació d'incapacitat temporal, intervenció quirúrgica o accident, justificant-ho mitjançant la presentació de l'oportú informe mèdic.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Estar en alguna de les situacions següents: embaràs, adopció o acolliment (permanent o preadoptiu), descans per maternitat o paternitat, acolliment o malaltia greu o hospitalització d'un familiar o excedència per cura de fills menors de 12 anys o ascendents dependents o en qualsevol situació prevista en la normativa en vigor als efectes de permisos i llicències.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;

	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Per estudis reglats, els quals suposin tot un curs acadèmic complet.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Una vegada justificat, la persona aspirant quedarà en situació de No Disponible, és a dir, estarà inactiva en la borsa fins que finalitzin els motius al·legats i ho comuniqui a Recursos Humans. Per això, s'haurà de comunicar inexcusablement la finalització de la causa per la qual es va rebutjar el contracte o el nomenament mitjançant escrit dirigit a Recursos Humans de l'Ajuntament de Sa Pobla, en el moment en què es produeixi. Això suposarà l'activació automàtica en la borsa com a personal disponible per a possibles ofertes, sense perdre la seva posició en la borsa de treball.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Quan la persona aspirant rebutgi l'oferta i no en presenti justificació en el termini indicat (3 dies hàbils) comptadors des del dia de l'oferiment, serà penalitzada i passarà al darrer lloc de la borsa. Tres ofertes rebutjades sense justificació significaran l'exclusió de la borsa. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;C. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Funcionament de la borsa de feina&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Per cobertura ordinària: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;el Departament de Recursos Humans es posarà en contacte telefònic amb l'aspirant amb un màxim de tres intents, amb un marge de temps per a la crida, de mínim 30 minuts (entre cridada i cridada amb el mateix aspirant). S'ha d'informar a l'aspirant del lloc a cobrir i les característiques del mateix.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Un cop es contacti amb l'aspirant, aquest disposa com a màxim fins a les 9.00 hores del dia hàbil següent per mostrar la seva conformitat amb el nomenament o contràriament, manifestar el seu rebuig a l'oferta de feina, de conformitat amb al base 9ªB.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Si dins el termini indicat, no manifesta el seu interès en ocupar el lloc de feina, si no renúncia expressament al mateix o no respon al telèfon de contacte que ha facilitat o altre circumstància que impedeixi la seva incorporació, passarà a ocupar el darrer lloc de la borsa de feina. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Per cobertura de curta duració/urgent &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;(igual o inferior a 2 mesos o cobertura d'incapacitat temporal de qualque treballador/a amb previsió inferior a 2 mesos)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;el Departament de Recursos Humans es posarà en contacte telefònic amb l'aspirant amb un màxim de tres intents, amb un marge de temps per a la crida, de mínim 15 minuts (entre cridada i cridada amb el mateix aspirant). S'ha d'informar a l'aspirant del lloc a cobrir i les característiques del mateix.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Un cop es contacti amb l'aspirant, aquest disposa com a màxim de 3 hores des de la comunicació per part del Departament de Recursos Humans per mostrar la seva conformitat amb el nomenament o contràriament, manifestar el seu rebuig a l'oferta de feina, de conformitat amb al base 9ªB.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Si dins el termini indicat, no manifesta el seu interès en ocupar el lloc de feina, no renúncia expressament al mateix o no respon al telèfon de contacte que ha facilitat o altre circumstància que impedeixi la seva incorporació, passarà a ocupar el darrer lloc de la borsa de feina i es passarà a contactar amb el següent aspirant de la borsa. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Cada vegada que s'hagi de procedir a cobrir un lloc de la borsa, ha de quedar constància dins l'expedient, mitjançant una diligència de les característiques del lloc a cobrir, els dies de la crida, els intents de contacte amb els aspirants, la resposta d'aquests i la justificació si escau. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Si algun dels integrants de la borsa renuncien tres vegades seguides a diferents ofertes de feina (és a dir, no manifesta la conformitat a incorporar-se al lloc de feina, renúncia expressament al nomenament, no respon al telèfon de contacte que ha facilitat o altre circumstància que impedeixi la seva incorporació́), serà̀ definitivament exclòs de la borsa de feina a tots els efectes. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Quan la persona seleccionada mitjançant aquest sistema de borsa cessi en el seu lloc de treball, es reincorporarà̀ novament a la borsa de treball ocupant el mateix lloc inicial de la llista. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En el cas que l'integrant en la borsa d'ocupació́ al qual li correspongués la crida per l'ordre de puntuació́ pogués incórrer en un encadenament de contractes o manteniment de relació́ laboral de més de 24 mesos en un període de 30, que poguessin derivar en una relació́ indefinida amb aquesta Administració́, se suspendrà̀ aquesta crida passant al següent de la llista. La suspensió́ serà̀ pel temps necessari per a evitar la incursió́ en frau de llei que derivi en una relació́ indefinida. Transcorregut el termini necessari es restablirà̀ la possibilitat de la seva crida en el lloc de la bossa que obtingués segons puntuació́. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;11.- Vigència d'aquesta borsa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La borsa de feina objecte d'aquestes bases tindrà una vigència màxima de 3 anys des que es publiqui la resolució de constitució al BOIB, de conformitat amb l'article 12 del Decret 30/2009, de 22 de maig. Un cop hagi transcorregut aquest període de temps la borsa perd la vigència i no es pot reactivar.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;12. Protecció de dades. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;D'acord amb la Llei Orgànica 3/2018 de 5 de desembre, de protecció de dades personals i garantia dels drets digitals, s'informa a les persones aspirants que les dades contingudes en la sol·licitud d'admissió i documentació que s'acompanyi a la mateixa o la generada a resultes de la present convocatòria, s'incorporaran a un fitxer de dades personals del que és responsable l'Ajuntament d'Andratx, la finalitat del qual és dur a terme els processos de selecció de personal de la Corporació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Les dades personals necessàries podran ser utilitzades per dur a terme les publicacions pròpies del procés de selecció.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;13.- Impugnació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Contra les presents bases, que posen fi a la via administrativa, podrà formalitzar demanda, en el termini de dos mesos, davant el Jutjat social de Palma de Mallorca o, a la seva elecció, el que correspongui al seu domicili, a la qual acompanyarà còpia de la resolució denegatòria o document acreditatiu de la interposició o resolució del recurs administratiu, segons sigui procedent, unint còpia de tot això per a l'entitat demandada, en virtut del que es disposa en l'article 69.2 de la Llei 36/2011, de 10 d'octubre, reguladora de la Jurisdicció Social.
