    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;La Sra. Batlessa Presidenta d'aquesta Corporació Municipal, entre d'altres, ha&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;adoptat el Decret, núm. 2253/2025, de 12 de maig, que literalment diu així:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;“Vist el Decret de Batlia número 2484 de data 5 de juliol de 2024 el tenor literal del qual és el següent:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Vist el Decret núm. 1631/2023 de data 19 de juny de 2023, d'establiment de les àrees de gestió de l´organització municipal i atorgament de les delegacions genèriques als regidors.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Vist el Decret núm. 2666/2023 de data 5 d'octubre de 2023, el qual era objecte d'una major especificació de l'anterior decret número 1631/2023.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Atès que en el Decret 1631/2023 el Servei de protecció i manteniment del Patrimoni Històric i cultural estava delegat a la Regidora de l'Àrea de Serveis Generals i Patrimoni Sra. Laura Monedero Garcia.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Atès que en el referenciat decret anterior les llicències d'activitats i expedients sancionadors en matèria d'activitats estaven delegades a la Regidora del area d'urbanisme, activitats i ocupació de via publica Sra. Beatriz Casanova Fuentes&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;En aras d' obtener una major eficiència es fa necessària una redistribució a causa de la càrrega de treball existent en aquests departaments.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;En ús de les atribucions que em confereix la legislació vigent &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px; text-align:center"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;RESOLC&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;PRIMER:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Procedir a modificar el punt 4 del decret 1631/2023 quedant redactat així:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;4T) ÀREA D´URBANISME i PATRIMONI. &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;REGIDORA DELEGADA DE L'ÀREA: LA TERCERA TINENT DE BATLIA SRA. BEATRIZ CASANOVA FUENTES.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Se li atribueix delegació genèrica per a la direcció i impulsió política municipal, previ l'assessorament jurídic o tècnic que en cada cas sigui precís, la formulació de les propostes de resolució de qualsevol tipus d'expedient d'aquests àmbits que hagin de resoldre òrgans col·legiats, respecte a les següents dependències municipals o àmbits competencials:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;-Planejament urbanístic.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;-Llicències urbanístiques que comprèn l'atorgament de llicències: parcel·lacions, segregació o divisió de terrenys i finques, de connexió als xarxes d'aigua potable i de clavegueram, comunicacions prèvies, llicències de primera ocupació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;-Servei de protecció i manteniment del Patrimoni Històric i Cultural.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;-Ocupació de vies públiques per obres.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;-Adopció de mesura cautelar de suspensió de l´article 187 de la Llei 12/2017, de 29 de desembre, d´Urbanisme de les Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;SEGON:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Procedir a modificar el punt 9 del decret 1631/2023 quedant redactat així:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;9È) ÀREA DE SERVEIS GENERALS i ACTIVITATS&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;REGIDORA DELEGADA DE L'ÀREA: SRA. LAURA MONEDERO GARCIA.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

	&lt;li style="margin-left: 40px;"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Informàtica Municipal que compren serveis tecnològics, infraestructura i projecte de modernització local.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li style="margin-left: 40px;"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Oficina municipal d'Estadística, que compren gestió de padró municipal d'habitants i cens de població.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li style="margin-left: 40px;"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Oficina Municipal del Servei d'Atenció al Ciutadà i Registre General d'Entrada de Documents.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li style="margin-left: 40px;"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Llicències d'activitats i expedients sancionadors en matèria d'activitats.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li style="margin-left: 40px;"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Inventari de Bens i Drets municipals.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li style="margin-left: 40px;"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Serveis Comunitaris i cementeris.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li style="margin-left: 40px;"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Ocupació vía pública sense obres.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;SEGON. - &lt;/strong&gt;Els nomenaments i delegacions acordades es notificaran personalment als designats, i es publicaran al BOIB, sense perjudici de la seva efectivitat des del dia següent a la signatura d'aquesta Resolució.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;TERCER. - &lt;/strong&gt;Queden sense efecte els Decrets i Resolucions anteriors que s'oposin o contravinguin el contingut del present Decret.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;QUART. - &lt;/strong&gt;Del present Decret se'n donarà compte al Ple de la Corporació a la primera sessió que celebri.”&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Vist que en l'apartat primer del decret referenciat el Servei de Protecció i Manteniment del Patrimoni Històric i Cultural es va delegar en la tercera Tinent d'Alcaldia Sra. Beatriz Casanova Fuentes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Atès que l'Inventari de Béns i Drets Municipals es va delegar per error en la Regidora Delegada de l'Àrea de Serveis Generals i Activitats Sra. Laura Monedero García.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;En ús de les atribucions que em confereix la legislació vigent &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;RESOLC&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;PRIMER.&lt;/strong&gt;-Procedir a l'esmena de l'error detectat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;L' Inventari de Bens i Drets Municipals que es va incloure en l'àmbit competencial de la Regidora Sra. Laura Monedero Garcia, Regidora de l'Àrea de Serveis Generals i Activitats estarà inclòs en l'àmbit competencial de la Tercera Tinent de Batlia Sra. Beatriz Casanova Fuentes-Regidora de l'Àrea d'Urbanisme i Patrimoni.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
