    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En sessió de 7 de maig de 2025, el Consell Executiu del Consell de Mallorca va aprovar l'acord següent:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;«1. Aprovar la convocatòria de subvencions 2025 per activitats musicals 2025.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. Autoritzar una despesa de 425.000,00 € a càrrec a l'aplicació pressupostària 20.33450.47905 de l'exercici 2025 per tramitar aquesta convocatòria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3. Publicar la convocatòria en el Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Contra l'acord que aprova aquesta convocatòria, que no posa fi a la via administrativa, es pot interposar un recurs d'alçada en el termini d'un mes, comptador a partir de l'endemà de la publicació de la convocatòria. El recurs es pot interposar formalment davant el Consell Executiu o davant el Ple del Consell Insular de Mallorca, que és l'òrgan competent per resoldre'l.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Contra la desestimació expressa d'aquest recurs d'alçada, podeu interposar un recurs contenciós administratiu davant el Jutjat Contenciós Administratiu de Palma que correspongui, en el termini de dos mesos, comptadors a partir de l'endemà de rebre la notificació de la desestimació del dit recurs d'alçada. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Si un cop transcorreguts tres mesos des de la interposició del recurs d'alçada, no s'ha rebut la notificació de resolució expressa, s'entén desestimat per silenci i podeu interposar un recurs contenciós administratiu davant el Jutjat Contenciós Administratiu de Palma que correspongui, sense limitació de temps. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;No obstant l'anterior, podeu interposar, si escau, qualsevol altre recurs que considereu oportú. Tot això de conformitat amb la Llei 29/1998, de 13 de juliol, reguladora de la jurisdicció contenciosa administrativa i la Llei 39/2015, d'1 d'octubre, del procediment administratiu comú de les administracions públiques.»&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. Bases reguladores&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Les bases reguladores d'aquesta convocatòria es troben recollides en l'Ordenança general de subvencions del Consell de Mallorca. (Aprovada per Acord del Ple de 23 de desembre de 2016 –BOIB núm. 21, de 18.02.2017–, modificada per Acord del Ple de 14 de juny de 2018 –BOIB núm. 96, de 04.08.2018–).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El Consell de Mallorca, en compliment del previst en l'article 19.2 de l'Ordenança general de subvencions, publicarà la convocatòria en el &lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;. Així mateix es traslladarà la informació corresponent d'aquesta convocatòria a la Base de Dades Nacional de Subvencions.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. Dotació pressupostària &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Es destina per a les ajudes d'aquesta convocatòria la quantitat de 425.000,00 € amb càrrec a l'aplicació pressupostària 20.33450.47905 del pressupost 2025, distribuïda entre les línies que s'esmenten a continuació i de la manera següent:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Línia 1 : 290.000,00€. Per activitats musicals desenvolupades per empreses amb un pressupost igual o superior a 40.000,00€.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Línia 2 : 135.000,00€. Per activitats musicals desenvolupades per empreses amb un pressupost inferior a 40.000,00€.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Si una vegada calculats els imports de les ajudes de cada línia, i sempre que ho permeti el pla d'estabilitat pressupostària del Consell de Mallorca, es produeix qualque romanent, la comissió avaluadora pot proposar a l'òrgan instructor que incrementi l'altra línia, (per l'import de dit romanent) la dotació pressupostària de la qual, no ha estat suficient per fer front als imports i percentatges màxims establerts al punt 8 d'aquesta convocatòria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3. Objecte &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. La finalitat d'aquesta convocatòria és afavorir la creació, producció i programació musical (concerts, festivals i cicles musicals) a través del suport al teixit empresarial i professional, que conforma el món de la música de Mallorca i, en conseqüència, dur a terme el foment i la difusió de la música a l'illa tant des de la vessant de la producció com de la seva programació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En aquest sentit, els ajuts d'aquesta convocatòria cerquen impulsar, donar suport i fomentar la realització de projectes musicals a Mallorca.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. Mitjançant aquesta convocatòria es subvencionaran els projectes musicals consistents en:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La creació, producció i la programació de concerts a Mallorca (només en el cas de la línia 2) &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La realització de festivals de música i cicles musicals a Mallorca (línies 1 i 2). A efectes d'aquesta convocatòria s'entén per festival de música a un conjunt d'activitats o actuacions musicals dins un temps determinat amb coherència artística.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3. Es poden presentar i subvencionar, com a màxim, dos projectes per sol·licitant. Aquesta limitació també s'aplica en el supòsit que una persona jurídica estigui participada majoritàriament per un altre sol·licitant o formin part d'un mateix grup empresarial. En el cas que una empresa demani subvenció per més de 2 projectes diferents se li requerirà per a que n'opti per 2.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4. Queden excloses de la convocatòria les activitats relatives a la promoció exterior de la cultura de Mallorca.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;5. D'acord amb l'acordat pel Ple a la sessió de 9 de novembre de 2023, aquestes ajudes no es poden destinar a activitats que suposin una vulneració de la llei, com delictes d'odi o altres relacionats al codi penal. L'incompliment d'aquesta obligació provocarà el reintegrament o la pèrdua del dret al cobrament de la subvenció i l'exigència de la responsabilitat per part de la persona beneficiària.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;6. Aquestes subvencions són compatibles amb altres subvencions, ajuts, ingressos o recursos per a la mateixa finalitat, procedents de qualsevol administració.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4. Temporització de les activitats&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Se subvencionaran activitats que es desenvolupin o s'hagin desenvolupat entre l'1 d'octubre de 2024 i el 30 de setembre de 2025, i que no s'hagin subvencionat pel Consell de Mallorca en convocatòries anteriors.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;No obstant l'anterior, es poden subvencionar projectes iniciats abans de l'1 d'octubre de 2024 quan finalitzin dins el període subvencionable establert al paràgraf anterior d'aquesta convocatòria i que la major part de l'activitat es desenvolupi dins el període subvencionable. També es poden subvencionar projectes que s'iniciïn abans de la finalització del termini establert (30/09/2025) i finalitzin després d'aquest, sempre i quan la major part de l'activitat es desenvolupi abans del 30/09/2025 i conclogui abans del 31/10/2025.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;5. Beneficiaris &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. Poden ser beneficiaris les persones jurídiques constituïdes com a empreses (incloent agrupacions d'interès econòmic) i les persones físiques constituïdes com autònoms o empresaris individuals, amb personalitat jurídica pròpia que compleixin els requisits que es detallen a continuació, així com la resta establerts en aquesta convocatòria: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a) Tenir el domicili social o l'establiment permanent a Mallorca (en el cas de les AIE basta que compleixi aquest requisit almenys una de les persones o empreses que formen part de l'AIE)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b) Estar d'alta en l'epígraf que pertoca del cens tributari de l'IAE (adient per desenvolupar l'objecte de l'activitat per a la qual se sol·licita la subvenció) en el moment de la presentació de la sol·licitud.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;c) Tenir com a objecte social la realització d'activitats o espectacles musicals.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. Tots els requisits prevists per poder accedir a aquestes ajudes s'han de complir en el moment que es publiqui aquesta convocatòria en el &lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3. No poden ser beneficiaris:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a) Les entitats sense ànim de lucre.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b) Les entitats que hagin estat sancionades o condemnades, en els darrers tres anys, per haver exercit o tolerat pràctiques laborals considerades discriminatòries per raó de sexe o de gènere, sancionades per resolució administrativa ferma o condemnada per sentència judicial ferma, en els termes que regula l'article 11 de la Llei 11/2006, de 28 de juliol d'igualtat de dones i homes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;c) Les entitats que incorrin en alguna de les prohibicions establertes en l'article 8 de l'Ordenança General de Subvencions del Consell de Mallorca.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;6. Despeses subvencionables&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. Es consideren despeses subvencionables aquelles despeses que, de manera indubtable, responen a la naturalesa de l'activitat subvencionada, resulten estrictament necessàries i s'efectuen en el termini establert en aquesta convocatòria. En cap cas, el cost d'adquisició de les despeses subvencionables pot ser superior al valor de mercat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. Les despeses presentades per justificar la subvenció han d'estar realitzades i abonades en el moment de presentació de la justificació. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En el cas que una despesa estigui subjecte a retenció d'IRPF i/o retenció de lloguer o quota de seguretat social s'ha de presentar la documentació que es detalla en el punt 16 d'aquesta convocatòria. En cas que no es presentin els documents esmentats (retencions) la factura es rebutjarà totalment, al no estar correctament justificada. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;D'altra banda, sempre que l'òrgan gestor disposi de la documentació corresponent en el moment de tramitar la justificació de la subvenció, també s'admetran els documents acreditatius del pagament de retencions i quotes de Seguretat Social quan, per la normativa aplicable, aquestes despeses s'hagin d'abonar en un moment posterior al de la justificació previst en aquesta convocatòria, sempre i quan aquest pagament s'hagi realitzat en el termini legalment establert. Això no implica que la factura o nòmina no s'hagi d'haver abonat en el termini i presentat amb la justificació dins termini.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3. No són despeses subvencionables i, per tant, no formen part del pressupost subvencionable del projecte, aquelles que es relacionen en l'article 44 de l'Ordenança general de subvencions del Consell de Mallorca, així com:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a) Els conceptes de despesa que no siguin raonablement necessaris pel desenvolupament del projecte o l'import del qual no quedi determinat de forma fiable. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b) Despeses de representació, protocol·làries, sumptuoses o similars. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;c) Les despeses d'inversions, obres, compra d'equipaments o de qualsevol altre bé inventariable de naturalesa similar.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;d) Impost sobre el valor afegit, així com altres imposts de naturalesa similar que siguin recuperables pel beneficiari.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;e) Tots els relacionats amb l'adquisició, utilització i finançament dels béns immobles i infraestructures, així com les seves amortitzacions i les despeses financeres derivades del seu finançament.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4. Si l'execució del projecte comporta costs indirectes, el beneficiari ha de presentar-ne els justificants i, a més, explicar el criteri d'imputació als annexes 2 (sol·licitud) i 5 (justificació), per determinar-ne el percentatge que hi correspon, que ha de ser conforme als principis i normes de comptabilitat generalment admeses i ha de comprendre únicament el període en què s'ha realitzat l'activitat, segons l'article 44.8 de l'Ordenança general de subvencions del Consell de Mallorca. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Les despeses indirectes inclouen tant les despeses generals, imputables a activitats que desenvolupa la persona o entitat beneficiaria, como les despeses fixes que, sense ser imputables a una activitat concreta, són necessàries per que l'activitat subvencionada se dugui a terme. Les despeses financeres necessàries per realitzar el projecte seran subvencionables si estan directament relacionades amb l'activitat subvencionada i són indispensables per a la seva adequada preparació i execució.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Les despeses indirectes imputades no poden ser superiors al 25% dels costs directes de l'activitat. Aquesta norma de proporció s'haurà de mantenir en la justificació de l'activitat. En cas contrari, es produirà una reducció de l'import de la subvenció a reconèixer.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;5. En el cas que s'imputi com a despesa del projecte subvencionat el fet d'utilitzar el vehicle propi de la persona beneficiària per dur a terme el projecte subvencionat, aquella ha de presentar un full signat pel propi beneficiari o el seu representant legal (en cas d'entitats), que ha de contenir com a mínim: la descripció de cada desplaçament (dia, lloc de sortida i d'arribada, el quilòmetres que l'integren), el motiu del desplaçament, així com la seva vinculació amb el projecte subvencionat. El límit subvencionable (justificable) d'aquesta despesa, en concepte de quilometratge, és de 0,19 €/km, amb un màxim de 1.000,00€.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;6. Per obtenir l'acceptació prèvia i expressa per a les despeses amb persones o entitats vinculades s'ha d'adjuntar a la sol·licitud, documentació acreditativa de que el preu pressupostat respon a un preu de mercat. Per això la persona / entitat que realitzarà el servei / subministrament ha de presentar qualque factura per serveis anàlegs prestat a altres persones/entitats amb les qui no existeixi vinculació. En el cas que no es pugui presentar dita documentació, s'haurà de presentar una declaració responsable per part de la persona / entitat que prestarà el servei /subministrament on manifesti que mai ha prestat serveis de naturalesa anàloga a altres persones o entitats i una declaració responsable / factures, d'almenys dues persones / entitats del sector, on es reflecteixi quin és el preu que ells facturarien per un servei/subministrament de característiques anàlogues.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;S'entén que se sol·licita autorització prèvia i expressa per a les despeses amb persones o entitats vinculades quan es relacionen dites despeses a la taula corresponent de l'annex 2.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;D'acord amb l'article 34.2 de l'Ordenança general de subvencions del Consell de Mallorca, es considera que hi ha vinculació a les persones físiques o jurídiques o agrupacions sense personalitat en les quals s'esdevingui alguna de les circumstàncies següents:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a) Persones físiques unides per relació conjugal o persones lligades amb una relació d'afectivitat anàloga, parentiu de consanguinitat fins al quart grau o d'afinitat fins al segon.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b) Persones físiques i jurídiques que tinguin una relació laboral retribuïda mitjançant pagaments periòdics.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;c) Membres associats de la persona beneficiària a què es fa referència en l'apartat 2 a) i membres o partícips de les entitats sense personalitat jurídica a què es fa referència en l'apartat 2 b) de l'art. 7 d'aquesta Ordenança.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;d) Una societat i els seus socis majoritaris o els seus consellers o administradors, així com els cònjuges o les persones lligades amb una relació d'afectivitat anàloga i familiars fins al quart grau de consanguinitat o d'afinitat fins al segon.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;e) Societats que, d'acord amb l'art. 42 del Reial decret, de 22 d'agost de 1885, pel qual es publica el Codi de Comerç, reuneixin les circumstàncies requerides per a formar part del mateix grup 14&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;f) Persones jurídiques o agrupacions sense personalitat i els seus representants legals, patrons o persones que n'exerceixin l'administració, així com cònjuges o persones lligades amb una relació d'afectivitat anàloga i familiars fins al quart grau de consanguinitat o d'afinitat fins al segon.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;g) Persones jurídiques o agrupacions sense personalitat i persones físiques, jurídiques o agrupacions sense personalitat, que, d'acord amb normes legals, estatutàries o acords contractuals tinguin dret a participar en més d'un 50 % en el benefici de les primeres.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Als efectes de calcular l'import de la subvenció a concedir, el conjunt de despeses amb persones o entitats vinculades no pot suposar més del 50% de la totalitat del pressupost subvencionable. En cas contrari, es reduirà el pressupost subvencionable fins que les despeses vinculades no representin més del 50% d'aquest. Aquesta norma de proporció s'haurà de mantenir en la justificació de l'activitat. En cas contrari, es produirà una reducció de l'import de a subvenció a reconèixer.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;7. Atès que les subvencions d'aquesta convocatòria tenen per objecte els projectes que es recullen en el punt 3 sense entrar a determinar, en concret, quin tipus de despeses del pressupost s'imputen a la subvenció, es permet que les despeses subvencionables del pressupost del projecte es puguin compensar entre elles, sempre que compleixin amb els requisits establerts a la convocatòria. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En tot cas la persona sol·licitant haurà d'explicar a l'expedient (tant a la sol·licitud com a la justificació clarament les despeses pressupostades) la naturalesa i import de les despeses previstes o realitzades.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;8. Les despeses derivades de la contractació dels serveis d'auditoria externa tindran caràcter de despesa subvencionable, fins un import màxim equivalent al 3% del cost de l'actuació subvencionada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;7. Subcontractació&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;S'entén que una persona beneficiària subcontracta quan concerta amb terceres persones l'execució total o parcial de l'activitat que constitueix l'objecte de la subvenció. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Queda fora del concepte de subcontractació la contractació de les despeses en què hagi d'incórrer la persona beneficiària per realitzar per si mateixa l'activitat objecte de l'ajut o quan aquesta, per la seva naturalesa i d'acord amb l'objecte social, dedicació o característiques de la persona beneficiària, no s'espera que sigui executada directament per ella. En aquests supòsits, la persona beneficiària tampoc pot recórrer a intermediaris que augmentin el cost del servei o del bé sense aportar cap valor afegit.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Atès que fer l'activitat és obligació personal del beneficiari, només es permet subcontractar parcialment el projecte o les activitats que integren els programes subvencionats. L'activitat subvencionada que la persona beneficiària subcontracti amb tercers no pot excedir el 60% de l'import de l'activitat subvencionada o fins al 80% si la subcontractació s'ha fet totalment mitjançant societats laborals, cooperatives de treball, entitats no lucratives de finalitat social, centres especials d'ocupació i/o empreses d'inserció degudament autoritzades.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En cap cas es poden subcontractar activitats que, tot i augmentar el cost de l'activitat subvencionada, no aportin valor afegit al contingut d'aquesta activitat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La persona beneficiària no pot concertar l'execució total o parcial de les activitats subvencionades amb:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a) Persones o entitats sotmeses a alguna de les prohibicions que s'assenyalen en la llei i en Ordenança de subvencions del Consell de Mallorca, per tenir la condició de persona beneficiària o d'entitat col·laboradora.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b) Persones o entitats que han percebut altres subvencions per a dur a terme l'activitat objecte de contractació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;c) Intermediaris o assessors en els quals els pagaments es defineixin com un percentatge de cost total de l'operació, llevat que el pagament estigui justificat amb referència al valor de mercat del treball efectuat o els serveis prestats.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;d) Persones o entitats vinculades amb la persona beneficiària, llevat que s'hi esdevinguin les circumstàncies següents: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. Que s'obtingui l'autorització prèvia expressa de l'òrgan que concedeixi la subvenció.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. Que l'import subvencionable no excedeixi del cost en què ha incorregut l'entitat vinculada. L'acreditació d'aquest cost es realitzarà en la justificació en els mateixos termes establerts per acreditar les despeses del beneficiari.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;e) Persones o entitats sol·licitants d'ajuda o subvenció en la mateixa convocatòria i programa, que no han obtingut subvenció perquè no compleixen els requisits o no assoleixen la valoració suficient.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;8. Pressupost subvencionable i import de les subvencions&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. El pressupost subvencionable serà el resultat del pressupost presentat, minorat en les quanties corresponents a despeses no subvencionables per les normes establertes en aquesta convocatòria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Als efectes de calcular l'import de la subvenció a concedir, el conjunt de despeses amb persones o entitats vinculades acceptades no pot suposar més del 50% de la totalitat del pressupost subvencionable. En cas contrari, als efectes de calcular l'import de la subvenció a concedir, es reduirà el pressupost subvencionable fins que les despeses vinculades no representin més del 50% d'aquest.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Només s'acceptaran despeses indirectes per un import que no superi el 25 % dels costs directes de l'activitat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. L'import de l'ajut es determina a partir d'una prelació determinada a través dels criteris d'avaluació prevists en aquesta convocatòria, concedint subvencions a les sol·licituds que han obtingut una major puntuació, i fins a l'import del crèdit pressupostari establert.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Els imports de les subvencions respectaran els límits següents: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a) L'import de la subvenció no pot ser superior a la quantitat sol·licitada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b) L'import de la subvenció no pot ser superior al 50% del pressupost subvencionable del projecte. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;c) L'import de la subvenció no pot ser superior a 40.000,00€ en el cas de projectes de la línia 1 i 20.000,00€ en el cas de projectes de la línia 2.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;d) En el cas que, segons l'ordre de concessió dels expedients (segons la puntuació obtinguda) el crèdit disponible a concedir a una sol·licitud no sigui suficient per arribar al percentatge de l'apartat b, ni a la quantia màxima de l'apartat c, ni a l'import sol·licitat, es concedirà l'import que resti del crèdit autoritzat per aquesta convocatòria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;9. Règim de concurrència i procediment de concessió&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. El procediment de selecció dels beneficiaris es duu a terme mitjançant concurrència competitiva, en els termes que preveu l'article 17 de l'Ordenança general de subvencions del Consell de Mallorca i en virtut de la qual es compararan, en un únic procediment, totes les sol·licituds presentades amb la intenció d'establir-hi una prelació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Aquestes ajudes són compatibles amb el mercat interior, d'acord amb l'art. 53.2.d) del Reglament 651/2014 de la Comissió, de 17 de juny, pel qual es declaren determinades categories d'ajudes compatibles amb el mercat interior en aplicació dels articles 107 i 108 del Tractat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. La proposta de resolució provisional expressarà la relació de sol·licitants als quals proposa la concessió de la subvenció i la seva quantia, especificant la puntuació obtinguda, així com la proposta de desestimació fonamentada de la resta de sol·licituds. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Aquesta proposta provisional es publicarà al tauler d'anuncis de la Seu electrònica del Consell de Mallorca. Es posarà a disposició dels interessats la valoració detallada dels seus projectes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Els interessats, podran presentar les al·legacions que considerin oportunes a la proposta de resolució provisional, en el termini de 10 dies hàbils des de la seva publicació a la Seu electrònica del Consell de Mallorca.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Examinades les al·legacions presentades pels interessats, el secretari tècnic del departament formularà la proposta de resolució definitiva.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La proposta de resolució en cap cas suposa la creació d'un dret a favor del beneficiari, mentre no s'hagi publicat la resolució de la concessió. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La proposta de concessió s'elevarà, prèvia fiscalització a l'òrgan competent per resoldre aquesta convocatòria. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3. La resolució de la convocatòria serà motivada, i inclourà tots els aspectes relacionats a l'article 27 de l'Ordenança general de subvencions del Consell de Mallorca.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El termini màxim per resoldre i publicar el procediment serà de sis mesos comptadors des de la data de publicació de la convocatòria en el &lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;. Transcorregut el termini esmentat sense que s'hagi dictat resolució expressa, les persones interessades podran entendre desestimades les seves sol·licituds.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La resolució de concessió de la convocatòria es publicarà en el &lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;. Així mateix es traslladarà la informació corresponent a aquesta convocatòria a la Base de Dades Nacional de Subvencions.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;10. Òrgans competents per instruir i resoldre el procediment&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;L'òrgan competent per aprovar aquesta convocatòria és el Consell Executiu del Consell de Mallorca. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;L'òrgan competent per resoldre aquesta convocatòria és la vicepresidenta primera i consellera executiva de Cultura i Patrimoni.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La instrucció correspon a la secretaria tècnica del Departament de Cultura i Patrimoni, que ha de dur a terme totes les actuacions o els actes de tràmit necessaris per vetllar pel compliment dels requisits de la convocatòria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La comissió avaluadora d'aquesta convocatòria estarà formada per:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;- Caterina Gelabert, tècnica grau mitjà de la unitat de Publicacions, Projecció i Acció Cultural tècnica del servei Cultura, o la persona que la substitueixi. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Es podran convocar per tasques d'assessorament fins a dues persones externes al Departament de Cultura i Patrimoni del Consell de Mallorca expertes en la matèria objecte de l'ajut. Aquests experts, podran ser consultats per la comissió avaluadora i no tindran vot en la comissió. Han de ser persones de reconegut prestigi en el sector i no poden haver presentat cap sol·licitud en aquesta convocatòria ni tenir relació directa amb cap dels projectes avaluats.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;11. Pagament dels ajuts&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Una vegada s'hagi justificat la subvenció, comprovat que s'ha fet l'activitat, que s'han complit els objectius, així com la finalitat per a la qual es concedí, s'abonarà l'ajuda en un únic pagament, sense prejudici del previst en aquesta convocatòria respecte a la pèrdua del dret al cobrament de la subvenció.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;12. Termini i lloc de presentació de les sol·licituds&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Les sol·licituds es poden presentar en el termini de 15 dies hàbils, comptadors des de l'endemà de la data de la publicació d'aquesta convocatòria en el &lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Les persones o entitats interessades hauran d'emplenar els models de sol·licitud d'aquesta convocatòria que estan disponibles a la Seu electrònica del Consell de Mallorca. Seu CIM procediment&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La presentació de sol·licituds s'ha de fer a través del Registre electrònic del Consell de Mallorca. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;13. Documentació que s'ha d'adjuntar a la sol·licitud&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Les sol·licituds s'han de presentar d'acord amb els models annexes a aquesta convocatòria. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Tots els documents s'han de presentar en format PDF i signats electrònicament per la persona sol·licitant o la persona representant de l'entitat sol·licitant. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Integra la documentació que s'ha de presentar per sol·licitar aquesta subvenció: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. L'annex 1&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. L'annex 2 relatiu al pressupost de despeses i ingressos del projecte pel qual es sol·licita la subvenció &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La relació d'ingressos i despeses ha d'estar equilibrada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Si s'escau, sol·licitud d'autorització prèvia en relació a les despeses amb vinculació. En aquest cas, d'acord amb el previst a l'article 34 de l'Ordenança general de subvencions del Consell de Mallorca, l'import subvencionable no pot excedir del cost en que ha incorregut l'entitat vinculada. L'acreditació d'aquest cost es realitzarà en la justificació en els mateixos termes establerts per acreditar les despeses del beneficiari.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Per obtenir l'acceptació prèvia i expressa per a les despeses amb persones o entitats vinculades s'ha d'adjuntar a la sol·licitud, documentació acreditativa de que el preu pressupostat respon a un preu de mercat. Per això la persona/ entitat que realitzarà el servei / subministrament ha de presentar qualque factura per serveis anàlegs prestat a altres persones/entitats amb les qui no existeixi vinculació. Aquesta documentació es pot presentar ometent les dades personals de tercers.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En el cas que no es pugui presentar la documentació assenyalada al paràgraf anterior, s'haurà de presentar una declaració responsable per part de la persona/entitat que prestarà el servei /subministrament on manifesti que mai ha prestat serveis de naturalesa anàloga a altres persones o entitats i una declaració responsable o factures, d'almenys dues persones/entitats del sector, on es reflecteixi quin és el preu que ells facturarien per un servei/subministrament de característiques anàlogues.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;S'entén que se sol·licita autorització prèvia i expressa per a les despeses amb persones o entitats vinculades quan es relacionen dites despeses a la taula corresponent de l'annex 2.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Als efectes de calcular l'import de la subvenció a concedir, el conjunt de despeses amb persones o entitats vinculades no pot suposar més del 50% de la totalitat del pressupost subvencionable. En cas contrari, es reduirà el pressupost subvencionable fins que les despeses vinculades no representin més del 50% d'aquest. Aquesta norma de proporció s'haurà de mantenir en la justificació de l'activitat. En cas contrari, es produirà una reducció de l'import de a subvenció a reconèixer.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En el cas que es presentin despeses indirectes, s'hauran d'explicar els criteris que s'han seguit per imputar el percentatge corresponent al projecte. Les despeses indirectes imputades no poden ser superiors al 25% dels costs directes de l'activitat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3. L'annex 3, memòria descriptiva del projecte pel qual es sol·licita l'ajuda, la qual ha de seguir, per tal de poder ser valorada, l'estructura de l'annex 3. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En el cas d'Agrupacions d'Interès Econòmic (AIE) en aquest document s'ha d'incloure informació corresponent a la determinació de l'objecte/part que desenvoluparà l'AIE o cada soci, així com qui assumirà/abonarà les despeses derivades de l'activitat per la qual se sol·licita la subvenció.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4. La documentació acreditativa de la constitució de l'empresa i modificacions, si n'hi ha i l'acreditació de representació i poders. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;5. En el cas que l'entitat sol·licitant sigui una Agrupació d'interès econòmic (AIE) la documentació relacionada a l'apartat 4 d'aquest punt, s'ha de presentar tant de la pròpia AIE com de les persones o entitats que la constitueixen. Així mateix, s'haurà de presentar, si la documentació de constitució de l'AIE no ho preveu expressament, la documentació/acord/contracte dels socis on es determini l'objecte/part que desenvoluparà l'AIE o cada soci, així com qui assumirà les despeses derivades de l'activitat per la qual se sol·licita la subvenció. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;6. Certificació administrativa que acrediti que la persona sol·licitant està inscrita en el Cens tributari (IAE) que pertoqui per exercir l'activitat objecte de la convocatòria (projectes culturals musicals).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;7. En tot cas, per poder concedir i abonar les ajudes objecte d'aquesta convocatòria cal que la persona interessada acrediti la titularitat del compte bancari segons s'assenyala a continuació:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En el cas que la persona o entitat sol·licitant no hagi estat mai beneficiària de cap subvenció del Consell de Mallorca, ha d'acreditar la titularitat del compte bancari. Aquest tràmit s'ha de realitzar a través d'aquest enllaç : Acreditació compte corrent.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En el cas que la persona o entitat sol·licitant ja hagi estat anteriorment beneficiària de subvencions del Consell de Mallorca però desitgi canviar el compte bancari on s'hagi de fer l'ingrés de l'ajuda en el cas que es concedeixi, també haurà d'acreditar la titularitat del compte bancari a l'enllaç: Acreditació compte corrent.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Aquest tràmit s'ha de realitzar abans o just després de presentar la sol·licitud de l'ajuda. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;No cal que facin el tràmit d'acreditació de titularitat del compte bancari les persones o entitats que ja hagin estat anteriorment beneficiàries de subvencions del Consell de Mallorca i no desitgin canviar el compte bancari on es va fer l'ingrés.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;14. Termini per presentar la justificació de la subvenció&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En el cas d'activitats finalitzades abans o fins al 30 de juny de 2025, la justificació s'ha de presentar al més aviat possible i, com a data límit el 30 de setembre de 2025. No obstant l'anterior, si la concessió de la subvenció es publiqués després del 30 de setembre de 2025 la justificació es podria presentar en el termini de 15 dies hàbils des de la publicació de la concessió.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En el cas d'activitats finalitzades entre l'1 de juliol de 2025 fins al 30 de setembre de 2025, la justificació s'ha de presentar al més aviat possible i com a data límit, el 31 d'octubre de 2025. No obstant l'anterior, si la concessió de la subvenció es publiqués després del 31 d'octubre de 2025 la justificació es podria presentar en el termini de 15 dies hàbils des de la publicació de a concessió.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;15. Justificació de projectes amb un pressupost subvencionable superior a 40.000,00 €&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. La persona beneficiària ha de justificar que ha complit les condicions imposades i que ha assolit els objectius prevists en l'acte de concessió de la subvenció. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En el cas que el pressupost subvencionable del projecte sigui superior a 40.000 € la forma de justificació serà de compte justificatiu amb aportació d'informe d'auditoria, d'acord amb el que es preveu en l'article 40 de l'Ordenança general de subvencions del Consell de Mallorca. El compte justificatiu està integrat per:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a) Memòria d'actuació justificativa del compliment de les condicions imposades en la concessió de la subvenció, amb indicació de les activitats fetes i dels resultats obtinguts, així com l'acreditació de les mesures de difusió de la subvenció concedida on hi consti l'ajuda concedida per part del Consell de Mallorca, d'acord amb el previst al punt 17 d'aquesta convocatòria. Si no s'ha executat la totalitat del projecte per causes alienes o de força major, la memòria n'ha d'exposar les causes i ha d'explicar la resta del projecte realitzat. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La memòria d'actuació justificativa és la documentació amb la qual la persona beneficiària demostra que ha dut a terme el projecte subvencionat tal com el va presentar inicialment o amb la introducció dels canvis que, prèviament, ha d'haver comunicat al Departament de Cultura i Patrimoni. La memòria tècnica està integrada per la documentació següent:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;- L'annex 4.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;- Annex 5. Memòria explicativa de l'activitat realitzada: comentari i avaluació dels resultats obtinguts i de tots els aspectes que siguin rellevants, amb indicació de la data d'acabament del projecte. Si no s'ha executat la totalitat del projecte per causes alienes o de força major, la memòria n'ha d'exposar les causes i ha d'explicar la resta del projecte realitzat. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;S'han d'incloure un mínim de 2 fotografies representatives de l'activitat subvencionada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En el cas que es presentin costs indirectes, en l'annex 5 s'ha d'explicar el càlcul de la imputació d'aquests costs indirectes, és a dir, com s'ha determinat el percentatge que correspon a aquests costs indirectes, que ha de ser conforme als principis i les normes de comptabilitat generalment admeses (art. 39.2.k de l'Ordenança general de subvencions del Consell). Així mateix, s'han d'aportar els justificants de les despeses corresponents als costs indirectes imputats. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;L'acreditació de la difusió on hi consti l'ajuda concedida per part del Consell de Mallorca, en els termes prevists en el punt 17 d'aquesta convocatòria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Qualsevol altra documentació que sigui requerida a l'efecte de comprovar que el projecte cultural subvencionat s'ha dut a terme.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b) Memòria econòmica abreujada, amb indicació classificada de les despeses i ingressos de l'activitat subvencionada, que permeti avaluar el compliment de les previsions inicialment pressupostades i les desviacions esdevingudes, així com la imputació dels costos indirectes. (annexes 6A i 6B).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En el cas que s'hagin autoritzat a la persona beneficiària l'execució total o parcial de les activitats subvencionades amb persones o entitats vinculades (subcontractació), la justificació del cost en què ha incorregut l'entitat vinculada es realitzarà en els mateixos termes establerts per acreditar les despeses del beneficiari. Aquest import subvencionable executat per una entitat vinculada no pot excedir del cost en què ha incorregut l'entitat vinculada. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;c) Informe d'auditoria elaborat en els termes prevists en l'Ordre EHA/1434/2007, de 17 de maig, per la qual s'aprova la norma d'actuació dels auditors de comptes en la realització dels treballs de revisió de comptes justificatius de subvencions.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. Les despeses derivades de la contractació dels serveis d'auditoria externa tindran caràcter de despesa subvencionable. Aquest import serà en funció de l'import justificat i acceptat fins un import màxim equivalent al 3% del cost de l'actuació subvencionada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;16. Justificació de projectes amb un pressupost subvencionable inferior o igual a 40.000,00 €&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La justificació de les subvencions concedides de projectes amb un pressupost igual o inferior a 40.000,00€ seguiran la modalitat de compte justificatiu de la despesa feta amb aportació de justificants de despesa. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La persona beneficiària ha de justificar que ha complert les condicions imposades i que ha assolit els objectius prevists en l'acte de concessió de la subvenció. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La documentació s'ha de presentar de la forma següent:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a) Tots els annexes de justificació s'han de presentar correctament emplenats i signats en documents PDF individuals (un document PDF per cada annex). &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b) L'annex 6A, a més de presentar-lo en format PDF degudament signat, també s'ha de presentar en format de full de càlcul (Excel, LibreOffice Calc) juntament amb la resta de documentació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;c) Els justificants de despesa i pagament, juntament amb les declaracions d'IRPF i de la Seguretat social, si escau, s'han de presentar agrupades en grups de 20 despeses. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Modalitat de compte justificatiu de la despesa feta: l'entitat beneficiària ha d'aportar, dins el termini de justificació previst en el punt 14, la documentació justificativa que ha de contenir:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. L'annex 4 &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. Memòria tècnica. És la documentació amb la qual el beneficiari demostra que ha realitzat el projecte subvencionat, tal com el va presentar inicialment o amb la introducció dels canvis que, prèviament, ha comunicat al Departament de Cultura i Patrimoni. La memòria tècnica està integrada per la documentació següent:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;L' annex 5: Memòria explicativa de l'activitat realitzada, on comenti i avaluï els resultats obtinguts i de tots aquells aspectes que siguin rellevants, amb indicació de la data d'acabament del projecte. Si no s'ha executat la totalitat del projecte per causes alienes o de força major, la memòria n'ha d'exposar les causes i ha d'explicar la resta del projecte realitzat. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Si es tracta d'una actuació benèfica o gratuïta també s'ha de fer constar.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;A l'apartat corresponent de l'annex 5 s'ha d'explicar clarament, de cada despesa del projecte executat, la relació i la necessitat d'aquesta respecte de l'activitat subvencionada. També s'ha d'explicar el criteri del càlcul de l'import d'imputació de la despesa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En el cas que es presentin despeses indirectes, s'ha d'explicar el càlcul de la imputació dels costos indirectes. Per tant, quan hi hagi costs indirectes en la justificació, s'ha d'explicar el criteri d'imputació per determinar-ne el percentatge que hi correspon, que ha de ser conforme als principis i les normes de comptabilitat generalment admeses (art. 39.2.k de l'Ordenança general de subvenciones del Consell). Cal assenyalar que s'han d'aportar els justificants de les despeses corresponents als costs indirectes imputats.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;S'han d'incloure un mínim de 2 fotografies representatives de l'activitat subvencionada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;També inclourà l'acreditació de la difusió on hi consti la subvenció concedida per part del Consell de Mallorca segons els termes prevists en el punt 17 d'aquesta convocatòria, així com qualsevol altra documentació que sigui requerida a l'efecte de comprovar que el projecte cultural subvencionat s'ha dut a terme.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3. Memòria econòmica&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Annex 6A. Relació de totes les despeses de l'activitat (pressupost executat). S'ha d'estructurar d'acord amb les partides del pressupost presentat i ha d'indicar les següents dades de les factures o documents acreditatius: número d'ordre, número de factura, data d'emissió de la factura, proveïdor, NIF, concepte de la despesa, import imputat i data de pagament. S'han d'indicar les desviacions esdevingudes. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;L'annex 6A s'ha de presentar en pdf signat per la persona beneficiària. A més a més, l'annex 6A cal presentar-lo, en format de full de càlcul editable. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Annex 6B. Relació detallada de tots els ingressos de l'activitat subvencionada (incloent altres ajudes, subvencions, patrocinis, ingressos per venda d'entrades...), indicant import i la procedència de cada ingrés, o bé una declaració responsable de la persona beneficiària en què manifesti que no n'hi ha hagut. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Els justificants de despesa i pagament que permetin obtenir una evidència raonable que la subvenció s'ha aplicat de manera adequada. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Les factures i els pagaments s'han de presentar numerats i en el mateix ordre que en la relació de despeses del document annex 6A.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Les factures s'han de presentar en format PDF agrupades en grups de 20 despeses.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Els justificants del pagament de cada factura o nòmina han d'anar a continuació de la factura o nòmina corresponent, amb la mateixa numeració, així com la documentació sobre les retencions d'IRPF i de la Seguretat Social. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En el cas que la factura estigui subjecte a retenció d'IRPF i/o retenció de lloguer, seguit de la factura i pagament s'ha de presentar la documentació corresponent: declaració 111 o 216 (per no residents) i/o 115 trimestrals, el corresponents justificants de pagament, la declaració informativa 190 o 296 (per no residents) i /o 180 anual i, en el seu defecte, s'ha de presentar la relació general de bases i descomptes de les declaracions presentades independentment de que s'imputi o no la part corresponent a la retenció. En cas que no es presentin els documents esmentats (111, 216, 115, 190, 296 180 o relació general de bases i descomptes) en aquest paràgraf, no s'acceptarà com a correctament justificada (es rebutjarà) el total de la factura.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En cas de justificar la despesa amb nòmines de treballadors, s'ha de presentar la nòmina, el justificant de pagament de la nòmina, els rebuts de liquidació de cotitzacions i relació nominal de treballadors (RLC i RNT), amb el pagament corresponent , com també la declaració 111, el corresponent justificant de pagament i la declaració informativa 190 o en el seu defecte la relació general de bases i descomptes de la declaració. Aquesta documentació s'ha de presentar seguida i numerada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Les factures justificatives de l'activitat subvencionada, que han d'estar expedides i pagades per l'entitat beneficiària, han de complir tots els requisits establerts al Reial decret 1619/2012, de 30 de novembre, pel que s'aprova el reglament que regula les obligacions de facturació. Això és:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a) Número i, en el seu cas, sèrie. La numeració de les factures dins de cada sèrie serà correlativa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b) La data d'expedició.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;c) Nom i llinatges, raó o denominació social completa, tant de l'obligat a expedir factura com del destinatari de les operacions.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;d) Número d'Identificació Fiscal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;e) Domicili, tant de l'obligat a expedir factura como del destinatari de les operacions.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;f) Descripció de les operacions, consignant-se totes les dades necessàries per la determinació de la base imposables de l'Impost, tal como aquesta se defineix pels articles 78 i 79 de la Llei de l'Impost, corresponent a aquelles i el seu import, incloent el preu unitari sense Impost de dites operacions, així com qualsevol descompte o rebaixa que no estigui inclòs en dit preu unitari.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;g) El tipus impositiu o tipus impositius, en el seu cas, aplicats a les operacions.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;h) La quota tributaria que, en el seu cas, es repercuteixi, que s'haurà de consignar per separat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;i) La data en que s'hagin efectuat les operacions que se documentin o en la que, en el seu cas, s'hagi rebut el pagament anticipat, sempre que es tracti d'una data distinta a la d'expedició de la factura.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;j) En el cas que l'operació que es documenta en una factura estigui exempta de l'Impost, una referència a les disposicions corresponents de la Directiva 2006/112/CE, de 28 de novembre, relativa al sistema comú de l'Impost sobre el Valor Afegit, o als preceptes corresponents de la Llei de l'Impost o indicació que l'operació està exempta.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Haurà d'especificar-se per separat la part de base imposable corresponent a cadascuna de les operacions que es documentin en una mateixa factura en els següents casos:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Quan es documentin operacions que estiguin exemptes de l'Impost sobre el Valor Afegit i altres en les quals no es donin aquestes circumstàncies.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Quan es comprenguin operacions subjectes a diferents tipus de l'Impost sobre el Valor Afegit.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En el cas que en el document acreditatiu del pagament figuri un import que no coincideix amb l'import del justificant en qüestió, el beneficiari haurà de presentar un certificat o documentació justificativa de l'entitat bancària o qualsevol altre document que justifiqui que dins aquell pagament es troba inclòs l'abonament del justificant en qüestió.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Si el pagament es fa en divises, l'entitat beneficiària ha d'aportar l'equivalència del canvi oficial en euros que correspongui a la data del pagament del document justificatiu de la despesa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En el cas que s'hagin autoritzat al beneficiari l'execució total o parcial de les activitats subvencionades amb persones o entitats vinculades, la justificació del cost en que ha incorregut l'entitat vinculada es realitzarà en els mateixos termes establerts per acreditar les despeses del beneficiari. Aquest import subvencionable executat per una entitat vinculada, no pot excedir del cost en què ha incorregut l'entitat vinculada. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4. Qualsevol altre documentació que li sigui requerida als efectes de comprovar la realització del projecte subvencionat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;17. Mesures de difusió on hi consti l'ajuda concedida per part del Consell de Mallorca &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;D'acord amb el previst a l'article 15 de l'Ordenança general de subvencions del Consell de Mallorca els beneficiaris han de difondre que el Consell de Mallorca subvenciona el projecte.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Concretament l'entitat ha de publicar a les xarxes socials i plana web pròpia (si en disposa) que el Consell de Mallorca ha subvencionat el projecte. En dita notícia o entrada , s'ha d'esmentar que el Consell de Mallorca ha subvencionat l'activitat i incloure el logotip del Consell de Mallorca. Aquesta publicitat sobre la concessió de la subvenció s'ha de realitzar encara que la data de concessió sigui posterior a la celebració de l'activitat. Aquesta difusió s'ha d'incloure a l'apartat corresponent de l'annex 5.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;D'altra banda, i sense perjudici de l'esmentat al paràgraf anterior, si la concessió de la subvenció es produeix abans de la celebració de l'activitat subvencionada, i l'entitat beneficiària realitza altre tipus de publicitat (premsa, pòsters, tríptics, entrades..), podrà incloure el logotip del Consell de Mallorca. Aquesta publicitat s'adjuntarà amb la documentació justificativa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;18. Obligacions dels beneficiaris&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Sense perjudici del previst a l'article 9 de l'Ordenança general de subvencions del Consell de Mallorca, són obligacions de les persones beneficiàries:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a. Executar el projecte o activitat que fonamenta la concessió de la subvenció. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b. Justificar, davant l'òrgan que concedeix la subvenció, el compliment dels requisits i les condicions, i també la realització de l'activitat i el compliment de la finalitat que determinen la concessió o el gaudi de la subvenció. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;c. Sotmetre's a les actuacions de comprovació, que ha d'efectuar l'òrgan que concedeix la subvenció o l'entitat col·laboradora, si escau, i qualsevol altra de comprovació i control financer que poden dur a terme els òrgans de control competents, tant nacionals com comunitaris, i aportar tota la informació que li requereixin en l'exercici de les actuacions anteriors. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;d. Comunicar a l'òrgan que concedeix la subvenció l'obtenció d'altres subvencions, ajuts, ingressos o recursos que financen les activitats subvencionades. Aquesta comunicació s'ha d'efectuar tan aviat com es conegui i, en tot cas, abans de la justificació de l'aplicació donada als fons percebuts. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;e. En el cas que es denegui al Consell de Mallorca l'autorització per l'obtenció dels certificats d´estar al corrent de les obligacions tributàries i amb la Seguretat Social, s'haurà d'acreditar, abans de dictar‐se la proposta de resolució de concessió, que està al corrent del compliment de les obligacions tributàries amb l'Estat i amb el Consell Insular de Mallorca i els organismes autònoms que en depenen, i de les obligacions amb la Seguretat Social, aportant els certificats corresponents. També haurà d'aportar els certificats esmentats en el moment que li requereixi aquesta corporació per tal de poder abonar la subvenció. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;f. Disposar dels llibres comptables, els registres diligenciats i altres documents degudament auditats en els termes que s'exigeix en la legislació mercantil i sectorial aplicable a la persona beneficiària en cada cas, així com tots els estats comptables i els registres específics exigits en la convocatòria de les subvencions, amb la finalitat de garantir l'exercici adequat de les facultats de comprovació i control. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;g. Conservar els documents justificatius de l'aplicació dels fons rebuts, incloent‐hi els documents electrònics, mentre puguin ser objecte de les actuacions de comprovació i control. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;h. Adoptar les mesures de difusió establertes al punt 17.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;i. Reintegrar els fons percebuts en els casos que es preveuen en l'art. 56 de l'Ordenança general de subvencions del Consell de Mallorca.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;19. Pèrdua del dret al cobrament de la subvenció&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. Es considerarà que el projecte subvencionat s'ha realitzat quan es pot despendre que l'actuació justificada es correspon substancialment amb el projecte presentat, més enllà dels petits canvis que s'hagin pogut donar durant l'execució del projecte subvencionat. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. Si l'entitat o persona beneficiària incompleix les obligacions contemplades en la convocatòria o en l'article 9 de l'Ordenança general de subvencions del Consell de Mallorca, o altera aspectes rellevants del projecte que s'hagin pogut tenir en compte per concedir l'ajuda, els òrgans competents del Consell de Mallorca han de declarar la pèrdua del dret al cobrament de la subvenció. En conseqüència, l'entitat beneficiària perdrà el dret a cobrar-la o, si ja l'ha cobrada, l'haurà de reintegrar, d'acord amb el que estableix l'article 57 de l'Ordenança general de subvencions del Consell de Mallorca.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3. D'acord amb l'article 58 de l'Ordenança general de subvencions del Consell de Mallorca, es produeix la pèrdua del dret al cobrament de la subvenció, totalment o parcial, en cas de falta de justificació, de justificació incompleta o de concurrència d'alguna de les causes previstes en l'art. 56 de l'Ordenança general de subvencions del Consell de Mallorca.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4. Si de la presentació de la documentació justificativa es dedueix que l'entitat beneficiària ha complert de forma significativa amb les seves obligacions, que ha tingut voluntat de compliment i que s'han assolit les finalitats de la subvenció, però el pressupost inicial subvencionable no estigui ben justificat 1) perquè la documentació justificativa tingui deficiències o sigui inadequada per no ajustar-se als requisits de la convocatòria, o 2) perquè sigui insuficient per no haver-se acomplert del tot, la pèrdua parcial del dret de cobrament de la subvenció inicial s'ha de calcular de la manera següent:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La subvenció a percebre serà com a màxim del 50 % del pressupost executat subvencionable (compte justificatiu acceptat pel centre gestor). &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En el cas que la subvenció concedida sigui superior al 50 % del pressupost executat subvencionable, es reduirà l'import de la subvenció fins que aquest no superi el 50 % del pressupost executat subvencionable. En aquest cas es declararà la pèrdua del dret al cobrament parcial de la subvenció per la diferència entre l'import inicialment concedit i el que s'hagi d'abonar.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;5. A més a més, l'import de la subvenció a abonar, en cap cas, pot ser de tal quantia que aïlladament o en concurrència amb altres subvencions, ajudes, ingressos o recursos, superi el cost de l'activitat subvencionada. Si l'import total de la subvenció més la resta d'altres ajuts i ingressos que han finançat la realització del projecte cultural, supera el cost de l'activitat subvencionada, es declararà la pèrdua del dret al cobrament parcial de la subvenció per la quantitat que l'excedeix.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;A efectes d'aquesta convocatòria, s'entén per cost de l'activitat el cost del compte justificatiu presentat per la persona beneficiària (annex 6A), llevat de les despeses que, per la seva naturalesa no formin part del cost de l'activitat. Si que entrarien en el concepte de cost de l'activitat, aquelles despeses en que ha incorregut la persona beneficiària que no s'han acceptat com a despesa subvencionable en l'aprovació del compte justificatiu, per no complir amb tots els requisits prevists a la convocatòria (forma, termini o similars), però que responen a la naturalesa de l'activitat subvencionada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;6. De conformitat amb els principis d'eficàcia i eficiència en l'assignació i utilització dels recursos públics regulats a l'article 5 de l'Ordenança general de subvencions del Consell de Mallorca, en el cas que l'import de la pèrdua del dret al cobrament de la subvenció sigui igual o inferior a 100,00€ i sempre que aquest import no superi l'1% de la subvenció concedida, el centre gestor anul·larà d'ofici la diferència entre l'import de la subvenció concedida i l'import de la subvenció reconeguda, sense necessitat d'iniciar el procediment i posterior declaració de la pèrdua del dret al cobrament d'una part de la subvenció, i sense que el beneficiari presenti renúncia a cobrar aquesta quantitat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;20. Ineficàcia sobrevinguda de la convocatòria&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Si per circumstàncies sobrevingudes d'interès públic i general, el Consell de Mallorca no pot dur endavant la tramitació d'aquesta convocatòria d'ajudes, l'òrgan que la va aprovar l'ha de deixar sense efectes previ informe justificatiu de la Secretaria Tècnica del centre gestor.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;21. Comunicació de canvis en l'activitat subvencionada&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;&amp;nbsp;Si es dóna el supòsit, les persones beneficiàries han de sol·licitar a l'òrgan gestor (Departament de Cultura i Patrimoni), abans que no conclogui el termini per a dur a terme l'activitat subvencionada, modificacions de la resolució de concessió que suposin ampliació dels terminis fixats, reducció de l'import concedit o alteració de les accions que s'integren en l'activitat, que s'autoritzen quan tenen la causa en circumstàncies imprevistes o són necessàries per al bon final de l'actuació, sempre que no s'alteri l'objecte o la finalitat de la subvenció i no es danyi el dret de tercers. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;22. Sol·licitud d'ampliació de terminis &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Les peticions d'ampliació dels terminis fixats s'han de presentar amb una antelació mínima de quinze dies hàbils al de finalització del termini que es vol ampliar.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;23. Prelació dels projectes&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El procediment de concessió és el de concurrència competitiva, és a dir, es comparen en un únic procediment totes les sol·licituds presentades en cada línia per establir-hi una prelació. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Si a l'hora de determinar les subvencions corresponents a les sol·licituds que han obtingut la mateixa puntuació total i el crèdit que resti per assignar no fos suficient per concedir-les en la seva totalitat, es seguiran les normes següents per determinar l'ordre de prelació entre els projectes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. Es classificaran abans les que hagin obtingut major puntuació en el criteri d'avaluació A). En el cas que n'hi hagi més d'una amb la mateixa puntuació en aquest apartat, i el crèdit no sigui tampoc suficient per concedir-ne les ajudes, aquest empat s'ha de resoldre tenint en compte la puntuació del criteri d'avaluació B).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. Si s'haguessin comparat els criteris anteriors i el crèdit no fos encara suficient, per resoldre l'empat, s'ha d'observar la puntuació aconseguida en els criteris C i D seguint l'ordre establert.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3. Amb tot, si com a resultat d'atendre l'ordre de prelació anterior es mantingués l'empat, aquest últim es resoldrà a favor de la sol·licitud amb l'import total de pressupost subvencionable més elevat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4. Aquest sistema, per resoldre un possible empat entre sol·licituds amb la mateixa puntuació, s'ha d'aplicar fins a exhaurir tot el crèdit que s'hagi de distribuir en la línia.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El previst als apartats anteriors és aplicable dins cada una de les diferents línies previstes a la convocatòria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Si una vegada calculats els imports de les ajudes de cada línia, i sempre que ho permeti el pla d'estabilitat pressupostària del Consell de Mallorca, es produeix qualque romanent, la comissió avaluadora pot proposar a l'òrgan instructor que incrementi l'altra línia (per l'import de dit romanent) la dotació pressupostària de la qual, no ha estat suficient per fer front als imports i percentatges màxims establerts al punt 8 d'aquesta convocatòria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;24. Criteris de valoració projectes de la línia 1&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La puntuació de cada sol·licitud es determinarà segons els criteris d'avaluació que es detallen als següents apartats. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;No es subvencionaran els projectes que es valorin per la comissió avaluadora amb una puntuació inferior a 22,5 punts, denegant la sol·licitud presentada per aquest fet.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La valoració dels projectes presentats es realitzarà en base als criteris següents que hauran d'estar reflectits a la memòria del projecte (annex 3). L'estructura de l'annex 3 segueix el mateix ordre que els aspectes a avaluar. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;L'annex 3 ha d'explicar el projecte, apartat per apartat i la seva redacció ha de ser clara i concreta. S'ha de limitar als aspectes/objecte de l'apartat que es tracti. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Els aspectes dels criteris de valoració que no restin acreditats al document annex 3, es valoraran amb zero punts. No s'avaluarà/puntuarà la informació que es detalli a apartats que no correspongui per contingut.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La puntuació de les sol·licituds determinarà segons els criteris següents: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;A. Criteris de valoració general del projecte (màxim 23 punts)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;A.1 Interès i coherència del projecte (màxim 9 punts)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Cal especificar el títol, les dates d'execució o estrena i el lloc de desenvolupament. A més d'una descripció breu del projecte (màxim 15 línies).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Perfil del destinatari a l'objecte del projecte (màxim 2 punts).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Calendari o/i programació (màxim 2 punts).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Coherència: les activitats s'ajusten a una idea general de projecte adequat a l'objecte de la convocatòria (màxim 2 punts).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;A.3 Viabilitat econòmica (màxim 3 punts). &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Una proposta té major viabilitat econòmica si té finançament suficient per a la seva realització, atorgant-se més puntuació quan menor sigui la quantitat sol·licitada respecte al pressupost del projecte, atès que demostra que té el finançament necessari per poder dur a terme l'activitat posposada. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;E.2. Programació amb professionals o formacions de gent jove. (màxim 2 punts). &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

Realització d'activitats complementàries de formació i/o divulgació relacionades amb el foment de la música (màxim 1 punt).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;25. Criteris de valoració projectes de la línia 2&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La puntuació de cada sol·licitud es determinarà segons els criteris d'avaluació que es detallen als següents apartats. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;No es subvencionaran els projectes que es valorin per la comissió avaluadora amb una puntuació inferior a 22,5 punts, denegant la sol·licitud presentada per aquest fet.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La valoració dels projectes presentats es realitzarà en base als criteris següents que hauran d'estar reflectits a la memòria del projecte (annex 3). L'estructura de l'annex 3 segueix el mateix ordre que els aspectes a avaluar. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;L'annex 3 ha d'explicar el projecte apartat per apartat i la seva redacció ha de ser clara i concreta. S'ha de limitar als aspectes/objecte de l'apartat que es tracti. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Els aspectes dels criteris de valoració que no restin acreditats al document annex 3, es valoraran amb zero punts. No s'avaluarà/puntuarà la informació que es detalli a apartats que no correspongui per contingut.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La puntuació de les sol·licituds determinarà segons els criteris següents: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

Interès i coherència del projecte (màxim 9 punts)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Cal especificar el títol, les dates d'execució o estrena i el lloc de desenvolupament. Es valorarà també el desenvolupament de nous llenguatges, l'aportació de nous enfocs, hibridació, etc.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Fins a la 4a edició es puntuarà amb 0,5 punts. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Si es tracta de la 5a fins a la 9a edició es puntuarà amb 1 punt. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Es puntuarà amb 2 punts a partir de la 10a edició.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;E. Programació artística (màxim 4 punts) &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;E.1. Programació de professionals o artistes mallorquins (màxim 1 punt). &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Es puntuarà amb 1 punt si les actuacions mallorquines suposen més d'un 20 % de les actuacions totals. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;E.2. Programació amb professionals o formacions de gent jove. (màxim 2 punts). &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Es considerarà que la formació és de gent jove quan el 75 % dels membres de la formació siguin persones menors de 30 anys.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul style="margin-left:40px"&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Fins al 20% de la programació feta per joves (1 punt)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Més del 20% de la programació feta per joves (2 punts)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;E.3. Participació d'artistes internacionals (màxim 1 punt)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;F. Realització d'activitats complementàries de formació i/o divulgació relacionades amb el foment de la música (màxim 1 punt). &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;26. Recursos&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. Contra l'acord que aprova aquesta convocatòria, que no posa fi a la via administrativa, podeu interposar el recurs d'alçada en el termini d'un mes, comptador a partir de l'endemà de la seva publicació. El recurs es pot interposar formalment davant el Consell Executiu o davant el Ple del Consell Insular de Mallorca, que és l'òrgan competent per resoldre'l.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Contra la desestimació expressa d'aquest recurs d'alçada, hi podeu interposar el recurs contenciós administratiu davant el Jutjat Contenciós Administratiu de Palma que correspongui, en el termini de dos mesos, comptadors a partir de l'endemà de rebre la notificació de la desestimació del dit recurs d'alçada. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Si un cop transcorreguts tres mesos des de la interposició del recurs d'alçada i no n'heu rebut la notificació de resolució expressa, s'entén desestimat per silenci i podeu interposar el recurs contenciós administratiu davant el Jutjat contenciós Administratiu de Palma que correspongui, sense limitació de temps. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;No obstant l'anterior, podeu interposar, si escau, qualsevol altre recurs que considereu oportú. Tot això de conformitat amb la Llei 29/1998, de 13 de juliol, reguladora de la jurisdicció contenciosa administrativa i la Llei 39/2015, d'1 d'octubre, del procediment administratiu comú de les administracions públiques.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. Contra la resolució de concessió d'aquesta convocatòria que no posa fi a la via administrativa, podeu interposar el recurs d'alçada en el termini d'un mes, comptador a partir de l'endemà de la seva publicació. El recurs es pot interposar formalment davant la consellera executiva de Cultura i Patrimoni o davant el Consell Executiu, que és l'òrgan competent per resoldre'l.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Contra la desestimació expressa d'aquest recurs d'alçada, hi podeu interposar el recurs contenciós administratiu davant el Jutjat Contenciós Administratiu de Palma que correspongui, en el termini de dos mesos, comptadors a partir de l'endemà de rebre la notificació de la desestimació del dit recurs d'alçada. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
