2025-05-15 CAIB ![CDATA[<p>Es publica la resolució del conseller executiu d'Hisenda i Funció Pública dictada per delegació del Consell Executiu, segons l'Acord de 28 de setembre de 2022, BOIB núm. 128, d'1 d'octubre de 2022, de conformitat amb el que disposa l'article 45.1 b) de la Llei 39/2015, d'1 d'octubre, del procediment administratiu comú de les administracions públiques</p> <p><span style="color:#000000"><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">“<strong>Fets</strong></span></span></span></p> <p>1.&nbsp;Per Resolució del conseller executiu d'Hisenda i Funció Pública de data 30 de novembre de 2022 (BOIB núm. 158, de 6 de desembre de 2022), modificada per Resolució del conseller executiu d'Hisenda i Funció Pública de data 24 de gener de 2023 i de data 7 de febrer de 2023 (BOIB núm. 13, de 28 de gener de 2023 i BOIB núm. 19, de data 11 de febrer de 2023), &nbsp;per Resolució de la consellera executiva d'Hisenda i Funció Pública de data 29 d'agost de 2023 (BOIB núm. 121, de 31 d'agost de 2023), es va aprovar la convocatòria del procés selectiu d'estabilització pel sistema excepcional de concurs oposició per a l'ingrés com a personal laboral fix subgrup A2 de de les Mancomunitats Pla i des Raiguer.</p> <p>2.&nbsp;En aquesta resolució es varen convocar: 1 plaça de la categoria/especialitat AODL agent d'ocupació i desenvolupament &nbsp;local i 3 places de la categoria/ especialitat educador-a &nbsp;social &nbsp;de la Mancomunitat Pla; 1 plaça de la categoria/especialitat educador-a &nbsp;social (T.P. 75% jornada), &nbsp;1 plaça de la categoria/especialitat &nbsp;treballador/a social i 4 places de la categoria/especialitat &nbsp;educador/a social de la Mancomunitat &nbsp;des Raiguer.</p> <p>3.&nbsp;Per Acord del tribunal qualificador competent d'aquest procés selectiu d'estabilització, un cop conclosa la revisió i baremació dels mèrits dels aspirants, en data 16 d'abril de 2025 es va publicar, en el tauler electrònic d'anuncis i en la seu electrònica del Consell Insular de &nbsp;Mallorca, la llista definitiva de puntuacions obtingudes per les persones aspirants, amb aplicació dels criteris de desempats i la resolució de les al·legacions formulades a la llista provisional de puntuacions, així com el llistat de llocs corresponents a les places convocades, donant un termini de 4 dies hàbils per comunicar l'ordre de preferència dels llocs oferts.&nbsp;</p> <p>4.&nbsp;En data 8 de maig de 2025 el tribunal qualificador competent del procediment selectiu ha acordat elevar al conseller d'Hisenda i Funció Pública l'Acord de la proposta de persones aspirants que han superat el procés selectiu d'estabilització pel sistema de concurs oposició excepcional per a l'ingrés com a personal laboral fix &nbsp;subgrup A2 de la categoria/especialitat AODL agent d'ocupació i desenvolupament &nbsp;local i de la categoria/ especialitat educador-a &nbsp;social &nbsp;de la Mancomunitat Pla; de la categoria/especialitat educador-a &nbsp;social (T.P. 75% jornada), &nbsp;de la categoria/especialitat &nbsp;treballador/a social i de la categoria/especialitat educador/a social de la Mancomunitat des Raiguer i d'assignació de llocs de feina, &nbsp;per a la seva contractació com a personal laboral fix, d'acord amb el tràmit de manifestació d'ordre de preferències efectuat, En data 8 de maig de 2025 el tribunal qualificador competent del procediment selectiu ha acordat elevar al conseller d'Hisenda i Funció Púb<span style="color:#000000"><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">lica l'Acord de la proposta de persones aspirants que han superat el procés selectiu d'estabilització pel sistema de concurs oposició excepcional per a l'ingrés com a personal laboral fix subgrup A2 de la categoria/especialitat AODL agent d'ocupació i desenvolupament &nbsp;local i de la categoria/ especialitat educador-a social &nbsp;de la Mancomunitat Pla; de la categoria/especialitat educador-a &nbsp;social (T.P. 75% jornada), &nbsp;de la categoria/especialitat treballador/a social i de la categoria/especialitat educador/a social de la Mancomunitat des Raiguer i d'assignació de llocs de feina, per a la seva contractació com a personal laboral fix, d'acord amb el tràmit de manifestació d'ordre de preferències efectuat, la qual conté tantes persones aprovades com el nombre de places convocades. Aprovar</strong> la llista definitiva de persones aspirants que han superat el procés selectiu d'estabilització pel sistema de concurs oposició excepcional per a l'ingrés com a personal laboral fix del subgrup A2 de la de la categoria/especialitat AODL agent d'ocupació i desenvolupament &nbsp;local (codi ELO0A2/463) i de la categoria/ especialitat educador-a &nbsp;social (codi ELO0A2/464) de la Mancomunitat Pla; de la categoria/especialitat educador-a &nbsp;social -T.P. 75% jornada (codi ELO0A2/473), &nbsp;de la categoria/especialitat &nbsp;treballador/a social (codi ELO0A2/474) i de la categoria/especialitat educador/a social (codi ELO0A2/475) de la Mancomunitat des Raiguer, d'acord amb el que s'indica en l'Annex 1 d'aquest document.</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="color:#000000"><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">De conformitat amb l'article 52.3 de la Llei 3/2007, en concordança amb l'article 61.8 del TREBEP, aquesta llista conté, com a màxim, tantes persones aprovades com el nombre de places convocades.</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="color:#000000"><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><strong>2. Assignar </strong>els llocs de feina corresponents a la categoria/especialitat AODL agent d'ocupació i desenvolupament &nbsp;local (codi ELO0A2/463) i de la categoria/ especialitat educador-a social (codi ELO0A2/464) de la Mancomunitat Pla; de la categoria/especialitat educador-a &nbsp;social -T.P. 75% jornada (codi ELO0A2/473), &nbsp;de la categoria/especialitat &nbsp;treballador/a social (codi ELO0A2/474) i de la categoria/especialitat educador/a social (codi ELO0A2/475) de la Mancomunitat des Raiguer, del subgrup A2, a les persones aspirants que han superat el procediment selectiu d'estabilització pel sistema de concurs excepcional per a la convocatòria d'aquestes places, de conformitat amb la base 8.8 de la convocatòria i d'acord amb el tràmit de manifestació d'ordre de preferències efectuat i la puntuació obtinguda en el procés selectiu. En el cas que no s'hagi efectuat aquest tràmit per part de la persona aspirant, el lloc de treball &nbsp;serà assignat d'ofici. Aquesta informació es recull en l'Annex 1 d'aquest document, d'acord amb el que s'indica en l'Annex 1 d'aquest document.</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="color:#000000"><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">De conformitat en la base específica 14.4 de l'Annex II de la convocatòria, d'acord amb l'article 22.1 del Decret llei 6/2022 els llocs de prefectures orgàniques i llocs singularitzats s'han d'adjudicar en adscripció provisional.</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="color:#000000"><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><strong>3. Ordenar</strong> la publicació d'aquesta Resolució i el seu Annex en el tauler d'edictes i a la Seu electrònica del Consell Insular de Mallorca, i en el Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears.</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="color:#000000"><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><strong>Interposició de recursos</strong></span></span></span></p> <p><span style="color:#000000"><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Contra aquest acte, que no posa fi a la via administrativa, podeu interposar recurs d'alçada en el termini d'un mes, comptador a partir de l'endemà de rebre aquesta notificació. El recurs es pot interposar formalment davant el Consell executiu o davant la Comissió de Govern del Consell Insular de Mallorca, que és l'òrgan competent per resoldre'l.</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="color:#000000"><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Contra la desestimació expressa d'aquest recurs d'alçada, hi podeu interposar el recurs contenciós administratiu davant el Jutjat Contenciós Administratiu, en el termini de dos mesos, comptadors a partir de l'endemà de rebre la notificació de la desestimació del recurs d'alçada.</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="color:#000000"><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Si han transcorregut tres mesos des de la interposició del recurs d'alçada i no n'heu rebut la notificació de resolució expressa, s'entén desestimat per silenci i podeu interposar el recurs contenciós administratiu davant el Jutjat Contenciós Administratiu, en el termini de sis mesos, comptadors a partir de l'endemà de la desestimació presumpta.</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="color:#000000"><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">No obstant l'anterior, podeu interposar, si escau, qualsevol altre recurs que considereu oportú.
