&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. En data 25 de febrer de 2025, la directora insular de Joventut i Participació emet memòria de necessitat sobre la organització de campaments d'estiu el 2025 per a menors d'entre 9 i 16 anys.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. En data 12 de maig de 2025, la tècnica de joventut emet un informe relatiu al compliment dels requisits establerts i a la definició dels criteris per garantir una convocatòria transparent, oberta i accessible, amb l'objectiu d'assolir la màxima difusió possible i afavorir la participació del conjunt de la ciutadania en aquesta activitat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Fonaments de dret&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. La &lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Llei 10/2022, de 23 de desembre, de lleure educatiu per a infants i joves de les Illes Balears&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; , té per objecte desenvolupar en l'àmbit de les Illes Balears el dret d'infants i joves a gaudir d'un lleure educatiu de qualitat, segur i en condicions d'equitat, sense discriminacions per raons de sexe o de gènere, econòmiques, territorials, socials, culturals o de capacitat. Amb aquesta finalitat, la llei regula la formació, els serveis, les activitats i les instal·lacions destinats a infants i joves de les Illes Balears. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Concretament, als efectes d'aquesta llei, s'entén per lleure educatiu el conjunt d'activitats, serveis i experiències d'educació no formal que es realitzen en el temps lliure, amb una intencionalitat pedagògica fora dels àmbits escolar i familiar, amb l'objectiu d'acompanyar infants i joves en l'adquisició de competències i habilitats socials i de fer-los protagonistes de la seva pròpia vida, així com actius i compromesos socialment. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. El Decret 23/2018, de 6 de juliol, pel qual es despleguen diversos aspectes de la normativa de joventut i de lleure (BOIB núm. 84, de 7 de juliol de 2018), al Títol III d'activitats d'educació en el temps lliure infantil i juvenil, es recull a l'article 37.1 que a les activitats en el temps lliure infantil o juvenil poden participar persones d'entre 3 i 17 anys. Així mateix, a l'article 37.4, apartat a), es contempla l'acampada com activitat que es fa en zones condicionades per a campament o en qualsevol altre terreny o instal·lació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3. El Decret 26/2018, de 3 d'agost, de traspàs al Consell insular de Mallorca de les funcions i els serveis inherents a les competències pròpies d'aquesta institució insular que exerceix l'administració de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears en matèria de joventut i lleure, disposa a l'apartat B) les funcions i serveis que assumeix el Consell insular de Mallorca en relació a les activitats de lleure amb infants i joves, i entre elles &lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;“la programació i l'execució d'activitats de temps lliure per a infants i joves”.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4. Llei 39/2015, d'1 d'octubre, del Procediment Administratiu Comú de les Administracions Públiques.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;5. Decret de la Presidència del Consell Insular de Mallorca de dia 28 de juliol de 2023, pel qual s'estableixen les competències dels Departaments del Consell Insular de Mallorca on s'adjudiquen al Departament de Presidència l'atribució i direcció de les polítiques de joventut (BOIB núm. 106, de 29 de juliol de 2023).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Per tot l'anterior &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;RESOLC&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Primer- &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Iniciar i aprovar l'expedient del campament d'estiu per a infants i joves per a l'any 2025.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Segon- &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Publicar aquesta resolució al BOIB incloent l'annex que determina els requisits de la convocatòria del campament d'estiu 2025.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Interposició de recursos &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Contra aquesta resolució, que no posa fi a la via administrativa, podeu interposar el recurs d'alçada en el termini d'un mes, comptador a partir de l'endemà de rebre aquesta publicació. El recurs es pot interposar formalment davant aquest conseller executiu/consellera executiva o davant la presidència del Consell Insular de Mallorca, que és l'òrgan competent per resoldre'l.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Contra la desestimació expressa d'aquest recurs d'alçada, hi podeu interposar el recurs contenciós administratiu davant el Jutjat Contenciós Administratiu de Palma que correspongui, en el termini de dos mesos, comptadors a partir de l'endemà de rebre la notificació de la desestimació del dit recurs d'alçada. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Si han transcorregut tres mesos des de la interposició del recurs d'alçada i no n'heu rebut la notificació de resolució expressa, s'entén desestimat per silenci i podeu interposar el recurs contenciós administratiu davant el Jutjat Contenciós Administratiu de Palma que correspongui, sense limitació de temps.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;No obstant l'anterior, podeu interposar, si escau, qualsevol altre recurs que considereu oportú. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Tot això de conformitat amb la Llei 29/1998, de 13 de juliol, reguladora de la jurisdicció contenciosa administrativa i la Llei 39/2015, d'1 d'octubre, del procediment administratiu comú de les administracions públiques.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt; &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;ANNEX&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;CONVOCATÒRIA DELS CAMPAMENTS D'ESTIU PER A INFANTS I JOVES PER L'ANY 2025&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. Contingut&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El Consell de Mallorca a través de la Direcció Insular de Joventut i Participació del Departament de Presidència organitza els campaments d'estiu 2025, activitats de lleure educatiu per a infants i joves de Mallorca amb el propòsit de promoure activitats públiques i tenint en compte que:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El 30% del cost del servei serà sufragat per la Direcció Insular de Joventut i Participació a l'entitat adjudicatària del contracte de servei. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El 70% restant del cost del servei serà sufragat pels infants i joves que resultin beneficiàries del sorteig que es durà a terme per a la selecció dels mateixos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Amb la finalitat què la ciutadania tingui accés als campaments d'estiu 2025, la present convocatòria pública fixa les bases i les condicions necessàries de planificació, estructura i participació en aquestes activitats de lleure educatiu infantil i juvenil; concretament, l'activitat serà la d'acampada prevista a l'apartat 37.4.a) del &lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Decret 23/2018, de 6 de juliol, pel qual es despleguen diversos aspectes de la normativa de joventut i de lleure&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; (BOIB núm. 84, de 7 de juliol de 2018).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. Característiques del lloc del campament &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Els campaments d'estiu de 2025 es duran a terme a les instal·lacions del campament de la Victòria situat al municipi d'Alcúdia, les quals disposen de tendes de campanya amb capacitat per a cinc persones, menjador i banys coberts, espai d'acampada, zonificat i amb porxos, dutxes interiors i exteriors , serveis higiènics, zona esportiva, taules exteriors per a tallers i vetllades, i instal·lació elèctrica a totes les zones. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3. Estructura&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a) Nombre de torns de campaments&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;10 torns &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b) Nombre de places&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;60 places per cada un dels torns de campaments organitzats, de les quals:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;55 places són per via ordinària.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;S'entén com a plaça ordinària aquella en la qual la persona interessada participa per la via ordinària i que implica el pagament total corresponent per dia/participant del campament.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;5 places són bonificades, destinades a famílies usuàries de Serveis Socials, per a infants i per a joves en situació d'especial vulnerabilitat. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;S'entén com a plaça bonificada aquella en la qual la persona interessada participa a través d'una sol·licitud presentada per un servei social de l'Administració pública, que, a més, suposa una bonificació del 50 % del pagament total per dia/participant del campament. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Si aquestes places no s'ocupen passen a ser ocupades per participants de places ordinàries.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;De les 60 places ordinàries i bonificades, com a màxim 2 places es reserven a infants i/o a joves amb dependència. Aquests participants hauran d'aportar una còpia del certificat oficial amb el grau de dependència reconegut en el procés de preinscripció. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En el supòsit que hi hagi més de dues preinscripcions en un mateix torn que acrediten el grau de dependència es realitzarà un sorteig de les preinscripcions. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Si les places de dependència no s'omplen, passen a ser ocupades per participants seguint l'ordre de la llista sigui ordinària o bonificada de cada torn una vegada realitzat el sorteig. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En cada torn es poden afegir 4 places més, destinades a cobrir-se per motius extraordinaris, sempre a criteri del Consell Insular de Mallorca.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Es consideren motius extraordinaris: germans d'edats incloses al mateix torn, que han quedat fora de la convocatòria o situacions de risc declarades per les famílies, demostrades documentalment i valorades per aquesta Administració, o incidències amb la inscripció.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;c) Persones destinatàries&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. Infants i joves nascuts entre el 2009 i el 2016, ambdós inclosos, empadronats a qualsevol municipi de Mallorca. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. Els infants i joves amb dependència moderada (grau I), dependència severa (grau II) o gran dependència (grau III) poden participar en aquesta convocatòria ocupant la reserva de plaça, amb un màxim de 2 places per torn. Aquesta situació s'ha d'acreditar amb un informe de l'òrgan competent. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3. Els infants i joves que estan en situació d'especial vulnerabilitat, quan els propis Serveis Socials de l'Administració pública de Mallorca, amb el vistiplau de la família (si és possible), fan reserva de plaça, tenen dret a places bonificades, amb un màxim de 5 per torn, sempre que des del servei es presenti un informe de Serveis Socials o resolució administrativa acreditativa de la situació d'especial vulnerabilitat o anàleg. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4. Si no es cobreix el nombre de places bonificades es poden admetre infants i joves que s'han presentat per via ordinària, sense haver obtingut la plaça, i per estricte ordre de llista d'espera de cada torn una vegada realitzat el sorteig.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;d) Durada i dates&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Durada de 7 dies per campament, del 29 de juny fins al 2 d'agost de 2025.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;e) Preu i despeses finançades&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El Consell de Mallorca finançarà el 30% del cost del servei, i els participants el 70% restant. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La tarifa total de les despeses globals per participant és de 23,30 € per plaça i dia (IVA inclòs) , dels quals:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La Direcció Insular de Joventut finançarà l'import de 6,99 € (IVA inclòs) sobre el total del cost del servei. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El restant del cost del servei serà sufragat pels joves que resultin beneficiàries del sorteig que es durà a terme per a la selecció dels mateixos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Per tant, l'import a pagar per els participants serà de 16,31 euros per dia per a les persones usuàries &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;via ordinària, amb un preu total de 114,17 euros&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; per campament, i de 8,16 euros per dia/participant per a les persones usuàries &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;bonificades, amb un preu total de 57,12 euros&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; per campament.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El preu inclou tant l'estància i els menjars com qualsevol activitat que es desenvolupi durant el campament. Està inclòs el trasllat dels participants des del punt de trobada (Poliesportiu Municipal d'Alcúdia) o, en defecte d'aquest, el que designi la institució municipal fins al campament de la Victòria i viceversa. No està inclòs el trasllat del domicili dels participants al punt de trobada d'Alcúdia, que s'han de fer amb els propis mitjans.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La sol·licitud de preinscripció als campaments ha de fer-se a través de la seu electrònica del Consell de Mallorca (https://seu.conselldemallorca.net), i mitjançant una de les opcions següents: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a. Via ordinària&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; per a aquells participants que opten a places regulars. En aquest cas, la sol·licitud ha de presentar-la el pare, la mare o tutor/a legal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b. Via bonificada&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; per a aquells participants que opten a places de Serveis Socials. En aquest cas, la sol·licitud ha de presentar-la l'òrgan competent de serveis socials de l'Administració pública (Ajuntaments i/o IMAS), amb els consentiments de les famílies, si escau. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En qualsevol cas, els participants, a l'hora de fer la sol·licitud de preinscripció, només podran apuntar-se a un torn de la seva franja d'edat, i únicament a una de les dues opcions (via ordinària o via bonificada). &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En cas que un mateix participant presenti més d'una sol·licitud de preinscripció, únicament es tindrà en compte la darrera sol·licitud presentada, sempre que compleixi amb els requisits establerts per a l'opció triada. Així mateix, en cas que les sol·licituds de preinscripció es formalitzin per ambdues vies, ordinària i bonificada, prevaldrà la presentada per la via bonificada dels Serveis Socials (sempre que compleixin amb els requisits establerts i s'hagi formalitzat de conformitat amb el que disposa la lletra b) de l'apartat 3) d'aquesta convocatòria. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Són motiu d'exclusió: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Quan les dades aportades a la sol·licitud són falses. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Quan la sol·licitud per a la via bonificada, no té el consentiment del pare/mare o tutor/a legal, en cas que sigui necessari. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El fet de formalitzar la sol·licitud de preinscripció no garanteix tenir plaça per al campament, només donarà opció a formar part de la llista provisional d'admesos per participar al sorteig i optar a una vacant.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;SEGON.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Procés de preinscripció&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El formulari de la sol·licitud de preinscripció es complimentarà i registrarà electrònicament a través de la seu electrònica del Consell de Mallorca (https://seu.conselldemallorca.net).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El termini de preinscripció és de 10 (deu) dies naturals comptadors a partir de l'endemà de la publicació al BOIB de la present convocatòria. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;TERCER.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Llistat de preinscripcions admeses &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Finalitzat el termini de preinscripció, es publicaran els llistats dels participants admesos i exclosos de cada torn, a la seu electrònica i a la web oficial de Joventut del Consell de Mallorca. (https://joventut.conselldemallorca.cat/)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;A cada participant admès se li assignarà un número d'acord amb l'ordre del registre d'entrada de les sol·licituds, que servirà de referència per al sorteig. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Tenint en compte el que estableix la normativa sobre protecció de dades, la publicació de tots els llistats de la present convocatòria es faran amb la identificació del menor a través del DNI/NIE/ passaport del participant, o si el menor no en té, del pare/mare/tutor-a legal. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;QUART.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Sorteig d'adjudicació de places&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Publicat el llistat dels preinscrits es realitzarà un sorteig, que serà públic i tindrà lloc a una instal·lació del Consell de Mallorca. El lloc, dia i l'hora del sorteig es publicarà amb els llistats de preinscrits. Així mateix,&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;en cas que sigui necessari, es farà un sorteig específic per a la cobertura de les 5 places bonificades i també si és necessari, un sorteig específic per a la cobertura de les 2 places per torn reservades a infants i/o a joves amb dependència acreditada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El procediment consistirà en extraure un número aleatori d'entre tots els números assignats als participants a la llista definitiva d'admesos, diferent per cada torn i opció segons el número de participants, que establirà l'ordre d'adjudicació (a partir del número extret seguint els números consecutius fins a completar totes les places disponibles). &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El resultat del sorteig (el número extret per cada torn i opció) es publicarà a la seu electrònica i a la web oficial de Joventut del Consell de Mallorca. (https://joventut.conselldemallorca.cat/)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;CINQUÈ.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Llistat d'adjudicació de places&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Una vegada fet el sorteig, s'elaborarà el llistats d'adjudicació de places de cada torn i opció i es publicarà al web oficial de Joventut del Consell de Mallorca i a la seu electrònica. Juntament amb el llistats s'indicarà el nom de l'empresa concessionària encarregada de gestionar els campaments i la documentació corresponent que haurà de ser lliurada a aquesta empresa. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Els participants que no hagin estat seleccionats, passaran a una llista d'espera per cada torn seguint l'ordre establert al sorteig i podran optar a una plaça que no s'hagi ocupat o quedi deserta per diferents motius. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En cap cas, els participants que han obtingut una plaça podran sol·licitar un canvi de torn o sol·licitar una permuta. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;SISÈ&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;. Procés d'inscripcions &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;A partir de l'endemà de la publicació de la d'adjudicació de places, l'empresa organitzadora es posarà en contacte amb les famílies o servei, mitjançant el telèfon i el correu electrònic aportat en el procés de preinscripció, als efectes de complimentar el formulari d'inscripció, la presentació de la documentació, i concreció del sistema de pagament. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Les famílies disposaran d'un termini de 5 (cinc) dies naturals, per a la complementació del formulari i per a la presentació de la documentació davant l'empresa organitzadora dels campaments, la qual és la responsable de gestionar el procés d'inscripció. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Concretament, la documentació que s'ha d'aportar a l'empresa organitzadora és la següent: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a. Còpia del DNI/NIE/passaport del pare, mare o tutor, per l'opció ordinària.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b. Còpia del DNI/NIE/passaport de l'infant o jove si en té, si no còpia de llibre de família o document anàleg.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;c. Còpia de la targeta sanitària o equivalent.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;d. Còpia llibre de vacunes o declaració responsable de no vacunat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;e. Certificat de residència (serveix el certificat de viatge) o empadronament.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;f. Justificant de pagament.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;s&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/s&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;g. Còpia d'Informe de Serveis Social o resolució administrativa acreditativa de la situació d'especial vulnerabilitat, si escau. (Només per sol·licituds de plaça bonificada).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;h. Còpia del certificat amb el grau de dependència reconegut i/o informes mèdics, si escau. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La manca de documents, l'errada o falsedat en la presentació d'aquests pot donar lloc a l'expulsió del llistat de participants i pot ser penalitzat en no poder participar en la següent convocatòria de campaments que convoqui la Direcció Insular de Joventut i Participació del Consell de Mallorca. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Si dins el termini facilitat per l'entitat organitzadora dels campaments, no es presenta tota la documentació o no es realitza el pagament del campament el participant quedarà exclòs, sense que tingui dret a la devolució de la possible quantia lliurada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;SETÈ.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Llista d'espera &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Els participants que no hagin obtingut plaça, quedaran a una llista d'espera del torn sol·licitat seguint l'ordre establert en el sorteig que servirà per cobrir les places que quedin vacants per qualsevol motiu. Aquesta llista d'espera es publicarà a la seu electrònica i a la web oficial de Joventut del Consell de Mallorca. (https://joventut.conselldemallorca.cat/)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En cas que un torn quedi incomplet i no s'hagin cobert totes les places, ni per sorteig ni per llista d'espera, es cobrirà amb participants de la llista d'espera del torn següent, sempre que sigui de la mateixa franja d'edat. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Per ambdós casos, el participant que hagi obtingut plaça serà avisat mitjançant el telèfon i/o correu electrònic indicat a la preinscripció per l'empresa adjudicatària. De no respondre aquests, es perdrà el dret a reserva de plaça i s'avisarà a la persona següent que està en llista d'espera. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Si l'interessat accepta la plaça, disposarà de 48 hores per entregar tota la documentació requerida. Si dins aquest termini no es presenta tota la documentació o no es realitza el pagament del campament el participant quedarà exclòs.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Pot passar que, per manca de temps, s'hagi de presentar tota la documentació en menys 48 hores. En aquest cas, els participants seran avisats en el moment que se li comuniqui la reserva de plaça. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;VUITÈ.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Possibles renúncies i devolució de la quantia lliurada&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Quan per causes no imputables al participant i no sigui degut a causes de força major o cas fortuït, l'activitat de lleure no es desenvolupi, es procedirà a la devolució de l'import abonat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En el supòsit que sigui l'interessat el que sol·liciti la devolució per no desitjar l'activitat, sempre que ho comuniqui fefaentment, al manco amb una setmana d'antelació de l'inici de l'activitat, es procedirà al retorn de l' import abonat. Si la causa és per una qüestió mèdica degudament justificada es podrà sol·licitar la devolució en qualsevol moment abans de l'inici de l'activitat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;D'acord amb el Reglament (UE) 2016/679 Del Parlament Europeu i del Consell de 27 d'abril de 2016 relatiu a la protecció de les persones físiques pel que fa al tractament de dades personals i a la lliure circulació d'aquestes dades i pel qual es deroga la Directiva 95/46/CE; i la Llei orgànica 3/2018, de 5 de desembre, de Protecció de Dades Personals i garantia dels drets digitals. Al no haver-se disposat normativament unes mesures de prevenció tancades en quant al que implica la protecció de dades, cal determinar quines mesures mínimes s'aplicaran, sempre tenint en compte que les dades a tractar són, principalment, de menors, dades socials i mèdiques i les dades de l'equip dirigent que va a desenvolupar l'activitat que, entre d'altres, inclou certificat actualitzat de delictes sexuals.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Quant al tractament de les dades dels menors d'edat fonamentat en el consentiment, haurà de constar el consentiment del titular de la pàtria potestat o tutela. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Encara que en tot moment el responsable d'aquestes dades és el Consell de Mallorca, durant el temps que duri el campament aquestes dades estaran en poder de l'empresa que el desenvolupi, la qual, com encarregada de les dades, només podrà fer ús de les mateixes per aquesta activitat concreta, tornant-les al Consell de Mallorca una vegada finalitzat el campament, per tal de destruir-les quan acabi la finalitat per les quals varen ser sol·licitades.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;DESÈ. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En cas de discrepàncies&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En cas de discrepàncies en la publicació al BOIB d'aquesta, entre la versió catalana i la versió castellana, prevaldrà sempre la versió en català.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
