    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;De conformitat amb allò establert a l'article 20.8a de la Llei 38/2003, de 17 de novembre, general de subvencions, i al punt 4t de la Resolució de 15 de juny de 2020, de la Intervenció General de l'Administració de l'Estat, per la qual es regula el procés de registre i publicació de convocatòries en el &lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Sistema Nacional de Publicidad de Subvenciones y Ayudas Públicas&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;, el text de l'extracte de la Convocatòria d'ajudes específiques per al desenvolupament de l'àmbit rural i ramader a l'illa d'Eivissa per a l'any 2025-2026, remés a la &lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Base de Datos Nacional de Subvenciones&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; (BDNS), és el següent: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Extracte de la Convocatòria d'ajudes específiques per al desenvolupament de l'àmbit rural i ramader a l'illa d'Eivissa per a l'any 2025 – 2026&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;I) Disposicions generals&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. Introducció&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La present convocatòria es regeix a l'empara del que disposen les bases generals de subvencions, aprovades en el marc de les bases d'execució del pressupost per a l'exercici 2025 (BOIB núm. 37, de 25-03-2025);&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. Consignació pressupostària&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La quantitat màxima que es destina a la present convocatòria és d'1.174.900 € amb càrrec a les aplicacions pressupostàries següents del Pressupost general del Consell Insular d'Eivissa de l'any 2025: 4100-47900 amb la quantia de 426.000 €; 4100-4890000 amb la quantia de 48.900 €; 4100-77000 amb la quantia de 280.000 €; 4100-78900 amb la quantia de 20.000 €, i 4100-7620001 amb la quantia de 400.000 €.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Així mateix, atès que en la convocatòria es preveu una línia d'ajudes a les cooperatives agrícoles per sembrar espècies farratgeres i llavor certificada de cereal, amb procediment anticipat de despesa, la quantitat màxima que s'estima destinar a aquesta línia serà per un import màxim de 52.000 € amb càrrec al programa 4100 47900 del Pressupost general del Consell Insular d'Eivissa de l'any 2026, i amb possibilitat d'ampliació amb càrrec a aquest pressupost.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3. Sol·licitud i documentació a adjuntar&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Per a cada una de les línies d'ajudes hi ha un imprès de sol·licitud que consta a l'Annex I, disponible a la Seu electrònica del Consell Insular d'Eivissa (https://seu.conselldeivissa.es). El període per presentar aquesta sol·licitud és de 30 dies naturals des de l'endemà de la publicació de la convocatòria en el &lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; (BOIB), tret que a la línia específica s'indiqui un altre termini.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4. Justificació i pagament de la subvenció&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Les persones beneficiàries una vegada finalitzada l'actuació i fins al dia &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;15-09-2025, &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;tret que a la línia específica s'indiqui un altre termini, comunicaran i justificaran al Departament competent en matèria d'agricultura mitjançant sol·licitud de pagament, tot acompanyant-hi les factures o altres documents acreditatius de les despeses realitzades juntament amb la relació detallada de les despeses (l'Annex II), disponible a la Seu electrònica del Consell Insular d'Eivissa (https://seu.conselldeivissa.es); també s'aportarà justificant de les mesures de publicitat relatives al finançament públic per part del Consell Insular.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;II) Línies d'ajuda&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Ajuda a l'agricultura ecològica&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. Objecte&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;L'objectiu d'aquesta línia d'ajuda és fomentar la reconversió de la ramaderia i l'agricultura tradicional en agricultura ecològica a l'àmbit rural d'Eivissa i facilitar als productors la compra de matèries primeres com llavors i adobs, per dur a terme aquesta actuació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. Consignació pressupostària&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La quantitat màxima assignada a aquesta línia d'ajuda és de 30.000 €, amb càrrec a l'aplicació pressupostària 4100 47900.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3. Sol·licitants i actuacions&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Podran sol·licitar la subvenció aquelles persones físiques o jurídiques titulars d'una explotació agrària o ramadera, que estigui ubicada a Eivissa i que estigui inscrita (o en fase d'inscripció) en el Consell Balear de la Producció Agrària Ecològica (CBPAE). &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Se subvencionaran les despeses derivades de la compra de matèries primeres necessàries per a la producció agrària ecològica (adobs, llavors, planters, productes fitosanitaris autoritzats, trampes per al control de plagues i altres materials per a la lluita biològica, serveis d'assessorament tècnic i analítiques); així com, en producció ramadera, els costos de serveis veterinaris i analítiques.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Les matèries o els productes subvencionables hauran de complir amb les normes del CBPAE sobre material autoritzat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Seran subvencionables les despeses realitzades entre el 16 de juny de 2024 i el 15 de juny de 2025.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;L'import de les ajudes que es podran concedir a les explotacions són les següents:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Subvenció fins a un 40 % del cost total de les matèries primeres per a la producció agrària ecològica, tot complint amb les normes del CBPAE sobre material autoritzat, amb un mínim de 300 € i un màxim de 1.200 € per explotació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; En el supòsit d'agricultors professionals i/o titulars d'una explotació agrària prioritària, la subvenció podrà ser fins a un 50 % del cost total, amb un mínim de 300 € i amb un màxim de 2.000 € per explotació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4. Sol·licitud de concessió i pagament&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El termini de presentació de les sol·licituds de concessió i pagament de l'ajut comença des de l'endemà de la publicació al BOIB i fins al &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;30-06-2025&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Ajudes a les cooperatives agràries&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. Objecte&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;L'objectiu d'aquesta línia d'ajuda de la convocatòria és establir les normes que han de regir per concedir les subvencions destinades al foment i al desenvolupament de les cooperatives agràries que realitzin actuacions de foment de la producció i/o comercialització agrària.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. Consignació pressupostària&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La quantia màxima destinada a aquesta línia és de 483.000 € amb càrrec a les aplicacions pressupostàries 4100 47900 i 4100 77000, amb les quanties de 203.000 € i 280.000 €, respectivament.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3. Actuacions objecte de l'ajuda&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Inversions i despeses amortitzables: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Actuacions de promoció i de consolidació de l'activitat cooperativa i de l'activitat agrària en general, no vinculades a l'activitat mercantil. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;c)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Contractació de serveis externs, d'assessorament tècnic a la producció i/o assessorament administratiu.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;d)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; La realització de cursos de formació a la cooperativa, relacionats amb el desenvolupament i el foment del sector agrari i ramader, a l'àmbit territorial de l'illa d'Eivissa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;e) &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Actuacions per a la promoció i consolidació del dimensionament del cooperativisme mitjançant la fusió e integració de cooperatives.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Seran subvencionables les despeses realitzades des de l'1 de setembre de 2024 fins al 31 d'agost de 2025. Així mateix es consideraran subvencionables aquelles despeses plurianuals que, havent-se realitzat el seu pagament amb anterioritat al període establert, responen a la naturalesa de l'activitat subvencionada dins el període elegible. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;No seran objecte d'ajuda en aquesta convocatòria aquelles actuacions per a les quals hi hagi línies d'ajuda en el programa de desenvolupament rural de les Illes Balears i, en general, les planificades o ordenades per la Conselleria competent en matèria d'agricultura del Govern de les Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Les ajudes que es podran concedir a les cooperatives agràries són:fins a un 40 % del cost total de la despesa per les actuacions 3.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a.; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;fins a un 50 % del cost total de la despesa d'actuacions 3&lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;.b; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;fins a un 75 % del cost total de la despesa per a les actuacions 3.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;c&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; i 3.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;d&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;, i fins a una 80% del cost total de la despesa per actuacions 3.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;e.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Amb un màxim d'ajuda de 70.000 € per cooperativa agrària sol·licitant per aquelles actuacions indicades al punt 3.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; 45.000 € per cooperativa agrària per les actuacions indicades als punts 3&lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;.b, 3.c &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;i&lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; 3.d.;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; i 50.000€ per aquelles actuacions indicades al punt &lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3.e&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;, dels quals s'estableix un límit de 30.000 € per cobrir despeses de personal imputable a l'actuació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;c)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Ajudes per a les entitats agràries amb programes fitosanitaris&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. Objecte&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;L'objectiu d'aquesta línia d'ajuda és el foment de l'associacionisme agrari amb finalitats agroambientals, concretament de col·laboració amb l'administració en la lluita col·lectiva contra els agents nocius dels vegetals a l'àmbit territorial de l'illa d'Eivissa mitjançant la utilització racional de tècniques d'aplicació, productes i mitjans fitosanitaris.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. Consignació pressupostària&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La quantitat màxima que es destina a la present línia és de 97.000 € amb càrrec a l'aplicació pressupostària 4100 47900.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3. Sol·licitants i actuacions&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Podran sol·licitar aquesta línia d'ajuda les entitats agràries amb programes fitosanitaris, l'àmbit d'activitat de les quals estigui ubicat a Eivissa, que tenguin contractat personal tècnic o serveis externs d'assessorament (persona física o jurídica) dedicat a la protecció vegetal, amb un contracte d'almenys 35 hores setmanals, durant el termini subvencionable.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Se subvencionaran les despeses derivades de la contractació de personal tècnic o de serveis externs d'assessorament tècnic (persona física o jurídica) dedicat a la protecció vegetal, la formació del personal tècnic i l'aplicació de programes fitosanitaris mitjançant control biològic, que s'hagin realitzat des de l'1 de setembre de 2024 fins al 31 d'agost de 2025.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Es podrà sol·licitar l'ajuda per als següents conceptes, amb un màxim d'ajuda de 40.000 € per entitat beneficiària:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;. Subvenció total o parcial del salari i despeses de Seguretat Social anuals, corresponent al personal tècnic contractat per l'entitat, amb un màxim per entitat agrària de 25.000 €.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Subvenció total o parcial de les despeses per la contractació serveis externs d'assessorament (persona física o jurídica) dedicat a la protecció vegetal, amb un màxim per entitat agrària de 25.000 €.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;c. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Subvenció total o parcial del salari i despeses de Seguretat Social corresponent al personal amb capacitació agrària contractat per l'entitat, o de les despeses per la contractació de serveis externs (persona física o jurídica); que actuïn de suport al tècnic per a les prospeccions i control de plagues, amb un màxim de 7.000 €. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;d&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;. Formació del personal tècnic contractat per l'entitat. Se subvencionarà el 80 % del cost del programa de formació fins a un màxim de 1.200 € per entitat beneficiària. En tot cas, per beneficiar-se d'aquesta part de l'ajuda, el programa de formació del qual es tracti haurà d'estar informat favorablement pel Departament competent en matèria d'agricultura basant-se en criteris d'interès de l'actuació formativa proposada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;e&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;. Adquisició de material per al control biològic de plagues i malalties, i utilització de fauna auxiliar, productes fitosanitaris, caça amb parany, feromones, enemics naturals, etc., el cost del qual serà subvencionat en un 80 %, fins a un màxim de 7.000 €.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;d)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Ajudes a les cooperatives agrícoles per sembrar espècies farratgeres i llavor certificada de cereal, amb procediment anticipat de despesa&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. Objecte&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;L'objectiu d'aquesta línia d'ajuda és fomentar, mitjançant les cooperatives agrícoles de l'illa d'Eivissa, l'adquisició de llavors per sembrar espècies farratgeres, per al seu aprofitament per part del bestiar; i l'adquisició de llavor certificada de cereal, amb la finalitat que ramaders i agricultors obtenguin majors rendiments a les seves explotacions i per tant, una major rendibilitat que eviti l'abandonament de sòls dedicats a l'activitat agrària i ramadera; activitat la qual manté viu el territori i n'evita la seva progressiva degradació. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. Consignació pressupostària&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La quantitat màxima destinada a aquesta línia de subvenció és de 52.000 €, amb càrrec al programa 4100 del Pressupost General del Consell Insular d'Eivissa de l'any 2026, aplicació pressupostària 47900, i amb possibilitat d'ampliació. La concessió de les subvencions que observa aquesta línia queda subjecta a la condició suspensiva de l'existència de crèdit adequat i suficient en el moment de la resolució de concessió.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3. Actuacions objecte de l'ajuda&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;- Sublínia A.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Llavor per a la sembra de farratgeres. Se subvencionarà la venda de llavors per a les espècies farratgeres següents: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Civada (&lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Avena sativa&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;) i veça (&lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Vicia sativa&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;), en la proporció de 70 % i 30 % respectivament, amb una tolerància del 5 %. En qualsevol cas, el factor determinant és la veça, que no pot superar el 35 % del total de la mescla de les llavors. La densitat de sembra màxima subvencionable és de 120 kg de llavor/ha. El màxim subvencionable serà: 0,70 €/kg de llavor de veça; 0,26 €/kg de llavor de civada no certificada i 0,50 €/kg de llavor de civada certificada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Crotalària (&lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Crotalaria juncea L.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;), amb una densitat de sembra màxima subvencionable de 40 kg de llavor/ha. El màxim subvencionable serà 2,25 €/kg de llavor.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;c.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Melca del Sudan (&lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Sorghum sudanense&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;), amb una densitat de sembra màxima subvencionable de 30 kg de llavor/ha. El màxim subvencionable serà 1,70 €/kg de llavor.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;- Sublínia B.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Llavor certificada. Se subvencionarà la venda de llavors per sembrar cereal –blat, ordi, civada i triticale– amb una densitat de sembra màxima subvencionable de 150 kg de llavor/ha. El màxim subvencionable per cada una de les llavors serà el següent: 0,50 €/kg de llavor.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Les limitacions de les quantitats subvencionables a cooperatives beneficiàries d'aquesta ajuda per a les dues sublínies:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;. En cap cas, la quantia subvencionada, per agricultor/a, no podrà excedir els 3.000 €.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;. Només es podrà vendre una quantitat màxima de llavor subvencionada, per persona i campanya, en les proporcions establertes en aquesta convocatòria, equivalent a la sembra de 10 ha de cultiu per a cada una de les sublínies, 10 ha per a sembra de cultiu farratger i 10 ha per a sembra de llavor certificada de cultiu de cereals.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;L'ajuda podrà subvencionar despeses realitzades des de l'1 de gener de 2025 fins al 31 de desembre de 2025.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El termini de presentació de les sol·licituds serà des de l'1 de desembre de 2025 al 31 de gener de 2026.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;e)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Ajudes per al foment de l'ús de materials biodegradables en encoixinament agrícola&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. Objecte&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;L'objectiu d'aquesta línia d'ajuda és establir les prescripcions que regiran la concessió d'ajudes per al foment de la tècnica de l'encoixinament amb material biodegradable en els cultius agrícoles. L'ajuda va dirigida a l'adquisició de material per a l'encoixinament per a la campanya 2024-2025. Les ajudes podran finançar despeses d'actuacions que es realitzin des del 16 de juny de 2024 fins al 15 de juny de l'any 2025.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. Consignació pressupostària&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La quantia màxima destinada a aquesta línia de subvenció és de 12.000 €, amb càrrec a l'aplicació pressupostària 4100 47900.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3. Actuacions objecte de l'ajuda&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Se subvencionarà el sobrecost de la utilització de plàstics biodegradables o altres materials biodegradables en tota la superfície de l'explotació en la qual s'utilitza la tècnica de l'encoixinament, sempre que s'encoixini un mínim de 2.000 m&lt;/span&gt;&lt;sup&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2 &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/sup&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;per ha.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Als sol·licitants que compleixin els requisits i els compromisos establerts en aquesta convocatòria, se'ls podrà concedir una ajuda del 75 % del cost de l'adquisició de plàstic biodegradable o altres materials biodegradables per a l'encoixinament.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4. Sol·licitud de concessió i pagament&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El termini de presentació de les sol·licituds de concessió i pagament de l'ajut comença des de l'endemà de la publicació BOIB i fins al &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;30-06-2025.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;f&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;) Ajudes per la pèrdua d'animals reproductors de les espècies ovina i/o caprina com a conseqüència d'atacs de cans&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. Objecte&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;L'objectiu d'aquesta línia és subvencionar els ramaders i les ramaderes d'Eivissa que hagin perdut femelles reproductores com a conseqüència d'atacs de cans amb la finalitat de fomentar la conservació de la cabanya ramadera.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3. Actuacions objecte de l'ajuda&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Es consideren actuacions objecte de l'ajuda la reposició d'animals morts, de l'espècie ovina i/o caprina, com a conseqüència d'atacs de cans soferts entre el dia 1 de setembre de 2024 i el 31 d'agost de 2025.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;L'ajuda serà de 75 € per cada animal mort i reposat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4. Sol·licitud de concessió i pagament&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El termini de presentació de les sol·licituds de concessió i pagament de l'ajut comença des de l'endemà de la publicació BOIB i fins al &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;30-09-2025&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;g)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Ajudes per la conservació de varietats locals tradicionals de cereals en risc d'erosió genètica i arbres fruiters de secà tradicionals&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. Objecte&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;L'objectiu d'aquesta línia d'ajuda és subvencionar els titulars d'explotacions agràries per protegir les varietats locals tradicionals de cereals de l'illa d'Eivissa en risc d'erosió genètica i replantar arbres fruiters de secà tradicionals. L'ajuda va dirigida a la compensació del sobrecost de cultiu i la conservació dels cereals locals tradicionals durant la campanya 2024-2025, i la compra i la plantació de plançons d'ametllers, garrovers, oliveres i/o figueres.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. Consignació pressupostària&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La quantitat màxima destinada a aquesta línia de subvenció és de 50.000 €, amb càrrec a l'aplicació pressupostària 4100 47900.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3. Règim de les ajudes&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;A les persones sol·licitants que compleixin els requisits i els compromisos establerts en aquesta convocatòria, se'ls podrà concedir una ajuda resultant de multiplicar la superfície amb dret a ajuda, per un import unitari de 500 €/ha, de sembra de blat mollar roig i ordi blanc i 400 €/ha, de sembra d'ordi negre, civada pagesa i blat xeixa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En el cas d'ajuda per replantar arbres fruiters de secà tradicionals, a les persones sol·licitants que compleixin els requisits i els compromisos establerts en la present convocatòria se'ls podrà concedir una ajuda resultant de multiplicar el número de planters d'ametllers, garrovers, oliveres i/o figueres adquirits i plantats des del 16 de juny de 2024 fins al 15 de juny de 2025, per un import unitari de 20 € per plançó plantat, amb un màxim d'ajuda per titular d'explotació agrària de 3.000 €.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4. &lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;L'objectiu d'aquesta línia d'ajuda és establir els criteris que han de regir per concedir les subvencions destinades al foment i al desenvolupament de les entitats associatives agràries, d'altres entitats associatives o associacions sense ànim de lucre, relacionades amb el desenvolupament i el foment del sector agrari, ramader i/o pesquer, en l'àmbit territorial de l'illa d'Eivissa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. Consignació pressupostària&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La quantitat màxima destinada a aquesta línia és de 68.900 € amb càrrec a les aplicacions pressupostàries 4100 4890000 i 4100 78900, amb les quanties de 48.900 € i 20.000 € respectivament.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3. Actuacions objecte de l'ajuda&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Les ajudes podran finançar despeses i costos diversos que es realitzin des de l'1 de juliol de l'any 2024 fins al 30 juny de 2025.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Seran subvencionables les despeses originades pels conceptes següents:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Despeses de constitució, despeses administratives inicials com a lloguer de locals i materials d'oficina, costos de personal administratiu, costos generals, despeses legals i administratives.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;. Estudis, plans de gestió, contractació d'assistència tècnica, actuacions de promoció de l'activitat agrària.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;c&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;. Programes de sanitat vegetal, sanitat animal o manteniment, conservació i foment de races autòctones d'Eivissa, programes que hauran de ser informats favorablement pel Departament competent en matèria d'agricultura del Consell Insular d'Eivissa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Les ajudes que es podran concedir a les entitats associatives agràries, a altres entitats associatives o associacions sense ànim de lucre que realitzin activitats de foment de la producció i/o comercialització agrària, desenvolupament, promoció, dinamització i foment de les races autòctones, així com també del sector ramader i/o pesquer, són de fins a un 70 % del cost total de la despesa, amb un màxim de 14.000 € per beneficiari/ària; en el cas d'entitats associatives sense ànim de lucre, sempre que tenguin com a objecte social recollit expressament en els seus estatuts, almenys, la promoció, la dinamització o el foment de les races autòctones o del sector agrari, ramader i/o pesquer de l'illa d'Eivissa, es podrà subvencionar el 100 % d'un primer tram de les despeses de constitució i funcionament sol·licitades amb un màxim de 1.000 € (mil euros) per entitat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4. Sol·licitud de concessió i pagament&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. Objecte&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;L'objectiu d'aquesta línia de subvenció és la realització d'experiències i camps d'assajos que permetin comprovar i demostrar sobre el terreny, amb criteris de racionalitat tècnica, econòmica i mediambiental, innovacions directament relacionades amb l'agricultura i la ramaderia que les explotacions tenguin dificultats per incorporar-les de forma autònoma. Es consideren prioritàries les actuacions relacionades amb agricultura ecològica, producció integrada, varietats autòctones i races autòctones, així com les que permetin introduir millores qualitatives en les explotacions amb vista a reduir els costos de producció, millorar les condicions de vida i el treball o estalviar energia i aigua, així com la protecció i la millora del medi rural i natural.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. Consignació pressupostària&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La quantitat màxima destinada a aquesta línia de subvenció és de 6.000 € vinculats a l'aplicació pressupostària 4100 47900.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Les ajudes podran finançar despeses i costos de les experiències que es realitzin des de l'1 de setembre de 2024 fins al 31 d'agost de 2025.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Les ajudes que es podran concedir són de fins al 75 %, amb un màxim de 3.000 €, dels costos originats pel desenvolupament de l'experiència.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;j)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Ajudes per a noves incorporacions a les cooperatives agràries&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. Objecte&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;L'objectiu d'aquesta línia d'ajuda de la convocatòria és establir les normes que han de regir per concedir les subvencions destinades al foment i al desenvolupament de les cooperatives agrícoles, i en concret per al manteniment del teixit cooperativista a l'illa d'Eivissa i així poder atreure nous agricultors, amb l'objectiu final de mantenir la xarxa de cooperatives de l'illa d'Eivissa, societats primordials per al manteniment del teixit agrícola insular.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. Consignació pressupostària&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La quantia màxima destinada a aquesta línia és de 25.000 € amb càrrec a l'aplicació pressupostària 4100 47900.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3. Actuacions objectiu de l'ajuda&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Les ajudes podran finançar despeses d'actuacions que es realitzin des de l'1 de setembre de 2024 fins al 15 de juny de 2025. Subvenció del 50 % de l'aportació obligatòria dels nous socis, fins a un màxim d'ajuda de 5.000 € per agricultor/a que s'hi incorpori.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4. Sol·licitud de concessió i pagament&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El termini de presentació de les sol·licituds de concessió i pagament de l'ajut comença des de l'endemà de la publicació BOIB i fins al &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;30-06-2025.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;k)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Ajudes als ajuntaments per a actuacions de manteniment i millora en els camins rurals&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. Objecte&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;L'objectiu d'aquesta línia d'ajuda és la concessió de les subvencions destinades als ajuntaments per a actuacions de manteniment i millora en els camins rurals com a infraestructures necessàries per a l'accessibilitat a les diferents explotacions agràries de l'illa, &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. Consignació pressupostària&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La quantitat màxima destinada a aquesta línia és de 400.000 € amb càrrec a l'aplicació pressupostària 4100 7620001.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3. Actuacions objecte de l'ajuda&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Són objecte de l'ajuda les actuacions sobre els camins rurals que es realitzin des de l'1 de gener de 2025 fins a l'1 d'octubre de 2025.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Les ajudes que es podran concedir als ajuntaments d'Eivissa són de fins a un 75 % del cost de les actuacions subvencionades fins a un màxim de 160.000 € de subvenció per beneficiari.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Els ajuntaments de l'illa d'Eivissa podran sol·licitar el pagament anticipat de les actuacions objecte de concessió i fins a un 100% de l'import concedit, la qual cosa, s'haurà de sol·licitar expressament abans del 2 de novembre de 2025.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
