Poden participar en aquests concursos totes les persones físiques i jurídiques que ho desitgin, que disposin d'un comerç amb mostrador o una casa amb façana al carrer, a la ciutat de Maó, d'acord amb els condicionants específics de cada categoria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;SEGON. Finalitat&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Les finalitats d'aquests concursos són:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ol class="lower-alpha" start="1"&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Promoure la participació del teixit comercial en les celebracions de la ciutat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Promoure les celebracions de Maó+Flors, les festes de la Mare de Déu de Gràcia i Nadal entre la ciutadania.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Promoure l'enginy i la creativitat a l'hora de preparar i executar l'ornamentació dels mostradors i façanes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Contribuir al guarniment de la ciutat durant les celebracions de Maó+Flors, les festes de la Mare de Déu de Gràcia i Nadal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ol&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;TERCER. Bases reguladores&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;Són les aprovades per la Resolució del tinent d'Alcaldia de Serveis Urbans i Medi Ambient de l'Ajuntament de Maó núm. DA/2025/0000785 de data 26 de febrer, per les quals es convoquen els &amp;nbsp;Concursos de Mostradors i Façanes de Maó+Flors, la Mare de Déu de Gracia i Nadal, corresponents a l'any 2025, i l'aprovació de les bases reguladores, publicada al tauler d'edictes electrònic de l'Ajuntament de Maó (https://www.ajmao.org/Tauler/EdictesX.aspx?TIPO=01) i a la Base de Dades Nacional de Subvencions.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;QUART. Import&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;1. S'estableixen premis en metàl·lic i en espècie per valor de 3.507,15 euros, amb càrrec a les partides D01-3380-4840311 (2.400,00 €, corresponents als premis en metàlic) i J01-4310-2260201 (1.107,15 €, corresponents a la tanca publicitària) del Pressupost municipal vigent, d'acord amb el detall següent:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
