    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Havent-se aprovat per Resolució d'Alcaldia núm. 2025-1236, de data 5 de maig de 2025, les bases i la convocatòria per cobrir una (1) plaça d'arquitecte, Administració Especial, funcionari de carrera de l'Ajuntament de Santa Margalida, pel sistema de concurs oposició, la qual consta dins l'Oferta d'Ocupació Pública 2022 per l'estabilització de personal temporal i la constitució d'una borsa de treball, s'obre el termini de presentació de sol·licituds, que serà de 10 dies hàbils a comptar des de l'endemà a la publicació d'aquest anunci en el Butlletí Oficial de l'Estat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;S'adjunten les bases reguladores que regiran la convocatòria:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;«BASES QUE HAN DE REGIR LA CONVOCATÒRIA DEL PROCÉS SELECTIU PER COBRIR UNA (1) PLAÇA D'ARQUITECTE, FUNCIONARI DE CARRERA DE L'AJUNTAMENT DE SANTA MARGALIDA, PEL SISTEMA DE CONCURS-OPOSICIÓ, LA QUAL CONSTA DINS L'OFERTA D'OCUPACIÓ PÚBLICA 2022 PER L'ESTABILITZACIÓ DE PERSONAL TEMPORAL; I LA CONSTITUCIÓ D'UNA BORSA DE TREBALL&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;PRIMERA.- OBJECTE DE LA CONVOCATÒRIA, CARACTERÍSTIQUES DE LA PLAÇA I SISTEMA DE SELECCIÓ&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;És objecte d'aquesta convocatòria la cobertura definitiva, amb caràcter de funcionari/ària de carrera i pel sistema de concurs-oposició, una (1) plaça d'arquitecte (administració especial), de l'Ajuntament de Santa Margalida, la qual consta a l'Oferta d'Ocupació Pública de l'exercici 2022 per l'estabilització del personal temporal aprovada i publicada en el BOIB núm. 166 de 22 de desembre de 2022.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El sistema de concurs-oposició aplicat a dita convocatòria es sustenta a l'art. 2.4.2 de la Llei 20/2021, de 28 de desembre, “Processos d'estabilització de l'ocupació temporal”, de mesures urgents per a la reducció de la temporalitat a l'ocupació pública.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;A més, d'acord amb la Disposició addicional quarta de la Llei 20/2021, de 28 de desembre, de mesures urgents per a la reducció de la temporalitat a l'ocupació pública, dita convocatòria preveu la constitució d'una borsa de treball de personal funcionari interí composta per les persones aspirants per ordre de major puntuació en l'avaluació dels mèrits presentats, per cobrir les circumstàncies temporals previstes a l'article 10 del Text refós de l'Estatut bàsic de l'empleat públic (TREBEP), un cop efectuat el nomenament de funcionari de carrera a l'aspirant que hagi obtingut la major puntuació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La plaça d'arquitecte (administració especial) de l'Ajuntament de Santa Margalida té les següents característiques: Escala: d'Administració Especial, Subescala Tècnica, classe o categoria: Arquitecte, Grup A, subgrup A1. Estan dotades amb les retribucions bàsiques corresponents al grup A, subgrup A1, nivell de complement de destí 26, triennis, pagues extraordinàries i demès retribucions complementàries les quals li corresponguin d'acord amb la legislació i pressupost vigent.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Les tasques o funcions del lloc de treball són: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Informar els expedients d'obres, tant llicències com comunicacions prèvies.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Control de l'adequació de les obres a les llicències atorgades.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Alineacions i estudis de detall (informar quan estigui al planejament).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Projectista i director d'obres de la corporació, quan el servei ho possibiliti.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Control de l'execució de les obres municipals.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Emissió de certificacions urbanístiques.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Assessorament intern i atenció al ciutadà en matèria urbanística.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Realització de medicions, valoracions.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Participar en meses de contractació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;SEGONA.- NORMATIVA APLICABLE&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La present convocatòria es regirà pel que disposen les presents bases específiques i en especial per la Llei 20/2021, de 28 de desembre, de mesures urgents per a la reducció de la temporalitat a l'ocupació pública. En defecte, i respecte al que no contradigui la Llei esmentada, serà d'aplicació el Reial Decret Legislatiu 5/2015, de 30 d'octubre, pel qual s'aprova el Text refós de l'Estatut bàsic de l'empleat públic i la normativa vigent com el Reial Decret 896/1991, de 7 de juny, així com el Reglament general d'ingrés del personal al serveis de l'Administració general de l'Estat i de provisió de llocs de feina i promoció professional dels funcionaris civils de l'AGE aprovat pel Reial Decret 364/1995, de 10 de març. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;També serà d'aplicació la Llei 7/1985, de 2 de abril, reguladora de les bases de règim local i la Llei 20/2006, de 15 de desembre, municipal i de règim local de les Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La convocatòria i les presents bases es publicaran en el Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears (BOIB). L'anunci de la convocatòria es publicarà al Butlletí Oficial de l'Estat (BOE) fent referència a la publicació efectuada al BOIB. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El termini per a la presentació d'instàncies i sol·licituds per participar en aquest procés s'iniciarà des del dia següent a la publicació de l'anunci de la convocatòria en el BOE. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Posteriorment, qualsevol anunci al respecte es publicarà al tauler d'anuncis de la Seu electrònica de l'Ajuntament de Santa Margalida https://ajsantamargalida.sedelectronica.es/info.0 i al Portal de Transparència de la pàgina web de l'Ajuntament&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

La taxa per participar en el procés selectiu d'un subgrup A1 és de 25,00 euros.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Per prendre part en el procés de selecció, les persones aspirants han de reunir en la data de finalització del termini de presentació de les sol·licituds, les condicions fixades a l'article 56 del Text refós de l'Estatut bàsic de l'empleat públic, amb les següents especificacions:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a) Tenir la nacionalitat espanyola o alguna altra de les que permeten l'accés a l'ocupació pública segons l'article 57 del Text refós de la Llei de l'Estatut bàsic de l'empleat públic, aprovat pel Reial decret legislatiu 5/2015.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b) Haver complert l'edat mínima exigida per accedir a l'ocupació pública, 16 anys, i no excedir de l'edat de jubilació forçosa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;c) Estar en possessió del títol d'Arquitecte superior o títol de grau en Arquitectura més el màster universitari que habiliti per exercir la professió d'arquitecte/a superior, d'acord amb el Reial Decret 1393/2007, de 29 d'octubre, modificat pel Reial Decret 861/2010, de 2 de juliol, pel qual s'estableix l'ordenació de l'ensenyament universitari oficial.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En el cas de titulacions expedides a l'estranger, cal aportar l'homologació corresponent del Ministeri d'Educació, Cultura i Esports. Si el títol procedeix d'un estat membre de la Unió Europea, s'ha de presentar el certificat acreditatiu del reconeixement o de l' homologació del títol equivalent, de conformitat amb la Directiva 89/48/CEE, de 21 de desembre de 1988, el Reial decret 1837/2008 i altres normes de transposició i desplegament. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;d) Tenir les capacitats i les aptituds físiques i psíquiques que siguin necessàries per a l'exercici de les funcions corresponents.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;e) No haver estat separat mitjançant expedient disciplinari del servei de qualsevol de les Administracions Públiques o dels òrgans constitucionals o estatutaris de les Comunitats Autònomes, ni trobar-se en inhabilitació absoluta o especial per a ocupacions o càrrecs públics per resolució judicial, per a l'accés al cos o escala de funcionari, en que hagués estat separat o inhabilitat. En el cas de ser nacional d'un altre Estat, no trobar-se inhabilitat o en situació equivalent ni haver estat sotmès a sanció disciplinària o equivalent que impedeixi, en el seu Estat, en els mateixos termes l'accés a l'ocupació pública.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;f) Estar en possessió del certificat de coneixements de català, nivell B2.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;g) No tenir la condició de personal funcionari de carrera en el mateix cos, escala o especialitat; en la mateixa escala, subescala, classe o categoria, o no tenir la condició de personal laboral fix en la mateixa categoria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;h) Abans de tenir la condició de personal laboral fix de la plaça, la persona interessada haurà de fer constar que no ocupa cap plaça ni realitza cap activitat en el sector públic delimitat per l'art. 1 de la Llei 53/1984, i que no percep cap pensió de jubilació, retir o orfandat. En el cas de realitzar una activitat privada, ho haurà de declarar en el &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;termini de 10 dies &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;des de la contractació, amb la finalitat que la corporació pugui adoptar un acord de compatibilitat o incompatibilitat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;QUARTA.- PRESENTACIÓ DE SOL·LICITUDS I DRETS D'EXAMEN&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1.- Les sol·licituds per prendre part en aquesta convocatòria s'han de presentar obligatòriament mitjançant el tràmit telemàtic habilitat a l'efecte a la seu electrònica de l'Ajuntament de Santa Margalida https://ajsantamargalida.sedelectronica.es/info.0. En aquest tràmit telemàtic s'adjuntarà la documentació requerida en aquesta base quarta.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La sol·licitud a presentar conté la declaració responsable indispensable de la persona interessada per la qual declara que en la data de finalització de presentació de sol·licituds per participar en el procés selectiu, compleix tots els requisits exposats a la base tercera.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2.- A la sol·licitud s'ha d'adjuntar la documentació següent:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a) DNI/NIE.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b) Titulació exigida indicades a la base tercera punt c.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;c) Documentació acreditativa d'estar en possessió de coneixements de llengua catalana indicat a la base tercera punt f. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;d) Documentació acreditativa dels mèrits que s'al·leguin. Els mèrits insuficientment acreditats no seran valorats. En el supòsit en que es presenti més d'un document en cada un dels apartats de justificació de mèrits s'han de presentar agrupats en un únic pdf o comprimits en un arxiu tipus rar o zip.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;f) Permís de conduir exigit a la base tercera i).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3.- L'import de la taxa pels drets de participar en el present procès selectiu és de 25 euros d'acord amb la base segona i cal realitzar el pagament per transferència als comptes detallats seguidament, fent constar de forma imprescindible en el concepte de la transferència «Taxa OEP22 ARQ + nom complet de l'aspirant»:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4.- El termini de presentació de sol·licituds, d'acord amb les previsions de la Disposició addicional quarta de la Llei 20/2021, de 28 de desembre, serà &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;de deu dies hàbils&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; comptadors a partir de l'endemà de la publicació de l'anunci de la convocatòria en el Butlletí Oficial de l'Estat (BOE).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;CINQUENA.- ADMISSIÓ DE LES PERSONES ASPIRANTS&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1.- Un cop finalitzat el termini de presentació de sol·licituds, la presidència de la Corporació, o autoritat delegada, dictarà resolució aprovant la relació provisional d'aspirants admesos i exclosos. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2.- Les persones aspirants disposaran d'un termini de &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;tres (3) dies&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;, comptadors a partir de l'endemà de la publicació de la resolució esmentada, per formular davant l'alcaldia les reclamacions o esmenes que considerin oportunes, adreçades a esmenar els defectes que s'hagin pogut produir. Les reclamacions o esmenes es presentaran telemàticament per la seu electrònica de l'Ajuntament de Santa Margalida dins el termini indicat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Les reclamacions o esmenes de deficiències presentades seran resoltes en una nova resolució d'aprovació de la relació definitiva d'aspirants admesos i exclosos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;SISENA.- TRIBUNAL QUALIFICADOR&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1.- El Tribunal qualificador estarà format per un president, tres vocals i un secretari. Així mateix, es nomenarà un suplent per cada un dels membres del Tribunal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2.- Els membres del Tribunal hauran de comptar amb una titulació superior o igual a la requerida per aspirar a la plaça del procés selectiu.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3.- Podran nomenar-se assessors del Tribunal, els quals actuaran amb veu però sense vot. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4.- El Tribunal no podrà actuar sense l'assistència de la meitat dels seus membres, siguin titulars o suplents, entre els quals figurarà el secretari i el president o qui legalment els substitueixi. Tots els membres del tribunal tindran veu i vot, i les seves decisions hauran d'adoptar-se per majoria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;5.- L'abstenció i recusació dels membres del Tribunal s'ajustarà al previst en els articles 23 i 24 de la Llei 40/2015, d'1 d'octubre, de règim jurídic del sector públic.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;SETENA.- PROCEDIMENT DE SELECCIÓ&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El procediment de selecció serà el de concurs-oposició d'acord amb l'Oferta d'Ocupació Pública de l'exercici 2022 de l'Ajuntament de Santa Margalida per l'estabilització de l'ocupació temporal; i d'acord amb la Disposició addicional sisena de la Llei 20/2021, de 28 de desembre. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La fase d'oposició consisteix en la realització d'un exercici teòric pràctic per tal de determinar la capacitat i l'aptitud de les persones aspirants. La fase d'oposició té caràcter eliminatori i és necessari superar-la per poder passar a la fase de concurs. Dita fase suposa un seixanta per cent de tot el procès.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La fase de concurs consisteix en la valoració dels mèrits que al·leguin les persones aspirants, en la qual es tendrà en compte l'experiència en el cos, escala, categoria o equivalent. Aquesta fase no té caràcter eliminatori. Dita fase suposa un quaranta per cent de tot el procès.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La puntuació global del concurs oposició ha de resultar de les puntuacions obtingudes en les fases d'oposició i de concurs, i és d'un 60 % per a la fase d'oposició i d'un 40 % per a la fase de concurs, amb una puntuació final d'entre 0 i 60 punts per a la fase d'oposició i d'entre 0 i 40 punts per a la fase de concurs. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;VUITENA.- FASE D'OPOSICIÓ: EXERCICI I QUALIFICACIÓ &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La fase d'oposició consta d'un exercici amb caràcter eliminatori i teòric pràctic d'acord amb el temari de l'annex I i les funcions pròpies de la plaça objecte de dita convocatòria, a realitzar en 2,5 hores.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La puntuació màxima d'aquesta fase oposició i de l'exercici és de 60 punts, requerint-se un mínim de 30 punts per superar dita fase.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Les persones aspirants s'han de convocar per a l'exercici en crida única, encara que hagi de dividir-se en diversos torns. Les persones aspirants han d'assistir al torn al qual hagin estat convocats. Queden exclosos de les proves selectives els qui no hi compareguin, excepte en els supòsits de força major degudament acreditats per l'aspirant. En aquests casos el tribunal haurà d'adoptar un acord motivat a aquest efecte.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Si alguna de les persones aspirants no pot fer l'exercici en la data fixada a causa d'un embaràs de risc o de part o una altra causa de força major, degudament acreditats, la seva situació quedarà condicionada a la finalització del procés i a la superació de l'exercici que hagi quedat ajornat, el qual no es podran demorar de manera que es menyspreï el dret de la resta de les persones aspirants a una resolució del procés ajustada a temps raonables, la qual cosa haurà de valorar el tribunal; en tot cas, l'exercici haurà de dur-se a terme abans de la publicació de la llista definitiva de valoració dels mèrits dels aspirants.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En qualsevol moment el tribunal pot requerir a les persones que participen en les proves que acreditin la seva identitat. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La consideració, verificació i apreciació de les incidències que puguin sorgir en el desenvolupament dels exercicis, així com l'adopció de les decisions que es considerin pertinents, corresponen al tribunal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Un cop acabat l'exercici de l'oposició, el tribunal publicarà en els taulers d'anuncis i a la pàgina web, les qualificacions provisionals dels aspirants amb nom, llinatges i quatre xifres numèriques aleatòries del DNI, i amb indicació de la puntuació obtinguda, desglossada per torns d'accés. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Per efectuar una reclamació o sol·licitar la revisió de l'exercici, les persones interessades disposen d'un termini de &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;tres (3) dies hàbils&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; des que es publiqui la llista provisional. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El tribunal resoldrà les reclamacions i es publicaran les qualificacions definitives dels aspirants.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;NOVENA.- FASE DE CONCURS &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Les persones aspirants han d'adjuntar amb la sol·licitud de participació els mèrits al·legats. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En aquest full les persones aspirants han d'al·legar, sota la seva responsabilitat, quins són els mèrits dels quals disposen d'entre els prevists a annex 2. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Els mèrits s'han d'al·legar i acreditar, en referència a la data que finalitzi el termini de presentació d'instàncies. La falsedat en les dades consignades en l'al·legació de mèrits determina l'exclusió del procés i la consideració de no haver-hi participat, a més de les actuacions legals que es derivin per la falsedat en les dades.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Les persones aspirants queden vinculades pels mèrits que al·leguen dins el tràmit telemàtic.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El tribunal conformaran una relació amb les valoracions provisionals dels mèrits al·legats només referent als aspirants que hagin superat la fase oposició. Les valoracions provisionals es publicaran en el tauler d'anuncis i al portal de transparència.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Una vegada conclòs el procediment de revisió i baremació, el tribunal aprovarà les valoracions provisionals amb les puntuacions obtingudes pels aspirants, les quals es publicaran per ordre descendent.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Les persones aspirants disposaran d'un termini de &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;tres (3) dies hàbils&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;, comptadors a partir de l'endemà de la publicació de les valoracions provisionals per al·legar les rectificacions que considerin pertinents sobre la valoració provisional de mèrits del concurs. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Un cop resoltes les al·legacions pel Tribunal, es publicaran les valoracions definitives de la fase de concurs i de la fase oposició, de forma descendent.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;DESENA. RELACIÓ DE PERSONES APROVADES I ORDRE DE CLASSIFICACIÓ DEFINITIVA&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Publicats els resultats definitius, en supòsits d'empat es situarà en primer lloc l'aspirant amb major puntuació per antiguitat a l'entitat convocant i en segon lloc la major puntuació obtinguda en la valoració dels mèrits professionals. En el cas de persistir l'empat, es tindrà en compte la major puntuació obtinguda en la valoració de la formació acadèmica. En cas de persistir l'empat es resoldrà per sorteig.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Finalitzada la selecció, el Tribunal elevarà a la Presidència la seva proposta definitiva de nomenament de l'aspirant que hagi obtingut major qualificació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;A la mateixa acta, el Tribunal també elevarà a la Presidència la seva proposta definitiva de relació de candidats que formaran part de la borsa de treball per ordre descendent de puntuació d'acord amb les qualificacions atorgades en la valoració dels mèrits, amb la finalitat de que la batlia dicti la corresponent resolució de constitució de la borsa de treball.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Abans de procedir a dictar la resolució de nomenament de funcionari de carrera del candidat proposat pel Tribunal, es requerirà al mateix que en el termini de &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;tres (3) dies hàbils&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; a comptar des del dia següent a la publicació de l'acta definitiva del Tribunal, presenti la següent documentació relacionada amb els requisits de la base tercera:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;&amp;gt; Certificat mèdic amb una vigència de tres mesos des de la seva emissió, que acrediti que el candidat tengui les capacitats i les aptituds físiques i psíquiques que siguin necessàries per a l'exercici de les funcions corresponents.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;&amp;gt; Declaració responsable de no haver estat separat mitjançant expedient disciplinari del servei de qualsevol de les Administracions Públiques o dels òrgans constitucionals o estatutaris de les Comunitats Autònomes, ni trobar-se en inhabilitació absoluta o especial per a ocupacions o càrrecs públics per resolució judicial, per a l'accés al cos o escala de funcionari, en que hagués estat separat o inhabilitat. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En el cas de ser nacional d'un altre Estat, no trobar-se inhabilitat o en situació equivalent ni haver estat sotmès a sanció disciplinària o equivalent que impedeixi, en el seu Estat, en els mateixos termes l'accés a l'ocupació pública. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Les resolucions que es dictin es publicaran al tauler d'anuncis electrònic de l'Ajuntament i en el Portal de Transparència, al marge de la seva publicació en el BOIB quan sigui preceptiva.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En relació a l'excedència voluntària per prestació de serveis en el sector públic regulada a l'article 103 de la Llei 3/2007,de 27 de març, de la Funció Pública de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears i amb l'objectiu de complir en la reducció de la temporalitat objecte de la Llei 20/2021, de 28 de desembre, de mesures urgents per a la reducció de la temporalitat en l'ocupació pública, i davant l'excepcionalitat dels processos d'estabilització regulats en la mateixa llei; no serà aplicable a aquests processos la previsió de l'article 103.2 de la Llei 3/2007, de 27 de març, de la Funció Pública de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears, excepte en el supòsit d'accés pel sistema de promoció interna de convocatòries derivades d'ofertes públiques que es convoquin paral·lela o conjuntament a aquests processos d'estabilització.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Així mateix, en l'execució d'aquests processos selectius ha de considerar-se com una causa justificada de denegació de l'excedència voluntària per interès particular, vinculada a les necessitats dels serveis, la consecució de l'objectiu de reducció de la temporalitat per sota del 8% establert en la Llei 20/2021 i la conseqüent necessitat de cobertura de totes les places.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;ONZENA. FUNCIONAMENT I VIGÈNCIA DE LA BORSA DE TREBALL&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La borsa de treball que es formi resultant d'aquest procés, estarà vigent fins que l'Ajuntament constitueixi una altra de la mateixa categoria professional, s'hagi esgotat o hagin transcorregut més de tres anys des de la seva constitució.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Quan es produeixi la necessitat de contractar personal, les persones aspirants seran requerides segons l'ordre de puntuació mitjançant contacte telefònic durant dos dies seguits amb un màxim de tres intents totals o a per una sola vegada a través de correu electrònic del qual es requerirà resposta dins les vint-i-quatre hores posteriors independentment del caràcter hàbil o inhàbil del dia següent de l'enviament del correu. A través de diligencia quedarà constància a l'expedient de o que l'aspirant ha rebut la comunicació, o dels requeriments efectuats.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;A la persona aspirant se li comunicarà el lloc i el termini en el que sigui precís que es presenti. Si l'aspirant no manifesta la seva conformitat amb el nomenament interí en el termini d'un dia hàbil (o en el segon dia hàbil següent a la cridada (si es fa en divendres) i la seva disposició a incorporar-se en el termini indicat, s'entendrà que renuncia.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Les persones aspirants que renunciïn de forma expressa o tàcita (conforme al paràgraf anterior) passaran a l'últim lloc de la borsa de treball, excepte en el cas de la concurrència d'alguna de les circumstàncies següents, les quals han de justificar-se documentalment dins del termini de &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;tres (3) dies hàbils:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Estar en període d'embaràs, maternitat o paternitat, d'adopció o acolliment permanent o preadoptiu, incloent el període en que sigui procedent la concessió de l'excedència pel cuidat de fills per qualsevol dels supòsits anteriors.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Trobar-se en servei actiu en un lloc de treball de qualsevol administració pública.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Malaltia o incapacitat temporal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Estar exercint funcions sindicals.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Les persones aspirants que, malgrat haver renunciat, al·leguin i justifiquin alguna de les circumstàncies previstes anteriorment conservaran la posició obtinguda a la borsa. No obstant això, quedaran en la situació de no disponible i no rebran cap oferta més mentre es mantingui la circumstància al·legada. Així mateix, hauran de comunicar per escrit la finalització de la circumstància al·legada, amb la corresponent justificació, en un termini no superior a &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;deu (10) dies hàbils&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; des de la seva finalització per a poder passar a disponible i poder ocupar el lloc ofert en cas de ser seleccionats. La falta de comunicació en el termini determinarà perdre el seu ordre de prelació a la borsa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;L'ordre de cridada als aspirants s'alterarà per donar preferència als qui tinguin un nomenament vigent amb l'Ajuntament, quan es tracti d'un nomenament a temps parcial i sempre que els correspongui per major posició en la llista, i que el nou nomenament millori el vigent.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Quan es produeixi el cessament de la persona seleccionada en el seu lloc de treball, es reincorporarà a la borsa de treball ocupant el mateix ordre de prelació, tret que sigui per renúncia voluntària.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;L'incompliment del deure d'incorporar-se al lloc de treball prèviament acceptat o una vegada ocupat, la posterior renúncia voluntària, suposarà l'exclusió de la borsa de treball, excepte que aquestes circumstàncies es produïssin per causa de força major.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;DOTZENA.- NOMENAMENTS INTERINS PER ÚS DE LA BORSA I PRESENTACIÓ DE DOCUMENTS&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En el moment de fer ús borsa de treball, l'aspirant al qui es dirigeixi una oferta de treball haurà de presentar al registre de la seu electrònica de l'Ajuntament, dins dels tres (3) dies hàbils següents a l'oferiment del lloc de feina, la documentació següent:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Certificat mèdic amb una vigència de tres mesos des de la seva emissió, que acrediti que el candidat té les capacitats i les aptituds físiques i psíquiques que siguin necessàries per a l'exercici de les funcions corresponents.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Declaració responsable de no haver estat separat mitjançant expedient disciplinari del servei de qualsevol de les Administracions Públiques o dels òrgans constitucionals o estatutaris de les Comunitats Autònomes, ni trobar-se en inhabilitació absoluta o especial per a ocupacions o càrrecs públics per resolució judicial, per a l'accés al cos o escala de funcionari, en que hagués estat separat o inhabilitat. En el cas de ser nacional d'un altre Estat, no trobar-se inhabilitat o en situació equivalent ni haver estat sotmès a sanció disciplinària o equivalent que impedeixi, en el seu Estat, en els mateixos termes l'accés a l'ocupació pública.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;L'aspirant que en el termini fitxat no presenti la documentació, exceptuant en els casos de força major o si es comprova que no compleix els requisits establerts a la base tercera, no podrà ser anomenat i seran anul·lades les seves actuacions, sense perjudici de la responsabilitat en que hagi recaigut per falsedat a la seva instància. En el seu lloc es contractarà a la persona que ocupi el lloc següent de la borsa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;TRETZENA.- INCIDÈNCIES&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

Només es valoraran els mèrits obtinguts fins a la data de publicació de la convocatòria d'aquest procés selectiu en el BOIB.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La puntuació màxima a obtenir en aquesta fase és de 40 punts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a. Serveis prestats a l'Administració pública, com a funcionari o com a personal laboral, desplegant funcions pròpies d'arquitecte pertanyent al grup A1 o dins un grup de cotització 01: 0,25 punts per cada mes de serveis prestats.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b. Serveis prestats a l'empresa privada contractat dins un grup de cotització 01 desplegant funcions de naturalesa o de contingut tècnic anàlogues a les de la plaça convocada: 0,25 punts per cada mes de treballat a jornada completa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;c. Exercici lliure de la professió desplegant funcions de naturalesa o de contingut tècnic anàlogues a les de la plaça convocada: 0,25 punts per cada mes de treballat a jornada completa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La forma d'acreditació d'aquest mèrit haurà d'adequar-se a les següents indicacions:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;els serveis prestats a l'Administració pública → vida laboral i un certificat dels serveis prestats expedit per l'entitat corresponent amb la indicació de les dates d'alta i baixa, grup i subgrup o grup de cotització per personal laboral a més d'una relació de funcions desplegades per l'empleat públic.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Si NO s'aporta la vida laboral o el certificat NO preveu tots els continguts exposats al paràgraf anterior, NO es computarà el mèrit.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;els serveis prestats a les empreses privades → vida laboral, contractes de feina i un certificat de l'empresa acreditant les funcions realitzades.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Si NO s'aporta la vida laboral o el certificat de funcions, NO es computarà el mèrit.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;L'exercici lliure de la professió s'haurà d'acreditar mitjançant: certificat d'alta i baixa de l'Impost d'Activitats Econòmiques, amb indicació de la classificació de l'activitat i, si no és el cas, de la llicència fiscal per a períodes anteriors a 01.01.92.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El comput del temps d'alta a la TGSS que apareix a la vida laboral es farà en mesos complets i no en dies.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En relació amb els aspirants que treballin a l'Administració convocant en el moment de finalització del termini de presentació d'instàncies, la presentació de la sol·licitud per participar en aquest procès implicarà, sempre que sigui possible, autorització a l'administració per consultar la indicada informació referida únicament a l'Ajuntament de Santa Margalida (certificat de funcions, certificat de serveis prestats i vida laboral), excepte que expressament s'indiqui el contrari.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. Formació acadèmica: (màxim 15 punts)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Quant a la formació acadèmica, s'han de valorar, les titulacions acadèmiques oficials i reconegudes pel Ministeri d'Educació, d'acord amb les criteris següents:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La titulació acadèmica ha de ser distinta a la que s'acredita com a requisit d'accés, i del mateix nivell o d'un de superior. Les titulacions acadèmiques han d'estar relacionades amb les funcions de la plaça a la qual s'opta.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Les titulacions acadèmiques han d'estar relacionades amb les funcions del cos, l'escala o l'especialitat o de la categoria a què s'opta. A aquests efectes, es consideren relacionades amb les funcions de tots els cossos, escales o especialitats o categoria les titulacions de les branques de coneixement de ciències econòmiques, administració i direcció d'empreses, relacions laboral i recursos humans, ciències polítiques, sociologia, dret i especialitats jurídiques, informàtica i de sistemes, administració i gestió de la innovació, ciències del treball i relacions laborals.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Per a la valoració concreta, amb un màxim de 15 punts, s'ha d'atorgar la puntuació següent:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Títol d'estudis de Doctor, reconegut com a nivell MECES 4: 5 punts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Títol d'estudis de màster urbanisme (distint al qual habiliti la professió regulada): 10 punts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Títol propis (màster, especialista universitari, expert universitari, diplomes universitaris): 10 punts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Llicenciatura o grau diferent a l'exigit com a requisit: 5 punts&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;No es valoraran com a mèrit els estudis que siguin requisit previ i necessari per cursar els estudis que es valoren. A aquest efecte, es considerarà requisit previ i necessari la titulació conduent a una altra titulació o que quedi absorbida per una altra titulació valorada com a mèrit.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La forma d'acreditació d'aquest mèrit haurà d'adequar-se a les següents indicacions:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Presentació del títol o certificació expedida per les institucions públiques oficials corresponents (anvers i el revers) del corresponent títol expedit pel centre o institució oficial.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3. Coneixements de llengua catalana (màxim 3 punts)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Nivell C1 → 2 punts&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Nivell C2 → 2,5 punts&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Nivell de Llenguatge administratiu → 0,5 punts&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La forma d'acreditació d'aquest mèrit haurà d'adequar-se a les següents indicacions:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Presentació del títol o certificació expedida per les institucions públiques oficials corresponents&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4. Altres mèrits (màxim 7 punts)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;- Projecte final de carrera o tesi final de màster d'arquitectura relacionat amb urbanisme: 3 punts&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;- Puntuació obtinguda de la següent fórmula: (nota mitja de la titulació requisit d'Arquitectura + Nota del projecte final de carrera o tesi final de màster en arquitectura urbanisme) / 2:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;De 7,5 fins a 9, sobre 10: 3 punts&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Més de 9 sobre 10: 4 punts&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La forma d'acreditació d'aquest mèrit haurà d'adequar-se a les següents indicacions:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Un certificat o expedient acadèmic complert i oficial expedit per les institucions acadèmiques oficials corresponents on es detalli el títol i temàtica del projecte final i puntuació obtinguda de la nota mitja de la titulació requerida.»&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Contra les presents bases, que posen fi a la via administrativa, es pot interposar alternativament o recurs de reposició potestatiu, en el termini d'un mes a comptar des de l'endemà a la publicació del present anuncio, davant Batle d'aquest Ajuntament, de conformitat amb els articles 123 i 124 de la Llei 39/2015, d'1 d'octubre, del Procediment Administratiu Comú de les Administracions públiques, o recurs contenciós-administratiu, davant el Jutjat del Contenciós-Administratiu de Palma en el termini de dos mesos a comptar des de l'endemà a la publicació del present anuncio, de conformitat amb l'article 46 de la Llei 29/1998, de 13 de juliol, de la Jurisdicció Contenciós-Administrativa. Si s'optés per interposar el recurs de reposició potestatiu, no podrà interposar recurs contenciós-administratiu fins que aquell sigui resolt expressament o s'hagi produït la seva desestimació per silenci. Tot això sense perjudici de què pugui interposar qualsevol altre recurs que pogués estimar més convenient al seu dret.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
