Estan exempts de pagament d'aquest preu públic els vehicles de titularitat del Consell Insular de Menorca, dels seus organismes dependents i de les societats mercantils en les quals participa el Consell Insular de Menorca.</span></span></span></span></p> <p><span style="color:null"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%"><span style="background-color:null">2. El Consell Insular de Menorca podrà eximir el pagament d'aquest preu públic als vehicles d'altres administracions públiques i dels seus organismes autònoms prèvia petició de l'Administració interessada i sempre que els vehicles prestin un servei públic.</span></span></span></span></p> <p><span style="color:null"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%"><strong><span style="background-color:null">Quart.</span></strong><span style="background-color:null"> Aprovar el pagament dels preus públics: </span></span></span></span></p> <p><span style="color:null"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%"><span style="background-color:null">1. El pagament dels preus públics pel servei de càrrega de vehicles elèctrics l'han de fer en règim d'autoliquidació els usuaris del servei mitjançant el pagament corresponent a través dels mitjans físics o electrònics instal·lats a tal efecte en el punt de càrrega. </span></span></span></span></p> <p><span style="color:null"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%"><span style="background-color:null">2. En el cas que el Consell Insular, com a operador del punt de càrrega, actuï per mitjà d'una empresa proveïdora de serveis per a la mobilitat elèctrica (EPSM), en virtut d'un acord d'interoperabilitat, el pagament dels preus públics s'ha d'articular de conformitat amb l'acord d'interoperabilitat esmentat i a través de la plataforma electrònica que posi a disposició l'EPSM.</span></span></span></span></p> <p><span style="color:null"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%"><span style="background-color:null">3. L'obligació de pagament neix en el moment en què s'inicia el servei de recàrrega del vehicle elèctric.</span></span></span></span></p> <p><span style="color:null"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%"><strong><span style="background-color:null">Cinquè.</span></strong><span style="background-color:null"> Aprovar que en el supòsit de falta de pagament d'aquest preu públic, l'import podrà exigir-se per procediment de constrenyiment, i els actes que se'n derivin s'adaptaran al que preveu el Reglament general de recaptació.</span></span></span></span></p> <p><span style="color:null"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%"><strong><span style="background-color:null">Sisè.</span></strong><span style="background-color:null"> Aprovar la reposició i indemnització:</span></span></span></span></p> <p><span style="color:null"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%"><span style="background-color:null">1. Quan l'ús del punt de recàrrega dugui aparellada la destrucció o el deteriorament d'alguna part de la instal·lació, el beneficiari, sense perjudici del pagament del preu públic que hi hagués, estarà obligat al reintegrament del cost total de les despeses de reconstrucció o reparació.</span></span></span></span></p> <p><span style="color:null"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%"><span style="background-color:null">2. Si els danys són irreparables, l'entitat ha de ser indemnitzada en una quantia igual al valor dels béns destruïts o a l'import del deteriorament dels elements danyats.</span></span></span></span></p> <p><span style="color:null"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%"><strong><span style="background-color:null">Setè.</span></strong><span style="background-color:null"> Aprovar que finalitzada la càrrega, l'usuari ha de retirar el vehicle de manera immediata i, en cas de no fer-ho, es podrà iniciar el corresponent expedient sancionador. La reserva del punt de recàrrega està degudament senyalitzada i queda prohibida la parada i l'estacionament per a una finalitat diferent de la càrrega o excedint el temps indicat anteriorment.
