&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;"&lt;strong&gt;Primer.&lt;/strong&gt; &lt;strong&gt;Aprovar inicialment la modificació de la catalogació del lloc de treball&lt;/strong&gt; que s'identificà amb el codi id 61, de personal funcionari, escala administració especial, subescala serveis especials, grup C, subgrup C1, amb la denominació de Policia Local - Guàrdia, passant a tenir la denominació de Policia Local - Oficial, que se li assignen les mateixes retribucions que les previstes pressupostàriament i mentrestant no s'aprovi, publiqui i entri en vigor la Relació de Llocs de Treball que es troba en tràmit de preparació o es produeixi qualsevol altra causa o procediment que impliqui la modificació o supressió del lloc de treball que ara s'aprova; &lt;strong&gt;tot açò de conformitat amb la següent catalogació que es porta a aprovació:&lt;/strong&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

			&lt;p style="text-align:left"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:10px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;Vetllar pel correcte ús i manteniment del material utilitzat pels agents: vehicles, material policial, elements d'autoprotecció i defensa, etc.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

			&lt;p style="text-align:left"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:10px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;Dirigir i controlar les intervencions realitzades en la via pública: controls de trànsit, dispositius per actes públics o festius, actuacions en matèria de seguretat ciutadana i en matèria penal, actuacions derivades d'accidents de trànsit, infraccions, etc.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

			&lt;p style="text-align:left"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:10px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;Fer les tasques pròpies de l'Agent de Policia Local.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

			&lt;p style="text-align:left"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:10px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;Formar i tutoritzar als agents de reforç en època estival.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

			&lt;p style="text-align:left"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:10px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;Col·laborar i donar suport directe al Cap de Policia en les seves activitats ordinàries, participant en la presa de decisions.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

			&lt;p style="text-align:left"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:10px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;Interposar sancions administratives al ciutadà motivades per l'incompliment de les ordenances municipals.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

			&lt;p style="text-align:left"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:10px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;Exercir com a cap accidental en absència de l'Oficial Cap de Policia.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

			&lt;p style="text-align:left"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:10px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;Efectuar qualsevol altra tasca no habitual o estructural, pròpia de la seva categoria o escala/subescala/classe, que li sigui encomanada i per a la qual hagi estat prèviament instruït.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
