&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Decret de composició i funcions de la Junta de Govern Local.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;En compliment del previst a l'article 44 del Reial Decret 2568/1986, de 28 de novembre, pel qual s'aprova el Reglament d'organització, funcionament i règim jurídic de les Corporacions Locals, es fa públic que en data 28 d'abril de 2025 s'ha dictat el següent Decret de Batlia (RES 2025/477):&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px; text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;“DECRET DE BATLIA&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Antecedents&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;L'article 20 de la LRBRL i els arts. 22 i 23 LMRLIB assenyalen que els òrgans necessaris de tot Ajuntament són el Batle, els Tinents de Batle i el Ple; i que la Junta de govern local existeix en tots els municipis de més de 5.000 habitants i en aquells que així ho acordi el ple de l'ajuntament a través del reglament orgànic o mitjançant un acord independent. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;La Junta&amp;nbsp;de Govern Local, amb les funcions que li atribueix la legislació bàsica de règim local, és presidida pel Batle i formada per un nombre de regidors no superior al terç del nombre legal d'aquests, designats i cessats lliurament pel Batle, que n'ha de retre compte al Ple.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Les funcions que li atribueix l'article 23.2.a LRBRL són:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;L'assistència al Batle en l'exercici de les seves atribucions.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Les atribucions que el Batle o altre òrgan municipal li delegui o les que li&amp;nbsp; atribueixin les lleis.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Per tant, pot actuar com a òrgan d'assistència i assessorament al batle, sense competències pròpies; o com a òrgan resolutiu si el Batle o el Ple li deleguen algunes o totes les atribucions que per llei poden delegar.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;En ús de les atribucions conferides a la Batlia per la Llei 7/85, pel present&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;RESOLC&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Primer&lt;/strong&gt;.- Designar com a vocals de la Junta de Govern Local, als següents regidors/es:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Primer tinent de Batle: Sr. Juan Rodríguez Ginard&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Segona Tinent de Batle: Sra. Sebastiana Gomila Amengual&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Regidora: Sra. Dolores Sánchez Bonet&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Regidor: Sr. José Maria Abadia Castaño&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Segon.&lt;/strong&gt;- Les funcions de la Junta de Govern Local seran: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Assistència al Batle en l'exercici de les seves funcions.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Competències delegada pel batle: Competències en matèria de contractació de les denominades por la Llei 9/2017, de 8 de novembre, de contractes del Sector Públic, com "contractes menors".&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Tercer&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;.- Que es publiqui aquesta resolució al BOIB, es notifiqui als interessats i es doni compte al Ple de la Corporació en la primera sessió que mantengui. Tot i la seva posterior publicació les disposicions aquí compreses entraran en vigor en el dia d'avui.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
