&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Aprovada per la Junta de Govern del Consell Insular de Formentera, en sessió de caràcter Ordinari, el dia 11 d'abril de 2023, de la qual es transcriu el següent acord.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;(...)&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;PROPOSTA D'ACORD&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Primer. &lt;/strong&gt;Concedir una subvenció al Sr. Mariano Castelló Roig amb DNI ... en representació de l'Associació de Caçadors de Porto-Salè amb CIF G07552912, per un import de &lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;3.400€.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Segon. &lt;/strong&gt;La gestió de les subvencions es durà a terme d'acord a les següents condicions:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- NORMATIVA APLICABLE. &lt;em&gt;Llei 38/2003 i bases d'execució del Pressupost&lt;/em&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- FINALITAT DE LA SUBVENCIÓ. &lt;em&gt;Funcionament de les societats federades de caçadors.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- TERMINI DE REALITZACIÓ DE L'ACTIVITAT SUBVENCIONADA. &lt;em&gt;Des de 1 de gener de 2023 fins a 31 de desembre de 2023.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- TERMINI DE JUSTIFICACIÓ DE LA SUBVENCIÓ. &lt;em&gt;Abans de 31 de desembre de 2023.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- FORMA DE JUSTIFICACIÓ SUBVENCIÓ. &lt;em&gt;Mitjançant presentació del compte justificatiu segons model, relació de depeses i factures.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- IMPORT DE DESPESES A JUSTIFICAR. &lt;em&gt;La quantia a justificar haurà de ser com a mínim l'import de la quantitat concedida&lt;/em&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- MOTIUS DE LA PÈRDUA DE LA SUBVENCIÓ. &lt;em&gt;La falta de justificació&lt;/em&gt; de l'activitat o &lt;em&gt;l'objecte de la subvenció suposarà la pèrdua de la subvenció.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- OBLIGACIÓ DE COMUNICAR &lt;em&gt;la concessió d'altres ajudes o subvencions públiques.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- PAGAMENT. &lt;em&gt;Una vegada informat favorablement el compte justificatiu pels serveis tècnics del servei de pesca i caça de l'àrea d'infraestructures, sector primari i interior del Consell Insular de Formentera.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- RÈGIM DE GARANTIES. &lt;em&gt;No procedeix.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Tercer. Autoritzar i disposar&lt;/strong&gt; la despesa amb càrrec a la partida pressupostària 2025/1/410/48000/01 a favor dels beneficiaris per l'import concedit.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Acceptar&lt;strong&gt; &lt;/strong&gt;la justificació presentada pels beneficiaris i, en conseqüència, reconèixer l'obligació, ordenar el pagament i pagar l'import de les subvencions íntegrament.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Quart. Notificar&lt;/strong&gt; aquest acord al Sr. Mariano Castelló Roig amb DNI .. en representació de l'Associació de Caçadors de Porto-Salè amb CIF G07552912, per al seu coneixement i efectes adients.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Cinquè. PUBLICAR &lt;/strong&gt;el present acord al Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears (BOIB), al tauler d'anuncis del Consell Insular de Formentera i a la pàgina web d'aquesta Administració, als efectes legals oportuns.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Sisè. DONAR COMPTE &lt;/strong&gt;a la Base de Dades Nacional de Subvencions.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
