    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Per Decret d'Alcaldia de data 25 d'abril de 2025 s'ha adoptat el següent acord:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;"[…] &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;PRIMER&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;. Aprovar la convocatòria que ha de regir el procés selectiu per proveir per personal funcionari de carrera tres places de personal Tècnic d'Administració General de l'Ajuntament de Santa Eulària des Riu, pel sistema concurs oposició en torn lliure, places incloses a l'oferta d'ocupació pública corresponent a 2025, publicada al BOIB núm. 6 de 25 de gener.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;SEGON. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El procediment de selecció serà el de concurs oposició.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;TERCER.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Aprovar les bases que regiran aquesta convocatòria, i que tot seguit es detallen.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;QUART. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Publicar la convocatòria al Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears (BOIB), al Tauler digital d'anuncis de la Corporació, i a la plataforma digital de processos selectius de l'Ajuntament.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;CINQUÈ.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Publicar un extracte de la convocatòria al Butlletí Oficial de l'Estat (BOE), sent aquesta data de publicació la que servirà per al còmput del termini de presentació de sol·licituds.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;SISÈ. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Disposar que els propers anuncis es publiquin exclusivament a la plataforma electrònica de processos selectius.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;És objecte de la present convocatòria regular el procés selectiu per proveir per personal funcionari de carrera tres places de personal tècnic/a d'Administració General de l'Ajuntament de Santa Eulària des Riu, pel sistema concurs oposició en torn lliure, places incloses en l'oferta d'ocupació pública corresponent a 2025, publicada al BOIB núm. 6 d'11 de gener del 2025.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Les característiques i funcions a desenvolupar venen relacionades a &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;l'annex I&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. Publicació convocatòria i anuncis.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Aquesta convocatòria es publicarà al Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears (BOIB), a la plataforma electrònica de processos selectius https://santaeulariadesriu.convoca.online/, dins la secció documents del procés selectiu, al Tauler electrònic d'anuncis de la Corporació. L'anunci de la convocatòria es publicarà al Butlletí Oficial de l'Estat (BOE), i aquesta data serà la que servirà per al còmput del termini de presentació de sol·licituds.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Els restants i successius anuncis es faran públics únicament a la plataforma electrònica de processos selectius&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Ordre de la consellera d'Educació, Cultura i Universitats de 28 de juliol de 2014, per la qual es regulen l'homologació dels estudis de llengua catalana de l'educació secundària obligatòria i del batxillerat amb els certificats de coneixements de llengua catalana de la Conselleria d'Educació, Cultura i Universitats i l'exempció de l'avaluació de la llengua i la literatures catalanes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Ordre del conseller d'Educació, Cultura i Universitats de 21 de febrer de 2013, per la qual es determinen els títols, diplomes i certificats equivalents als certificats de coneixements de llengua catalana de la Direcció General de Cultura i Joventut.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Reglament (UE) 2016/679 del Parlament Europeu i del Consell, de 27 d'abril del 2016, relatiu a la protecció de les persones físiques quant al tractament de dades personals i a la lliure circulació d'aquestes dades, i de la Llei orgànica 3/2018, de 5 de desembre, de protecció de dades personals i garantia dels drets digitals.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Reial decret 462/2002, de 24 de maig, relatiu a indemnitzacions per raó de servei (RDIRS).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4. Requisits generals (veure requisits específics a l'annex I).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Per participar en aquesta convocatòria, les persones interessades han de complir a la data de finalització del termini per presentar les sol·licituds i durant tot el procés selectiu els requisits següents:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a) Tenir nacionalitat espanyola, sens perjudici del que disposa l'article 57 del Reial decret legislatiu 5/2015, de 30 d'octubre, pel qual s'aprova el text refós de la Llei de l'Estatut bàsic de l'empleat públic.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b) Tindre complits setze anys i no excedir, si s'escau, de l'edat màxima de jubilació forçosa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;c) Posseir les capacitats i les aptituds físiques i psíquiques per a l'exercici de les tasques corresponents.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;d) No haver estat separat mitjançant expedient disciplinari del servei de qualsevol de les administracions públiques o dels òrgans constitucionals o estatutaris de les comunitats autònomes, ni trobar-se en inhabilitació absoluta o especial per a ocupacions o càrrecs públics per resolució judicial, per a l'accés al cos o escala de funcionari, o per exercir funcions similars a les que exercien en el cas del personal laboral. En cas de ser nacional d'un altre Estat, no trobar-se inhabilitat o en situació equivalent ni haver estat sotmès a sanció disciplinària o equivalent que impedeixi al seu Estat, en els mateixos termes, l'accés a l'ocupació pública.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;e) Haver satisfet la taxa per dret d'examen, llevat que hi concorri alguna situació d'exempció, d'acord amb l'Ordenança fiscal reguladora de la taxa per optar a proves de selecció de personal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;f) Complir els requisits específics indicats a &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;l'annex I&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;5. Drets d'examen.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;L'import de la taxa per optar a les proves de selecció és la indicada a &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;l'annex I&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; i pot ser ingressada:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a. Telemàticament mitjançant targeta de crèdit o dèbit a la plataforma de processos selectius de l'Ajuntament&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;(https://santaeulariadesriu.convoca.online/), a través de TPV virtual durant el procés d'emplenament de la sol·licitud.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b. Mitjançant ingrés presencial a la Caixa de la Corporació, situada al carrer Mariano Riquer Wallis, núm. 4 planta baixa, de dilluns a divendres de 8.15 a 13.30 hores (indicant en concepte DNI i procés selectiu). Serà obligatori adjuntar el justificant del dit ingrés a la sol·licitud d'accés al procés selectiu.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;L'impagament de la taxa dins el termini de presentació de sol·licituds determinarà l'exclusió de la persona aspirant.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Aquest pagament no substitueix en cap cas el tràmit de presentar la sol·licitud en el termini i la forma prevista en aquestes bases.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;No és procedent la devolució dels drets d'examen en els supòsits d'exclusió per causa imputable als aspirants, ni en cas d'inassistència a qualsevol dels exercicis.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;6. Presentació de sol·licituds i documentació adjunta.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Les sol·licituds per participar en aquesta convocatòria s'hauran de presentar en model normalitzat, degudament signat, dins el termini de &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;vint dies hàbils,&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; comptadors a partir del següent al de la data de publicació d'aquesta convocatòria al BOE.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Les persones aspirants quedaran vinculades a les dades que facin constar a la seva sol·licitud. El domicili i telèfon que hi figuri es consideraran vàlids a efectes de notificacions, sent responsabilitat exclusiva de les persones aspirants tant els errors descriptius, com la no comunicació durant el desenvolupament de la convocatòria de qualsevol canvi en les dades facilitades a la sol·licitud.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;f) Documentació acreditativa dels mèrits al·legats.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. Forma de presentació:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2.1. Preferentment, per seu electrònica a la plataforma de processos selectius:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;S'haurà d'adjuntar un document agrupat en format digital per cada requisit (annex I) i mèrit o subgrup de mèrits a acreditar (annex III), segons es recull a l'annex I d'aquesta convocatòria, i als apartats corresponents.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2.2. En qualsevol de les formes establertes a l'article 16.4 de la LPACAP.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Els mèrits al·legats i no acreditats mitjançant original o fotocòpia no seran valorats. Les fotocòpies no hauran de ser compulsades, sense perjudici que, en qualsevol moment, es podran requerir els documents originals de les mateixes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Només es tindran en compte els mèrits adquirits amb anterioritat a la finalització del termini de presentació d'instàncies.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Tota la documentació que es presenti en llengua estrangera haurà d'anar acompanyada de la traducció jurada corresponent a la llengua catalana o castellana. Sense aquesta traducció, el mèrit no es podrà considerar acreditat i, per tant, no es valorarà.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;L'òrgan convocant, d'ofici o a proposta de la persona que presideixi el tribunal, pot requerir en qualsevol moment que les persones aspirants aportin la documentació que acrediti el compliment dels requisits declarats, així com la veracitat de qualsevol document aportat en aquest procés selectiu.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La inexactitud, la falsedat o l'omissió, de caràcter essencial, de qualsevol dada o informació que s'incorpori a la declaració responsable o la no-presentació davant l'administració convocant de la documentació que, si escau, s'hagi requerit per acreditar el compliment d'allò declarat determina l'exclusió del procediment selectiu, sens perjudici de les responsabilitats penals, civils o administratives en què s'hagi pogut incórrer.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;7. Protecció de dades personals i declaració responsable.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;D'acord amb la LOPDP, les dades contingudes a la sol·licitud d'accés al procés selectiu i la resta de documentació presentada o generada a resultes de la present convocatòria, s'incorporaran a un fitxer de dades personals de què és responsable l'Ajuntament de Santa Eulària des Riu, la finalitat del qual és gestionar el procés selectiu.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Les persones aspirants poden exercir en tot moment els drets d'accés, rectificació, cancel·lació o oposició de les seves dades, dirigint-se a la Secretaria General de l'Ajuntament situada a Plaça Espanya, núm. 1, codi postal 07840 de Santa Eulària des Riu.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Amb la formalització i presentació de la sol·licitud les persones aspirants donen el seu consentiment al tractament de les dades de caràcter personal que són necessàries per prendre part en el procés selectiu i per a la resta de tramitació relacionada amb aquest, d'acord amb la normativa d'aplicació vigent, així com declaren que són certes les dades consignades a la sol·licitud i en la documentació adjunta, i que compleixen amb tots els requisits per participar-hi.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El model normalitzat de sol·licitud incorpora la declaració responsable del compliment dels requisits per participar en el procés selectiu, així com dels mèrits al·legats a l'autobaremació, referits sempre a la data d'expiració del termini assenyalat per presentar les sol·licituds i durant tot el procés selectiu.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;8. Admissió d'aspirants.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Finalitzat el termini de presentació de sol·licituds, es publicarà la llista provisional d'admesos i exclosos al lloc indicat a la base 2a. Es podrà prescindir de la llista provisional i aprovar directament la llista definitiva quan no hi hagi persones aspirants excloses.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Les persones aspirants disposaran d'un termini de&lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; set dies hàbils&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;, a partir del següent al de la publicació de la llista provisional, per esmenar els defectes que hagin motivat la seva exclusió.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Finalitzat el termini anterior i solucionats, si escau, els defectes que hagin motivat l'exclusió provisional, es publicarà la llista definitiva d'admesos i exclosos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El fet d'aparèixer a la llista de persones admeses no significa el reconeixement que es compleixen els requisits exigits per participar en aquesta convocatòria Si de la documentació que han de presentar una vegada superat el procés selectiu es desprèn que no tenen algun dels requisits, perdran tots els drets derivats de la participació en el procés selectiu.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Els errors materials, de fet o aritmètics, es poden esmenar en qualsevol moment, d'ofici oa petició de la persona interessada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;9. Tribunal Qualificador.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El Tribunal qualificador estarà constituït per cinc membres i el mateix nombre de suplents: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;President/a: Un/a funcionari/ària de carrera del mateix nivell o superior al de la plaça convocada, designat per la Presidència de la Corporació, que podrà ser de l'entitat local o de qualsevol Administració Pública&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Vocals: Tres funcionaris/àries de carrera designats per la Presidència de la Corporació, que podran ser de l'entitat local o de qualsevol Administració Pública&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Secretari/ària: Un/a funcionari/ària de carrera del mateix nivell o superior al de la plaça convocada, designat per la Presidència de la Corporació, que podrà ser de l'entitat local o de qualsevol Administració Pública&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El Tribunal és col·legiat i la seva composició s'ajustarà als principis d'imparcialitat i professionalitat dels seus membres, i es procurarà, així mateix, la paritat entre dona i home.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El personal d'elecció o de lliure designació política, els funcionaris interins i el personal eventual no pot formar part dels òrgans de selecció. Tampoc no en poden formar part els representants dels empleats públics.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La pertinença als òrgans de selecció és sempre a títol individual, i no es pot exercir aquesta representació per compte d'altri.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Tots els membres del Tribunal han de tenir un nivell de titulació igual o superior a l'exigit per a les persones aspirants.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El Tribunal es podrà constituir, convocar, celebrar les sessions, adoptar acords i remetre actes tant de forma presencial com a distància, d'acord amb l'article 17 de la LRJSP.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En les seves actuacions, els membres del Tribunal observaran la necessària reserva i sigil professional, i no podran fer ús de la informació a què tinguin accés fora de les sessions que mantinguin en el transcurs del procés selectiu.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El Tribunal queda facultat per incorporar als seus treballs amb caràcter temporal especialistes que col·laboraran exclusivament en l'exercici de les seves especialitats tècniques sota la direcció del Tribunal, quan el procés selectiu, per les dificultats tècniques o d'una altra índole així ho aconselli.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Els membres del Tribunal s'hauran d'abstenir d'intervenir, i ho notificaran a l'autoritat convocant, quan concorri alguna de les circumstàncies previstes a l'article 23.2 de la LRJSP, o si han realitzat&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;tasques de preparació d'aspirants a proves selectives d'accés a les places de què es tracta durant els cinc anys anteriors a la publicació de la convocatòria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Així mateix, les persones aspirants poden recusar els membres del Tribunal quan es doni alguna de les circumstàncies esmentades al paràgraf anterior, d'acord amb el que preveu l'article 24 de la LRJSP.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Les decisions adoptades pel Tribunal podran ser recorregudes en les condicions establertes a l'article 121 de la LPCAP.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El Tribunal adoptarà els seus acords per majoria dels membres presents a cada sessió. En cas d'empat, es repetirà la votació fins a una tercera vegada, en la qual, si persisteix l'empat, aquest el dirimirà el president amb el vot. Per a les votacions se seguirà l'ordre establert en el Decret de nomenament dels membres del Tribunal, votant en darrer lloc el President.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El Tribunal té la categoria que correspongui al subgrup de la plaça que es convoqui, d'acord amb el que disposa l'article 30 del Reial decret 462/2002, de 24 de maig, d'indemnitzacions per raó del servei.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;10. Desenvolupament del procés selectiu.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El procediment de selecció és el de concurs oposició amb una fase final de pràctiques.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Les proves de la fase oposició, característiques i temari, així com els mèrits a valorar a la fase concurs venen establertes en&lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Annex II i III&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;, respectivament.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Les persones aspirants seran convocades per a cada prova en una única crida, i seran excloses del procés selectiu els qui no compareguin, llevat dels casos de força major invocats amb anterioritat, degudament justificats i apreciats pel Tribunal. Llevat de l'excepció expressada, la no presentació a la prova obligatòria en el moment de ser cridada determinarà automàticament el decaïment del seu dret a participar en la mateixa prova i en les successives, i queda exclosa del procés selectiu.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Aquelles proves que no es puguin fer conjuntament s'aplicaran l'ordre d'actuació alfabètic per cognoms i nom.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En qualsevol moment les persones aspirants podran ser requerides pels membres del Tribunal amb la finalitat d'acreditar la seva identitat, a la fi de les quals hauran d'estar proveïts del Document Nacional d'Identitat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Les persones amb discapacitat que en la seva sol·licitud hagin fet constar petició d'adaptació, hauran de concórrer a l'exercici per al qual aquella es concreti proveïts del corresponent certificat de minusvalidesa o discapacitat, a fi de poder fer efectiva, si escau, la petició esmentada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Les dones embarassades amb previsió de part, o en període de postpart, coincident amb les dates de realització de qualsevol dels exàmens o proves previstes en el procés selectiu, poden posar en coneixement del Tribunal aquesta situació, adjuntant el corresponent informe mèdic oficial pel qual se certifica aquesta circumstància.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La comunicació s'ha de fer amb el temps suficient i el Tribunal determinarà sobre la base de la informació si escau o no atendre la sol·licitud, ajornar la prova o proves o fer-la en un lloc alternatiu.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;11. Qualificació del procés selectiu&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El resultat de cada prova de la fase oposició, així com les puntuacions de la fase concurs, es publicaran a la plataforma electrònica de processos selectius.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Això no obstant, a criteri del Tribunal es poden celebrar algunes o totes les proves de la fase oposició, i anunciar-ne la celebració com a mínim amb quaranta-vuit hores d'antelació a l'inici de cada prova, i publicar la qualificació final amb desglossament de les puntuacions obtingudes en cada prova.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Les persones aspirants disposaran d'un termini de set dies hàbils, des de la publicació, per efectuar les reclamacions oportunes o sol·licitar la revisió de la seva puntuació davant el Tribunal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;12. Relació d'aprovats i presentació de documentació&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La qualificació final del procés selectiu vindrà determinada per la suma dels punts obtinguts a les dues fases, oposició i concurs.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En cas d'empat, l'ordre s'establirà atenent successivament els criteris següents:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. Major puntuació obtinguda a la fase oposició.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. Major puntuació obtinguda a la fase concurs.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3. Major puntuació obtinguda en el mèrit experiència professional.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4. La major antiguitat acreditada a l'Ajuntament de Santa Eulària des Riu.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;5. Si persisteix finalment l'empat, per sorteig, que se celebrarà en acte públic.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El Tribunal publicarà a la plataforma electrònica de processos selectius la llista amb les puntuacions del procés selectiu, ordenades per ordre de major a menor puntuació, amb indicació dels punts obtinguts en cada fase i prova, així com la relació d'aprovats, en nombre no superior al de places convocades, i la relació de persones per a la composició de la borsa d'ocupació temporal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Les persones aprovades hauran de presentar a l'Ajuntament de Santa Eulària des Riu, dins el termini de vint dies naturals, a partir de la publicació de la llista d'aprovats, els documents que justifiquin el compliment dels requisits generals i específics assenyalats en la present convocatòria, i no hagin estat presentats amb anterioritat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;L'incompliment d'aquest termini o si de l'examen de la documentació presentada es dedueix que la persona aspirant no compleix els requisits que s'exigeixen a la convocatòria, suposarà la pèrdua del dret a ser nomenada o contractada i queden sense efecte totes les actuacions, determinant l'exclusió del procés selectiu. En aquest cas, es proposarà el nomenament o contractació de les persones que figurin en següent lloc segons l'ordre de la seva qualificació definitiva, sempre que haguessin superat el procés però no haguessin obtingut plaça.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;A l'efecte d'acreditar el compliment del requisit assenyalat en l'apartat c) de la base 4a, la persona nomenada se sotmetrà a un reconeixement mèdic pel Servei de Vigilància de la Salut de l'Ajuntament de Santa Eulària des Riu, que tindrà per objecte valorar la capacitat de la persona per a l'exercici de les tasques assignades al lloc de treball, així com, si escau, la predisposició a la tasca serà destinada. Aquest reconeixement mèdic podrà suposar l'exclusió per incapacitat o inadequació (en cas que el reconeixement donés un resultat de no apte o apte amb limitacions que resultessin incompatibles amb el desenvolupament normal del treball corresponent al lloc convocat).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;13. Nomenament&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Les persones aprovades i que hagin aportat la documentació acreditativa del compliment dels requisits exigits en aquestes bases seran nomenades funcionàries en pràctiques mitjançant resolució d'Alcaldia i superat el període de pràctiques, funcionàries de carrera.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Abans de prendre possessió del lloc adjudicat, la persona haurà de fer constar que no ocupa cap lloc de treball ni que duu a terme cap activitat al sector públic de les que es comprenen a l'article 1 de la Llei 53/1984, de 26 de desembre, d'incompatibilitats del personal al servei de les administracions públiques.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Si duu a terme alguna activitat privada, incloses les de caràcter professional, ho haurà de declarar en el termini de deu dies hàbils comptadors des de l'endemà de la presa de possessió o signatura de contracte, perquè l'òrgan competent acordi la declaració de compatibilitat o d'incompatibilitat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La presa de possessió es realitzarà en el termini màxim d'un mes des de la data de publicació del seu nomenament al tauler digital d'anuncis.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Transcorregut el termini anterior, llevat d'ampliació per l'òrgan competent, les persones nomenades que no hagin pres possessió perdran tots els drets derivats del procés selectiu i quedaran anul·lades totes les seves actuacions.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Quan es produeixin renúncies de les persones aspirants seleccionades abans de la formalització de la presa de possessió, l'òrgan convocant proposarà el nomenament de les persones que figurin en següent lloc segons l'ordre de la seva qualificació definitiva, sempre que hagin superat el procés però no hagin obtingut plaça.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;14. Període de pràctiques.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;S'estableix un període de pràctiques, de caràcter obligatori i eliminatori, de sis mesos de durada, com a fase prèvia al nomenament com a funcionària de carrera. Durant aquest període, a la persona nomenada personal funcionari en pràctiques se li assignaran les funcions corresponents al grup de classificació de la plaça objecte de la present convocatòria i lloc de treball adscrit a aquesta. Durant aquest període es valorarà la capacitat per a l'exercici de les tasques assignades al lloc de treball.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El còmput del període de pràctiques quedarà interromput en els supòsits següents: situació d'incapacitat laboral temporal, vacances i les situacions de permisos previstos als articles 48 i 49 del TREBEP, a excepció dels dies d'assumptes particulars.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Deu dies hàbils abans de finalitzar el període de pràctiques que té caràcter selectiu, el responsable funcional del funcionari en pràctiques haurà d'emetre un informe en què, en base a criteris objectius s'avaluarà el període de pràctics, l'assimilació de coneixements impartits, responsabilitat, dedicació i tots els aspectes de l'actuació de l'aspirant siguin necessaris per valorar la seva capacitat per a una prestació adequada de les funcions atribuïdes APTE/A.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En cas de ser qualificada la persona aspirant com a APTE/A, se'n proposarà el nomenament com a funcionari de carrera.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En cas d'obtenir una qualificació de NO APTE/A, serà donar audiència a la persona interessada perquè en el termini de tres dies hàbils efectuï les al·legacions que estimi pertinents. El nomenament de funcionari en pràctiques finalitzarà, cessant la relació amb l'Ajuntament. La qualificació de NO APTE/A suposarà l'exclusió del procés selectiu. L'Alcaldia requerirà el Tribunal Qualificador perquè formuli proposta de nomenament a favor de la persona aspirant que, havent superat la totalitat de la fase d'oposició, hagi obtingut la major puntuació en la qualificació final a continuació dels aspirants proposats inicialment, per al seu possible nomenament com a personal funcionari en pràctiques. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Estaran exempts de realitzar el període de pràctiques aquells aspirants que hagin mantingut relació laboral amb l'Ajuntament de Santa Eulària des Riu, com a funcionaris interins, o personal laboral temporal, exercint un lloc de treball de Tècnic d'Administració General durant un període mínim de 12 mesos, en els tres anys immediatament anteriors a la finalització del termini de presentació d'instàncies del present procés selectiu. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;15. Borsa d'ocupació temporal&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El Tribunal proposarà una relació, ordenada de major a menor puntuació, dels aspirants que hagin superat, com a mínim el primer exercici d'aquesta convocatòria. Aquesta relació, una vegada aprovada mitjançant una resolució, servirà com a “borsa d'ocupació” a efectes de nomenaments interins o contractacions temporals per cobrir temporalment vacants, suplències, etc.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La borsa ha de mantenir la vigència fins a l'esgotament o la constitució d'una altra borsa de la mateixa plaça o lloc de treball.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;16. Funcionament de la borsa d'ocupació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La borsa de treball està vinculada a fi de la convocatòria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Les persones que formen part duna bossa estaran en situació de disponibles o no disponibles.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Estaran en situació de no disponibles aquelles persones que no hagin acceptat un lloc ofert perquè concorri alguna de les causes justificatives assenyalades a la base següent.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Mentre la persona estigui en situació de no disponible a la borsa, no se li oferirà cap lloc de treball.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Estaran en situació de disponibles la resta de persones aspirants de la borsa i, per tant, se'ls comunicarà l'oferta d'un lloc de treball d'acord amb la seva posició a la borsa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En cap cas la mera pertinença a la borsa de Treball implicarà cap dret a la formalització de nomenament interí o contracte de treball, garantint-se únicament que, quan l'Ajuntament consideri convenient la seva utilització, es respectarà el procediment d'oferiment de lloc regulat en aquestes bases.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Quan sigui necessari incorporar a persona aspirant de la borsa, es realitzarà l'oferiment per estricte ordre de puntuació, comunicant a la persona disponible que correspongui, el lloc i el termini en què s'haurà d'incorporar.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Els oferiments de llocs es realitzaran per correu electrònic, a l'adreça consignada a la sol·licitud d'accés al procés selectiu. Transcorregudes 48 hores des de l'enviament del correu electrònic sense que hi hagi contestació s'entendrà com a renúncia tàcita.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Les persones aspirants que renunciïn amb causa justificada quedaran en situació de no disponibles a la borsa fins que finalitzi la causa que va motivar la renúncia, circumstància que haurà d'acreditar-se convenientment.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Les persones aspirants que renunciïn sense causa justificada, de manera expressa o tàcita, al lloc de treball proposat perdran la posició assignada per la seva puntuació i passaran al darrer lloc de la borsa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;També perdran la posició i passaran a l'últim lloc les persones que s'hagin incorporat al lloc ofert i renunciïn voluntàriament.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Les persones aspirants que hagin passat a la darrera posició de la borsa i acceptin un lloc de treball a l'Ajuntament, recuperaran la seva posició original a la borsa amb la puntuació que&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;correspongui, només en cas que cessin en el lloc per finalització del període de nomenament o contractació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Les persones aspirants que renunciïn expressament o tàcitament dues vegades seguides a ofertes de feina s'exclouran definitivament de la borsa de treball amb caràcter general.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Una vegada que la persona finalitzi el període per al qual va ser nomenada o contractada passarà a ocupar el mateix lloc que ocupava a l'esmentada borsa&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;17. Causes justificades de renúncia.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Són causes justificades de renúncia les següents, sempre que resultin convenientment acreditades:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a) Estar en avançat estat de gestació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b) Estar de permís de maternitat o paternitat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;c) Estar en situació d'incapacitat temporal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;d) Prestar serveis a l'Administració pública o sector privat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Les causes justificades anteriors hauran d'acreditar-se documentalment en el termini de 5 dies naturals, des que es comuniqui per la persona, de la manera següent:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a) Informe mèdic.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b) Resolució de la Seguretat Social de reconeixement del dret a la prestació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;c) Parts mèdics de baixa i alta.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;d) Informe de vida laboral actualitzat i, a més, certificat actualitzat d'estar prestant serveis expedit per la corresponent administració pública o empresa del sector privat, o còpia del contracte de treball.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En cas que no s'acrediti la justificació al·legada en el termini assenyalat, s'entendrà renúncia sense causa justificada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La finalització de la causa justificativa del rebuig haurà de ser comunicada en el termini de 20 dies naturals, comptadors des del següent al de la data de finalització de la mateixa. La comunicació es podrà fer per correu electrònic a l'adreça rrhh@santaeularia.com.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La situació de disponible es recuperarà quan la persona comuniqui la finalització de la causa que va motivar la renúncia.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Si comunicada la finalització de la causa justificativa del rebutjat es comprova que aquesta no ha finalitzat, la persona aspirant quedarà exclosa de la borsa de treball.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;18. Incidències&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El tribunal està facultat per resoldre els dubtes, les discrepàncies, les peticions i els suggeriments que s'originin durant el desenvolupament d'aquest procés, i adoptar els acords necessaris per al bon ordre del procés en tot allò que no estigui previst en aquestes bases.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;19. Impugnació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Contra la convocatòria i les seves bases, que posen fi a la via administrativa, es pot interposar recurs potestatiu de reposició davant l'òrgan que ha dictat la resolució de la convocatòria del procés en el termini d'un mes, a comptar de l'endemà de la seva publicació, d'acord amb els articles 123 i 124 de la LPACAP.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;2. Requisits específics&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;a) Llicenciatura o Grau màster en Dret, Administració i Gestió Pública o Ciències Jurídiques de les Administracions Públiques.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En cas de titulacions obtingudes a l'estranger hauran d'estar en possessió de la credencial corresponent d'homologació o, si escau, del certificat d'equivalència corresponent a la data de finalització del termini de presentació d'instàncies. Aquest requisit no és aplicable als aspirants que hagin obtingut el reconeixement de la seva qualificació professional, en l'àmbit de les professions regulades, a l'empara de les disposicions de dret comunitari.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b) Estar en possessió del certificat oficial de coneixement de llengua catalana de nivell C1.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Certificat homologat per l'òrgan competent de Govern de les Illes Balears, d'acord amb l'Ordre de la consellera d'Educació, Cultura i Universitats de 28 de juliol de 2014.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;

El temps màxim per fer aquesta prova serà de 120 minuts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Resolució de dos casos teoricopràctics elegits per l'aspirant d'entre tres proposats pel Tribunal relacionats amb les matèries de la part específica del temari. Aquest exercici es qualificarà de 0 a 30 punts, i serà necessari per superar-lo obtenir un mínim de 15 punts. El temps màxim per fer aquesta prova serà de 180 minuts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Es valorarà la capacitat de les persones aspirants per a l'anàlisi lògica, de raciocini, la sistemàtica, la claredat d'idees en els plantejaments formulats, la correcta interpretació de la normativa aplicable al cas plantejat, la capacitat per emetre informes, la formulació adequada de propostes, conclusions, si escau, i els coneixements exposats. L'exercici s'ha de redactar de manera que en permeti la lectura per qualsevol membre del Tribunal&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Les persones aspirants podran disposar de textos legals originals, així com impresos o fotocopiats, que estimin convenients i que hi aportin. No es permetran els texts comentats. Es permeten textos normatius consolidats. Els textos poden estar subratllats, però no amb anotacions i escrits addicionals. No es permetrà l'ús d'aparells electrònics per a la consulta de normativa com ara tauletes, llibres electrònics, etc. susceptibles de funcionar en connexió on line (en línia) independentment de si tenen activada o no aquesta funció. El tribunal pot retirar als opositors els&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;textos quan consideri que no compleixen les característiques de textos de normativa legal o que no s'adaptin al que estableixen aquestes bases.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Les persones aspirants hauran d'acudir a la celebració de la prova objectiva proveïdes del seu DNI o document equivalent, i el Tribunal podrà requerir-los en qualsevol moment perquè acreditin la seva identitat. Així mateix, si tinguessin coneixement que alguna de les persones no compleix qualsevol dels requisits exigits a la convocatòria, amb audiència prèvia, haurà de proposar la seva exclusió a l'autoritat convocant.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El nombre total de dies de serveis prestats serà el que resulti de l'Informe de vida laboral expedit per l'Administració de la Seguretat Social, en relació amb la informació obrant a la resta de mitjans documentals.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;La titulació acadèmica ha de ser diferent de la que s'acredita com a requisit d'accés, i del mateix nivell o d'un nivell superior. A aquests efectes, s'ha de valorar qualsevol titulació que sigui superior a la que s'exigeix com a requisit d'accés, ja sigui una titulació d'un nivell immediatament superior.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;Només es valorarà la titulació de nivell més alt que s'acredita, la puntuació de la qual no s'ha d'acumular a les altres titulacions que es posseeixin.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;No seran objecte de baremació: les proves o titulacions que només faculten o puguin servir per accedir a determinats estudis acadèmics; les que únicament tinguen declarada o reconeguda per òrgan competent la seua equivalència a efectes professionals o laborals amb alguna titulació acadèmica concreta del sistema educatiu vigent; les titulacions necessàries per obtenir una titulació superior.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;En cas de presentació de títols d'estudis cursats a l'estranger, s'ha d'acreditar l'homologació concedida pel Ministeri corresponent.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b) Per cada títol de doctor (nivell 4 MECES): 3 punts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;c) Per cada màster universitari oficial, diferent del necessari per obtenir la titulació de grau màster, fins a un màxim d'1 punt:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;En cas que el màster universitari oficial o el títol propi de postgrau no indiqui els crèdits o no esmenteu si es tracta de crèdits LRU o ECTS, s'entén que els crèdits són LRU.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;3. Cursos de formació i perfeccionament &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;(Puntuació màxima 6,5 punts)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;Els Cursos de Formació i Perfeccionament susceptibles de valoració seran els impartits o rebuts en els darrers deu anys i fins a la data de la publicació de la convocatòria, que tinguin relació directa i específica amb les tasques i comeses pròpies de la plaça i que hagin estat convocats o organitzats per Instituts i Escoles Oficials de formació de Funcionaris i personal al servei de l'Administració Pública, per Organitza Formació per a l'ocupació de les administracions públiques, universitats, administracions públiques i col·legis professionals.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Són objecte de valoració pel Tribunal qualificador, els cursos que es trobin relacionats, de forma directa, amb les matèries contingudes en el Temari de les presents Bases, així com els cursos o activitats formatives relacionats amb les àrees següents: juridicoadministrativa; Prevenció de riscos laborals i qualitat; protecció de dades de caràcter personal; sistemes d'informació; treball en equip; atenció al públic; estrès i autocontrol; habilitats de comunicació; resolució de conflictes; violència de gènere; igualtat entre homes i dones; i informàtica referida a aplicacions ofimàtiques (únicament Word, Excel i PowerPoint).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La valoració de tota la formació es regeix pels criteris generals que s'indiquen a continuació:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Es valoraran els cursos de formació rebuts o impartits certificats amb aprofitament o assistència, segons la puntuació següent:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a) D'aprofitament:...................................................................... 0,02 punts per hora.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b) D'assistència:........................................................................ 0,01 punts per hora.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;En tots els casos es computarà una sola vegada els cursos relatius a una mateixa matèria, encara que se n'hagi repetit la participació o impartició, o que s'entenguin idèntics en no aportar cap canvi substantiu respecte a un altre que si es valori. En aquest cas es valorarà la darrera formació realitzada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;A l'efecte de la valoració d'aquest apartat s'hauran d'acreditar els cursos realitzats o impartits, mitjançant diploma o certificat d'aprofitament o assistència, havent de constar expressament la durada dels mateixos i l'entitat que els organitza.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;No es valoraran en aquest apartat:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Els cursos de durada inferior a 10 hores lectives&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Els certificats que no indiquin les hores de durada o els crèdits de l'acció formativa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Els cursos que es refereixin i/o afectin matèries derogades&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Els que corresponguin a un ensenyament reglat, ja sigui de grau, màster, doctorat, especialitat, títols propis universitaris, formació professional o certificats de professionalitat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La superació d'assignatures o mòduls d'un estudi acadèmic.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Els cursos derivats de processos selectius.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Els certificats o diplomes de cursos d'idiomes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Quan es pretengui fer valer cursos impartits per les universitats o altres organismes a través d'aquestes, que puguin ser utilitzats com a crèdits de lliure configuració en els plans d'estudis pertinents, s'haurà d'adjuntar el certificat corresponent que acrediti que no han estat utilitzats per a aquesta finalitat, en cas contrari no seran objecte de baremació&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Si el certificat acreditatiu del curs indica crèdits, es valorarà a raó de 25 hores per cada crèdit ECTS.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Si no s'indica el tipus de crèdit, s'entendrà que són crèdits de l'ordenació universitària anterior (CFC o LRU) i, per tant, es valoraran a raó de 10 hores per crèdit.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Quan hi hagi discrepància entre les hores i els crèdits als certificats d'una acció formativa, prevaldran les hores.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Només es valorarà el certificat de nivell superior entre els referits a una mateixa aplicació d'ofimàtica.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En cas que el certificat del curs no indiqui si s'ha realitzat amb aprofitament o és d'assistència, s'entendrà que és d'assistència&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;4. Coneixement de llengües &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;(Puntuació màxima 3,5 punts)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;4.1. Llengua catalana&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt; (Puntuació màxima 1,5 punts)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;Es valoraran els certificats expedits, reconeguts com a equivalents o que estiguin homologats per la Direcció General de Política Lingüística, o bé expedits per l'Escola Balear d'Administració Pública.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;Els coneixements de llengua catalana només es puntuen en aquest apartat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;4.2. Llengües estrangeres&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt; (Puntuació màxima 2 punts)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;Es valoren els certificats acreditatius dels coneixements de la llengua estrangera anglès, alemany o francès, expedits per entitats acreditades, que acreditin la competència lingüística en idioma estranger, segons la classificació del Marc Europeu Comú de Referència per a les Llengües (MCERL).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Documentació justificativa: es valorarà el títol corresponent o certificat d'acreditació duna llengua estrangera classificat pel Marc Comú Europeu de referència per a les llengües.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;Quan es presentin diversos certificats dels diferents nivells acreditatius de la competència lingüística en un mateix idioma, es valorarà només el de nivell superior.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
