En data de 11 d'abril de 2024 es va publicar, en el <em>Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears</em> núm. 48, la Resolució del president del Fons de Garantia Agrària i Pesquera de les Illes Balears (FOGAIBA) per la qual es convoquen, per a l'any 2024, s<span style="color:#000000">ubvencions per a inversions en la prevenció dels danys causats als boscos per incendis forestals, desastres naturals i catàstrofes.</span></span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:120%"><span style="color:#000000"><span style="color:#000000">2. En data de 25 de maig de 2024 es va publicar, en el <em>Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears</em></span><span style="color:#000000"> núm. 69, la Resolució del president del Fons de Garantia Agrària i Pesquera de les Illes Balears (FOGAIBA) per la qual es modifica la </span><span style="color:#000000">Resolució del president del Fons de Garantia Agrària i Pesquera de les Illes Balears (FOGAIBA) </span><span style="color:#000000">de 26 de març dec 2024,</span><span style="color:#000000"> per la qual es convoquen, per </span><span style="color:#000000">a l'</span><span style="color:#000000">any 2024, subvencions per a inversions en la prevenció dels danys causats als boscos per incendis forestals, desastres naturals i catàstrofes.</span></span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:120%"><span style="color:#000000">3. De conformitat amb l'apartat sisè de la Resolució esmentada, el termini per presentar les sol·licituds va acabar el dia 31 de maig de 2024.</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:120%"><span style="color:#000000"><span style="display:inline-block"><span style="color:#000000">4. En data de 21 de novembre de 2024 es va publicar, en el Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears núm. 152, la Resolució del president del Fons de Garantia Agrària i Pesquera de les Illes Balears (FOGAIBA) per la qual s'incrementen els crèdits que preveu la Resolució del president del Fons de Garantia Agrària i Pesquera de les Illes Balears (FOGAIBA) de 26 de març de 2024 per la qual es convoquen, per a l'any 2024, subvencions per a inversions en la prevenció dels danys causats als boscos per incendis forestals, desastres naturals i catàstrofes</span></span></span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:120%"><span style="color:#000000">5. Els òrgans gestors del Servei d'Ajudes al Desenvolupament Rural han dut a terme el control administratiu de les sol·licituds i de la documentació aportada d'acord amb les normes reguladores d'aquesta ajuda, el compliment dels requisits i documentació ha quedat reflectit a l'aplicació SIFOG.</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:120%"><span style="color:#000000">6. Els interessats restants, assenyalats a <strong>l'Annex </strong><strong>I</strong><strong> </strong>adjunt, han presentat dins el termini establert i en la forma escaient, la documentació prevista a la convocatòria, i s'ha comprovat que compleixen amb els requisits exigits per poder ser beneficiaris d'aquesta ajuda.</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:120%"><span style="color:#000000"><span style="display:inline-block"><span style="color:#000000">7. Ordre del conseller d'Agricultura, Medi Ambient i Territori de 19 de febrer de 2015, per la qual s'estableixen les bases reguladores per a la concessió de subvencions en el marc del Programa de Desenvolupament Rural de les Illes Balears 2014-2020.</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:120%"><span style="color:#000000">5. Llei 39/2015 de 1 d'octubre de règim jurídic de les administracions públiques.</span></span></span></p> <p style="text-align:center"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:115%"><span style="color:#000000"><strong>PROPOSTA PROVISIONAL DE CONCESSIÓ</strong></span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:115%"><span style="color:#000000">Per tot això, s'informa favorablement i es proposa al vicepresident del FOGAIBA que dicti una resolució en els termes següents:</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">1.Concedir l'ajuda sol·licitada als beneficiaris pels imports detallats a l' Annex I, que són un total de 1 expedients i que comença i acaba amb JUAN CAMPS NIELL, que suma un import total de 14.976,00 euros, relativa a la línia d'ajuda “inversions en la prevenció dels danys causats als boscos per incendis forestals, desastres naturals i catàstrofes per a l'any 2024”.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:115%"><span style="color:#000000">2. Comunicar aquesta proposta provisional als interessats, fent-los evident que disposen d'un termini màxim de <strong>10 dies hàbils</strong>, comptadors des de la publicació en el BOIB d'aquesta proposta, per presentar al·legacions. </span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif;
