font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%"><span style="color:#000000">Es fa públic que el Consell Executiu del Consell Insular de Menorca, en sessió de caràcter ordinari de 7 d'abril de 2025, aprovà l'acord següent:</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%"><span style="color:#000000"><strong>Primer.</strong> Aprovar inicialment el projecte constructiu de «Millora de la carretera Me-1 entre Maó i Alaior, entre els PK 5+700 i 7+700, als termes municipals de Maó i Alaior», redactat per <span style="color:#000000">l'ECCP </span>Rodrigo del Pozo Gutiérrez, de Mediterranea de Ingenieria Civil, S.L., amb un pressupost d'execució per contracte de cinc milions sis-cents catorze mil cinc-cents quaranta-un euros i trenta-nou cèntims (<span style="color:#000000">5.614.541,39 €), IVA inclòs, i un pressupost per a coneixement de l'Administració (és a dir, que al pressupost estimat d'execució per contracte s'afegeix un pressupost estimat per expropiacions, possibles ampliacions, un pressupost estimat per serveis afectats i l'1,5 % cultural) de cinc milions nou-cents noranta-sis mil nou-cents vuitanta-vuit euros i quaranta-set cèntims (5.996.988,47 €).</span></span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%"><span style="color:#000000"><strong>Segon. </strong>Aprovar inicialment el document ambiental que acompanya el projecte constructiu de «Millora de la carretera Me-1 entre els PK 5+700 i 7+700, als termes municipals de Maó i Alaior», relatiu a l'avaluació d'impacte ambiental simplificada, redactat per l'ETOP David Ferré Guirao i per l'ECCP Rodrigo del Pozo Gutiérrez, de Procon Management, S.L. </span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%"><span style="color:#000000"><strong>Tercer.</strong> Aprovar inicialment l'estudi d'impacte patrimonial que acompanya el projecte constructiu de «Millora de la carretera Me-1 entre els PK 5+700 i 7+700, als termes municipals de Maó i Alaior», relatiu a l'avaluació d'impacte patrimonial (AIP) de l'enllaç PK 6+815 de la carretera Me-1 a la zona de les navetes de Rafal Rubí, redactat pel Dr. Jordi Treserres Juan, consultor internacional en patrimoni cultural i desenvolupament sostenible.</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%"><span style="color:#000000"><strong>Quart. </strong>Declarar la utilitat pública del projecte constructiu esmentat en l'acord primer. </span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%"><span style="color:#000000"><strong>Cinquè. </strong>Aprovar inicialment la relació de béns i drets que s'acompanyen com a annex&nbsp;I que resultaran afectats per l'expropiació dels terrenys necessaris per executar el projecte constructiu esmentat a l'acord primer, la qual cosa suposa, respecte d'algunes de les finques, l'ajustament de les superfícies afectades per l'expropiació i la incorporació de previsibles ampliacions, així com acordar-ne la necessitat d'ocupació.</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%"><span style="color:#000000"><strong>Sisè. </strong>Sotmetre a informació pública el projecte constructiu esmentat, el document ambiental i l'estudi d'impacte patrimonial que l'acompanyen, per un termini de quinze dies, per tal que les persones que hi estiguin interessades puguin examinar l'expedient i formular les al·legacions que estimin pertinents i, al mateix temps, sotmetre a informació la relació de béns i drets que s'adjunta com annex I, mitjançant la publicació dels anuncis corresponents al BOIB i al tauler d'edictes, a fi que en el mateix termini de quinze dies, comptats des de l'endemà del dia que es publiqui l'anunci en el BOIB, es puguin formular les al·legacions que s'estimin pertinents.</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%"><span style="color:#000000"><strong>Setè.</strong> Iniciar la tramitació per a la declaració de la urgent ocupació dels béns i drets afectats per l'expropiació, donant la mateixa publicitat i preceptiva audiència als afectats, que l'establerta al punt anterior, respecte a l'inici de la tramitació de l'expedient per a la declaració de la urgent ocupació dels terrenys afectats per l'expropiació, en compliment del que disposa l'article 56 del Reglament de la Llei d'expropiació forçosa, i notificar individualment aquest acord a tots els propietaris afectats.</span></span></span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0px;
