&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;(....)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;PRIMER.- &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Aprovar la convocatòria per l'atorgament de 20 llicències temporals d'auto taxi Andratx, per la temporada establerta entre dia 1 de maig al 31 d'octubre del 2025, conforme les condicions establertes a l'Annex I.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;A. Característiques de les llicències temporals&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Les llicències temporals d'àmbit municipal de transport públic de viatgers en vehicles turisme reuniran les característiques següents:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Temporals&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;: La durada d'aquestes autoritzacions serà de l'1 de maig al 31 d'octubre del 2025.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;L'Ajuntament podrà modificar, mitjançant decret, el servei de les llicències temporals per adaptar-lo a causes sobrevingudes i no previstes inicialment.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Les llicències temporals es regularan a més de la normativa estatal i autonòmica d'auto taxis pel Reglament Municipal del Servei Públic de Transports de Viatgers en Automòbils de Turisme, aprovat pel Ple de la Corporació en sessió celebrada el dia 11 de març de 2021 (BOIB núm. 48. de dia 10 d'abril de 2021).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Personal&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;: L'autorització tindrà caràcter personal i, per tant, anirà vinculada a l'atorgament d'aquesta a una persona que reuneixi els requisits corresponents i a un únic vehicle, que igualment reuneixi les característiques que es determinen per a l'adscripció de vehicles auto-taxi. Només es pot obtenir una llicència temporal per persona física i/o jurídica. En el cas de que una mateixa persona física o jurídica pugui obtar a dues llicències temporals, la segona llicència temporal haurà de ser adaptada a PMR.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Intransmissibles&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;: Aquestes autoritzacions no es poden transmetre en cap cas. No es permet l'arrendament de les llicències temporals. L'incompliment implica la retirada de la llicència temporal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Revocables&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;: Independentment de l'extinció de l'autorització per caducitat, l'Ajuntament podrà revocar la llicència temporal per incórrer en la pèrdua de qualsevol dels requisits exigits que han motivat el seu atorgament, així com pel reiterat incompliment de les condicions de prestació del servei.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Àmbit territoria&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;l: Aquestes autoritzacions només habilitaran la prestació del servei amb origen a l'àmbit territorial del municipi d'Andratx, sense perjudici de la possible autorització del Govern per prestar el servei fora del mateix.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Determinació del nombre total d'autoritzacions&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;: 20 llicències temporals corresponents a la convocatòria per a prestar servei durant els períodes fixats de l'any 2025. D'aquestes, el 5% es reservaran a vehicles adaptats a persones amb mobilitat reduïda (PMR).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Llicències ordinàries: 19&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Llicències amb vehicles adaptats a PMR: 1&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Numeració de les Llicències Temporals: La numeració de les llicències temporals corresponents a la present convocatòria serà correlativa a la sèrie T des del número 1 fins al 20.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;B.- Procediment d'autorització&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1.- Inici&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Aprovat el Decret de convocatòria, es publicarà en el Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears (BOIB) així com al Tauler d'anuncis municipal. L'endemà de la publicació determinarà l'inici del termini de cinc (5) dies hàbils per la presentació de les sol·licituds i la documentació annexa&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2.- Requisits dels sol·licitants&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Els requisits exigits als sol·licitants per optar a la concessió de les autoritzacions, seran els que es detallen a continuació:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2.1.- Qui opti com a titular de llicència ordinària haurà de:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Disposar al menys d'una llicència municipal d'auto-taxi a Andratx.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Estar en actiu en el moment de l'inici de la convocatòria. Per això haurà de presentar acreditació del compliment de la declaració d'estar d'alta front l'Administració Tributària i en el règim especial de treballadors autònoms de la Seguretat Social.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Compromís de destinar al servei un vehicle que estigui homologat per al servei municipal de auto-taxi d'Andratx, per la temporada 2025:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:80px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Es poden adscriure vehicles que estiguin convenientment homologats per al servei d'auto taxi. Així mateix hauran de complir les estipulacions descrites al Títol IV del Reglament municipal del servei públic de transport de viatgers amb automòbils de turisme amb allò que no ha estat derogat per les modificacions introduïdes per la Llei 1/2024, de 16 de febrer, de millora de la regulació dels serveis de transport amb vehicles de fins a nou places a les Illes Balears a la Llei 4/2014, de 20 de juny, de transports terrestres i mobilitat sostenible de les Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:80px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En cas que es presenti a la reserva de llicències amb vehicles adaptats a PMR, haurà d'acreditar la disposició d'un vehicle d'aquestes característiques.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Complir les obligacions fiscals, socials i laborals establertes per la legislació vigent que hi siguin d'aplicació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Disposar del permís de conduir classe B amb una antiguitat mínima d'un (1) any i complir la resta de requisits que assenyali el Reglament municipal regulador del servei.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Complir amb les obligacions determinades a l'article 9 del Reglament municipal regulador del servei.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Disposar del permís municipal de conductor en vigor.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2.2.- Qui opti com a assalariat haurà de:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Acreditar el fet d'haver estat contractat pel titular d'una llicència d'auto-taxi amb plena i exclusiva dedicació a la professió, acreditada mitjançant la possessió i vigència del permís de Conductor expedit per l'Ajuntament d'Andratx i la inscripció i cotització en aquest concepte a la Seguretat Social, abans de l'inici del termini de presentació d'instàncies.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Compromís de destinar al servei un vehicle homologat per al servei municipal del taxi d'Andratx, per a la temporada 2025:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:80px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Es poden adscriure vehicles que estiguin convenientment homologats per al servei d'auto taxi. &lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Complir les obligacions fiscals, socials i laborals establertes per la legislació vigent que hi siguin d'aplicació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;

	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Estar en possessió del permís municipal de conductor d'auto-taxi en vigor.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2.3 Qui opti al concurs lliure haurà de:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Compromís de destinar al servei un vehicle homologat per al servei municipal del taxi d'Andratx, per a la temporada 2025:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:80px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Es poden adscriure vehicles que estiguin convenientment homologats per al servei d'auto taxi. Així mateix hauran de complir les estipulacions descrites al Títol IV del Reglament municipal del servei públic de transport de viatgers amb automòbils de turisme amb allò que no ha estat derogat per les modificacions introduïdes per la Llei 1/2024, de 16 de febrer, de millora de la regulació dels serveis de transport amb vehicles de fins a nou places a les Illes Balears a la Llei 4/2014, de 20 de juny, de transports terrestres i mobilitat sostenible de les Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:80px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En cas que es presenti a la reserva de llicències amb vehicles adaptats a PMR, haurà d'acreditar la disposició d'un vehicle d'aquestes característiques.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Complir les obligacions fiscals, socials i laborals establertes per la legislació vigent que hi siguin d'aplicació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Disposar del permís de conduir classe B amb una antiguitat mínima d'un (1) any i complir la resta de requisits que assenyali el Reglament municipal regulador del servei.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Complir amb les obligacions determinades als articles 21 a 25 del Reglament municipal regulador del servei.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Estar en possessió del permís municipal de conductor d'auto-taxi en vigor.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3.- Sol·licituds i documentació a presentar&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3.1&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;.- La sol·licitud es presentarà mitjançant instància signada pel sol·licitant al registre general, en qualssevol de les formes previstes per l'article 16.4 de la Llei 39/2015, del procediment administratiu comú de les administracions públiques, utilitzant els models Annex que s'adjunta. Donada la urgència del procediment per poder iniciar la prestació del servis en temporada alta, el termini tindrà una durada &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;de cinc (5) dies hàbils&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;, a comptar a partir del dia següent de la data de publicació al BOIB.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En cas que l'últim dia del còmput del termini sigui dissabte o festiu, el termini es prorrogarà automàticament fins al següent dia hàbil. Quan es publiquin anuncis de correcció d'errors, rectificacions o aclariments, el termini de presentació de proposicions es computarà a partir de la data del nou anunci.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La presentació de les proposicions pressuposa l'acceptació, per part de l'interessat, de les condicions de prestació del servei, els drets i les obligacions, els supòsits de revocació, els terminis de durada, així com les altres condicions contingudes a l'acte administratiu que determini l'adjudicació, juntament amb la resta de les condicions establertes en la present norma.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3.2&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;.- Cada sol·licitant presentarà la instància utilitzant els models recollits als annexes, que acompanyarà dels següents documents:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a. Instància de sol·licitud emplenada (Annex II) on figura:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. Dades personals del sol·licitant on ha de figurar nom complet, DNI/CIF, adreça postal, telèfon, adreça electrònica.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. Número de llicència en cas de titulars d'una llicència de taxi al municipi d'Andratx que optin a la llicència de caràcter temporal. Declaració de l'antiguitat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3. Número de llicència o llicències en què ha estat contractat en cas d'assalariats que optin a la llicència de caràcter temporal. Declaració de l'antiguitat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4. Declaració de l'antiguitat del permís de conduir en cas de concurs lliure.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;5. Declaració responsable del compliment dels requisits establerts. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b. Declaració responsable (Annex III) on el sol·licitant es responsabilitza de:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. Compromís d'adscriure a la llicència temporal un vehicle d'acord amb allò que estableix l'autorització.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. Compromís d'aportar una pòlissa d'assegurança de forma il·limitada (o almenys per import de 50 milions d'euros) per la seva responsabilitat civil pels danys causats en ocasió del transport, en el suposat d'aconseguir una llicència temporal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3. No estar sotmès a les prohibicions per contractar recollides a l'article 71 de la Llei 9/2017, de 8 de novembre, de contractes del sector públic.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4. Disposar del permís de conducció vigent amb una antiguitat mínima d'un (1) any i no haver esgotat els punts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;5. Disposar d'una determinada puntuació, segons sigui titular, assalariat o lliure concurs, atenent als barems especificats en l'apartat 6è.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Amb la finalitat d'evitar irregularitats i contradiccions, es determina que el sol·licitant que falsegi la documentació, un cop acreditat tal extrem, quedarà automàticament exclòs del procediment d'atorgament de llicències temporals.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4.- Llista provisional d'admesos&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Transcorregut el termini de presentació de sol·licituds, la Corporació elaborarà la llista provisional d'admesos, que serà publicada al tauler d'anuncis, obrint-se un termini de&lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; tres (3) dies hàbils&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; perquè els interessats puguin esmenar les seves sol·licituds, o si escau, al·legar el que convingui al seu dret.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;5.- Llista definitiva d'admesos&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Transcorregut el termini per a la presentació d'al·legacions sense que s'haguessin presentat, o, si escau, resoltes aquestes, s'aprovarà la llista definitiva d'admesos, que serà publicada a la pàgina web municipal, on quedaran classificats segons el que disposa l'apartat següent.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;6.- Criteris d'adjudicació de les llicències temporals&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El procediment d'adjudicació es regirà per la preferència dels titulars, de conformitat amb el que preveu l'article 52.4 de la Llei 4/2014, de 20 de juny, de transports terrestres i mobilitat sostenible de les Illes Balears i l'article 13, en relació al 12, del Reial Decret 763/1979, de 16 de març, pel qual s'aprova el Reglament Nacional dels Serveis Urbans i Interurbans de Transports a Automòbils Lleugers.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Si així i tot no es cobreixen les autoritzacions podran adjudicar-se a les persones naturals o jurídiques que les obtinguin mitjançant concurs lliure.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Es reservarà una llicència de la quota dels titulars de llicències d'auto-taxi del municipi d'Andratx per a aquells que aportin un vehicle PMR. Si no es cobreix, podrà adjudicar-se pel mateix ordre que les ordinàries.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En cas que es presentessin més sol·licituds que nombre de llicències a atorgar, es constituirà un contingent de reserva on poder acudir en els supòsits de renúncies o vacants sobrevingudes, format per les sol·licituds que no s'hagin adjudicat, ordenades d'acord amb la puntuació obtinguda a l'apartat següent.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Les llicències temporals s'atorgaran a aquelles persones sol·licitants que obtinguin una major puntuació, atenent els criteris següents:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. Per antiguitat com a titular de llicència municipal d'auto-taxi al municipi d'Andratx, 0,20 punts per cada any d'antiguitat, amb un màxim de 10 punts. Aquesta antiguitat, entesa a la data de finalització de presentació de sol·licituds, únicament es computarà per anys complets, sense que es puguin tenir en compte la fracció o el decimal que pugui resultar d'aquest còmput.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. Acreditació d'adscripció a emissora (5 punts)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3. Adscripció de vehicle:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;0 emissions i ECO amb antiguitat des de 3 fins a 7 anys: 4 punts&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;0 emissions i ECO amb antiguitat des de 7 fins a 10 anys: 3 punts&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Amb distintiu C amb antiguitat fins a 5 anys: 2,5 punts&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Amb distintiu C amb antiguitat fins a 10 anys: 1,5 punts&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;

&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Pel que fa als assalariats s'atorgarà la puntuació atenent els mateixos criteris que pels titulars de llicència, quant a antiguitat com a conductor assalariat al municipi d'Andratx, i característiques del vehicle. L'antiguitat es considerarà interrompuda quan voluntàriament s'abandoni la professió de conductor assalariat per un termini igual o superior a sis mesos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Pel que fa als participants al concurs lliure s'atorgarà la puntuació atenent els mateixos criteris que pels titulars de llicència, quant a antiguitat com a titular de permís de conducció vigent, i característiques del vehicle. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En cas d'empat, si hi ha més persones sol·licitants que llicències temporals a atorgar, s'efectuarà un sorteig públic entre els sol·licitants que obtinguin la mateixa puntuació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;7.- Aprovació de la llista ordenada&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La corporació aprovarà mitjançant Decret de Batlia la llista ordenada per grups (titulars, assalariats, concurs lliure), pel número del permís municipal de taxista, de menor a major, que s'exposarà al tauler d'anuncis a l'efecte de notificació individual a cadascuna de les persones adjudicatàries, atorgant-los un termini per complir l'obligació d'aportar la resta de documentació necessària per a la finalització del corresponent expedient d'autorització.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La publicació d'aquesta llista ordenada equival a la concessió provisional de l'autorització temporal, l'eficàcia de la qual quedarà condicionada a la presentació de la documentació que segueix i en els terminis que s'assenyalen a continuació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;8.- Documentació a presentar per a l'adjudicació definitiva i començament de la prestació del servei&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;L'eficàcia de l'atorgament de la llicència temporal estarà condicionada a la presentació per part de l'interessat de la documentació següent en el termini de &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;deu (10) dies hàbils&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; des de la publicació a que es refereix l'apartat anterior.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;8.1&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;.- Certificats acreditatius de trobar-se al corrent de les obligacions tributàries i amb la Seguretat Social establertes a la legislació vigent amb una antiguitat màxima de 6 mesos o autorització expressa signada per a la consulta per l'Ajuntament.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;8.2&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;.- Justificant del Registre Central de Penats del Ministeri de Justícia actualitzat a la data de la present convocatòria, d'absència d'antecedents penals.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;8.3&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;.- Acreditació de disponibilitat d'un vehicle turisme, que compti amb una inspecció tècnica de vehicles (ITV) en vigor, en règim de propietat, usdefruit, arrendament financer o lísing, que reuneixi les característiques tècniques que hagi fet constar a l'annex II. S'aportarà el model i antiguitat del vehicle (data de primera matriculació que consti en la lletra B del permís de circulació del vehicle).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;8.4&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;.- Contracte per cobrir de forma il·limitada la responsabilitat civil pels danys que es causin en ocasió del servei, i durant el temps de vigència de l'autorització en ocasió de danys ocasionats per raó del servei.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;8.5&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;.- Si és el cas, acreditació de disposar d'un conductor assalariat amb els permisos de conduir B o superior amb una antiguitat mínima d'un (1) any i el permís municipal de conductor d'auto-taxi d'Andratx en vigor.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;8.6&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;.- Els documents acreditatius de l'antiguitat declarada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;8.7&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;.- Un cop aportada la documentació requerida, &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;començarà a prestar-se el servei en el termini màxim de tres (3) dies&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;, tret d'autorització expressa en supòsits de força major.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;8.8&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;.- Es requerirà el pagament d'una taxa per a l'Expedició de llicència municipal per a la prestació dels serveis d'auto taxis, per una sola vegada i vehicle, per import de CINC-CENTS DOTZE EUROS AMB VINT CÈNTIMS (512,20 €), segons el previst a l'Ordenança fiscal reguladora de la Taxa per l'atorgament de llicències i autoritzacions administratives d'auto-taxis i altres vehicles de lloguer. Aquesta taxa tindrà validesa durant tot el temps de prestació del servei per a la llicència temporal assignada els anys 2025.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;9.- Procediment per cobrir renúncies d'adjudicataris&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Si una vegada dictada la resolució de la llista ordenada, els adjudicataris renunciessin a la llicència temporal o, si escau, aquesta no arribés a adquirir eficàcia per falta de presentació de la documentació referida, la plaça corresponent a aquesta llicència quedarà vacant, i la corporació acudirà, per tal que sigui coberta, al sol·licitant que correspongui segons l'ordre de puntuació resultant i grup on pertany.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La renúncia, la falta de presentació de la documentació o el retard injustificat per començar a prestar el servei comportarà la declaració de vacant de la llicència temporal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;10.- Emissió de la targeta de transports&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Els sol·licitants que finalment compleixin tots els requisits i aconsegueixin l'atorgament d'una llicència temporal rebran, per part de la corporació, una targeta de transports acreditativa del títol habilitant obtingut, amb indicació de la persona titular, número de taxi temporal, termini de vigència i matrícula del vehicle.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;11.- Prestació del servei. Drets i obligacions&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;11.1&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;.- Exercici de l'activitat&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a) La prestació d'aquest servei s'efectuarà exclusivament mitjançant la utilització del vehicle ofert per a l'autorització temporal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Serà d'aplicació en la prestació del servei el Reglament Municipal del servei públic de transport de viatgers amb automòbils de turisme (BOIB núm. 48 de 10 d'abril de 2021) en tot allò que no contradigui la Llei 4/2014, de 20 de juny, de transports terrestres i mobilitat sostenible de les Illes Balears&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b) Els titulars hauran d'assegurar la prestació del servei durant tots els dies corresponents al termini de vigència de l'autorització.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;c) Una vegada conclòs el període de vigència de la llicència temporal, les persones adjudicatàries quedaran obligades a eliminar del vehicle tots els signes externs identificatius de l'activitat i d'acreditar-ho en el termini màxim d'un mes (1) des de la seva finalització.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;11.2.- Règim tarifari&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En qualsevol cas, les tarifes que resultessin d'aplicació seran les mateixes que siguin aplicables per a les llicències de caràcter ordinari.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;11.3.- Règim sancionador&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;L'incompliment, per part de la persona titular d'una autorització temporal, de les condicions de prestació del servei o la pèrdua d'alguna de les condicions exigides per a la seva obtenció determinaria l'obertura del corresponent expedient, de manera que podrà ser sancionada, després de l'oportuna tramitació, d'acord amb el previst a la normativa general de transports i, si escau, la normativa local que resultin d'aplicació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;11.4.- Revocació&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;L'Ajuntament podrà revocar l'autorització, que no tindrà caràcter de sanció, per incórrer en la pèrdua de qualsevol dels requisits exigits, així com pel reiterat incompliment de les condicions de prestació del servei, fet que suposarà la pèrdua de tots els drets vinculats a l'autorització i la impossibilitat de prestar el servei que aquesta emparava. Abans de resoldre la revocació de qualsevol autorització, serà preceptiu el tràmit d'audiència a la persona interessada. La revocació, com qualsevol altre acte administratiu, es podrà recórrer en via administrativa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Que reunesc tots els requisits exigits en la convocatòria de concessió de llicències d'auto taxi temporal d'àmbit municipal de transport públic de viatgers en vehicles de turisme per la prestació del servei d'auto taxi durant el termini de l'1 de maig a 31 d'octubre de 2025, amb el vehicle i matrícula:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Específicament declar baix la meva responsabilitat:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a. Què dispòs del permís de conduir classe B o superior, així com del permís municipal de taxista en vigor, que no he esgotat els punts i compleix la resta de requisits que assenyala el Reglament Municipal del Servei Públic de Transport de Viatgers amb automòbils de turisme (BOIB núm. 48 de 10 d'abril de 2021).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b. Que no estic incurs en cap de les prohibicions per a contractar previstes en l'article 71 de la Llei 9/2017, de contractes del sector públic.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;c. Que em trob al corrent del compliment de les obligacions tributàries amb la Seguretat Social i l'Ajuntament d'Andratx imposades per les disposicions vigents.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

Que aportaré una pòlissa d'assegurança que cobreix de forma il·limitada (o al menys per import de 50 milions d'euros) per la seva responsabilitat civil pels danys causats en motiu del transport.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3. Que no em trob sotmès a cap causa de prohibició per a contractar de les previstes a l'article 71 de la Llei 9/2017, de contractes del sector públic.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4. Que no he estat sancionat per resolució ferma en els dos (2) darrers anys per les infraccions qualificades com a molt greus de les previstes a la Llei de Trànsit, Circulació de vehicles a motor i seguretat vial, així com al Reglament General de Circulació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
