&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;BASES QUE REGIRAN EL CONCURS-OPOSICIÓ PER A LA CREACIÓ D'UNA BORSA DE LLICENCIATS/ADES O GRADUATS/ADES EN DRET, AMB CARÀCTER INTERÍ O TEMPORAL, PER COBRIR&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;LES POSSIBLES NECESSITATS DE PROVISIÓ URGENT DE PLACES I LLOCS DE FEINA DEL CONSELL INSULAR DE FORMENTERA.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;PRIMERA. Objecte de la convocatòria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. L'objecte d'aquesta convocatòria és la constitució d'una borsa de llicenciats/des o graduats/des en dret, per cobrir, amb caràcter interí o temporal, les possibles necessitats de provisió urgent de places i llocs de feina del Consell Insular de Formentera. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. Les citades places pertanyen a l'escala d'Administració Especial, subescala Tècnica, classe lletrat/da, grup A1. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3. La present convocatòria es publicarà en el tauler d'anuncis de l'Oficina d'Atenció al Ciutadà (OAC) (carrer Ramón Llull, núm. 6), a la pàgina web de la Corporació www.consellinsulardeformentera.cat, a la plataforma Convoca https://conselldeformentera.convoca.online/ i al Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears (BOIB), sent la data de publicació en el BOIB la que servirà per al còmput del termini de presentació de sol·licituds.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4. Aquests procés selectiu es regirà per les determinacions contingudes en aquesta convocatòria específica i per les Bases Generals de convocatòries de processos de selecció al Consell Insular de Formentera, publicades al BOIB número 46 de data 5 d'abril de 2008 i serà d'aplicació supletòria el Reial decret 364/1995, de 10 de març, pel qual s'aprova el Reglament General d'ingrés del personal al servei de l'Administració de l'Estat. Es regeix per la Llei 7/1985, de 2 d'abril, de bases de règim local, per la llei 20/2006, de 15 de desembre, municipal i de règim local de les Illes Balears, pel Reial decret legislatiu 5/2015, de 30 d'octubre, text refós de la llei de l'Estatut Bàsic de l'Empleat Públic, per la Llei 20/2021, de 28 de desembre, de mesures urgents per a la reducció de la temporalitat en el treball públic, per la Llei 39/2015, d'1 d'octubre del procediment administratiu comú de les administracions públiques, i per la Llei 40/2015, d'1 d'octubre, de règim jurídic del sector públic.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;5. L'òrgan competent per la sol·licitud de redacció de les presents bases, és el President del Consell Insular de Formentera, en base a l'establert a l'article 21.1&lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;.q &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;de la Llei 4/2022, de 28 de juny, de consells insulars, i l'article 21.1.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;h&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; de la Llei 7/1985, de 2 d'abril, de bases de règim local, i l'òrgan competent per aprovar les citades bases, és la Junta de Govern del Consell Insular de Formentera, segons l'establert en Decret de presidència de 27 de desembre de 2024, d'atribucions i règim jurídic de la Junta de Govern, publicat per BOIB número 19, de 11 de febrer de 2025, i de conformitat amb l'article 28 i 132.2 de la Llei 4/2022, de 28 de juny de Consells Insulars.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;SEGONA. Requisits i drets d'examen dels aspirants.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Per participar en aquesta convocatòria, les persones interessades han de complir en la data de finalització del termini per presentar les sol·licituds i durant tot el procés selectiu, la base tercera de les bases generals de convocatòries de processos de selecció al Consell Insular de Formentera, publicades al BOIB núm. 46 de data 5 d'abril de 2008, i els requisits següents:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a) Tenir la nacionalitat espanyola, sense perjudici del que disposa l'article 57 (sobre l´accés a l'ocupació pública de nacionals d'altres Estats, segons el qual hi podran accedir també els estrangers amb permís de residència a Espanya) del Reial decret legislatiu 5/2015, de 30 d'octubre, text refós de la llei de l'Estatut Bàsic de l'Empleat Públic.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b) Tenir complerts 16 anys d'edat en la data de finalització del termini per la presentació de sol·licituds. I no excedir, en el seu cas, l'edat màxima de jubilació forçosa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;c) No haver estat separat mediant expedient disciplinari del servei a l'Estat, de les Comunitats Autonòmiques, o de l'Administració Local, ni acomiadat d'acord amb el corresponent procediment, ni trobar-se inhabilitat per l'exercici de les funcions públiques.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;d) No patir cap malaltia, i posseir la capacitat física i psíquica necessària per poder realitzar el correcte acompliment de les funcions de la plaça a la qual s'oposita.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;e) No trobar-se afectat per cap de les causes d'incapacitat previstes en la legislació vigent.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;f) Estar en possessió del títol de llicenciat/da en dret, tenir el grau en dret, o estar en condicions d'obtenir-lo en la data de finalització del termini de presentació de les instàncies. En el cas de les titulacions expedides en l'estranger, serà necessari aportar la corresponent documentació que acrediti la seva homologació oficial. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;g) Estar en possessió del certificat del nivell C1 de català expedit per la Direcció General de Política Lingüística del Govern dels Illes Balears o equivalent. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;h) Haver abonat la taxa per drets d'examen.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Els drets d'examen, conforme a l'ordenança fiscal reguladora de la taxa per optar a proves de selecció del personal d'aquest Consell per a aquesta convocatòria, són de 24 euros, el pagament es podrà realitzar a traves del següent enllaç:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;https://conselldeformentera.convoca.online/, per a les persones que disposin de certificat digital.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Per a les persones aspirants que no disposin de certificat digital i presentin les seves sol·licituds a altres administracions, hauran de sol·licitar la carta de pagament al correu electrònic convocatories@conselldeformentera.cat, adjuntant el justificant del registre d'entrada fet a l'altre administració, i disposaran d'un dia hàbil per fer efectiu el pagament.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;De conformitat amb la Llei 40/2003, article 12.1 c), les famílies nombroses, les monoparentals i les persones en situació d'atur tindran un descompte del 50% sobre aquesta taxa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El pagament dels drets d'examen no suposa en cap cas el tràmit de presentació de la sol·licitud a l'Administració dins del termini establert.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;No procedeix la devolució de l'import íntegre satisfet en concepte de taxa per drets d'examen, en els supòsits d'exclusió de les proves selectives per causes imputables a les persones interessades. Això no obstant, es tornarà la taxa quan, per causes no imputables al subjecte passiu, l'activitat tècnica i/o administrativa que constitueixen el fet imposable de la taxa no es realitzi. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;TERCERA. Sol·licitud i documentació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. El procés de selecció d'aquesta convocatòria es publicarà simultàniament en el Tauler d'anuncis de l'OAC, a la pàgina web de la corporació www.consellinsulardeformentera.cat a la plataforma Convoca https://conselldeformentera.convoca.online/ i al BOIB.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. La sol·licitud per participar en les proves de selecció s'haurà de realitzar mitjançant la plataforma Convoca https://conselldeformentera.convoca.online/, al Registre General d'aquesta Corporació, o en la forma establerta en l'article 16.4 de la llei 39/2015, d'1 d'octubre, del procediment administratiu comú de les administracions públiques (LPACAP), dins del termini de 7 dies hàbils, comptats a partir de l'endemà al de la data de publicació d'aquesta convocatòria en el BOIB. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Les sol·licituds que es presentin fora del termini anteriorment establert, seran excloses i s'arxivaran. Si l'últim dia de presentació, caigués en dia inhàbil, el termini s'entendrà ampliat fins a l'endemà hàbil, segons l'establert a l'article 30 de la Llei 39/2015, d'1 d'octubre. Els restants i successius anuncis es faran públics únicament en el tauler d'anuncis i a la pàgina web del Consell.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En cas de presentació d'instàncies a les oficines de Correus, s'han de lliurar a aquestes dependències, abans de la finalització del termini de presentació d'instàncies, en sobre obert, per ser datades i segellades pel funcionari de Correus. Només així s'entendrà que van tenir la seva entrada el dia de la seva presentació a Correus i per tant podrà ser admès a la convocatòria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3. Els aspirants han d'adjuntar a la sol·licitud correctament emplenada, original o fotocòpia de la documentació que s'indica a continuació (excepte si aquesta obrés ja en poder del Consell, segons regulen els articles 13 i 53.1 d) de la LPACAP i el 119.2.i de la Llei 20/2006, de 15 de desembre, Municipal i de Règim Local de les Illes Balears, per a això haurà de declarar-se en la sol·licitud, aportant suficient informació perquè aquesta pugui ser localitzada):&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a) Declaració jurada què es reuneixen totes i cadascuna de les condicions exigides a la base segona, referides sempre a la data de finalització del termini assenyalat per a la presentació de sol·licituds, independentment que ho acreditin amb posterioritat a la finalització del procés selectiu. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b) Fotocòpia del DNI, o si no té la nacionalitat espanyola, del document oficial acreditatiu de la personalitat i que autoritzi a treballar.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;c) Còpia de la titulació o certificat acadèmic que acrediti tenir cursats i aprovats els estudis requerits per a l'obtenció del títol corresponent, juntament amb el justificant d'haver satisfet els drets d'expedició, sense perjudici de la posterior presentació del títol.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;d) Document acreditatiu del requisit del coneixement de la llengua catalana: per a l'acreditació d'aquest requisit s'ha de presentar juntament amb la sol·licitud el certificat emès per Direcció General de Política Lingüística, o si escau, els certificats declarats equivalents per la Conselleria d'Educació i Formació Professional del Govern de les Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;e) Relació dels mèrits que disposin i que vulguin se'ls tingui en compte en la fase de concurs. Així mateix, els aspirants hauran de confeccionar un índex on es recullin ordenadament els mèrits al·legats. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El Tribunal no valorarà els mèrits al·legats i no justificats en la forma que s' indica en aquestes bases.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;f) Acreditació d'haver abonat la taxa per drets d'examen. La manca de justificació del pagament de la taxa indicada determina l'exclusió de l'aspirant. Aquest pagament no substitueix, en cap cas, el tràmit de presentar la sol·licitud en el termini i en la forma prevista.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4. La data de referència per complir els requisits exigits i la possessió dels mèrits al·legats és el dia en què finalitzi el termini per presentar les sol·licituds.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;5. Amb la formalització i presentació de sol·licituds, l'aspirant dona el seu consentiment per al tractament de les dades de caràcter personal que són necessaris per prendre part en la convocatòria i per a la resta de la tramitació del procés selectiu, d'acord amb la normativa vigent.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;6. Els aspirants quedaran vinculats a les dades que facin constar en la seva sol·licitud. El domicili i telèfon que figuri en la mateixa es consideraran vàlids a l'efecte de notificacions, sent responsabilitat exclusiva dels candidats tant els errors descriptius, com la no comunicació durant el procés de selecció de qualsevol canvi en les dades de la sol·licitud.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;QUARTA. Resolució de la convocatòria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. Finalitzat el termini de presentació de sol·licituds, el President del Consell dictarà resolució en el termini màxim de 4 dies naturals en la qual es declararà aprovada la llista provisional d'admesos i exclosos. Aquesta resolució s'exposarà en el tauler d'anuncis de l'OAC del Consell Insular de Formentera, i en la web de la Corporació, www.consellinsulardeformentera.cat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. Els aspirants disposaran d'un termini de 3 dies hàbils, a partir del següent al de la publicació de la resolució indicada, per formular les reclamacions que creguin oportunes, dirigides a corregir els defectes que s'hagin pogut produir, o per adjuntar la documentació que se'ls hi requereixi en la convocatòria. Se'ls adverteix que, en cas de no esmenar dins d'aquest termini els defectes a ells imputables que hagin motivat la seva exclusió, es considerarà que desisteixen de la seva petició.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3. En el cas que no es presentin al·legacions contra la llista provisional d'admesos i exclosos, la llista s'entendrà definitiva a partir de l'endemà al de la finalització del termini de reclamacions. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Les reclamacions que es presentin, seran acceptades o rebutjades mitjançant resolució de el President del Consell Insular de Formentera en el termini màxim d'un mes, la qual es publicarà en la mateixa forma que la llista provisional. Transcorregut aquest termini sense que s'hagi dictat resolució, les al·legacions o reclamacions s'entendran desestimades.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4. En el supòsit que, per circumstàncies excepcionals, s'hagués de modificar el lloc, data o hora de celebració del procés, aquesta modificació es publicarà en el tauler d'anuncis de l'OAC i a la pàgina web del Consell Insular de Formentera.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;5. Els errors de fet podran esmenar-se en qualsevol moment, d'ofici o a petició de l'interessat/da.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;6. A l'efecte d'admissió dels aspirants, es tindran en compte les dades que aquests facin constar en la sol·licitud i serà responsabilitat seva la veracitat de les dades. El Tribunal qualificador podrà requerir, als efectes oportuns, l'acreditació dels aspectes necessaris quan cregui que hi ha inexactitud o falsedat en els quals hagin pogut incórrer els aspirants, els quals podran ser exclosos motivadament de la convocatòria en qualsevol moment si no compleixen els requisits.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;7. El President del Consell Insular de Formentera designarà el Tribunal Qualificador. Aquesta resolució, es publicarà en el BOIB, en el tauler d'anuncis de l'OAC i en la web de la Corporació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;CINQUENA. Tribunal Qualificador.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. Per mitjà de resolució s'efectuarà el nomenament dels membres del Tribunal Qualificador, com a òrgan encarregat de valorar els mèrits del concurs per confeccionar la borsa d'aspirants i fer la proposta oportuna a l'òrgan competent. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. El Tribunal qualificador quedarà constituït en la forma que determina l'article 60 del Reial Decret legislatiu 5/2015, de 30 d'octubre, text refós de la llei de l'Estatut Bàsic de l'Empleat Públic, sent necessari, almenys, que un dels membres sigui personal al servei de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3. El Tribunal qualificador serà un òrgan col•legiat i la seva composició haurà d'ajustar-se als principis d'imparcialitat i professionalitat dels seus membres, i es tendirà, així mateix, a la paritat entre dona i home. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4. La pertinença als òrgans de selecció serà sempre a títol individual, no podent ostentar-se aquesta en representació o per compte de ningú. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;5.El personal d´elecció o de designació política, els funcionaris interins i el personal eventual no podran formar part dels òrgans de selecció. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;6. El Tribunal qualificador estarà format per un nombre imparell de membres, no inferior a cinc, havent de designar-se el mateix nombre de membres suplents, entre els quals haurà de figurar un President, un Secretari i tres Vocals, havent de posseir tots ells un nivell de titulació igual o superior a l'exigit per a l'accés a les places convocades. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;7. El Tribunal no podrà constituir-se ni actuar sense la presència, com a mínim, del President i Secretari o dels qui els substitueixin, i de la meitat, almenys, de la resta dels seus membres amb dret a vot, titulars o suplents, indistintament. En cas d'absència del President titular o del suplent, el primer designarà d'entre els Vocals amb dret a vot un substitut que ho suplirà. En el supòsit en què el President titular no designi a ningú, la seva substitució es farà amb el Vocal de major edat amb dret a vot. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;8. Els membres del Tribunal deuran abstenir-se, i hauran de notificar-ho a l'òrgan convocant, quan es trobin en alguna de les circumstàncies previstes en l'article 23.2 de la llei 40/2015, d'1 d'octubre, de règim jurídic del sector públic (LRJSP), o quan hagin impartit cursos o treballs per a la preparació dels aspirants a proves selectives en els dos anys anteriors a la publicació de la convocatòria. Igualment, els aspirants podran recusar als membres del Tribunal quan concorrin les circumstàncies previstes. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;9. El Tribunal podrà disposar la incorporació d'assessors o especialistes per tots o alguns dels exercicis assenyalats. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;10. Els membres del Tribunal són personalment responsables de l'estricte compliment de les bases de la convocatòria, de la subjecció als terminis establerts per a la realització i valoració de les proves, i per a la publicació dels resultats. Els dubtes o reclamacions que puguin originar-se amb la interpretació de l'aplicació de les bases de la present convocatòria, així com el que hagi de fer-se en els casos no previstos, seran resoltes pel Tribunal, per majoria simple. En cas d'empat es repetirà la votació fins a una tercera vegada en la qual, si persisteix l'empat, aquest ho dirimirà el President amb el seu vot de qualitat. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;11. Als efectes previstos en l'article 30 del Reial decret 462/2002, de 24 de maig, relatiu a indemnitzacions per raó de servei, aquest Tribunal qualificador queda classificat amb la categoria corresponent segons el grup d´adscripció.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;SISENA. Desenvolupament del procés selectiu.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El procediment de selecció serà el de concurs-oposició, donat que es considera el sistema més adequat que permet una millor aplicació dels principis de mèrit i capacitat, així com la valoració de l'experiència laboral, donada l'especificitat de la plaça, garantint a la vegada el principi d'igualtat en la selecció. Per raons d'eficiència, practicitat i celeritat, les proves de selecció, s'iniciaran amb la fase d'oposició, es continuarà amb una de concurs i finalitzarà amb la fase d'entrevista personal curricular. La puntuació obtinguda en la fase de concurs i d'entrevista personal curricular serà d'aplicació únicament a aquells/elles candidats/ates que superin la fase d'oposició.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El procés selectiu consistirà en la superació de tres fases:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1a Fase: Oposició.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La fase d'oposició constarà de la següent prova de caràcter obligatori i eliminatori:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Consistirà en la realització durant dos hores i mitja, d'un supòsit pràctic proposat pel Tribunal, immediatament abans de la celebració de l'exercici, a triar entre dos per l'opositor, relacionats amb els procediments, tasques i funcions habituals de la plaça objecte d'aquesta convocatòria, lletrat/da del Consell Insular de Formentera. El Tribunal podrà acordar, si ho estima necessari, la lectura obligatòria de l'exercici pels aspirants i, una vegada llegit, formular les qüestions i/o aclariments que estimi pertinents, les quals seran contestades oralment en un període màxim de 10 minuts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Es valorarà de 0 a 30 punt i serà necessari obtenir una qualificació mínima de 15 punts per superar-lo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2a fase&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Concurs de Mèrits.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En aquesta fase es puntuaran els mèrits degudament acreditats, de conformitat amb els següents criteris de valoració, i comptarà un màxim de 18 punts en total:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a) Mèrits professionals o Nivell d'experiència&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a.1)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Per serveis prestats, ja sigui en propietat, interinament o en règim de contracte temporal a l'Administració Pública Local, exercits a una plaça de lletrat, la puntuació serà la següent: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:80px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Per mes complet treballat 0,30 punts. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Els serveis prestats s'acreditaran per mitjà de certificat de l'Administració corresponent i només es puntuaran mesos efectius complets.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a.2)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Per serveis prestats, ja sigui en propietat, interinament o en règim de contracte temporal a l'Administració Pública , exercits a una plaça del mateix grup professional, la puntuació serà la següent: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La puntuació màxima d'aquest apartat serà de 4 punts. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Per publicacions científiques relacionades amb el dret, que el Tribunal consideri adients pel lloc de treball, podrà puntuar-se fins a un màxim de 2 punts, tenint en compte que cada publicació en llibres en diferent format (paper o electrònic) comptarà 0,50 punts per autoria i 0,25 punts per coautoria, i que cada publicació en revistes en diferent format (paper o electrònic) comptarà 0,10 punts per autoria i 0,05 per coautoria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La qualificació dels mèrits s'efectuarà pel Tribunal conforme al barem anterior i amb els mèrits individualment acreditats amb la documentació original o compulsada pels aspirants i &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;per un màxim de 18 punts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El resultat es farà públic igualment en el Tauler d'anuncis el mateix dia en què s'atorguen.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3a fase.-Entrevista personal curricular&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Es valorarà l´experiència i coneixements de les tasques quotidianes d´aquest lloc de treball i comptarà un &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;màxim de 2 punts&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;. Aquesta entrevista tindrà caràcter eliminatori. S'ha d'obtenir un mínim de 0,6 punts per superar l'entrevista. La no superació de l'entrevista suposarà l'exclusió del procés.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. El resultat es farà públic igualment en el tauler d'anuncis de l'OAC i a la web de la Corporació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. Els aspirants hauran d'acudir a la celebració del procés de selecció proveïts del seu Document Nacional d'Identitat o document equivalent, podent el Tribunal requerir-los en qualsevol moment perquè acreditin la seva identitat. Així mateix, si aquest Tribunal tingués coneixement que algun dels aspirants no compleix qualsevol dels requisits exigits en la convocatòria, prèvia audiència a l'interessat, haurà de proposar la seva exclusió a l'autoritat convocant.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3. El Tribunal adoptarà les mesures oportunes per garantir que en el procés no es conegui la identitat de les persones que participen en el mateix.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La qualificació final dels aspirants s'obtindrà mitjançant la suma de les puntuacions obtingudes en cadascuna de les fases de selecció.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;SETENA. Resolució de la convocatòria i proposta de nomenament.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. Finalitzat el concurs de mèrits, el Tribunal Qualificador publicarà la llista provisional dels aspirants, per ordre de puntuació obtinguda, i del document d'identitat, en el tauler d'anuncis de l'OAC i a la pàgina web del Consell, que passaran a constituir la borsa d'interins que la Corporació utilitzarà per cobrir les vacants o baixes temporals que es produeixin en els llocs de treball de llicenciats/des o graduats/des en dret, la qual serà utilitzada per rigorós ordre de puntuació globalment obtinguda. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. Tots els aspirants disposaran d'un termini de 3 dies hàbils, a contar des del següent al de la publicació de la llista provisional, per efectuar les reclamacions oportunes o sol·licitar la revisió de la seva valoració davant del Tribunal, a la qual podran assistir acompanyats d'un assessor.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3. El Tribunal tindrà un termini de 7 dies hàbils per resoldre les reclamacions presentades i, seguidament, farà pública la llista definitiva de les puntuacions dels aspirants. Així mateix, la llista definitiva pot incloure l'esmena d'ofici dels errors detectats. En cas de no existir reclamació alguna, la llista provisional s'elevarà automàticament a definitiva. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4. El Consell Insular de Formentera, segons les seves necessitats i per ordre rigorós de puntuació i en crida única i individual, oferirà les places que s´hagin de cobrir interinament o temporalment.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Si oferta una plaça la persona interessada no es presentés o no completés la documentació requerida en la Base 3a, en els terminis que en cada cas se li comuniquin, s´oferirà la plaça al següent de la llista, consumint-se el torn i decaient el seu dret, si a això donés lloc.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;VUITENA. Nomenament i presentació de documents.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. En el moment que per part del Consell Insular de Formentera es necessiti la incorporació d'un dels aspirants de la borsa de treball de llicenciats/des o graduats/des en dret, i sempre per estricte ordre de puntuació, aquest/a haurà de presentar davant el Registre General d'Entrada del Consell Insular de Formentera, ubicat a l'oficina d'atenció ciutadana (OAC), com a màxim en el termini de 15 dies a comptar des del dia següent al de la citació per part de la corporació, els documents següents:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a) Certificat mèdic oficial, vigent, que acrediti que no pateix cap malaltia o defecte físic que impedeixi totalment o parcialment el desenvolupament correcte de les funcions del lloc de treball.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b) Fotocòpia de la targeta d'afiliació a la Seguretat Social, si es disposa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;c) Declaració jurada de no haver estat separat del servei mitjançant expedient disciplinari de cap Administració Pública, i de no trobar-se inhabilitat per sentència ferma per al compliment de les funcions públiques, així com de no trobar-se en alguna de les causes legals d'incapacitat i incompatibilitat previstes en la Llei 53/1984, de 26 de desembre, d'incompatibilitats del personal al servei de les Administracions Públiques.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;d) Declaració jurada de no tenir antecedents penals en vigor ni tenir un expedient disciplinari o en el compliment d'una sanció disciplinària. En el cas de comprovar-se d'ofici l'existència d'antecedents penals o expedients disciplinaris, la persona aspirant quedaria exclosa del procés selectiu.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;e) Declaració jurada o promesa de no ocupar cap lloc de treball ni exercir cap activitat en el sector públic delimitat per l'article I de la llei 53/1984, de 26 de desembre, d'incompatibilitats del personal al servei de les administracions públiques.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;f) Documentació acreditativa de serveis prestats en altres administracions (als efectes del càlcul de l'antiguitat). Aquell/aquella que ja tingui condició de personal al servei de l'Administració Pública estarà exempt de justificar les condicions i requisits ja acreditats per obtenir l'anterior nomenament. En aquest cas, tindran que presentar certificat de l'organisme públic del qual depenguin, acreditatiu de la seva condició i de la resta de circumstàncies que constin en el seu expedient personal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. L'aspirant que, dins del termini fixat, excepte en cas de força major, no presenti la documentació requerida o bé que, una vegada examinada, es comprovi que no compleix amb algun dels requisits assenyalats a la base segona, no podrà ser nomenat i s'anul·laran les seves actuacions. En aquest cas, es proposarà al següent aspirant que hagi obtingut la major puntuació per ordre estricte de puntuació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3. Els candidats que rebutgin una oferta quedaran exclosos de la borsa, excepte que al·leguin i justifiquin en un termini de tres dies hàbils, la concurrència d'alguna de les situacions següents: estar en període d'embaràs, maternitat, paternitat, adopció o acolliment; prestar serveis com a personal funcionari o laboral en qualsevol administració; sofrir malaltia o incapacitat temporal, o estar exercint funcions sindicals.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4. Una vegada que l'aspirant seleccionat hagi presentat la documentació, i si tot és correcte, s'efectuarà el corresponent nomenament com a funcionari/ària interí/na, d'acord amb la proposta del Tribunal Qualificador, que tindrà caràcter vinculant.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;NOVENA. Funcionament intern del borsí constituït.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. Els aspirants proposats, passaran a constituir una borsa de treball en aquest Consell Insular de Formentera i podran ser requerits, per estricte ordre de puntuació, per cobrir temporalment les vacants, substitucions i altres incidències que puguin sorgir en llocs de treball d'igual categoria i similars característiques. En cas que dins la borsa hi hagués una o més persones amb discapacitat, aquestes ocuparan els primers llocs de la llista, constituint un 10% de reserva de plaça dins la mateixa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. S'estableixen els següents criteris per al funcionament del borsí d'interins:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a) La cobertura de llocs de treball vacants, en el moment de produir-se, es realitzaran per estricte ordre de puntuació, de major a menor.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b) En el cas que es produeixi una vacant de plantilla, aquesta passarà a cobrir-se per l'aspirant del borsí que tingui la major puntuació i no gaudís ja d'una vacant, independentment de si tenia o no en el mateix moment un contracte temporal per substitució.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3. El borsí d'interins creat, mantindrà la seva vigència fins que es realitzi una nova convocatòria, amb el límit màxim de tres anys, a aplicar des del següent al de la data de publicació de les qualificacions definitives del procés selectiu convocat. Aquestes bases, i el borsí que amb aquestes es crea, anul·len qualsevol altre borsí que pogués existir en el Consell Insular de Formentera fins al moment de l'entrada en vigor d'aquestes bases. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;DESENA. Incidències.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. El Tribunal queda facultat per interpretar aquestes bases, resoldre els dubtes i les incidències que sorgeixin i per prendre els acords necessaris per assegurar el correcte desenvolupament de la convocatòria aprovada, en tot allò no previst a les bases.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Abans de la constitució del Tribunal, s'atribueix al President del Consell la facultat d'interpretar aquestes bases i de resoldre les incidències i recursos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. Dins d'aquestes facultats s'inclouen les de desqualificar als aspirants i en conseqüència, no puntuar les seves proves, quan aquells vulnerin les lleis o les bases de la convocatòria o el seu comportament suposi un abús o frau.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;ONZENA. Impugnació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Les presents bases i tots els actes administratius que es derivin d'aquestes i de les actuacions del Tribunal qualificador, podran ser impugnades conforme a l'establert en la llei 39/2015, d'1 d'octubre, del procediment administratiu comú de les administracions públiques, i en la llei 40/2015, d'1 d'octubre, de règim jurídic del sector públic.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;DOTZENA. Vigència.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Aquesta borsa de treball anul·la totes les anteriors i serà vigent fins que es realitzen proves per a cobrir les places ofertes amb caràcter fix o, en el seu cas, fins a la propera convocatòria per la creació d'una borsa de treball del mateixa classe, amb una vigència màxima de tres anys.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
