Resolució del president del Fons de Garantia Agrària i Pesquera de les Illes Balears (FOGAIBA) per la qual es convoquen, per a l'any 2024, subvencions per a inversions en explotacions del sector dels fruits secs.</p> <p>2. De conformitat amb l'apartat sisè de l'esmentada Resolució, el termini de presentació de sol·licituds va acabar el dia 31/05/2024 , i varen tenir entrada en el Registre del Fons de Garantia Agrària i Pesquera de les Illes Balears un total de 106 sol·licituds d'ajuda.</p> <p>3. Els òrgans gestors del Servei d'Ajudes al Desenvolupament Rural han dut a terme el control administratiu de les sol·licituds i de la documentació aportada d'acord amb les normes reguladores d'aquesta ajuda.</p> <p>4. Els interessats assenyalats a l' Annex I adjunt han presentat, dins el termini establert i en la forma escaient, tota la documentació necessària prevista a la convocatòria, i s'ha comprovat que compleixen amb els requisits exigits per poder ser beneficiaris d'aquesta ajuda.</p> <p>5. Una vegada avaluades les sol·licituds d'ajuda pels òrgans gestors, i d'acord amb els criteris d'elegibilitat de la convocatòria, als beneficiaris els hi correspon una ajuda màxima detallada a l' Annex I , després d'aplicar la deducció d'inversions i/o actuacions que no són elegibles per aquesta línia d'ajudes descrita a l' Annex II .</p> <p>6. Tenint en compte que el crèdit existent cobreix la totalitat de les peticions d'aquesta convocatòria no hi ha cap impediment per resoldre aquests expedients sense afectar el que disposa els apartats setè i vuitè de la convocatòria.</p> <p>7. En data 14 de març de 2025 el Servei d'Ajudes al Desenvolupament Rural ha emès informe favorable i proposta provisional de concessió d'ajuda als beneficiaris relacionats a l' Annex I .</p> <p>8. En data 14 de març de 2025 es notifica via NOTIB, l'esmentada proposta provisional als interessats, concedint-los un termini de 10 dies per presentar les al·legacions escaients.</p> <p>9. A dia d'avui, i una vegada finalitzat el termini, els interessats relacionats a l'Annex I no han presentat al·legacions.</p> <p>10. El Programa de Desenvolupament Rural (PDR) de les Illes Balears per al període 2014-2020 preveu una sèrie de mesures d'ajuda destinades al sector agrari, segons el Reglament (UE) núm. 1305/2013 del Parlament Europeu i del Consell, de 17 de desembre de 2013, relatiu a l'ajuda al desenvolupament rural mitjançant el Fons Europeu Agrícola de Desenvolupament Rural (FEADER), pel qual es deroga el Reglament (CE) núm. 1698/2005 del Consell, que estableix les normes generals que regulen l'ajuda de la Unió al desenvolupament rural finançada pel Fons Europeu Agrícola de Desenvolupament Rural (FEADER), i es complementen les disposicions comunes per als fons estructurals i d'inversió europeus, que estableix la segona part del Reglament (UE) núm. 1303/2013 del Parlament Europeu i del Consell. Concretament, entre altres mesures, el PDR preveu la submesura 4.1, destinada a donar suport a les inversions en explotacions agràries.</p> <p>D'acord amb la normativa esmentada, el 12 de març del 2024, es va publicar en el BOIB núm. 35 la Resolució del president del FOGAIBA de 8 de març de 2024, per la qual es convoquen subvencions per a inversions en explotacions en el sector dels fruits secs. Aquesta convocatòria ha estat modificada per la Resolució del president del FOGAIBA de 15 de maig de 2024 (BOIB núm. 66, de 18 de maig de 2024).</p> <p>L'apartat segon de la resolució esmentada disposa d'una dotació pressupostària de dos milions trenta-cinc mil cinquanta euros amb vuitanta-dos cèntims (2.035.050,82 €) per a aquesta línia de subvencions i preveu que es podrà incrementar amb els crèdits que es destinin a aquesta finalitat.</p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:115%"><span style="display:inline-block"><span style="color:#000000">Atès l'elevat nombre de sol·licituds que ha tingut aquesta mesura i la importància que tenen les inversions dels fruits secs en el sector agrari i que, per a l'any 2024, es disposa de crèdit suficient, en part provinent de l'impost de turisme sostenible, cal incrementar la dotació de la convocatòria.</span></span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:115%"><span style="display:inline-block"><span style="color:#000000">Per tot això, en virtut de les competències que tenc atribuïdes i a proposta del director gerent del FOGAIBA, va dictar la següent resolució:</span></span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:115%"><span style="display:inline-block"><span style="color:#000000"><strong>Primer</strong></span></span></span></span></p> <p>Incrementar en un milió cent seixanta-quatre mil nou-cents quaranta-nou euros amb devuit cèntims (1.164.949,18 €) el crèdit que preveu la Resolució del president del FOGAIBA per la qual es convoquen, per a l'any 2024, subvencions per a inversions en explotacions del sector dels fruits secs, per la qual cosa queda destinat un crèdit final a aquesta línia d'ajudes de tres milions dos-cents mil euros (3.200.000,00 €).</p> <div style="page-break-after:always"><span style="display:none">&nbsp;</span></div> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:115%"><span style="display:inline-block"><span style="color:#000000"><strong>Segon</strong></span></span></span></span></p> <p>Modificar l'apartat segon de la Resolució del president del FOGAIBA de 8 de març de 2024, per la qual es convoquen subvencions per a inversions en explotacions en el sector dels fruits secs, que queda redactat de la manera següent:</p> <p>1. A aquesta convocatòria es destina un import màxim de tres milions dos-cents mil euros (3.200.000,00 €), amb càrrec als pressuposts del FOGAIBA de l'any 2024.</p> <p>Aquesta quantia es pot incrementar amb crèdits que es poden destinar a aquesta finalitat.</p> <p>2. Les subvencions esmentades es finançaran de la manera següent:</p> <p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:115%"><span style="display:inline-block"><span style="color:#000000">- Fins a un import de 3.018.916,15 euros els finança la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears en un 100%, dels quals 2.500.000,00 provenen de l'impost de turisme sostenible.</span></span></span></span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:115%"><span style="display:inline-block"><span style="color:#000000">- Fins a l'import de 181.083,85 euros els finançarà el FEADER (NextGenerationEU) en un 100%.</span></span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:115%"><span style="display:inline-block"><span style="color:#000000">3. Autoritzar i disposar la despesa assenyalada a cada un dels beneficiaris amb càrrec als pressuposts i percentatges de cofinançament detallats a l' Annex I, destacant el finançament per part de lIMPOST DE TURISME SOSTENIBLE (ITS) .</p> <p>3. Determinar que, d'acord amb el que estableix la convocatòria de referència, les obligacions dels beneficiaris seran les indicades a l'Annex III.</p> <p>4.
