&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1.- &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Donada la necessitat urgent i inajornable de la constitució d'una borsa de treball d'operari de serveis per a cobrir amb caràcter temporal necessitats urgents i inajornables de contractació o prestació de serveis en la Mancomunitat Intermunicipal de Serveis Públics Insulars, pel procediment de selecció mitjançant el sistema de concurs.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;.- Les funcions del lloc de treball d'operari de serveis són de caràcter prioritari i que resulten essencials i imprescindibles per al correcte funcionament de la Mancomunitat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;.- Vist l'article 19. Quatre de la Llei 11/2020, de 30 de desembre, de pressupostos generals de l'Estat per a l'any 2021, que preveu el següent: "No es podrà contractar personal temporal, ni realitzar nomenaments de personal estatutari temporal i de funcionaris interins excepte en casos excepcionals i per a cobrir necessitats urgents i inajornables".&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;.- Vist el Decret 11/2017, de 24 de març, d'exigència del coneixement de la llengua catalana en els procediments selectius d'accés a la funció pública i per a ocupar llocs de treball de l'Administració de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;5&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;.- D'acord amb els antecedents assenyalats i fent ús de les atribucions previstes en l'article 22 dels Estatuts de la Mancomunitat&lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;RESOLC&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;PRIMER&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;. - Aprovar la convocatòria per a la constitució d'una borsa de treball d'operari de serveis per a cobrir amb caràcter temporal necessitats urgents i inajornables de contractació o prestació de serveis en la Mancomunitat Intermunicipal de Serveis Públics Insulars, pel procediment de selecció mitjançant el sistema de concurs.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;SEGON - &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Aprovar les bases que han de regir aquesta convocatòria, i que es detallen a continuació, les quals han de complir obligatòriament la Mancomunitat, el Tribunal designat i les persones aspirants que participin.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;TERCER&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;. - Publicar aquesta resolució en el Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears i en el tauler d'anuncis de la seu electrònica de la Mancomunitat Intermunicipal de Serveis Públics Insulars.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; (http://www.mancomunidadserviciospublicosdeibizasedelectronica.com). &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;QUART&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;. - Disposar que els successius anuncis es publiquin exclusivament en el tauler d'anuncis de la seu electrònica de la Mancomunitat Intermunicipal de Serveis Públics Insulars. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;(http://www.mancomunidadserviciospublicosdeibizasedelectronica.com). &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;BASES PER A LA CONSTITUCIÓ D'UNA BORSA DE TREBALL D'OPERARI DE SERVEIS&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;PRIMERA. OBJECTE&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1.1. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;L'objecte de les bases és regular la convocatòria de la constitució d'una borsa de treball d'operari de serveis, per a cobrir necessitats urgents i inajornables de contractació o prestació de serveis en la Mancomunitat Intermunicipal de Serveis Públics Insulars , per concurs de personal laboral/funcionari temporal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;SEGONA. REQUISITS DELS ASPIRANTS&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2.1. Per a formar part, les persones interessades han de complir els següents requisits:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a) Tenir nacionalitat espanyola o la d'un Estat membre de la Unió Europea o la dels Estats als quals, en virtut dels tractats internacionals subscrits per la Unió Europea i ratificats per Espanya, els sigui aplicable la lliure circulació de treballadors. També podran ser admesos el/la cònjuge, els descendents i els descendents del cònjuge, tant dels ciutadans espanyols com dels nacionals dels Estats membres de la Unió Europea, qualsevol que sigui la seva nacionalitat, sempre que els cònjuges no estiguin separats de dret i els descendents siguin menors de 21 anys o majors d'aquesta edat però que visquin a càrrec dels seus progenitors i al cònjuge sempre que no estiguin separats de dret, de conformitat amb l'article 57 del Reial decret legislatiu 5/2015, de 30 d'octubre, pel qual s'aprova el Text refós de la llei de l'estatut bàsic de l'empleat públic.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Per a les persones aspirants que no posseeixin la nacionalitat espanyola i del seu origen no es desprèn el coneixement de la llengua castellana, han d'acreditar el coneixement mitjançant l'aportació del diploma d'espanyol com a llengua estrangera, regulat en l'RD 1137/2002, de 31 d'octubre, pel qual es regulen els diplomes d'espanyol com a llengua estrangera (*DELE); o del certificat d'aptitud d'espanyol per a estrangers, expedits per les escoles oficials d'idiomes o mitjançant l'acreditació que estan en possessió d'una titulació acadèmica espanyola expedida per l'òrgan oficial competent en el territori espanyol.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b) Posseir la capacitat funcional per al compliment de les tasques.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;c) Haver complert 16 anys d'edat i no excedir de l'edat màxima de jubilació forçosa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;d) Estar en possessió del títol de Certificat d'Escolaritat o equivalent, o estar en condicions d'obtenir-ho en la data en què finalitzi el termini de presentació de sol·licituds. En el cas de titulacions expedides a l'estranger, caldrà aportar la corresponent homologació del Ministeri d'Educació i Formació Professional, o d'una universitat espanyola.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La titulació s'ha d'acreditar mitjançant l'expedició dels títols corresponents per l'autoritat acadèmica competent. Aquesta mateixa autoritat podrà declarar també l'equivalència de títols.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;e) Estar en possessió del permís de conduir de la classe B1.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;f) Acreditar els coneixements de la llengua catalana corresponents al nivell A2 mitjançant certificat emès per l'òrgan competent en matèria de política lingüística del *Govern dels Illes Balears o equivalent per l'Administració d'acord amb la normativa vigent.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;g) No haver estat separat mitjançant expedient disciplinari del servei de qualsevol de les administracions públiques o dels òrgans constitucionals o estatutaris de les comunitats autònomes, ni trobar-se en inhabilitació absoluta o especial per a ocupacions o càrrecs públics per resolució judicial, per a l'accés al cos o escala de funcionari, o per a exercir funcions similars a les que desenvolupa en el cas de personal laboral, en el qual hagués estat separat o inhabilitat. En el cas de ser nacional d'un altre Estat, no trobar-se inhabilitat o en situació equivalent ni haver estat sotmès a sanció disciplinària o equivalent que impedeixi, en el seu Estat, en els mateixos termes, l'accés a l'ocupació pública.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;h) No estar sotmès a cap causa d'incapacitat específica d'acord amb la normativa vigent.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2.2. Amb caràcter previ a la prestació de serveis, la persona interessada ha de manifestar que no exerceix cap lloc o activitat en el sector públic dels quals delimita la Llei 53/84, de 26 de desembre, d'incompatibilitats del personal al servei de les administracions públiques, i que no percep pensió de jubilació, retir o orfandat. Si realitza alguna activitat privada, inclosa la de caràcter professional, ho haurà de declarar en el termini de deu dies naturals a comptar a partir del dia de la contractació o presa de possessió, perquè la Mancomunitat acordi la declaració de compatibilitat o incompatibilitat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2.3. Les persones aspirants hauran de reunir els requisits establerts en aquestes bases a la data de finalització del termini de presentació de sol·licituds i mantenir-los durant tot el procés selectiu. En aquest sentit, es poden efectuar les comprovacions oportunes durant tot el procés.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En cas que, una vegada que s'hagi pres possessió de la vacant com a interí, es donin una o diverses causes d'exclusió es podrà revocar la contractació/el nomenament.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2.4 De conformitat amb el que disposa l'article 22.2 del Reial decret legislatiu 1/2013, de 29 de novembre, que aprova el Text refós de la llei general de drets de les persones amb discapacitat, en l'àmbit de l'ocupació, les condicions bàsiques d'accessibilitat i no discriminació a què es refereix el capítol V seran aplicable amb caràcter supletori respecte al que preveu la legislació laboral.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;TERCERA. PRESENTACIÓ DE SOL·LICITUDS&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3.1. Participants.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3.1.1. Les sol·licituds requerint prendre part en el procés selectiu es presentaran telemàticament en la seu electrònica de la Mancomunitat&lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; (http://www.mancomunidadserviciospublicosdeibizasedelectronica.com&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;). , dins del termini de 10 dies hàbils a partir de l'endemà de la publicació de la convocatòria en el Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears (BOIB) i es dirigiran a la Presidència de la&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;Mancomunitat. Si l'últim dia de presentació recaigués en dissabte, diumenge o festiu, el termini s'entendrà ampliat fins al primer dia hàbil següent. També poden presentar-se per les altres formes previstes en l'article 16 de la Llei 39/2015, d'1 d'octubre, del procediment administratiu comú de les administracions públiques.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Les instàncies que no es presentin telemàticament en la seu electrònica o en el Registre Electrònic General de la Mancomunitat Interinsular d'Eivissa i es presentin per les altres formes previstes en l'article 16 de la Llei 39/2015, no seran admeses encara que consti que es van deslliurar abans de la finalització del termini de presentació de sol·licituds, salvat que la persona interessada ho comuniqui a la Mancomunitat mitjançant l'enviament d'un correu electrònic a l'adreça electrònica "mancomunidadinsularibiza@gmail.com, adjuntant la justificació de presentació de la sol·licitud en el mateix dia que s'envia.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La no presentació de sol·licituds dins del termini i en la forma escaient determina la no admissió de la persona aspirant al procés selectiu.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3.1.2. Per a ser admesos i prendre part del procés selectiu les persones aspirants hauran de presentar la següent documentació:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a) Document nacional d'identitat en vigor o, en cas de no posseir nacionalitat espanyola, document oficial acreditatiu de la personalitat. No cal presentar-ho si la persona aspirant no s'oposa al fet que l'Administració obtingui aquest document mitjançant les xarxes d'intermediació de dades.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b) Titulació Certificat d'Estudis o equivalent&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;c) Certificat del nivell A2 de llengua catalana. En cas de no disposar d'ell, els aspirants que així ho facin constar en la sol·licitud per a ser admès a les proves, sol·licitessin la realització d'un exercici proposat pel Tribunal( similar als exercicis oficials per a l'obtenció del nivell A2 oficial) ,l'exercici es corregirà amb assessorament d'un tècnic de Normalització Lingüística capacitat, Aquest exercici haurà de ser aprovat necessàriament . per l'aspirant amb caràcter previ a la realització de l'entrevista.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;d) Documents acreditatius dels mèrits que s'al·leguin per a la fase de concurs.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;e) Curriculum vitae i documents que acreditin l'experiència laboral.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;f) Annexos I i II signats.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En el moment de la sol·licitud, les personis aspirants han de presentar d'acord amb el model annex II a les bases, declaració expressa i formal del fet que reuneixen tots i cadascun dels requisits de la convocatòria, referits sempre a la data de finalització del termini assenyalat per a la presentació de sol·licituds, de no haver estat inhabilitat per sentència ferma per a l'exercici de les funcions públiques ni haver estat separat, per resolució disciplinària ferma, del servei de cap administració pública i de no estar sotmès a cap causa d'incapacitat específica conforme a la normativa vigent.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El fet de constar en la llista de persones admeses no implica el reconeixement que es compleixen els requisits a les persones interessades per a participar en aquesta convocatòria. Les persones que superin el procés selectiu han de presentar la documentació acreditativa dels requisits generals que s'indiquen en la base segona, amb caràcter previ a la seva contractació o nomenament.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Els interessats es responsabilitzaran de la veracitat dels documents que presentin. La Presidència, per si mateixa o a proposta del tribunal avaluador, podrà sol·licitar, en el cas d'haver-hi dubtes derivats de la qualitat de les còpies presentades o amb l'efecte que procedeixi, que els interessats aportin els documents originals a l'efecte d'acarament i comprovació en què se suposi que han incorregut en inexactitud o falsedat a l'hora de formular la sol·licitud corresponent.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3.2 Acreditació de mèrits.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Tots aquells mèrits avaluables d'acord amb el barem establert en l'Annex I preliminar de les presents bases s'han d'adjuntar a la sol·licitud. Els mèrits al·legats i no justificats pels aspirants en la forma indicada no es valoren. En aquest cas, els mèrits es computen a data d'expiració del termini assenyalat per a la presentació de sol·licituds per a participar en el procés selectiu.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Les persones aspirants, hauran de conservar el rebut de la presentació de la seva sol·licitud, per si li fos requerida en qualsevol moment de la realització de les proves selectives.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La presentació de la instància implica, a l'efecte de la Llei orgànica 3/2018, de 5 de desembre, de protecció de dades personals i garantia dels drets digitals, el consentiment dels afectats perquè l'àrea de Recursos Humans l'utilitzi per a la seva gestió, i és obligatòria la seva formalització. Es disposa, en tot cas, dels drets d'accés, rectificació, cancel·lació i oposició en els termes previstos en la legislació vigent i és responsable del fitxer de la Mancomunitat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Tota la documentació que es presenta en llengua estrangera ha d'anar acompanyada de la corresponent traducció jurada a la llengua catalana o a la castellana.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;QUARTA. ADMISSIÓ DELS ASPIRANTS&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4.1. En el termini màxim de 10 dies hàbils, a comptar des de la fi del termini de presentació de sol·licituds, l'autoritat convocant o la que tingui la delegació, dictarà resolució per la qual s'aprova la llista provisional de persones admeses i excloses en el procés selectiu. Aquesta relació es publicarà en el tauler d'anuncis de la seu electrònica d'aquesta Mancomunitat, de les persones aspirants admeses i excloses i, si escau, de la causa de la no admissió. La corresponent resolució ha d'indicar la composició del Tribunal de Valoració, el lloc, la data i l'hora d'inici del procés selectiu *asi com el dia de la prova de català que hauran de realitzar els aspirants que no acreditin el nivell A2 exigit i hagin de realitzar la prova..&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;A l'efecte del que s'estableix en la present base, s'entenen com a causes d'exclusió no corregibles:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. La presentació de la sol·licitud fora de termini.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. La falta de compliment de qualsevol requisit de participació l'últim dia del termini de presentació d'instàncies.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3. Qualsevol altra resultant de la normativa aplicable o del que es preveu en les bases específiques de cada convocatòria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4.2. En tot cas, amb la finalitat d'evitar errors i, si es produeixen, possibilitar l'esmena dins del termini i en la forma oportuna, les persones interessades han de comprovar que no figurin en la relació de persones excloses.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4.3. Per a esmenar el possible defecte, adjuntar els documents que siguin preceptius, o presentar reclamacions, es disposarà d'un termini de 3 dies hàbils, a comptar des de l'endemà de la publicació de la resolució indicada en el tauler d'anuncis de la seu electrònica de la Corporació. Aquesta esmena no és aplicable als mèrits al·legats, però no aportats.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Les persones sol·licitants que dins del termini assenyalat no esmenin els defectes justificant el seu dret a ser admeses, seran definitivament excloses del procés selectiu.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Si no es presenten esmenes, es considerarà elevada a definitiva la llista provisional de persones admeses i excloses, i no serà necessari tornar a publicar-la.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4.4. Si es presenten reclamacions, seran acceptades o recusades mitjançant la resolució que aprovi la llista definitiva, que es publicarà, així mateix, en els llocs indicats per a la llista provisional.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Aquesta última publicació, servirà de notificació a l'efecte d'impugnacions i recursos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4.5. Els errors de fet poden ser esmenats en qualsevol moment, d'ofici o a petició de la persona interessada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;QUINTA. TRIBUNAL DE VALORACIÓ&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El Tribunal de Valoració de les proves, estarà constituït per tres titulars amb els seus respectius suplents. Haurà de comptar amb un President/a i dues vocals. En la sessió de constitució, els membres del tribunal, designessin un secretari/a d'entre els vocals. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Tots hauran de tenir una titulació igual o superior a l'exigit en la convocatòria i les decisions del Tribunal, s'adaptessin per majoria dels seus membres.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El President de la Mancomunitat nomenés els membres del Tribunal d'entre el personal de la Mancomunitat i la designació dels mateixos s'anunciés i publiqués, amb antelació o juntament amb la llista d'admesos i exclosos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El Tribunal podrà disposar d'assessors especialistes que poden actuar amb veu i sense vot.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Sàrria d'aplicació la normativa d'abstenció i recusació prevista en els articles 23 i 24 de la llei 40/2015 d'1 d'octubre (LRJSP).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;A l'efecte del que es preveu en l'RD 462 de 24 de maig relatiu a indemnitzacions per raó de servei el Tribunal té categoria tercer.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;SISENA. PROCÉS SELECTIU&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;6.1. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El procediment de selecció és el de concurs, ja que es considera el sistema més adequat atès que permet una millor aplicació dels principis de mèrit i capacitat, així com la valoració de l'experiència laboral, i garanteix alhora el principi d'igualtat en la selecció. Les proves de selecció s'inicien amb la fase de concurs i a continuació l'entrevista personal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. FASE DE CONCURS I ENTREVISTA&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Els mèrits que el tribunal ha de valorar en la fase de concurs, són els establerts en l'annex I d'aquestes bases i s'han de presentar conforme s'estableix en el punt 3.4 de la base tercera.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;ENTREVISTA&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Finalitzat el concurs el Tribunal convocarà als aspirants presentats que hagin acreditat, el nivell de català exigit en aquestes Bases o que hagin superat la prova prèvia equivalent, per a la realització d'una entrevista de caràcter no eliminatori.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Aquesta entrevista consistirà a mantenir un dialogo amb el Tribunal sobre qüestions vinculades a les funcions a desenvolupar i a l'experiència professional exposada en el currículum, principalment orientades a valorar els següents aspectes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. Coneixements del lloc de treball.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3. Experiència de l'aspirant. Comprovació o aclariments dels mèrits al·legats.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;L'entrevista es valorarà amb un màxim de 10 punts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;SETENA. PUBLICACIÓ DE LES VALORACIONS&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;7.1. Conclosa la valoració del procés selectiu, el Tribunal, farà públic en el tauler d'anuncis de la seu electrònica d'aquesta Mancomunitat una llista provisional de les puntuacions obtingudes per les persones aspirants amb indicació del número del document nacional d'identitat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Aquesta es publicarà per ordre de major a menor puntuació total.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;7.2. Ordre de relació.. En cas d'empat, s'ha de resoldre tenint en compte, successivament, els criteris següents:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. Tenir una puntuació més alta en la fase de concurs.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Si persisteix finalment l'empat, s'iniciarà l'ordre per la lletra que determini el sorteig anual realitzat per la Secretaria d'Estat per a l'Administració Pública.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;7.3. Les persones aspirants disposaran d'un termini de tres dies hàbils, a comptar a partir de l'endemà de la publicació de la llista, per a al·legar les rectificacions pertinents sobre la valoració provisional del procés selectiu. En cas contrari, s'entendrà elevada a definitiva. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El Tribunal elevarà la llista definitiva a la Presidència de la Mancomunitat per a la constitució mitjançant decret de la borsa de treball. Aquesta es publicarà en el tauler d'anuncis de la seu electrònica d'aquesta Mancomunitat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;OCTAVA. NORMES DE FUNCIONAMENT&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;8.1. A l'haver una vacant, si fa falta proveir-la, o en la resta dels supòsits establerts en la legislació vigent, s'ha d'oferir el lloc a les persones incloses en la borsa de treball, d'acord amb l'ordre de relació , sempre que compleixin els requisits que exigeixen les bases de la convocatòria. En primer lloc, es dirà al candidat de la llista que tingui més puntuació perquè en el termini màxim de tres dies manifesti la seva acceptació. En cas de no poder-se cobrir per aquesta persona s'anirà requerint al següent de la llista per ordre de puntuació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Si hi ha més d'un lloc per a cobrir, de les mateixes característiques, es poden fer crides col·lectives simultànies a tantes persones com es consideri necessari per a atendre les peticions de cobertura de llocs pendents.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;8.2. La Mancomunitat en el cas de contractacions que superin els dos mesos, pot deixar sense efecte la contractació o nomenament, durant els dos primers mesos des de l'inici de la prestació de serveis, si es produeix una manifesta no idoneïtat de l'aspirant contractat per al desenvolupament de les funcions pròpies, la qual cosa produirà la seva exclusió de la borsa de treball per a futures contractacions. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;NOVENA. INCIDÈNCIES&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El Tribunal, queda facultat per a interpretar aquestes bases, resoldre els dubtes i incidències que es plantegin i per a prendre els acords necessaris per a assegurar el correcte desenvolupament de la convocatòria aprovada en tot allò no previst en les bases. Abans de la constitució del Tribunal s'atribueix a la Presidència la facultat d'interpretar aquestes bases i de resoldre les incidències i recursos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;DÈCIMA. IMPUGNACIÓ&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Les presents bases i tots els actes administratius que es derivin, d'aquestes i de les actuacions del Tribunal qualificador, podran ser impugnats conforme el que estableix la Llei 39/2015, d'1 d'octubre, del procediment administratiu comú de les administracions públiques.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;ONZENA. PROTECCIÓ DE DADES PERSONALS&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;11.1. Amb la formalització i presentació de la sol·licitud, l'aspirant dona el seu consentiment al tractament de les dades de caràcter personal que són necessaris per a formar part en la convocatòria i per a la resta de la tramitació del procés selectiu, d'acord amb la normativa vigent en matèria de protecció de dades de caràcter personal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;11.2. Els aspirants quedaran vinculats a les dades que es facin constar en la seva sol·licitud. El domicili i telèfon que figurin en la mateixa es consideraran vàlids a l'efecte de notificacions i serà responsabilitat exclusiva dels candidats tant els errors descriptius, com la no comunicació durant el procés de selecció de qualsevol canvi en les dades de la sol·licitud.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;11.3. En cas que sigui necessari, algunes dades personals podran ser publicats en el *BOIB, tauler d'edictes de la Mancomunitat i en el portal web d'aquesta institució (http://www.mancomunidadserviciospublicosdeibizasedelectronica.com) d'acord amb el que disposen les bases de la present convocatòria i la Llei 39/2015, d'1 d'octubre, de procediment administratiu comú de les administracions públiques.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;11.4. Es fa constar que, en el cas que la persona interessada hagi posat en coneixement de la Mancomunitat dades de salut, autoritza expressament el tractament per al compliment de les finalitats anteriorment exposades.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;11.5. Les persones interessades poden, si escau, exercir els drets d'accés, rectificació, supressió, oposició, dret a la limitació del tractament i dret a la portabilitat mitjançant instància presentada davant el Registre General d'Entrada de la Mancomunitat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El barem de mèrits s'estructura en quatre blocs: experiència professional, accions formatives, coneixements de la llengua catalana i entrevista personal sent el màxim puntuable de 30 punts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1.- Experiència professional&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La puntuació màxima d'aquest apartat és de 10 punts&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. Per cada mes complet de serveis efectius prestats, que acreditin experiència professional en la realització de funcions de naturalesa o contingut tècnic anàlogues a les d'operaris de serveis en escorxadors i s'hagin prestat en qualsevol de les administracions públiques, sempre que es trobin dins de l'àmbit d'aplicació de la Llei 70/1978, de 26 de desembre, de reconeixement de serveis previs en l'administració pública, així com els prestats en qualsevol de les entitats de dret públic, en fundacions del sector públic i en consorcis que no tinguin forma societària, justificats amb certificat de serveis prestats expedit per l'administració pública corresponent: 0,10 punts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;“es consideraran llocs anàlegs als d'operaris de serveis d'escorxadors aquells exercits en establiments del sector carni o en carnisseries, on les funcions i responsabilitats requereixin coneixements i habilitats similars en el maneig de productes carnis, complint amb les normatives d'higiene i seguretat alimentària”&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. Per cada mes complet de serveis efectius prestats, que acreditin experiència professional en la realització de funcions de naturalesa o contingut tècnic anàlogues a les d'operari de serveis en instal·lacions d'escorxador i s'hagin prestat en empresa pública societària o privada, justificats amb certificat de cotitzacions de la Seguretat Social (Fe de Vida Laboral) i còpia del contracte de treball: 0,05 punts. S'exclouran els càrrecs en comissions, juntes, etc., en organismes públics i privats. Els serveis prestats es comptabilitzaran en dies treballats a jornada completa, i en el cas de realització d'altres tipus de jornades, els serveis prestats es comptabilitzaran proporcionalment al temps treballat. No obstant això, en els casos establerts en l'article 56 de la Llei orgànica 3/2007, de 22 de març, per a la igualtat efectiva de dones i homes (règim d'excedències, reduccions de jornada, permisos o altres beneficis per tal de protegir la maternitat i facilitar la conciliació de la vida personal, familiar i laboral, així com el permís de paternitat) es computarà en tot cas, com a jornada completa. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;“es consideraran llocs anàlegs als d'operaris de serveis d'escorxadors aquells exercits en establiments del sector carni o en carnisseries, on les funcions i responsabilitats requereixin coneixements i habilitats similars en el maneig de productes carnis, complint amb les normatives d'higiene i seguretat alimentària”&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2.-Accions formatives&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Es valorarà només el certificat que correspongui al nivell més alt aportat per la persona interessada, excepte en el cas del certificat de coneixements de llenguatge administratiu, en què la puntuació es pot acumular a la d'un altre certificat que s'acrediti.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;&amp;nbsp;La puntuació màxima d'aquest apartat és de 10 punts&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
