Per resolució del conseller executiu d'Hisenda i Funció Pública de data 9 de desembre de 2022 BOIB núm. 163, de 15 de desembre de 2022, BOE núm. 305, de 21 de desembre de 2022), es va aprovar la convocatòria del procés selectiu pel sistema excepcional de concurs de mèrits per cobrir les places de personal laboral fix de les categories dels subgrups C1, C2 i grup E/AP derivada de l'oferta d'ocupació pública extraordinària de l'Institut de l'Esport Hípic de Mallorca per a l'any 2022.</span></span></span></span></p> <p><span style="color:null"><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="background-color:null">2. En aquesta resolució es varen convocar, entre d'altres, 1 plaça d'Auxiliar de serveis conductor-a, 1 plaça de Mosso-a de jardineria, 1 plaça d'Encarregat-ada caminador i 2 places d'Auxiliar de manteniment, corresponents al grup E/AP, personal laboral.</span></span></span></span></p> <p><span style="color:null"><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="background-color:null">3. Per acord del tribunal qualificador competent d'aquest procés selectiu d'estabilització, un cop concloses la revisió i baremació dels mèrits dels aspirants, en data 13 de febrer de 2025 es va publicar, en el tauler electrònic d'anuncis i en la seu electrònica del Consell Insular de Mallorca, la resolució de les al·legacions formulades a la llista provisional de mèrits, resolució d'empats, i aprovació de les llistes definitives de mèrits del procés selectiu d'estabilització pel sistema de concurs excepcional per a l'ingrés com a personal laboral fix del grup E/AP, categories/especialitats de les categories d'Auxiliar de serveis conductor-a, Mosso-a de jardineria, Encarregat-ada caminador i Auxiliar de manteniment i oferiment de llocs de l'Institut de l'Esport Hípic de Mallorca.</span></span></span></span></p> <p><span style="color:null"><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="background-color:null">4.&nbsp;De conformitat amb el punt 8 de les bases específiques de la convocatòria, un cop assignats els llocs de treball oferts, el tribunal ha d'elevar al conseller executiu d'Hisenda i Funció Pública la proposta de persones aspirants que han superat el procés selectiu de concurs de mèrits per a l'ingrés com a personal laboral fix del grup E/AP, amb assignació de llocs de feina. Aquesta llista ha de contenir, com a màxim, tantes persones aprovades com el nombre de places convocades.</span></span></span></span></p> <p><span style="color:null"><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="background-color:null">5.&nbsp;En data 27 de febrer de 2025 el tribunal qualificador competent del procediment selectiu ha acordat elevar al conseller d'Hisenda i Funció Pública l'Acord de la proposta de les persones aspirants que han superat el procés selectiu d'estabilització pel sistema de concurs excepcional per a l'ingrés com a personal laboral fix del grup E/AP, categories/especialitats de les categories d'Auxiliar de serveis conductor-a, Mosso-a de jardineria, Encarregat-ada caminador i Auxiliar de manteniment de l'Institut de l'Esport Hípic de Mallorca i de l'adjudicació de lloc de feina, d'acord amb el tràmit de manifestació d'ordre de preferències efectuat, per al seu nomenament com a personal laboral fix, la qual conté tantes persones aprovades com el nombre de places convocades. </span></span></span></span></p> <p><span style="color:null"><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="background-color:null">En el cas en què no s'hagués efectuat el tràmit per part de la persona aspirant, el lloc de treball ha estat assignat d'ofici.</span></span></span></span></p> <p><strong>FONAMENTS DE DRET</strong></p> <p><span style="color:null"><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="background-color:null">1. A més, d'acord amb l'establert en el punt 8 de les bases específiques de la convocatòria, els llocs de prefectures orgàniques i llocs singularitzats s'han d'adjudicar en adscripció provisional.</span></span></span></span></p> <p><span style="color:null"><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="background-color:null">4. </span><strong><span style="background-color:null">ORDENAR</span></strong><span style="background-color:null"> la publicació d'aquesta resolució i el seu annex en el tauler d'edictes i a la Seu electrònica del Consell Insular de Mallorca, i en el Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears.</span></span></span></span></p> <p><strong><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;,Times,serif">INTERPOSICIÓ DE RECURSOS</span></span></strong></p> <p><span style="color:null"><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="background-color:null">Contra aquest acte, que no posa fi a la via administrativa, podeu interposar el recurs d'alçada en el termini d'un mes, comptador a partir de l'endemà de rebre aquesta notificació. El recurs es pot interposar formalment davant el Consell Executiu o davant la Comissió de Govern del Consell Insular de Mallorca, que és l'òrgan competent per resoldre'l.</span></span></span></span></p> <p><span style="color:null"><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="background-color:null">Contra la desestimació expressa d'aquest recurs d'alçada, hi podeu interposar el recurs contenciós administratiu davant el Jutjat Contenciós Administratiu, en el termini de dos mesos, comptadors a partir de l'endemà de rebre la notificació de la desestimació del dit recurs d'alçada.</span></span></span></span></p> <p><span style="color:null"><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="background-color:null">Si han transcorregut tres mesos des de la interposició del recurs d'alçada i no n'heu rebut la notificació de resolució expressa, s'entén desestimat per silenci i podeu interposar el recurs contenciós administratiu davant el Jutjat Contenciós Administratiu, en el termini de sis mesos, comptadors a partir de l'endemà de la desestimació presumpta.</span></span></span></span></p> <p><span style="color:null"><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="background-color:null">No obstant l'anterior, podeu interposar, si escau, qualsevol altre recurs que considereu oportú.
