L' 11 de setembre de 2021, en el BOIB núm.125, </span><span style="color:#000000">es va publicar la convocatòria pública de subvencions </span><span style="color:#000000">per a la realització d'instal·lacions d'autoconsum amb fonts d'energia renovable, amb o sense emmagatzematge, en el sector serveis i altres sectors productius de l'economia; i per a la incorporació d'emmagatzematge en instal·lacions d'autoconsum, amb fonts d'energia renovable, ja existents en el sector serveis i altres sectors productius, en el marc del Pla de Recuperació, Transformació i Resiliència europeu </span><span style="color:#000000">mitjançant la Resolució del conseller de Transició Energètica, Sectors Productius i Memòria Democràtica de 6 de setembre de 202</span><span style="color:#000000">1</span><span style="color:#000000">, m</span><span style="color:#000000">odificada per l</span><span style="color:#000000">a Resoluci</span><span style="color:#000000">ó del conseller de Transició Energètica, Sectors Productius i Memòria Democràtica</span><span style="color:#000000"> de 19 d'octubre de 2022 (BOIB núm.137, de 22 d'octubre de 2022).</span></span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%"><span style="color:#000000">2. Les persones o entitats que figuren en l'annex d'aquesta Proposta varen presentar una sol·licitud de subvenció en el marc de la convocatòria.</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%"><span style="color:#000000">3. Els tècnics de la Direcció general d'Economia Circular, Transició Energètica i Canvi Climàtic, han informat desfavorablement sobre la sol·licitud de les subvencions descrites en l'annex, amb la motivació que també hi figura.</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%"><span style="color:#000000">4. En data 31 de gener de 2025, es va emetre la <span style="color:#000000">Proposta de resoluci</span><span style="color:#000000">ó provisional</span><span style="color:#000000"> </span><span style="color:#000000">del director general </span><span style="color:#000000">d'</span><span style="color:#000000">Economia Circular, Transició Energètica i Canvi Climàtic</span><span style="color:#000000"> per la qual es deneguen subvencions per a la realització d'instal·lacions d'autoconsum amb fonts d'energia renovable, amb o sense emmagatzematge, i la incorporació d'emmagatzematge en instal·lacions d'autoconsum amb fonts d'energia ja existents</span><span style="color:#000000"> en el sector serveis i altres sectors productius, en el marc del Pla de Recuperació, Transformació i Resiliència europeu (</span>Programes 1,2 i 3) (BOIB núm. 17, de 6 de febrer de 2025). </span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%"><span style="color:#000000">5. En data 11 de març de 2025, <span style="color:#000000">AGRONATURA SAT Nº BA-01</span>, titular de l'expedient NEXTG123-1020/2021, i l'empresa instal·ladora INSTALACIONES ROSCAM, S.L., varen presentar sengles escrits d'al·legacions contra la proposta de resolució esmentada en el punt anterior en que manifesten que la signatura del pressupost per part del client no suposa un compromís jurídicament vinculant amb l'empresa instal∙ladora.</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%"><span style="color:#000000">6. En data <span style="background-color:#ffffff">12 de març de 2025, un</span>a vegada revisada la documentació, es va emetre un informe tècnic en que s'informa favorablement a les al·legacions presentades per <span style="color:#000000"><span style="background-color:#ffffff">AGRONATURA SAT Nº BA-01</span></span> contra la proposta de resolució provisional del director general d'Economia Circular, Transició Energètica i Canvi Climàtic per a l'expedient NEXTG123-1020/2021 i s'insta a prosseguir amb la tramitació de l'expedient en qüestió i a la seva valoració tècnica.</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%"><span style="color:#000000">7. En data 25 de febrer de 2025, N MIQUEL SL, titular de l'expedient NEXTG123-1109/2021, juntament amb l'empresa instal·ladora ELÉCTRIQUES S'ALJUB, <span style="background-color:#ffffff">varen presentar un escrit d'al·legacions contra la proposta de resolució en que manifesten que la signatura del pressupost per part del client no suposa un compromís jurídicament vinculant amb l'empresa instal∙ladora.</span></span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%"><span style="color:#000000">8. En data 27 de febrer de 2025, una vegada revisada la documentació, es va emetre un informe tècnic en que s'informa favorablement a les al·legacions presentades per N MIQUEL SL contra la proposta de resolució provisional del director general d'Economia Circular, Transició Energètica i Canvi Climàtic per a l'expedient NEXTG123-1109/2021 i s'insta a prosseguir amb la tramitació de l'expedient en qüestió i a la seva valoració tècnica.</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%"><span style="color:#000000">9. En data 17 de febrer de 2025, CENTRO DE INVESTIGACION PACTOR XXI SL, titular de l'expedient NEXTG123-1121/2021, i l'empresa instal·ladora INAY ENERGIAS SL, varen presentar sengles escrits d'al·legacions contra la proposta de resolució en que manifesten que la signatura del pressupost per part del client no suposa un compromís jurídicament vinculant amb l'empresa instal∙ladora.</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%"><span style="color:#000000">10. En data 19 de febrer de 2025, una vegada revisada la documentació, es va emetre un informe tècnic en que s'informa favorablement a les al·legacions presentades per CENTRO DE INVESTIGACION PACTOR XXI SL contra la proposta de resolució provisional del director general d'Economia Circular, Transició Energètica i Canvi Climàtic per a l'expedient NEXTG123-1121/2021 i s'insta a prosseguir amb la tramitació de l'expedient en qüestió i a la seva valoració tècnica.</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%"><span style="color:#000000">11. En data 13 de febrer de 2024, FROZA SL, titular de l'expedient NEXTG123-1190/2021, i l'empresa instal·ladora SAMPOL INGENIERIA Y OBRAS S.A, varen presentar sengles escrits d'al·legacions contra la proposta de resolució en que manifesten que la signatura del pressupost per part del client no suposa un compromís jurídicament vinculant amb l'empresa instal∙ladora.</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%"><span style="color:#000000">12. En data 14 de febrer de 2025, una vegada revisada la documentació, es va emetre un informe tècnic en que s'informa favorablement a les al·legacions presentades per FROZA SL contra la proposta de resolució provisional del director general d'Economia Circular, Transició Energètica i Canvi Climàtic per a l'expedient NEXTG123-1190/2021 i s'insta a prosseguir amb la tramitació de l'expedient en qüestió i a la seva valoració tècnica. </span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%"><span style="color:#000000">13. En data 13 de març de 2025, <span style="color:#000000">EINES FERRETERIA SL,</span> titular de l'expedient NEXTG123-1199/2021, juntament amb l'empresa instal·ladora DOSVINT ELECTRICITAT SL varen presentar un escrit d'al·legacions contra la proposta de resolució en que manifesten que la signatura del pressupost per part del client no suposa un compromís jurídicament vinculant amb l'empresa instal∙ladora.</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%"><span style="color:#000000">14. En data 14 de març de 2025, una vegada revisada la documentació, es va emetre un informe tècnic en que s'informa favorablement a les al·legacions presentades per <span style="color:#000000">EINES FERRETERIA SL</span> contra la proposta de resolució provisional del director general d'Economia Circular, Transició Energètica i Canvi Climàtic per a l'expedient NEXTG123-1199/2021 i s'insta a prosseguir amb la tramitació de l'expedient en qüestió i a la seva valoració tècnica.</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%"><span style="color:#000000">15. En data 13 de març de 2025, ENGAGE ADIAN SL, titular de l'expedient NEXTG123-1203/2021, juntament amb l'empresa instal·ladora SOLARBYZEC SLU, varen presentar un escrit d'al·legacions contra la proposta de resolució en que manifesten que la signatura del pressupost per part del client no suposa un compromís jurídicament vinculant amb l'empresa instal∙ladora.</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%"><span style="color:#000000">16. En data 24 de març de 2025, una vegada revisada la documentació, es va emetre un informe tècnic en que s'informa favorablement a les al·legacions presentades per ENGAGE ADIAN SL contra la proposta de resolució provisional del director general d'Economia Circular, Transició Energètica i Canvi Climàtic per a l'expedient NEXTG123-1203/2021 i s'insta a prosseguir amb la tramitació de l'expedient en qüestió i a la seva valoració tècnica. </span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%"><span style="color:#000000">17. En data 11 de febrer de 2025, S.A.T SA COVA, titular de l'expedient NEXTG123-1207/2021, juntament amb l'empresa instal·ladora LA GROTTA PALMA SL, varen presentar un escrit d'al·legacions contra la proposta de resolució en que manifesten que la signatura del pressupost per part del client no suposa un compromís jurídicament vinculant amb l'empresa instal∙ladora.</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%"><span style="color:#000000">18. En data 12 de febrer de 2025, una vegada revisada la documentació, es va emetre un informe tècnic en que s'informa favorablement a les al·legacions presentades per S.A.T SA COVA contra la proposta de resolució provisional del director general d'Economia Circular, Transició Energètica i Canvi Climàtic per a l'expedient NEXTG123-1207/2021 i s'insta a prosseguir amb la tramitació de l'expedient en qüestió i a la seva valoració tècnica. </span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%"><span style="color:#000000">19. En data 13 de març de 2025, CONSTRUCCIONES MARTI PELEGRI SL<span style="color:#000000">,</span> titular de l'expedient NEXTG123-1292/2021, juntament amb l'empresa instal·ladora DOSVINT ELECTRICITAT SL, varen presentar un escrit d'al·legacions contra la proposta de resolució en que manifesten que la signatura del pressupost per part del client no suposa un compromís jurídicament vinculant amb l'empresa instal∙ladora.</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%"><span style="color:#000000">20. En data 6 de febrer de 2025, CIBERIA INVEST S.L, titular de l'expedient NEXTG123-1542/2021, juntament amb l'empresa instal·ladora LA GROTTA PALMA SL, varen presentar un escrit d'al·legacions contra la proposta de resolució en que manifesten que la signatura del pressupost per part del client no suposa un compromís jurídicament vinculant amb l'empresa instal∙ladora.<em> </em></span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%"><span style="color:#000000">22. El Reial decret&nbsp;477/2021, de 29 de juny, pel qual s'aprova la concessió directa a les comunitats autònomes i a les ciutats de Ceuta i Melilla d'ajuts per a l'execució de diversos programes d'incentius lligats a l'autoconsum i a l'emmagatzematge amb fonts d'energia renovable, així com a la implantació de sistemes tèrmics renovables en el sector residencial, en el marc del Pla de Recuperació, Transformació i Resiliència europeu.</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%"><span style="color:#000000">6. La Resolució del conseller de Transició Energètica, Sectors Productius i Memòria Democràtica de 6 de setembre de 2021 per la qual s'aprova la convocatòria pública de subvencions per a la realització d'instal·lacions d'autoconsum amb fonts d'energia renovable, amb o sense emmagatzematge, en el sector serveis i altres sectors productius de l'economia; i per a la incorporació d'emmagatzematge en instal·lacions d'autoconsum, amb fonts d'energia renovable, ja existents en el sector serveis i altres sectors productius, en el marc del Pla de Recuperació, Transformació i Resiliència europeu (BOIB núm.&nbsp;125, d'11 de setembre de 2021).</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%"><span style="color:#000000">7. La Resolució del conseller de Transició Energètica, Sectors Productius i Memòria Democràtica per la qual es modifica i amplia el crèdit de la Resolució del conseller de Transició Energètica, Sectors Productius i Memòria Democràtica de 6 de setembre de 2021 <span style="color:#000000">per la qual s'aprova la convocatòria pública de subvencions per a la realització d'instal·lacions d'autoconsum amb fonts d'energia renovable, amb o sense emmagatzematge, en el sector de serveis i altres sectors productius de l'economia, i per a la incorporació d'emmagatzematge en instal·lacions d'autoconsum, amb fonts d'energia renovable, ja existents en el sector de serveis i altres sectors productius, en el marc del Pla de Recuperació, Transformació i Resiliència europeu NextGenerationEU (BOIB núm.137, de 22 d'octubre de 2022).</span></span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%"><span style="color:#000000">8. L'Ordre&nbsp;HFP/1030/2021, de 29 de setembre, per la qual es configura el sistema de gestió del Pla de Recuperació, Transformació i Resiliència, així com per l'Ordre&nbsp;HFP/1031/2021, de 29 de setembre, per la qual s'estableix el procediment i format de la informació a proporcionar per les entitats del sector públic per al seguiment del compliment de les fites i objectius i d'execució pressupostària i comptable de les mesures dels components del Pla de Recuperació, Transformació i Resiliència.</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%"><span style="color:#000000"><span style="color:#000000">9. La Resolució del conseller d'Empresa, Ocupació i Energia per la qual es modifica la Resolució del conseller de Transició Energètica, Sectors Productius i Memòria Democràtica de 6 de setembre de 2021 per la qual s'aprova la convocatòria pública de subvencions per a la realització d'instal·lacions d'autoconsum amb fonts d'energia renovable, amb o sense emmagatzematge, en el sector de serveis i altres sectors productius de l'economia, i per a la incorporació d'emmagatzematge en instal·lacions d'autoconsum, amb fonts d'energia renovable, ja existents en el sector de serveis i altres sectors productius, en el marc del Pla de Recuperació, Transformació i Resiliència europeu «NextGenerationEU» (BOIB núm.41, de 26 de març de 2024).</span></span></span></span></p> <p style="text-align:center"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%"><span style="color:#000000"><strong>Proposta de resolució definitiva</strong></span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%"><span style="color:#000000">Propòs al conseller <span style="color:#000000">d'Empresa, Ocupació i Energia</span> que dicti una resolució en els termes següents:</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%"><span style="color:#000000">1.
