&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;RESOLC FORMULAR&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;L'informe d'impacte ambiental del projecte d'una captació d'aigües subterrànies (sondeig), per a ús de reguiu i domèstic, al polígon 4, parcel·les 47, 48 i 49, del TM de Campos&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. Determinació de subjecció a avaluació ambiental i tramitació&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Segons s'estableix a l'article 7.2.a) de la Llei 21/2013 són objecte d'una avaluació d'impacte ambiental simplificada els projectes compresos en l'annex II d'aquesta llei.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Tenint en compte el Reial decret 445/2023, de 13 de juny de 2023, que modifica els annexos I, II i III de la Llei 21/2013, l'activitat projectada s'inclou en l'Annex II, Grup 3 (&lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;perforacions, dragats i altres instal·lacions mineres i industrials&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;) lletra a):&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3r. Perforacions per a l'abastiment d'aigua. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Per tant, aquest projecte ha de seguir la tramitació ambiental com a Avaluació d'Impacte Ambiental Simplificada establerta al capítol II secció 2a de la Llei 21/2013; també s'ha de complir el Decret legislatiu 1/2020, de 28 d'agost, pel qual s'aprova el Text Refós de la Llei d'Avaluació Ambiental de les Illes Balears. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. Ubicació i descripció del projecte&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Es preveu ubicar el sondeig (AAS_21938) al polígon 4, parcel·les 47,48 i 49, del TM de Campos, amb les següents característiques: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Cabal màxim instantani: 5,0 l/s&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Volum màxim anual: 400 m&lt;/span&gt;&lt;sup&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/sup&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;/any per a ús domèstic i 250 m&lt;/span&gt;&lt;sup&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/sup&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;/any per a reg.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Ús: Reguiu i domèstic.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Profunditat màxima del sondeig: 64 m&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Cal dir que en un apartat del document ambiental se situa el projecte en el polígon 4, parcel·la 330 del terme municipal de Santa Maria del Camí. Es considera un error del document. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La justificació de la dotació de 250 m&lt;/span&gt;&lt;sup&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/sup&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;/any per al reguiu de fruiters i hort d'autoconsum es fa a través de l'informe agronòmic signat electrònicament per Juan Pons Bennasar (enginyer tècnic agrícola, col. 111) en data 16 de juny de 2024.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El sondeig es realitzarà pel mètode de rotó-percussió; es perforarà sense recuperació del testimoni i se cimentaran les parets dels primers 25 m des de la boca, entubat fins a la zona de l'aqüífer i ranurat fins al fons. Al voltant del sondeig es col·locarà una llosa de formigó de 50 cm. Finalitzada l'obra, mentre no s'instal·li la bomba elèctrica d'elevació, el sondeig es cobrirà amb una tapa metàl·lica per impedir l'accés al mateix.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Acabada la instal·lació es bomba fins a trobar aigua neta i es desinfecta d'acord amb l'annex 8, punt 2.3.3, del Pla Hidrològic de les Illes Balears 2023 (a partir d'ara PHIB).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En el cas que el sondeig resulti negatiu, es procedeix com a la fase d'abandonament: se segella el sondeig amb la finalitat que quedi en condicions de seguretat per a les persones i els animals, a més d'evitar la contaminació imprevista de l'aqüífer ocasionada per abocaments o caigudes d'elements contaminants (segons annex 8 del PHIB).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3. Alternatives&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El document ambiental contempla les següents alternatives:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Alternativa 0 (no fer el sondeig):&lt;/strong&gt; on s'ubica la parcel·la no existeix connexió a la xarxa municipal. L'alternativa seria recollida d'aigües de pluja (insuficient) o camions d'aigua i emmagatzematge en aljub (amb impactes per l'ocupació del sòl i per l'emissió de gasos d'efecte hivernacle més elevats que l'impacte que pot provocar l'alternativa del sondeig).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Alternativa 1 (realització del sondeig a una altra ubicació):&lt;/strong&gt; no es contempla perquè el punt seleccionat és el millor segons els criteris de possibilitat de trobar aigua sense afectar vegetació o fauna i que permeti l'accés de les màquines per a la perforació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Alternativa 2 (realitzar el sondeig amb un altre mètode de perforació):&lt;/strong&gt; es descarta perquè el proposat és el més ràpid i no existeixen empreses a les Illes Balears que en facin d'altres.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Alternativa 3 (fer el sondeig projectat): &lt;/strong&gt;es considera la més factible perquè té en compte tot el que s'ha indicat en les dues alternatives anteriors (és més barata, amb menys emissions de gasos d'efecte d'hivernacle, amb menys ús de sòl per a un aljub, amb escassa eliminació de vegetació, etc.).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4. Avaluació dels efectes previsibles i mesures correctores proposades&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Els principals impactes ambientals considerats es produiran a la &lt;strong&gt;fase d'execució&lt;/strong&gt; del projecte:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Contaminació atmosfèrica&lt;/strong&gt;: durant la fase d'execució del projecte es produirà renou i vibracions per la utilització de la maquinària; atesa la distància dels habitatges propers (550 m) es consideren molèsties poc perceptibles. En tot cas, les tasques es realitzaran durant horari diürn. Tampoc tindrà un impacte rellevant per a la fauna. No es produeix impacte per emissió de partícules amb la perforació amb injecció d'aigua. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Canvi climàtic&lt;/strong&gt;: pel que fa a l'emissió de gasos d'efecte hivernacle, s'estima l'emissió de 208,08 kg de CO&lt;/span&gt;&lt;sub&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/sub&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; durant el temps de la perforació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Aigua&lt;/strong&gt;: sense efectes negatius durant l'execució si es fan servir escumants adequats. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Vegetació&lt;/strong&gt;: eliminació en àrea de treball. Sense incidència a cap espècie protegida. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Patrimoni&lt;/strong&gt;: no es preveu impacte.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Paisatge&lt;/strong&gt;: es produirà impacte paisatgístic només els dies que duri la perforació. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Durant la &lt;strong&gt;fase de funcionament&lt;/strong&gt; l'impacte més important serà sobre la massa d'aigua subterrània afectada (MAS 18.21-M1 Marina de Llucmajor). D'acord amb el PHIB vigent, la massa d'aigua afectada pel projecte es troba en mal estat qualitatiu (contingut elevat en clorurs de 621 mg/l) i bon estat quantitatiu. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;L'extracció d'aigua subterrània pot ser susceptible d'impacte si no es respecta el caudal i volum autoritzats per la Direcció General de Recursos Hídrics. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El document ambiental no esmenta el consum elèctric durant la fase d'aprofitament pel funcionament de la bomba. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El document ambiental inclou mesures correctores com cimentar la captació per evitar contaminació de l'aqüífer o l'ús d'un comptador volumètric per respectar els paràmetres de la concessió d'extracció. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;5. Consultes a les administracions públiques afectades i persones interessades.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En data 30 de juliol de 2024, el Servei d'Assessorament Ambiental remet consulta i petició d'informe a les administracions previsiblement afectades i entitats interessades següents: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Ajuntament de Llucmajor. El 2 d'agost de 2024 s'envia rectificació de la consulta a l'ajuntament de Campos on s'ubica el projecte. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Servei de Canvi Climàtic i Atmosfera de la Direcció General d'Economia Circular, Transició Energètica i Canvi Climàtic de la Conselleria d'Empresa, Ocupació i Energia.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Informe del Servei d'Ordenació del Territori del Consell Insular de Mallorca de 6 d'agost de 2024.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Conclou que «&lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;des del punt de vista de l'ordenació de territori i del paisatge, es considera que el projecte d'una captació d'aigües subterrànies en el TM de Campos, &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;no tindrà efectes significatius sobre el medi ambient&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; sempre que serveixi a usos legalment implantats a la parcel·la&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;».&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Informe del Servei de Canvi Climàtic i Atmosfera de 19 d'agost de 2024.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;S'emet &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;informe&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;favorable&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; atès que «&lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;en relació amb la perspectiva climàtica en la tramitació ambiental, no es preveu que el projecte pugui tenir efectes significatius&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;».&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Informe del Servei de Reforma i Desenvolupament Agrari de 19 d'agost de 2024.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

Tampoc s'observa cap activitat agrària rellevant a la parcel·la&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;». &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Per tant, «&lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;[...] &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;informa&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;desfavorablement&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; l'objecte del projecte, des del punt de vista agrari&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;».&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Informe del Servei de Salut Ambiental de 19 de setembre de 2024.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;«S'informa &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;favorablement&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; condicionat a l'ús de la captació establert al projecte (ús domèstic i reguiu). &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Aquesta captació no podrà utilitzar-se per abastiment d'aigua de consum si no disposa de l'informe sanitari favorable corresponent.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Es recomana al titular de la captació que analitzi la qualitat de l'aigua abans de consumir-la i que, en cas que la qualitat no sigui l'establerta al Reia decret 3/2023, de 10 de gener, pel qual s'estableixen els criteris tècnic-sanitaris de la qualitat de l'aigua de consum, el seu control i subministrament, prengui mesures per tal de complir els valors paramètrics establerts a aquesta norma».&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;6. Anàlisis dels criteris de l'annex III de la Llei 21/2013&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;S'han analitzat els criteris de l'annex III de la Llei 21/2013, de 9 de desembre, d'avaluació ambiental, i no es preveu que el projecte pugui tenir efectes sobre el medi ambient, en concret:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a) Característiques del projecte: perforació i sondeig d'aigua (AAS_21938) per a ús domèstic (400 m&lt;/span&gt;&lt;sup&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/sup&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;/any) i de reguiu (250 m&lt;/span&gt;&lt;sup&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/sup&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;/any), que ocuparà una superfície d'uns 60 m&lt;/span&gt;&lt;sup&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/sup&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; durant la fase de construcció i 0'25 m&lt;/span&gt;&lt;sup&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/sup&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; durant la fase de funcionament.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b) Ubicació del projecte: el sondeig es projecta a la parcel·la 47 del polígon 4 de Campos, classificada com a Sòl Rústic General (SGR). &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul style="margin-left:40px"&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;No es troba afectada per cap espai de la Xarxa Natura 2000; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;tampoc es troba a cap zona definida per la Llei 1/1991, de 30 de gener, d'espais naturals de règim urbanístic de les àrees d'especial protecció de les Illes Balears (LEN); &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;l'àmbit del projecte no es troba afectat ni està pròxim a cap hàbitat d'interès comunitari (HIC) descrita a la Directiva 92/43/CEE;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;l'àrea no està afectada per cap zona potencial inundable ni ARPSI (Àrea amb Risc Potencial Significatiu d'Inundació); &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;tota la parcel·la s'ubica en una zona amb vulnerabilitat contaminació d'aqüífers moderada;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a parcel·la no es troba afectada directament per àrees de prevenció de riscos (APR) d'inundació, d'incendi, erosió o esllavissaments; tampoc presenta risc d'incendi segons el IV Pla Forestal 2015-2024.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El sondeig s'ubica en la MAS 18.21-M1 Marina de Llucmajor; l'estat d'aquesta massa, segons l'Annex 8 de la Memòria del PHIB vigent, és:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:120px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;- Estat quantitatiu: bo (índex d'explotació inferior al 80% dels recursos disponibles) &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:120px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;- Estat qualitatiu: dolent (contingut elevat en clorurs de 621 mg/l, concentració superior al límit).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;c) Característiques del potencial impacte: es considera que els efectes sobre el medi ambient a la fase d'execució seran mínims, tenint en compte la curta duració del període d'obres. Respecte de la fase de funcionament cal indicar que el consum anual serà de 650 m&lt;/span&gt;&lt;sup&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/sup&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;/any en una massa que està en estat quantitatiu bo segons el PHIB vigent.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;L'informe desfavorable del Servei de Reforma i Desenvolupament Agrari de 19 d'agost de 2024 es refereix exclusivament a l'ús agrícola actual de la parcel·la. L'article 114 del PHIB permet l'ús per a reguiu, encara que el sondeig no es faci a una explotació agrícola (i quan s'ajusti a les condicions de l'article 54 del Text refós de la Llei d'Aigües). Així es pot autoritzar un volum de 250 m&lt;/span&gt;&lt;sup&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/sup&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;/any i es considera que no té efectes ambientals significatius sempre que es respecti l'ús de l'aigua que determina l'estudi agronòmic i per a reg d'espècies de baix requisit hídric. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El document ambiental recull un apartat de seguiment, sota la direcció d'un director facultatiu, de les mesures preventives i reductores proposades, i assigna un pressupost al seu compliment. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Conclusions de l'informe d'impacte ambiental&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Primer&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;. No subjectar a avaluació d'impacte ambiental ordinària el projecte d'una captació d'aigües subterrànies (sondeig), per a ús de reguiu i domèstic, al polígon 4, parcel·les 47,48 i 49, al TM de Campos, promogut per Manuel Román Vidal i Antonia Cantallops Martorell, atès que no es preveu que pugui tenir efectes significatius sobre el medi ambient, d'acord amb els criteris de l'annex III de la Llei 21/2013, sempre que es compleixin les mesures preventives, correctores i/o reductores proposades en el document ambiental signat electrònicament, en data 27 de juny de 2024, per Jaime Fernández Homar (Enginyer Superior de Mines), i els següents condicionants: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. L'ús de la captació es limitarà als usos i volums establerts al projecte. En el moment d'instal·lar la bomba definitiva s'ha de procedir a la instal·lació d'un comptador volumètric. Per a l'aigua de reguiu es respectarà el que determina l'estudi agronòmic: reg de fruiters i hort d'autoconsum. No es farà enjardinament amb espècies d'elevat requisit hídric.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. Atès que el projecte s'ubica en una zona amb Vulnerabilitat a la Contaminació d'Aqüífers Moderada, durant l'execució de les obres i el funcionament, s'han d'adoptar les màximes precaucions per evitar l'abocament de substàncies contaminants, incloses les derivades del manteniment de les maquinàries, en compliment de la Llei 6/1999, de 3 d'abril, de les Directrius d'Ordenació Territorial de les Illes Balears i de mesures tributàries, i les seves modificacions (Decret llei 1/2016, de 12 de gener, de mesures urgents en matèria urbanística, i les seves modificacions).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Es recomana que, durant la fase de funcionament, es prenguin mesures per tal de disminuir el consum d'aigua i el consum energètic:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Pel que fa a la penetració d'energies renovables al projecte, sempre que sigui viable, en cas que el sondeig sigui positiu i es vulgui procedir a la instal·lació de la bomba d'extracció, atès que el document ambiental indica que aquesta serà elèctrica, seria recomanable incloure la instal·lació d'un sistema de producció d'energia renovable, per exemple mitjançant plaques fotovoltaiques o panells solars, que permetin reduir al màxim el consum energètic.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En cas que el sondeig sigui positiu i es procedeixi a l'extracció d'aigua de l'aqüífer, amb l'objectiu d'afavorir un ús responsable, s'hauria de preveure la recollida i emmagatzematge de l'aigua de pluja pel seu posterior aprofitament. Així mateix, en cas d'instal·lació de jardins ornamentals, el promotor del projecte hauria d'incorporar els sistemes de reg eficients necessaris per a reduir el consum d'aigua, revisant periòdicament les conduccions per tal de detectar qualsevol pèrdua d'aigua, amb espècies de baix requisit hídric. &lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Es recorda que:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;S'haurà d'aplicar el procediment recollit a l'annex 8 de «&lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Condicions tècniques per a l'execució, equipament i clausura de sondejos i pous&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;» del PHIB.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Tal com recorda el Servei de Salut Ambiental, la captació no podrà utilitzar-se per abastiment d'aigua de consum si no disposa de l'informe sanitari favorable corresponent. El titular de la captació ha d'analitzar la qualitat de l'aigua abans de consumir-la i, en cas que la qualitat no sigui l'establerta al Reial decret 3/2023, de 10 gener, pel qual s'estableixen els criteris tècnic-sanitaris de la qualitat de l'aigua de consum, ha de prendre mesures per tal de complir els valors paramètrics establerts a aquesta norma.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Segon&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;. Es publicarà el present informe d'impacte ambiental al Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears, d'acord amb el que disposa l'article 47.3 de la Llei 21/2013, de 9 de desembre, d'avaluació ambiental.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Tercer&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;. L'informe d'impacte ambiental perdrà la seva vigència i cessarà en la producció dels efectes que li són propis si, una vegada publicat en el BOIB, no s'hagués procedit a l'inici de l'execució del projecte en el termini màxim de sis anys des de la publicació, d'acord amb el que disposa l'article 21 bis del Text refós de la Llei d'avaluació ambiental de les Illes Balears. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Quart&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;. L'informe d'impacte ambiental no ha de ser objecte de cap recurs, sense perjudici dels que, si s'escau, siguin procedents en la via administrativa o judicial davant de l'acte, si s'escau, d'autorització del projecte, d'acord amb el que disposa l'article 47.6 de la Llei 21/2013.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Cinquè&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;. Aquesta resolució s'emet sense perjudici de les competències urbanístiques, de gestió o territorials de les administracions competents i de les autoritzacions o informes necessaris per a l'aprovació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
