    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Antecedents&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. La Llei 10/2022, de 23 de desembre, de lleure educatiu per a infants i joves de les Illes Balears, estableix que correspon als consells insulars vetllar perquè es garanteixi el dret al lleure, prestat en les condicions de qualitat i de seguretat exigides en aquesta llei i en les disposicions de desplegament, en el seu territori (article 6.2 &lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;) i també dur a terme l'activitat de foment en matèria de lleure en l'àmbit insular (article 6.2 &lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;f&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. Aquesta Llei modifica el Decret 23/2018, de 6 de juliol, pel qual es desplega parcialment la Llei 10/2006, de 26 de juliol, integral de la joventut, que passa a ser anomenat Decret 23/2018, de 6 de juliol, pel qual es despleguen diversos aspectes de la normativa de joventut i de lleure, per adaptar-lo als canvis que introdueix la Llei. A més a més, en la disposició final segona, la Llei introdueix un nou article 43 &lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;bis&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;, relatiu a obligacions en matèria d'accessibilitat, que estableix el següent: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. Les activitats de lleure educatiu infantil i juvenil organitzades pel sector públic han de garantir la participació d'infants i joves d'entre 3 i 17 anys amb un grau de dependència reconegut per l'autoritat competent.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. Les activitats organitzades per la iniciativa privada, amb ànim de lucre o sense, han de reservar un mínim del 2 % de les places a persones d'entre 3 i 17 anys amb un grau de dependència reconegut per l'autoritat competent. [...]&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3. Les administracions públiques han de preveure ajudes a les entitats organitzadores de la iniciativa privada per garantir el compliment d'aquestes previsions.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3. A més a més, l'article 48.9 del Decret 23/2018 reconeix al dret dels infants i joves amb un grau de dependència reconegut de ser atesos per personal monitor amb preparació adequada i titulació suficient, diferent de la de monitor de lleure educatiu, i amb una ràtio reduïda segons el seu grau de dependència: dependència moderada (grau I) o severa (grau II): 1 monitor/a per cada tres participants, i gran dependència (grau III): 1 monitor/a per cada participant. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4. Aquesta ràtio reduïda encareix de manera significativa el cost de monitoratge que suporten les persones i les entitats organitzadores de les activitats. Per aquest motiu, el Departament de Cultura, Educació, Joventut i Esports té la voluntat de garantir el dret a la igualtat de la infància i la joventut, continuant ajudant les persones i les entitats organitzadores a finançar les despeses de monitoratge addicional, com ha fet des del 2021.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;5. Alhora, per fomentar l'assistència de menors i joves amb discapacitat o dependència a les activitats de lleure educatiu el Consell Insular assumeix enguany per segon any consecutiu la responsabilitat de facilitar a les persones i entitat organitzadores la possibilitat d'oferir places gratuïtes o a preu reduït a les activitats de lleure educatiu per aquests participants.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;6. Aquestes responsabilitats es fonamenten en l'exercici de les competències en matèria de joventut i lleure, concretament les referides a les activitats de lleure per a infants i joves, que va assumir el Consell Insular de Menorca amb la Llei 21/2006, de 15 de desembre, d'atribució de competències als consells de Menorca i d'Eivissa i Formentera, unes competències que exerceix en l'actualitat d'acord amb la Llei 5/2022, de 8 de juliol, de polítiques de joventut de les Illes Balears, i la Llei 10/2022, de 23 de desembre, de lleure educatiu per a infants i joves de les Illes Balears. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Per tot el que s'ha exposat i de conformitat amb la normativa bàsica aplicable al Consell Insular de Menorca en matèria de subvencions, en el marc del que estableixen les Bases d'execució del pressupost d'aquesta administració;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Atesa la proposta del conseller executiu del Departament de Cultura, Educació, Joventut i Esports;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El Consell Executiu, per unanimitat i en votació ordinària, adopta el següent&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px; text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;ACORD&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Primer. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Aprovar les bases que regeixen la concessió d'ajuts del Consell Insular de Menorca per contractar personal monitor addicional a les activitats de lleure educatiu puntuals per atendre els participants amb un grau de dependència o de discapacitat reconeguts i per finançar la participació d'aquests menors, les quals es transcriuen en annex. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Segon.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Aprovar simultàniament la convocatòria corresponent a l'any 2025 dels ajuts per contractar personal monitor a les activitats de lleure educatiu puntuals per atendre els participants amb un grau de dependència o de discapacitat reconeguts i per finançar la participació d'aquests menors, amb les condicions següents: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;)&amp;nbsp;Import global màxim dels ajuts i crèdit pressupostari. Les ajudes concedides s'atendran amb càrrec a les partides pressupostàries i pels imports màxims que s'indiquen més avall, sens perjudici que els imports puguin ser ampliats d'acord amb les disponibilitats pressupostàries:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;) En el cas que per a les línies 1 o 2 no s'esgoti la consignació pressupostària, la quantitat sobrant s'ha de revertir en l'altra línia.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;c&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;) En el supòsit que les sol·licituds presentades superin l'import previst per línia i l'import previst a la convocatòria, si no s'ha aprovat un augment suficient de la partida disponible per aquests ajuts i s'esgota la consignació pressupostària, s'han de reduir proporcionalment les ajudes d'aquestes línies.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;d&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;) Els imports màxims que es poden concedir en la línia 1 per atendre menors amb un grau de dependència reconegut o un grau de discapacitat igual o superior al 33 % reconegut inscrits en l'activitat de lleure educatiu, sempre que hi hagi prou crèdit per a aquesta convocatòria, són d'un màxim de:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul style="margin-left:40px"&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1.461 €/ mes brut per cada persona contractada a jornada complerta com a monitora de lleure educatiu, o la part proporcional. Si la contractació és inferior al mes natural, s'atorgarà una subvenció de 48,7 euros per persona contractada i dia.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1.986 €/ mes brut per cada persona contractada a jornada complerta, o la part proporcional, amb una categoria laboral corresponent a una titulació de caràcter oficial que disposa, que inclou les qualificacions professionals previstes a la base quarta dels ajuts, apartat de «Requisits de la línia 1», tercer punt. Si la contractació és inferior al mes natural s'atorgarà una subvenció de 66 euros per persona contractada i dia.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2.153 €/ mes brut per cada persona contractada a jornada complerta, o la part proporcional, amb una categoria laboral corresponent a una titulació de grau de caràcter oficial prevista a la base quarta dels ajuts apartat de «Requisits de la línia&amp;nbsp;1», punt tercer dels ajuts. Si la contractació és inferior al mes natural, s'atorgarà una subvenció de 72 euros per persona contractada i dia.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En tots els casos, quan la despesa feta sigui inferior a la de la subvenció, aquesta es minorarà proporcionalment&lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;e&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;) Els imports màxims que es poden concedir en la línia 2, sempre que hi hagi prou crèdit per a aquesta convocatòria, són d'un màxim de 450 € per cada menor i mes natural participant en l'activitat de lleure educatiu amb un grau de dependència reconegut o un grau de discapacitat igual o superior al 33 %. Si la participació és inferior al mes natural, s'atorgarà una subvenció màxima de 22 €/dia, amb un màxim de 450 € per persona i mes natural.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En cas que la despesa realitzada sigui inferior a la de la subvenció, aquesta es minorarà proporcionalment&lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;f&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;) El termini de presentació de sol·licituds començarà l'1 de setembre de 2025 i finalitzarà el 30 de setembre de 2025.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Primera. Objecte dels ajuts&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;L'objecte dels ajuts és compensar a les persones i les entitats organitzadores d'activitats de lleure infantil i juvenil puntual de Menorca les despeses de contractació de monitors addicionals per atendre infants i joves participants amb un grau de dependència i/o discapacitat reconegut, i atorgar també ajuts per compensar les despeses de participació d'aquests menors que assumeixen les seves famílies.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Els ajuts contribueixen a l'acompliment dels objectius, prevists en el Pla Estratègic de Subvencions, de garantir el dret a la participació en les activitats de lleure dels menors d'edat amb un grau de dependència o de discapacitat reconegut; afavorir la integració social dels col·lectius més vulnerables i promoure l'educació en valors, la convivència i la cohesió social.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Segona. Finalitat&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La finalitat d'aquests ajuts és garantir el dret a la participació efectiva d'infants i joves d'entre 3 i 17 anys de Menorca amb un grau de dependència i/o discapacitat reconegut en les activitats de lleure educatiu que organitzin les persones i les entitats de l'illa, de la iniciativa privada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Els ajuts també tenen la finalitat de garantir el compliment de les obligacions en matèria d'accessibilitat que corresponen a aquests organitzadors de les activitats.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Amb aquestes finalitats es pretén donar compliment a l'article 20 de la Llei 10/2022, de 23 de desembre, de lleure educatiu per a infants i joves de les Illes Balears, relatiu a les condicions d'accessibilitat de les persones amb diversitat funcional i cognitiva i foment de la inclusió.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Tercera. Finançament i import màxim&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Les ajudes que s'atorguin en el marc d'aquestes bases es pagaran amb càrrec a les partides pressupostàries i que s'estableixi en la convocatòria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Quarta. Activitats subvencionables: requisits i condicions &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Poden ser objecte de subvenció les activitats que s'inclouen en les dues línies d'ajuts següents:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Línia 1.&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;Ajuts per a l'abonament de part de les despeses de contractació de monitors per atendre els participants amb discapacitat i/o grau de dependència reconeguda.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Línia 2. Ajuts per finançar la participació de menors amb dependència o discapacitat reconeguda.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Un mateix sol·licitant pot rebre un ajut per cadascuna de les línies 1 i 2.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Les activitats subvencionables que presentin les persones o entitats organitzadores de les activitats d'educació en el lleure educatiu infantils i juvenils han de complir els requisits següents:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Requisits comuns a les dues línies&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Estar regulades per la normativa vigent que regula les activitats de lleure educatiu infantil i juvenil a les Illes Balears, que actualment és el Decret 23/2018, de 6 de juliol, pel qual es despleguen diversos aspectes de la normativa de joventut i de lleure. D'acord amb l'article 37.4 del Decret 23/2018, aquestes activitats són:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;) Acampada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;) Camp de treball, de voluntariat o d'aprenentatge.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;c&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;) Escola d'estiu o de vacances.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;d&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;) Colònia.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;e&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;) Estada, casal, campus i altres activitats de caràcter esportiu.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;f&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;) Activitats en una granja escola.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;g&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;) Activitats en una aula de natura.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;h&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;) Marxa per etapes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;i&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;) Activitats d'educació en el lleure educatiu infantil i juvenil de caràcter mixt: que incloguin activitats de tipus acadèmic i altres pròpiament de lleure educatiu.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;j&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;) Activitats extraordinàries d'aventura o d'esports de risc.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;k&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;) Qualsevol altra activitat assimilable, sigui quina sigui la seva denominació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; L'activitat de lleure educatiu ha de tenir lloc a Menorca entre el 16 de desembre de 2024 i el 15 de setembre de 2025.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; La persona o l'entitat organitzadora de l'activitat ha de presentar davant el Consell Insular la declaració responsable prevista en la normativa vigent en matèria d'activitats de lleure educatiu infantil i juvenil a les Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; L'IVA no es pot subvencionar, llevat de quan no sigui recuperable pel beneficiari (article 4.3 RD 81/2015).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Requisits de la línia 1&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Els monitors addicionals que es contractin per atendre menors d'edat amb un grau de dependència reconegut ha de respectar la proporció i la formació que indica l'article 48.9, lletres &lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; i &lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;, del Decret 23/2018, pel qual es despleguen diversos aspectes de la normativa de joventut i de lleure, sense perjudici que s'hagi d'ampliar per necessitats concretes de l'activitat o de les persones participants: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;) Participants en situació reconeguda de dependència moderada (grau I) o dependència severa (grau II): un mínim d'un monitor addicional amb alguna de les titulacions de l'article 52 del Decret 23/2018 per cada tres participants d'aquestes característiques. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;) Participants en situació reconeguda de gran dependència (grau III): un mínim d'un monitor o monitora amb alguna de les titulacions que s'indiquen en el punt tercer d'aquesta base quarta per a cada participant d'aquestes característiques.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Se subvenciona la contractació del monitor pel temps que l'infant o jove concernit participi en l'activitat. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Els monitors addicionals que es contractin per atendre menors d'edat amb un grau reconegut de dependència moderada (grau I) o dependència severa (grau II) o de discapacitat entre el 33 % i el 74 % ha de disposar d'una titulació recollida a l'article 52 del Decret 23/2018, que en la versió consolidada diu el següent:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. Els monitors i les monitores que desenvolupin la seva activitat a l'àmbit territorial de les Illes Balears han de tenir alguna de les titulacions següents: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;) El diploma de monitor/a d'activitats d'educació en el temps lliure infantil i juvenil, de conformitat amb el que estableix el títol II d'aquest Decret. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;) El certificat de professionalitat de dinamització d'activitats de temps lliure educatiu infantil i juvenil (Reial decret 1537/2011, de 31 d'octubre). &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;c&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;) Les titulacions de formació professional o els certificats de professionalitat que incloguin íntegrament la qualificació professional SSC564_2, Dinamització d'activitats de temps lliure educatiu infantil i juvenil (Reial decret 567/2011, de 20 d'abril), o els títols que es declarin equivalents, d'acord amb la normativa que disposi l'administració educativa competent. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;d&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;) El títol de tècnic/a superior en educació infantil (Reial decret 1394/2007, de 29 d'octubre) o titulacions declarades com a equivalents, sempre que les persones que participin en l'activitat no tenguin més de sis anys.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. En relació amb les activitats d'educació en el lleure infantil i juvenil de caràcter esportiu a què fa referència l'article 37, apartat 4.e), d'aquest decret, com a mínim el 40 % del personal que actuï com a monitor ha de tenir alguna de les titulacions que s'indiquen a continuació. En cas que l'aplicació del percentatge del 40 % doni com a resultat un número imparell o decimal, s'ha d'arrodonir a favor de les titulacions específiques d'aquest apartat. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;) Per a activitats esportives en general i per a les previstes en els subapartats següents d'aquest apartat, tret de les previstes en el subapartat &lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;c&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;, la llicenciatura o el grau en educació física o en ciències de l'activitat física i de l'esport i el títol de tècnic o tècnica superior en ensenyament i animació socioesportiva (Reial decret 653/2017, de 23 de juny, pel qual s'estableix el títol de tècnic superior en ensenyament i animació socioesportiva i es fixen els aspectes bàsics del currículum), de conformitat amb la normativa de l'administració educativa vigent. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;) Per a les diferents modalitats o disciplines esportives, com a mínim el cicle inicial dels títols de tècnic o tècnica de cada disciplina o modalitat, corresponents als ensenyaments de règim especial, de conformitat amb la normativa de l'administració educativa o equivalent; les formacions esportives de nivell I, II i III corresponents al règim transitori, de conformitat amb la normativa de l'administració esportiva; i les formacions esportives federatives de nivell I, II i III o equivalents, sempre que s'acrediti una càrrega lectiva d'un mínim del 80 % de les formacions de règim transitori. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;c&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;) Per a activitats d'escalada, exclusivament el títol de tècnic o tècnica esportiu en escalada (Reial decret 702/2019, de 29 de novembre, pel qual s'estableixen els títols de Tècnic Esportiu en Barrancs; Tècnic Esportiu en Escalada, i Tècnic Esportiu en Mitja Muntanya, i se'n fixen els currículums bàsics i els requisits d'accés) i, per a activitats de barranquisme, exclusivament el de Tècnic Esportiu en Barrancs (Reial decret 702/2019, de 29 de novembre). &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;d&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;) Per a activitats de cicloturisme, excursionisme, curses d'orientació, bicicleta de muntanya i marxa a cavall, a més dels títols i les formacions prevists a l'apartat &lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; anterior, el títol de tècnic o tècnica en guia en el medi natural i de lleure (Reial decret 402/2020, de 25 de febrer, pel qual s'estableix el títol de Tècnic en Guia en el Medi Natural i de Lleure i es fixen els aspectes bàsics del currículum), per a qualsevol d'aquestes modalitats, de conformitat amb la normativa de l'Administració educativa vigent que el regula. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;e&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;) Els certificats de professionalitat de la família professional d'activitats físiques i esportives, corresponent a l'activitat en qüestió. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; El monitor o monitora addicional que atengui menors d'edat en situació reconeguda de gran dependència (grau III) o de discapacitat igual o superior al 75 % ha de tenir qualsevol titulació de caràcter oficial que inclogui les qualificacions professionals (article 48.9&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Decret 23/2018): &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;I altres equivalents; així com les titulacions de grau en infermeria, fisioteràpia, teràpia ocupacional o educació social, mestre en educació especial, llicenciatura en pedagogia i pedagogia terapèutica i psicologia, psicopedagogia i similars; o altres que pugui determinar la normativa vigent en matèria d'activitats de lleure educatiu.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Per necessitats concretes de les persones participants es permetrà ampliar la proporció i la formació que indica aquesta base quarta de la forma següent:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El personal monitor addicional que es contracti per atendre menors d'edat amb un grau reconegut de dependència moderada (grau I) o dependència severa (grau II) o de discapacitat igual o superior al 33 % podrà disposar d'una titulació de caràcter oficial que inclogui les qualificacions professionals admeses per atendre menors d'edat en situació reconeguda de gran dependència (grau III), previstes a l'article 48.9&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Decret 23/2018 i a la base quarta, requisits de la línia 1, 3r. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Requisits de la línia 2&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Els menors participants han de tenir entre 3 i 17 anys.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Els menors participants han de tenir acreditat per l'autoritat competent un grau reconegut de discapacitat igual o superior al 33 % o un grau reconegut de dependència I, II o III.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Cinquena. Règim de compatibilitat amb altres ajuts &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Les subvencions que es regeixen per aquestes bases són de caràcter voluntari i eventual i es poden anul·lar, revocar i reintegrar en cada moment per les causes previstes en la llei o en aquestes bases; no generen cap dret a l'obtenció d'altres subvencions en anys posteriors i no es poden al·legar com a precedent. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Aquests ajuts són compatibles amb altres ajudes, subvencions, ingressos o recursos per dur a terme la mateixa activitat que es puguin rebre d'altres administracions o entitats, sense perjudici de l'obligació de les persones beneficiàries de comunicar-ho de la manera establerta en aquestes bases, sempre que el còmput no superi l'import total de l'activitat subvencionada. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Sisena. Requisits dels beneficiaris&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. Poden ser beneficiàries dels ajuts les persones físiques o jurídiques de la iniciativa privada que compleixin les condicions següents:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;) Tenir residència legal o ser una entitat radicada a Menorca. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;) Organitzar les activitats subvencionables. En el cas que l'activitat l'executi una persona física o jurídica diferent de l'organitzadora, la sol·licitud d'ajut l'ha de presentar l'organitzadora.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;c&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;) Presentar la declaració responsable davant el Consell Insular de Menorca prevista en l'article 45 del Decret 23/2018, de 6 de juliol, pel qual es despleguen diversos aspectes de la normativa de joventut i de lleure. El Consell Insular de Menorca ha de revisar d'ofici el compliment d'aquest requisit.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. En qualsevol cas, no poden ser-ne beneficiàries:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;) Les persones físiques o jurídiques de la iniciativa privada en les quals concorri alguna de les prohibicions establertes en l'article 13 de la Llei 38/2003, de 17 de novembre, general de subvencions, i en l'article 10 del Decret legislatiu 2/2005, de 28 de desembre, pel qual s'aprova el Text refós de la Llei de subvencions.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;) Les persones físiques o jurídiques de la iniciativa privada que, en el moment de dictar-se la proposta de resolució definitiva de la convocatòria per part de l'òrgan instructor, no estiguin al corrent en el compliment de les obligacions tributàries i amb la Seguretat Social davant l'Administració General de l'Estat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;c&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;) De conformitat amb el que disposa l'article 27 de la Llei 12/2006, de 20 de setembre, per a la dona, les persones físiques o jurídiques sancionades o condemnades per resolució administrativa o sentència judicial fermes per discriminació salarial, assetjament moral o qualsevol tipus de tracte desigual, per raó de sexe, en l'àmbit de les relacions laborals.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;d&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;) Tampoc poden ser beneficiàries de les subvencions que regulen aquestes bases les persones o les entitats en les quals es doni alguna de les circumstàncies recollides en l'article 11 de la Llei 11/2016, de 28 de juliol, d'igualtat de dones i homes, ni les que hagin estat sancionades mitjançant resolució ferma amb la pèrdua de la possibilitat d'obtenir una subvenció, d'acord amb la Llei 872016, de 30 de maig, per garantir els drets de lesbianes, gais, trans, bisexuals i intersexuals i erradicar l'LGTBI-fòbia, o qualsevol altra aplicable.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Setena. Presentació de les sol·licituds&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. Les sol·licituds s'han de presentar mitjançant el model normalitzat que s'adjunta com a annex 1 d'aquestes bases i és a la seu electrònica &lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;https://seuelectronica.cime.es&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. Documentació que s'ha de presentar amb la sol·licitud (annex 1):&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;D'acord amb l'article 28.2 de la Llei 39/2015, d'1 d'octubre, del procediment administratiu comú a les administracions públiques; amb la disposició addicional vuitena de la Llei orgànica 3/2018, de 5 de desembre, de protecció de dades personals i garantia dels drets digitals, i amb l'article 95.1 lletra &lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;k &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;de la Llei 58/2003, de 17 de desembre, general tributària, el Consell Insular de Menorca podrà verificar l'exactitud de les dades declarades, així com consultar o demanar els documents elaborats per qualsevol Administració de forma electrònica mitjançant les seves xarxes corporatives, consulta a les plataformes d'intermediació de dades o altres sistemes electrònics habilitats a l'efecte, sempre que no consti en l'expedient l'oposició expressa a l'esmentada consulta o quan la llei especial que sigui aplicable al cas en requereixi el consentiment exprés. En aquest darrer cas serà obligatori que l'Administració el requereixi i que l'interessat el presti. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ol class="lower-alpha" start="1"&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;&amp;nbsp;Còpia del document d'identificació fiscal (NIF/DNI/NIE/CIF), tan sols en el cas que s'oposi a la consulta per part del CIM. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;&amp;nbsp;Si el sol·licitant és persona jurídica, original o còpia de l'escriptura de constitució o modificació dels estatuts o del reglament intern de funcionament, inscrits en el registre corresponent. Si fos necessari de conformitat amb els seus estatuts, han d'aportar un certificat de l'acord adoptat per l'òrgan de govern de l'entitat per sol·licitar l'ajuda i per designar representant.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;&amp;nbsp;Si és una agrupació de persones físiques o jurídiques, una comunitat de béns o una altra agrupació econòmica sense personalitat jurídica, han de signar la sol·licitud totes les persones que la integren i adjuntar-hi els DNI (en el cas de persones físiques) o la documentació acreditativa de la personalitat jurídica de cada un dels integrants. Així mateix, han de designar un únic representant i un únic domicili per a notificacions.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;&amp;nbsp;Acreditació de la representació si la sol·licitud es presenta en nom d'un altre (annex&amp;nbsp;III).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;&amp;nbsp;En el cas d'empreses, han de presentar la documentació justificativa d'estar d'alta de l'impost d'activitats econòmiques corresponent. Si l'empresa no està obligada a estar d'alta de l'impost esmentat, ha d'acreditar aquesta circumstància mitjançant una declaració responsable.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;&amp;nbsp;Declaració responsable signada pel sol·licitant o pel seu representant legal de no estar sotmès a cap de les circumstàncies que determinen la impossibilitat d'obtenir la condició de beneficiari o entitat col·laboradora de les subvencions públiques recollides en l'article 13.2 de la Llei 38/2003, de 17 de novembre, general de subvencions (BOE núm. 276 de 18 de novembre de 2003); en els apartats 1 i 2 de l'article 10 del Text refós de la Llei de subvencions, aprovat per mitjà del Decret legislatiu 2/2005, de 28 de desembre, i en la resta de lleis que resultin d'aplicació (annex 1, punt 8).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;&amp;nbsp;Declaració responsable signada pel sol·licitant o pel seu representant legal relativa a les subvencions o ajudes obtingudes o sol·licitades d'altres institucions públiques o privades per dur a terme la mateixa activitat (annex&amp;nbsp;I, punt 3).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;&amp;nbsp;Document de designació de compte bancari de l'empresa o del seu representant segons el facilitat pel Consell Insular de Menorca, llevat que ja constin en la Tresoreria General del CIM, la qual cosa s'ha de fer constar expressament en la sol·licitud (annex 2).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;&amp;nbsp;En cas de no autoritzar el Consell Insular de Menorca a comprovar el compliment de les obligacions tributàries, d'acord amb el que estableix l'article 28.2 de la Llei 39/2015, del procediment administratiu comú a les administracions públiques, i en l'article 95.1 lletra &lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;k &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;de la Llei 58/2003, general tributària, la persona interessada haurà d'aportar un certificat en què consti que està al corrent de les obligacions tributàries i amb la Seguretat Social davant l'Administració de l'Estat. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;&amp;nbsp;Certificat d'empadronament (només persones físiques), només en el cas que s'oposi a la consulta per part del CIM. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ol&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;S'eximeix de presentar la documentació a què fan referència les lletres &lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a, b, d, e&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; i &lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;h&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; en el cas que aquesta ja consti en els arxius del Consell Insular. En aquest cas s'ha de fer constar expressament en la sol·licitud i indicar en quin expedient o registre d'entrada consta. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;B&lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;) Documentació específica requerida per a la concessió dels ajuts&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;— Línies 1 i 2&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a) Llista de les persones menors d'edat que han participat en l'activitat de lleure educatiu i que tenen un grau de discapacitat igual o superior al 33 % o de dependència reconegut per l'organisme competent, en què constin només les inicials del menor, el percentatge de discapacitat o el nivell grau de dependència reconegut, i les dates en què ha assistit a l'activitat (annex 1, punt 4).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El Consell Insular de Menorca podrà sol·licitar en qualsevol moment que s'acrediti documentalment la informació aportada en el formulari de sol·licitud relativa al grau de discapacitat o de dependència reconegut de la persona menor d'edat participant en l'activitat i el justificant de reserva de plaça o de la inscripció en l'activitat d'educació en el lleure educatiu.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;— Línia 1&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a) Relació del personal contractat per atendre les persones menors d'edat que han participat a l'activitat i que tenen un grau de discapacitat igual o superior al 33 % o de dependència reconegut per l'organisme competent. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;S'ha d'indicar si es tracta d'una contractació directa o mitjançant un contracte de serveis amb una altra entitat o empresa, així com la despesa que ha representat per a la persona o entitat que organitza l'activitat d'educació en el lleure educatiu (annex 1, punt 5.1).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En cas de contractació directa cal especificar la duració i categoria del contracte i el tipus de jornada. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b) En el cas de contractació directa, s'ha de presentar còpia dels documents següents:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;e) En el cas que organitzi l'activitat una persona jurídica, justificació de disposar de seu a Menorca.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En relació amb la documentació que determinen els apartats anteriors, s'ha de notificar al Consell Insular de Menorca qualsevol modificació que es produeixi durant el període subvencionat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;— Línia 2&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a) Documentació justificativa emesa per la persona o l'entitat organitzadora de l'activitat en què es faci constar el cost total en concepte de participació en l'activitat per cada menor amb un grau dependència o de discapacitat reconegut que ha assumit la seva família.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b) Documentació justificativa signada per la família del menor amb un grau de dependència o de discapacitat reconegut en què figuri que dona el seu consentiment a la persona o l'entitat organitzadora de l'activitat perquè presenti de la petició d'ajut de la Línia 2 pel seu fill o la seva filla, les dades identificatives del progenitor que ha pagat el cost de participació en l'activitat (el nom, els llinatges i el número de DNI), les inicials del menor, i el número de compte bancari on vol que li sigui compensat l'ajut que li correspongui rebre. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3. D'acord amb l'article 28.3 i l'article 53 &lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;c&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; de la Llei 39/2015, d'1 d'octubre, de procediment administratiu comú de les administracions públiques (LPACAP), les persones interessades no tenen l'obligació de presentar documents originals, llevat que amb caràcter excepcional la normativa reguladora aplicable exigeixi el contrari. En qualsevol cas, les persones interessades són responsables de la veracitat dels documents que presentin (article 28.7 de l'LPACAP).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;D'acord amb l'article 28.5 de l'LPACAP, excepcionalment, quan la rellevància d'un document de l'expedient aportat per l'interessat així ho exigeixi, o hi hagi dubtes derivats de la qualitat de la còpia, el CIM pot sol·licitar de manera motivada l'autenticació de les còpies aportades per la persona interessada, per la qual cosa pot requerir l'exhibició del document o de la informació original.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4. Les sol·licituds i tota la documentació transcrita en el punt 2 de la base setena s'han de presentar, dins el termini establert en la convocatòria, d'acord amb les indicacions següents:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a) Per mitjans electrònics, pels subjectes legalment prevists d'acord amb el que estableix l'article 14.1 i 2 de l'LPACAP, al registre electrònic del Consell Insular de Menorca o a qualsevol altre registre electrònic dels establerts en l'article 16.4 de l'esmentada llei.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b) De forma presencial, només les persones físiques, a la seu del Consell Insular de Menorca a Maó i Ciutadella i a qualsevol altre registre i lloc dels establerts en l'article 16.4 de la Llei 39/2015 d'1 d'octubre, del procediment administratiu comú de les administracions públiques.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Si algun dels subjectes obligats als quals fa referència l'article 14, apartats 2 i 3, de l'LPACAP, presenta la sol·licitud presencialment, se'l requerirà per tal que l'esmeni mitjançant la seva presentació electrònica. A aquests efectes i d'acord amb el que estableix l'article 68.4 de la mateixa llei, es considerarà com a data de presentació de la sol·licitud aquella en què hagi tingut lloc l'esmena.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;5. Si la sol·licitud o la documentació fossin incorrectes o incompletes, el Consell Insular de Menorca en requerirà la rectificació o el complement necessaris. Si en el termini de deu dies hàbils, comptats des de l'endemà d'haver rebut el requeriment d'esmena de la sol·licitud, la persona interessada no fa la rectificació reclamada o no presenta la documentació requerida, s'entendrà que ha desistit de la seva petició de conformitat amb l'article 68 de l'LPACAP.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Vuitena. Despeses subvencionables, pressupost del projecte i pressupost subvencionable&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;) Línia 1&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Són subvencionables les despeses corresponents a nòmines, minutes o prestacions de serveis professionals del personal monitor de les activitats d'educació en el lleure educatiu que sigui imprescindible per atendre participants amb discapacitat o amb dependència reconeguda d'acord amb les ràtios i la formació que consten en la clàusula quarta i les despeses d'inscripció, matrícula i quotes de participació en les activitats corresponents a aquests menors, d'acord amb el que figura a la base quarta.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Els contractes laborals i les despeses de prestacions de serveis professionals del personal monitor no poden ser inferiors al salari mínim previst en el Conveni col·lectiu marc estatal del sector oci educatiu i animació sociocultural (Resolució de 10 de març de 2021 de la Direcció General de Treball per la qual es registra i es publica el III Conveni col·lectiu marc estatal del sector oci educatiu i animació sociocultural) amb l'augment corresponent a l'any 2025, o amb el Conveni col·lectiu de referència que estigui vigent durant la contractació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;​​​​​​​&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;) Línia 2&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Són despeses subvencionables la matrícula i les quotes dels participants amb dependència o amb discapacitat reconeguda en activitats d'educació en el lleure educatiu infantil i juvenil a Menorca que paguen les famílies.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Tant a la matrícula com als justificants dels pagaments de la matrícula i les quotes ha de constar el nom de la persona beneficiària o participant.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Els comprovants de les despeses han d'anar a nom del menor d'edat pel qual se sol·licita l'ajut o s'ha d'aportar la documentació acreditativa justificativa que acrediti que el menor d'edat és qui du a terme l'activitat subvencionada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. D'acord amb el que estableix l'article 31 de la Llei 38/2003, de 17 de novembre, general de subvencions, és despesa subvencionable i, per tant, forma part del pressupost inicial del projecte que es presenta, la que respongui a la naturalesa de l'activitat subvencionada, sigui estrictament necessària i es faci dins el termini establert en aquestes bases.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3. A més del compliment dels requisits establerts en aquesta base, només es pot considerar com a despesa feta i, per tant, subvencionable, la que s'hagi pagat abans d'acabar el termini de presentació de la justificació de l'ajuda. La forma d'acreditar aquest pagament i el termini per dur-lo a terme es regulen en la base tretzena, de justificació de les despeses.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Quan el beneficiari de la subvenció sigui una empresa, les despeses subvencionables en què hagi incorregut en les seves operacions comercials hauran d'haver estat abonades en els terminis de pagament previstos a la normativa sectorial que li sigui aplicable o, si no, als establerts a la Llei 3/2004, de 29 de desembre, per la qual s'estableixen mesures de lluita contra la morositat en les operacions comercials.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Novena. Determinació de l'import de la subvenció&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Per determinar l'import de la subvenció es tindrà en compte el cost de la despesa subvencionable acreditat per la persona sol·licitant. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Línia 1&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;L'import de la subvenció per persona física o jurídica beneficiària està determinat pel cost de la contractació de monitors d'acord amb la base tercera i que sigui necessari per atendre els menors d'edat que participin en les activitats de lleure educatiu i per l'import màxim de subvenció que s'estableix en la convocatòria. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Línia 2&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;L'import màxim de subvenció per persona física o jurídica beneficiària és el determinat en la convocatòria i està determinat pel cost de la matrícula i les quotes dels participants amb dependència o amb discapacitat reconeguda en activitats d'educació en el lleure educatiu infantil i juvenil a Menorca que paguen les famílies.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Desena. Procediment i òrgans competents per a la concessió dels ajuts&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. D'acord amb els principis d'objectivitat, transparència, igualtat, no discriminació i publicitat, els ajuts es concedeixen per mitjà del procediment de concurrència no competitiva, en consideració al compliment dels requisits que estableix aquesta convocatòria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. L'inici de l'expedient s'efectua per mitjà de l'aprovació de la convocatòria corresponent. El text de la convocatòria i la resta de documentació que es requereixi s'ha de comunicar a la Base de dades nacional de subvencions (BDNS) i publicar l'extracte de la convocatòria en el &lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;, en compliment de l'article 20.8 de la Llei 38/2003, de 17 de novembre, general de subvencions (BOE núm. 276 de 18 de novembre de 2003).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3. La instrucció correspon al tècnic que s'indiqui en la convocatòria corresponent, que ha de coordinar d'ofici totes les actuacions necessàries per a la determinació, el coneixement i la comprovació de les dades en virtut de les quals s'ha de dictar resolució sobre la concessió dels ajuts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4. Totes les sol·licituds presentades dins el termini establert en la convocatòria s'han de sotmetre a l'examen de l'instructor/a de l'expedient o de la comissió avaluadora, que ha de verificar totes les sol·licituds presentades per emetre un informe que servirà de base per elevar la proposta de resolució corresponent a l'òrgan competent, que, en aquest cas, és el conseller executiu competent, qui ha de dictar una resolució provisional d'admesos i exclosos, en la qual ha d'indicar la causa d'exclusió així com les deficiències que puguin presentar les sol·licituds i obrir un termini de deu dies hàbils a partir de la notificació a les persones interessades perquè puguin esmenar les deficiències que han motivat l'exclusió dels ajuts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Si la persona interessada no fa la rectificació o no presenta la documentació requerida, s'entén que ha desistit de la petició, de conformitat amb l'article 68 de l'LPACAP. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Independentment que la notificació es dugui a terme en paper o per mitjans electrònics, s'ha de publicar al taulell d'anuncis del web oficial del Consell Insular de Menorca (&lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;http://www.cime.es&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;) l'edicte amb la relació provisional d'admesos i exclosos. Es pot enviar un avís al dispositiu electrònic o a l'adreça de correu electrònic de l'interessat que aquest hagi comunicat per informar-lo de la publicació de l'edicte. La falta de pràctica d'aquest avís no impedeix que la notificació es consideri plenament vàlida.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;5. Una vegada examinades les al·legacions i la documentació aportada, després de comprovar que es compleixen els requisits per a l'obtenció dels ajuts per l'instructor o la comissió avaluadora corresponent, i després que aquesta hagi emès el seu informe, l'instructor n'elevarà la corresponent proposta de resolució de concessió o denegació dels ajuts a l'òrgan competent, que en aquest cas és el conseller executiu de Cultura, Educació, Joventut i Esports, que ha de dictar la resolució sobre la concessió o denegació dels ajuts. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La resolució de l'expedient d'atorgament de les subvencions ha de ser expressa i motivada, i ha de fixar, amb caràcter definitiu, la quantia específica de cada una de les subvencions concedides.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;6. El termini màxim per dictar i notificar la resolució expressa de concessió de subvenció és de sis mesos comptats des de la data d'acabament del termini de presentació de sol·licituds. Això no obstant, aquest termini es pot reduir si s'estableix expressament en la convocatòria dels ajuts. El silenci administratiu tindrà caràcter desestimatori.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;7. La notificació de la resolució de les ajudes s'ha d'efectuar mitjançant la publicació en el &lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;8. La resolució de l'expedient de concessió o denegació dels ajuts s'ha de remetre a la BDNS en compliment de l'article 20.8 de l'LGS i el CIM l'ha de publicar al&lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; a efectes de notificació (article 54.1&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; de l'LPACAP).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Onzena. Comissió avaluadora&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a. La comissió avaluadora és l'òrgan col·legiat a qui correspon examinar les sol·licituds presentades i emetre'n l'informe que ha de servir de base per elaborar la proposta de resolució que ha de formular l'òrgan instructor competent.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b. La comissió avaluadora està formada pels membres següents:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;President/a&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Secretari/ària&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Vocals (un nombre no inferior a tres) &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;c. La comissió avaluadora s'ha de constituir obligatòriament quan l'import global dels fons públics prevists en la convocatòria sigui superior als 50.000 euros, o bé quan l'import individual màxim de la subvenció sigui superior a 7.000 euros.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;d. Quan no sigui preceptiva la constitució, l'existència de la comissió avaluadora només és necessària si es preveu expressament en la resolució de la convocatòria corresponent, en la qual s'ha de fixar, en tot cas, quin és l'òrgan que ha d'examinar les sol·licituds i ha d'emetre l'informe que ha de servir de base per elaborar la proposta de resolució.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Dotzena. Abonament dels ajuts&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. L'ajut s'abonarà quan el beneficiari hagi justificat la realització de l'activitat subvencionada de conformitat amb l'establert en aquestes bases, sempre que la disponibilitat de tresoreria ho permeti. Tot i això, pel que fa a la línia 2, la documentació justificativa d'haver compensat als participants amb un grau dependència o de discapacitat reconegut l'ajut percebut pel Consell Insular per aquest concepte tindrà lloc en el termini màxim d'un mes a comptar a partir de l'endemà de l'abonament per part del Consell Insular de l'ajut.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. En la fase de comprovació de la despesa feta, s'ha de sol·licitar al beneficiari la presentació dels justificants que es creguin oportuns per obtenir una evidència raonable sobre l'adequada aplicació de la subvenció.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3. No es podrà pagar la subvenció mentre el beneficiari no estigui al corrent en el compliment de les seves obligacions tributàries de l'Estat i davant la Seguretat Social. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4. Les subvencions que es paguin a persones físiques restaran subjectes a retenció d'acord amb la normativa que regula l'impost sobre la renda de les persones físiques.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Tretzena. Justificació de les despeses&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. Línia 1: les persones i les entitats beneficiàries resten obligades a justificar les despeses de contractació dels monitors de les activitats per atendre menors amb discapacitat subvencionades juntament amb la sol·licitud i les despeses de la seva participació, en el termini que figura a la convocatòria de l'any en curs. Si hi hagués causes excepcionals que ho impedeixin, els beneficiaris les han d'al·legar per escrit i, a la vista d'aquestes causes, l'òrgan competent per atorgar els ajuts podrà ampliar el termini de justificació dels ajuts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Línia 2: les persones i les entitats beneficiàries resten obligades a justificar que han compensat a les famílies dels participants l'ajut percebut en concepte de participació en el termini que figura a la convocatòria. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La compensació ha de tenir lloc per transferència bancària i el justificant ha de permetre comprovar que el compte bancari ordenant és el del sol·licitant de l'ajut, que el compte bancari destinatari és el del progenitor del menor participant, i que el concepte és la compensació de l'ajut de la línia 2 per la participació d'aquest menor.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. Es consideraran justificats els ajuts la sol·licitud dels quals (inclosa la documentació presentada) compleixi tots els requisits d'aquesta convocatòria, i per tant no caldrà presentar cap altra documentació addicional per justificar la subvenció.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3.&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;Si la despesa justificada excedeix de l'import concedit, la possible desviació pressupostària anirà a càrrec de la persona beneficiària. Si, per contra, la despesa justificada és inferior a l'import subvencionat, s'ha de reduir de manera proporcional la subvenció concedida.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4. Línia 1: són despeses subvencionables les efectivament pagades abans que acabi el termini de justificació dels ajuts. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Línia 2: són despeses subvencionables la matricula i les quotes que han pagat les famílies en concepte de participació dels menors amb discapacitat o amb dependència abans que expiri el termini de sol·licitud, i que la persona o l'entitat organitzadora de l'activitat ha de compensar a les famílies un cop hagi rebut l'ajut atorgat pel Consell Insular.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;5. El Consell Insular de Menorca podrà inspeccionar les activitats subvencionades, sense perjudici de les competències que puguin correspondre, per normativa legal o reglamentària, a altres organismes o institucions.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Catorzena. Obligacions dels beneficiaris&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Són obligacions dels beneficiaris:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;) Comunicar al CIM l'acceptació de la subvenció en els termes en què aquesta es concedeixi. En qualsevol cas, la subvenció s'entén acceptada tàcitament un cop transcorreguts quinze dies hàbils des de la notificació de la concessió dels ajuts en el &lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;) Executar l'activitat objecte de subvenció en el termini màxim establert.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;c&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;) Dur a terme les activitats que fonamenten la concessió dels ajuts i justificar-ne la realització en els terminis i en les condicions establerts en aquestes bases i en la resolució de concessió dels ajuts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul style="margin-left:40px"&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Línia 1 i 2. Es considerarà que no ha destinat l'ajut a la finalitat per a la qual s'ha concedit, i hauran de reintegrar l'import de l'ajut concedit les persones o les entitats organitzadores de les activitats que no disposin de participants amb un grau reconegut de discapacitat igual o superior al 33 % o de dependència.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Línia 1. Es considerarà que no han destinat l'ajut a la finalitat per a la qual s'ha concedit, i hauran de reintegrar l'import de l'ajut concedit les persones o les entitats organitzadores de les activitats que no hagin contractat monitors per atendre aquests menors, que hagin rescindit el contracte o no hagin pagat el salari dels monitors per atendre participants amb discapacitat, llevat de causa degudament justificada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Línia 2. Es considerarà que no han destinat l'ajut a la finalitat per a la qual s'ha concedit, i hauran de reintegrar l'import de l'ajut concedit les persones o les entitats organitzadores de les activitats quan no hagin compensat a les famílies l'import l'ajut percebut del Consell Insular en el termini màxim d'un mes a comptar a partir de l'endemà de l'abonament per part del Consell Insular de l'ajut, la persona o l'entitat organitzadora de l'activitat haurà de presentar al Consell Insular.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;d&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;) Acreditar, quan el Consell els ho sol·liciti, que estan al corrent de les obligacions tributàries i amb la Seguretat Social. L'acreditació no serà necessària en el cas que s'hagi autoritzat expressament el Consell Insular a consultar-ho.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;e&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;) Proporcionar la informació sobre l'activitat subvencionada que li requereix el Consell Insular de Menorca.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;f&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;) Sotmetre's a les actuacions de comprovació que efectuïn el Consell Insular de Menorca i la resta d'organismes competents per a la fiscalització dels comptes públics.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;g&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;) Conservar els documents justificatius de l'aplicació dels fons percebuts, inclosos els documents electrònics, mentre puguin ser objecte d'actuacions de comprovació i control.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;h&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;) Comunicar al Consell Insular de Menorca, en qualsevol moment la sol·licitud o l'obtenció d'altres ingressos, subvencions, recursos o ajudes per a la mateixa activitat. Així mateix, l'ajut obtingut més les quanties obtingudes d'altres ajuts mai podran superar el cost de l'activitat de lleure educatiu. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;i&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;) Fer constar de manera expressa el suport del Consell Insular de Menorca en la realització de les activitats subvencionades.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;j&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;) Comunicar immediatament al Consell Insular de Menorca qualsevol eventualitat que alteri o que dificulti greument el desenvolupament del projecte subvencionat, en particular si se'n poden derivar retards en l'execució o si poden afectar el cost total, i sol·licitar l'autorització prèvia i expressa del Consell Insular per fer qualsevol modificació substancial del projecte objecte d'ajuda. Les sol·licituds de modificació han de ser motivades, s'han de formular immediatament a l'aparició de les circumstàncies que la justifiquin i han d'especificar les repercussions pressupostàries que impliquin.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;k&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;) Reintegrar els fons percebuts en els supòsits previstos en l'article 37 de la Llei 38/2003, de 17 de novembre, general de subvencions.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;l&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;) Destinar l'import de l'ajut a la finalitat per a la qual s'ha concedit, entenent que això es compleix quan:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul style="margin-left:40px"&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Línia 1, la persona o l'entitat que organitza l'activitat d'educació en el lleure educatiu ha contractat i pagat el salari del personal monitor per atendre participants amb discapacitat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Línia 2: la persona o l'entitat que organitza l'activitat d'educació en el lleure educatiu ha compensat a les famílies dels menors l'ajut percebut del Consell Insular, l'ajut rebut en concepte de la participació en les activitats.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Quinzena. Revocació i reintegrament dels ajuts&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Pel que fa a la revocació i el reintegrament de les subvencions, s'ha d'aplicar el que disposa la Llei 38/2003, de 17 de novembre, general de subvencions i la resta de normativa que hi sigui aplicable.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Setzena. Infraccions i sancions&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. El règim d'infraccions i sancions administratives aplicables és l'establert en el títol V del Decret legislatiu 2/2005, de 28 de desembre, pel qual s'aprova el Text refós de la Llei de subvencions, i en el títol IV de la Llei 38/2003, de 17 de novembre, general de subvencions.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. L'òrgan competent per imposar les sancions que es derivin d'infraccions de l'establert en aquestes bases i de la normativa aplicable en matèria de subvencions és el conseller executiu competent per raó de la matèria en el cas d'infraccions lleus i greus, i el Consell Executiu en cas d'infraccions molt greus, de conformitat amb l'establert en l'article 69 de la Llei 4/2022, de 28 de juny, de consells insulars.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Dessetena. Altres disposicions&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Recursos administratius&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. Els acords del Consell Executiu pels quals s'aproven les bases i les convocatòries no exhaureixen la via administrativa i són susceptibles d'interposar-hi en el termini d'un mes a partir de l'endemà de la seva publicació en el BOIB, recurs d'alçada davant el Ple del Consell Insular de Menorca, sens perjudici que pugui utilitzar qualsevol altre recurs que es consideri procedent en dret.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;L'esmentat recurs s'entendrà desestimat si no es notifica la seva resolució quan hagin transcorregut tres mesos des de la seva interposició. Contra la desestimació del recurs d'alçada per silenci administratiu podreu interposar recurs contenciós administratiu davant el Jutjat Contenciós Administratiu de Palma.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. Les resolucions dels consellers executius per les quals es concedeixen i deneguen els ajuts, no exhaureixen la via administrativa i són recurribles en alçada davant el Consell Executiu, en el termini d'un mes a partir de l'endemà de la data de la seva publicació en el BOIB, sens perjudici que es pugui utilitzar qualsevol altre recurs que es consideri procedent en dret.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;L'esmentat recurs s'entendrà desestimat si no es notifica la resolució quan hagin transcorregut tres mesos des de la seva interposició. &lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En tot allò no previst expressament en aquestes bases regeixen les disposicions que siguin aplicables al Consell Insular de Menorca en matèria de subvencions, especialment les contingudes en les normes següents:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Llei 38/2003, de 17 de novembre, general de subvencions.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;

	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Decret 23/2018, de 6 de juliol, pel qual es despleguen diversos aspectes de la normativa de joventut i de lleure.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Decret 28/2021, de 10 de maig, de modificació del Decret 23/2018, de 6 de juliol, pel qual es desplega parcialment la Llei 10/2006, de 26 de juliol, integral de la joventut.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Llei 10/2022, de 23 de desembre, de lleure educatiu per a infants i joves de les Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ol&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Divuitena. Protecció de dades de caràcter personal&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Les dades personals es tractaran d'acord amb el Reglament (UE) 2016/679 del Parlament Europeu i del Consell, de 27 d'abril de 2016, relatiu a la protecció de les persones físiques en relació amb el tractament de dades personals i a la lliure circulació d'aquestes dades (RGPD), i amb la Llei orgànica 3/2018, de 5 de desembre, de protecció de dades personals i garantia del dret digital. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En el moment en què els sol·licitants facilitin les dades personals, el CIM ha de facilitar la informació d'acord amb l'article 13 de l'RGPD. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Annex 1&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;.
