&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;El Sr. Batle-President d'aquest Ajuntament, dia 7 d'abril dictà la següent resolució:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;“DECRET DE BATLIA núm. 2025-0332&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Atès que per Decret de Batlia núm. 2024-0641 de 3 de setembre de 2024, es van aprovar les bases específiques que regiran la convocatòria d'un concurs-oposició, per constituir una plaça de secretaria i constitució d'una borsa de feina, personal&amp;nbsp; funcionari interí, d'aquest ajuntament (BOIB núm. 121 de 14-09-2024)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Vist que, dia 04-04-2025 es va publicar l'anunci de la llista definitiva d'aquest procés.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Pel present i en ús de les atribucions conferides a la Batlia per l'art. 21 de la Llei de les Bases del Règim Local, pel present:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;HE RESOLT:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Ho mana i signa el Sr. Batle a la data de la signatura electrònica i ho signa la Secretària-acctal. als sols efectes de donar fe. &lt;/span&gt;Binissalem, a la data de la signatura electrònica.”&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
