&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;1. Mitjançant la Resolució del síndic major de 5 de desembre de 2024 (BOIB núm. 161, de 12 de desembre de 2024), es va aprovar la convocatòria ordinària per accedir als diferents nivells que integren la carrera professional horitzontal del personal funcionari i laboral de la Sindicatura de Comptes de les Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;2. El 6 de març de 2024, el Comitè de Valoració va elevar al síndic major la llista provisional de persones participants que compleixen els requisits de la convocatòria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;3. D&amp;apos;acord amb la llista provisional elaborada pel Comitè de Valoració, cap del sol·licitants ha d&amp;apos;esmenar la sol·licitud i no hi ha persones excloses, per la qual cosa no és necessari atorgar a les persones interessades el termini previst en la base 5.7 de la convocatòria per esmenar les deficiències i per formular-hi al·legacions contra l&amp;apos;exclusió. S&amp;apos;entén que la llista provisional elaborada pel Comitè de Valoració esdevé la proposta definitiva sobre l&amp;apos;estimació o desestimació de les sol·licituds d&amp;apos;accés que disposa la base 5.8 de la convocatòria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Fonaments de dret&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;1. La base 5.9 de la convocatòria estableix que el síndic major ha de dictar una resolució definitiva, en la qual ha de constar de manera individualitzada l&amp;apos;assoliment o no del nivell de carrera corresponent, amb l&amp;apos;especificació de les respectives causes de desestimació o exclusió. Aquesta resolució s&amp;apos;ha de publicar en el &lt;em&gt;Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears&lt;/em&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;2. La base 6 de la convocatòria disposa que el reconeixement administratiu del nivell corresponent es retrotreu a la data de publicació de la convocatòria en el &lt;em&gt;Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears&lt;/em&gt;. Els efectes econòmics es retrotreuen com a màxim a 1 de gener de 2024 i no poden ser anteriors a la data en què, per a la persona sol·licitant, es compleixen cinc anys des que ha aconseguit el nivell reconegut anteriorment o, en el seu cas, des que ha assolit els requisits per accedir al nivell inicial.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Per tot això, &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="text-align: center"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Resolc&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;1. Aprovar la llista definitiva de les persones que assoleixen un nou nivell de carrera professional i que s&amp;apos;adjunta com annex.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;2. Publicar aquesta Resolució i el seu annex en el &lt;em&gt;Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears &lt;/em&gt;i en el tauler d&amp;apos;anuncis de la seu electrònica de l&amp;apos;SCIB, &amp;lt;https://seu.sindicaturaib.org&amp;gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Contra aquesta Resolució, que no exhaureix la via administrativa, podeu interposar un recurs d&amp;apos;alçada davant el Consell de la Sindicatura en el termini d&amp;apos;un mes comptador des de l&amp;apos;endemà de publicar-se, de conformitat amb la disposició addicional primera del Reglament de règim interior de l&amp;apos;SCIB i els articles 121 i següents de la Llei 39/2015, d&amp;apos;1 d&amp;apos;octubre, del procediment administratiu comú de les administracions públiques.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
