&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;1. El 22 d&amp;apos;ago&lt;span style="background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255)"&gt;st&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255)"&gt; de 2024,&lt;/span&gt; es va publicar, en el &lt;em&gt;Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears,&lt;/em&gt; l&amp;apos;Ordre 3&lt;span style="background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255)"&gt;1&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255)"&gt;/2024&lt;/span&gt; del conseller de Turisme, Cultura i Esports per la qual s&amp;apos;estableixen les bases reguladores i s&amp;apos;aprova la convocatòria de les ajudes &lt;em&gt;de minimis&lt;/em&gt; per a la concessió de subvencions per finançar projectes de millora de l&amp;apos;eficiència energètica i l&amp;apos;economia circular a establiments turístics, en el marc del PRTR finançat per la Unió Europea Next Generation EU.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;2. El 26 de setembre de 2024, s&amp;apos;ha publicat, en el &lt;em&gt;Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears,&lt;/em&gt; la Resolució del conseller de Turisme, Cultura i Esports per la qual es modifica la convocatòria en el sentit d&amp;apos;ampliar el termini de presentació de sol·licituds.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;3. D&amp;apos;acord amb la nova redacció de l&amp;apos;apartat 11 de la convocatòria, el termini de presentació de sol·licituds es va iniciar el 23 d&amp;apos;agost de 2024 i va finalitzar el 31 d&amp;apos;octubre de 2024.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;4. El 6 de febrer de 2024, s&amp;apos;ha publicat, en el &lt;em&gt;Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears,&lt;/em&gt; la Resolució del conseller de Turisme, Cultura i Esports per la qual es modifica la convocatòria en el sentit d&amp;apos;ampliar el termini d&amp;apos;execució i justificació de l&amp;apos;ajuda.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;5. D&amp;apos;acord amb la nova redacció dels apartats 12 i 13 de la convocatòria, el termini d&amp;apos;execució finalitza el 31 de maig de 2025 i el termini de justificació finalitza el 30 de juny de 2025.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;6. D&amp;apos;acord amb l&amp;apos;article 11 de l&amp;apos;Ordre 3&lt;span style="background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255)"&gt;1&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255)"&gt;/2024 &lt;/span&gt;i l&amp;apos;apartat 8 de la convocatòria, aquesta està sotmesa al règim &lt;em&gt;de minimis &lt;/em&gt;establert en&lt;em&gt; &lt;/em&gt;el Reglament (UE) 2023/2831 de la Comissió, de 13 de desembre de 2023, relatiu a l&amp;apos;aplicació dels articles 107 i 108 del TFUE a les ajudes &lt;em&gt;de minimis. &lt;/em&gt;L&amp;apos;aplicació del Reglament implica que la persona beneficiària, com a empresa única, no pot percebre ajudes &lt;em&gt;de minimis&lt;/em&gt; procedents d&amp;apos;administracions o d&amp;apos;entitats públiques o privades finançades amb càrrec als pressuposts públics per un import superior a 300.000 euros en el període de tres anys.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;7. D&amp;apos;acord amb el punt 4 de la convocatòria, el crèdit inicialment assignat a aquesta convocatòria és de 10.094.723,68 euros, finançats amb els fons procedents del PRTR, amb càrrec a la partida pressupostària 12201/G/751C01/77000/00/MR053, o la que la pugui substituir, amb la distribució pressupostària següent:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;8. L&amp;apos;article 17.2 de l&lt;span style="background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255)"&gt;&amp;apos;Ordre &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255)"&gt;31&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255)"&gt;/2024 &lt;/span&gt;estableix que, atès que l&amp;apos;objecte de la subvenció és el finançament d&amp;apos;actuacions que no requereixen la valoració comparativa amb altres propostes, es poden dictar les resolucions de concessió de les ajudes, una vegada que s&amp;apos;hagi comprovat el compliment dels requisits establerts en la convocatòria, encara que no hagi finalitzat el termini de presentació de les sol·licituds. La convocatòria no preveu la intervenció de cap comissió avaluadora.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;D&amp;apos;altra banda, l&amp;apos;article 17.1 de l&amp;apos;Ordre estableix que la selecció de les persones beneficiàries de les subvencions s&amp;apos;ha d&amp;apos;efectuar mitjançant el procediment de concurrència no competitiva. Les persones beneficiàries han de ser seleccionades per rigorós ordre d&amp;apos;entrada de les sol·licituds, d&amp;apos;acord amb els articles 14 i 15 de l&amp;apos;Ordre, i fins que s&amp;apos;hagi exhaurit el crèdit pressupostari assignat en la convocatòria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;9. L&amp;apos;article 15.1 de l&amp;apos;Ordre 31/2024 estableix que si la sol·licitud presentada no compleix els requisits establerts a la convocatòria o no va acompanyada de la documentació exigida, l&amp;apos;òrgan instructor ha de requerir a la persona sol·licitant que, en un termini de deu dies hàbils comptadors des de l&amp;apos;endemà d&amp;apos;haver-se notificat el requeriment mitjançant la publicació en el &lt;em&gt;Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears, &lt;/em&gt;esmeni les deficiències, amb indicació que, si no ho fa, s&amp;apos;entén que ha desistit de la sol·licitud, després de la resolució prèvia que s&amp;apos;ha de dictar d&amp;apos;acord amb l&amp;apos;article 21.1 de la Llei 39/2015.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;10. Els dies 16 de novembre de 2024, 3 i 21 de desembre de 2024 ,i 13 de febrer de 2025, es varen publicar, en el &lt;em&gt;Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears,&lt;/em&gt; diversos requeriments per tal que les persones que figuraven als seus annexos esmenessin les deficiències detectades en les seves sol·licituds en un termini de deu dies hàbils des de l&amp;apos;endemà de la seva publicació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;11. De conformitat amb l&amp;apos;article 18.1 de l&amp;apos;Ordre 31/2024, la persona instructora, a la vista dels expedients, n&amp;apos;ha de formular la proposta de resolució. Aquesta s&amp;apos;ha de notificar a la persona interessada, mitjançant la publicació en el &lt;em&gt;Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears&lt;/em&gt;, i s&amp;apos;ha d&amp;apos;obrir un tràmit d&amp;apos;audiència de deu dies hàbils a fi que pugui formular les al·legacions que consideri oportunes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;En conseqüència, en data 18 de març de 2025, s&amp;apos;ha notificat a les persones interessades la proposta de denegació mitjançant la publicació en el &lt;em&gt;Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears. &lt;/em&gt;En aquesta proposta de resolució es va atorgar un tràmit d&amp;apos;audiència de deu dies hàbils a fi que s&amp;apos;hi poguessin formular al·legacions.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Consta que s&amp;apos;hagin presentat les al·legacions que s&amp;apos;analitzen a continuació:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;L&amp;apos;entitat SON MORLANA INVESTMENTS, SL, expedient TUR_AJDEF2_349/2024, en el termini d&amp;apos;audiència atorgat, amb els números de registre electrònic d&amp;apos;entrada GOIBE191843/2025 i GOIBE199490/2025, va presentar al·legacions per les quals manifesta que les plaques fotovoltaiques s&amp;apos;instal·laran a un edifici de la seva propietat que ja utilitza les seves pròpies plaques i que s&amp;apos;utilitzarà un sistema de compensació d&amp;apos;excedents amb bateria virtual, assegurant que el 100% de l&amp;apos;energia es descomptarà únicament a la factura de l&amp;apos;hotel.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Analitzada l&amp;apos;al·legació, es considera que la instal·lació registrada amb compensació d&amp;apos;excedents mitjançant bateria virtual que, a la pràctica, suposa un descompte a la factura elèctrica de l&amp;apos;hotel, no suposa una millora de l&amp;apos;eficiència energètica de l&amp;apos;establiment, d&amp;apos;acord amb l&amp;apos;apartat 5.1 de la convocatòria, que estableix que les actuacions subvencionables han de realitzar-se o destinar-se, necessàriament, a l&amp;apos;establiment turístic. Per tant, es proposa desestimar l&amp;apos;al·legació sobre la instal·lació fotovoltaica mitjançant sistema de bateria virtual perquè l&amp;apos;actuació no es realitza o destina efectivament a l&amp;apos;establiment.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;L&amp;apos;entitat AGROSUREDA, SL, expedient TUR_AJDEF2_259/2024, en el termini d&amp;apos;audiència atorgat, amb el número de registre electrònic d&amp;apos;entrada GOIBE201594/2025, va presentar una al·legació amb la qual va aportar informe justificatiu amb la comparació dels diversos conceptes de cada pressupost i que l&amp;apos;oferta triada és la més econòmica.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Analitzada l&amp;apos;al·legació, s&amp;apos;accepta l&amp;apos;aclariment dels conceptes inclosos als pressuposts presentats i la justificació de l&amp;apos;elecció de l&amp;apos;oferta més econòmica. Per tant, es proposa estimar l&amp;apos;al·legació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;L&amp;apos;entitat MARJALER, SL, expedient TUR_AJDEF2_347/2024, en el termini d&amp;apos;audiència atorgat, amb el número de registre electrònic d&amp;apos;entrada GOIBE203576/2025, va presentar una al·legació i va adjuntar un certificat de l&amp;apos;Agència Estatal d&amp;apos;Administració Tributària de trobar-se al corrent de les seves obligacions tributàries.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Analitzada l&amp;apos;al·legació, es considera que la sol·licitud està incompleta ja que el document que se&amp;apos;l va requerir va ser el certificat tributari de situació censal i el que l&amp;apos;interessat aporta és el certificat de trobar-se al corrent de les seves obligacions tributàries. Per tant, es proposa desestimar l&amp;apos;al·legació ja que manca el certificat tributari de situació censal, d&amp;apos;acord amb l&amp;apos;apartat 10.4.&lt;em&gt;c)&lt;/em&gt; de la convocatòria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;El Sr. Albert Etxaniz Ramis, expedient TUR_AJDEF2_346/2024, amb número de registre electrònic d&amp;apos;entrada GOIBE203579/2025, va presentar una al·legació per justificar que la primera sol·licitud la va presentar el seu germà, Marc Etxaniz Ramis, que són copropietaris de l&amp;apos;establiment i, vist que tots els pressuposts estaven a nom seu, varen decidir presentar una nova sol·licitud canviant el sol·licitant.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Analitzada l&amp;apos;al·legació, es considera que les ajudes es concedeixen per establiment, per la qual cosa, per a un mateix establiment únicament pot presentar-se una sol·licitud de les persones explotadores o de les persones propietàries, d&amp;apos;acord amb l&amp;apos;apartat 3.4. de la convocatòria. En aquest cas, no es va desistir de la primera i la segona es va presentar finalitzat el termini de presentació de sol·licituds. Per tant, es proposa desestimar l&amp;apos;al·legació ja que la convocatòria no preveu la possibilitat de presentar dos sol·licituds, amb sol·licitants diferents, per a un mateix establiment i per a un mateix objecte d&amp;apos;actuació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;L&amp;apos;entitat ALLTOURS ESPAÑA, SL, expedient TUR_AJDEF2_225/2024, en el termini d&amp;apos;audiència atorgat, amb el número de registre electrònic d&amp;apos;entrada GOIBE207902/2025, va presentar una al·legació per la qual manifesta que l&amp;apos;Informe de Procediments Acordats que va presentar estava incomplet i que s&amp;apos;ha detectat un error de transcripció, per la qual cosa, presenta l&amp;apos;informe complet i corregeix l&amp;apos;error.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Analitzada la documentació presentada, es proposa estimar l&amp;apos;al·legació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;L&amp;apos;entitat ALLTOURS ESPAÑA, SL, expedient TUR_AJDEF2_314/2024, en el termini d&amp;apos;audiència atorgat, amb el número de registre electrònic d&amp;apos;entrada GOIBE207924/2025, va presentar una al·legació per la qual manifesta que l&amp;apos;Informe de Procediments Acordats que va presentar estava incomplet i que s&amp;apos;ha detectat un error de transcripció, per la qual cosa, presenta l&amp;apos;informe complet i corregeix l&amp;apos;error.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Analitzada la documentació presentada, es proposa estimar l&amp;apos;al·legació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;L&amp;apos;entitat DOCKX HOTEL BALEARES, SL, expedient TUR_AJDEF2_302/2024, en el termini d&amp;apos;audiència atorgat, amb el número de registre electrònic d&amp;apos;entrada GOIBE220723/2025, va presentar una al·legació per justificar, per una banda, que va presentar dos pressuposts en fase d&amp;apos;esmena de deficiències, un de «MOPAN PROYECTOS Y SERVICIOS, SL» i un altre de «BRILLA MALLORCA, SL» i que el triat «I.M. SES PORTES, SL», que va presentar amb la sol·licitud, és el més econòmic; i per altra banda, que l&amp;apos;entitat sol·licitant compleix amb la Llei 3/2004 i aporta llibre major i suports comptables -factures i justificants de pagament.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Analitzada l&amp;apos;al·legació, en primer lloc, es considera que al document del proveïdor «MOPAN PROYECTOS Y SERVICIOS, SL», que es va presentar al tràmit d&amp;apos;esmena de deficiències, apareixien les característiques de les finestres però no el preu de cada una d&amp;apos;elles, per la qual cosa no es pot considerar com un pressupost. En segon lloc, revisada la documentació aportada amb l&amp;apos;al·legació, es comprova que el pressupost elegit no és el més econòmic; l&amp;apos;entitat sol·licitant està comparant l&amp;apos;import amb IVA dels pressuposts no triats amb l&amp;apos;import sense IVA del pressupost triat. En tercer lloc, la documentació comptable presentada no és mitjà de prova per acreditar el nivell de compliment de la Llei 3/2004, de 29 de desembre, d&amp;apos;acord amb l&amp;apos;apartat 10.4.&lt;em&gt;j)&lt;/em&gt; de la convocatòria. Per tot això, es proposa desestimar l&amp;apos;al·legació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;L&amp;apos;entitat ES RIVETO HOTELS AIE, expedient TUR_AJDEF2_282/2024, en el termini d&amp;apos;audiència atorgat, amb el número de registre electrònic d&amp;apos;entrada GOIBE230039/2025, va presentar una al·legació per la qual, per una banda, fa referència a la exclusió de la subvenció per a la instal·lació del sistema anticalç BIOCAT, que redueix el pressupost total del projecte i, per l&amp;apos;altra, reconfigura l&amp;apos;actuació de monitoratge i control del tractament de l&amp;apos;aigua de les piscines de l&amp;apos;hotel i redueix la instal·lació a 3 piscines, per la qual cosa, presenta un nou pressupost d&amp;apos;un import inferior al presentat amb la sol·licitud. En resum, ambdues al·legacions suposen una reducció del pressupost total del projecte.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Analitzada l&amp;apos;al·legació, es proposa estimar-la.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Fonaments de dret&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

El Decret 75/2004, de 27 d&amp;apos;agost, de desplegament de determinats aspectes de la Llei de finances i de les lleis de pressuposts generals de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;6. El Reial decret llei 36/2020, de 30 de desembre, pel qual s&amp;apos;aproven mesures urgents per a la modernització de l&amp;apos;Administració pública i per a l&amp;apos;execució del PRTR.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;7. La Llei 4/2021, de 17 de desembre, de mesures extraordinàries i urgents per executar les actuacions i els projectes que s&amp;apos;han de finançar amb fons europeus en el marc del PRTR.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;8. La Resolució de 5 de gener de 2024, de la Secretaria d&amp;apos;Estat de Turisme, per la qual es publica l&amp;apos;Acord de la Conferència Sectorial de Turisme de 29 de desembre de 2023, pel qual s&amp;apos;amplia el repartiment territorial de crèdit, amb càrrec al pressupost de 2023, previst en l&amp;apos;Acord de la Conferència Sectorial de Turisme de 29 de març de 2022 de la línia de finançament per a projectes d&amp;apos;eficiència energètica i economia circular d&amp;apos;empreses turístiques del PRTR.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;9. El &lt;span style="background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255)"&gt;Decret 12/2023, de 1&lt;/span&gt;0 de juliol, de la presidenta de les Illes Balears, pel qual s&amp;apos;estableixen les competències i l&amp;apos;estructura orgànica bàsica de les conselleries de l&amp;apos;Administració de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
