    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;D'acord amb l'article 20.4 del Decret 86/2008, d'1 d'agost, pel qual es despleguen i es regulen els processos electorals de les federacions esportives de les Illes Balears, el 6 de març de 2025, la Direcció General d'Esports ha ratificat el senyor José Antonio Torrens Fiol com a president de la Federació Balear de Colombofília. De conformitat amb el precepte esmentat també es fa pública la composició de la junta directiva de la Federació Balear de Colombofília i, que és la següent:&lt;/p&gt;
