    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="display:none"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="display:none"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Atès que el Consell Insular de Menorca, dintre de la seva tasca de col·laboració amb els ajuntaments, ha acordat convocar uns ajuts a fi de millorar l'oferta de serveis, instal·lacions i equipaments municipals existents a Menorca, l'adquisició de vehicles elèctrics per als serveis municipals, la millora de zones turístiques, i Agenda Urbana.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Atès que el dia 14 de gener de 2025 es va trametre un ofici als vuit ajuntaments de l'illa de Menorca per garantir l'aplicació de L'article 107 4&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; de la Llei 4/2022, de 28 de juny de 2022, de consells insulars publicada al BOE núm. 197, de 17 d'agost de 2022 diu de forma textual que:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Es garantirà la participació de tots els municipis de l'illa mitjançant l'obertura d'una fase prèvia de consulta que permeti als ajuntaments comunicar necessitats i presentar projectes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Atès que els ajuntaments des Migjorn Gran i de Maó van dur a terme les seves aportacions dins el termini establert a l'efecte (24 de gener de 2025) i que l'Ajuntament des Castell ha manifestat per escrit la seva confirmat amb data 31 de gener de 2025.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Atès que el dia 28 de gener de 2025 va tenir lloc una sessió extraordinària de la comissió de presidents de corporacions locals de l'illa de Menorca en la qual es va lliurar un esborrany de les bases i es van sol·licitar aportacions i suggeriments i que l'esmentada comissió va dictaminar de forma unànime i favorable aquestes bases.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Atès que es va obtenir de forma unànime el vot favorable de la comissió de presidents de corporacions locals de l'illa de Menorca, a la sessió ordinària de dia 6 de febrer de 2025, a l'esborrany de bases i convocatòria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Atès l'informe favorable del departament de Projectes Sostenibles i Cooperació Local i Internacional.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El Ple d'aquest Consell Insular, en sessió de caràcter ordinari de 17 de març de 2025 adoptà, entre d'altres, els acords següents:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Primer.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Aprovar les bases que han de regir la concessió d'ajuts del&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;Pla Insular de Cooperació per a la redacció de projectes, direcció i/o execució d'obres i/o adquisició d'equipaments municipals, l'adquisició de vehicles elèctrics per als serveis municipals, la millora de zones turístiques, la retirada d'amiant d'edificis de propietat municipal, la redacció d'informes, estudis i plans municipals i l'Agenda Urbana, per part del Consell Insular de Menorca per a l'any 2025.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Segon.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Aprovar, simultàniament, la convocatòria corresponent que es regirà per les bases a què s'ha fet referència al punt anterior, d'acord amb les següents condicions:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;) L'import màxim que el Consell Insular de Menorca destinarà als ajuts que són objecte d'aquesta convocatòria és de 4.500.000,00 d'euros, dels quals:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul style="margin-left:40px"&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2.125.000,00 euros seran destinats a una línia d'obres, serveis i equipaments de competència municipal de caràcter general, adquisició de vehicles elèctrics per als serveis municipals, redacció d'informes, estudis i plans municipals i retirada d'amiant dels immobles de propietat municipal, finançats íntegrament pel Consell Insular, d'acord amb el següent detall: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;ol class="nobullet" start="1" style="margin-left:80px"&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;– 75 % de l'import amb càrrec a la partida 6-92201-76252000 del pressupost per a l'any 2026 (1.593.750,00 euros).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;– 25 % de l'import amb càrrec a la partida 6-92201-76252000 del pressupost per a l'any 2027 (531.250,00 euros).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ol&gt;

&lt;ul style="margin-left:40px"&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1.250.000,00 d'euros seran destinats, de forma específica, a una línia d'obres, serveis, equipaments i actuacions de millora de zones turístiques, finançats íntegrament pel Consell Insular, d'acord amb el següent detall: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;ol class="nobullet" start="1" style="margin-left:80px"&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;– 75 % de l'import amb càrrec a la partida 6-92201-7625200 del pressupost per a l'any 2026 (937.500,00 euros).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;– 25 % de l'import amb càrrec a la partida 6-92201-7625200 del pressupost per a l'any 2027 (312.500,00 euros).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ol&gt;

&lt;ul style="margin-left:40px"&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1.125.000,00 d'euros seran destinats, de forma específica, a una línia d'actuacions dins del Pla d'Acció de l'Agenda Urbana de Menorca, finançats íntegrament pel Consell Insular, d'acord amb el següent detall:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;ol class="nobullet" start="1" style="margin-left:80px"&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;– 75 % de l'import amb càrrec a la partida 6-92201-7625200 del pressupost per a l'any 2026 (843.750,00 euros).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;– 25 % de l'import amb càrrec a la partida 6-92201-7625200 del pressupost per a l'any 2027 (281.250,00 euros). &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ol&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;) Termini de presentació de sol·licituds:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; 45 dies naturals&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;, a comptar des de l'endemà a la publicació de la convocatòria en el Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears (BOIB).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;c&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;) Lloc de presentació de sol·licituds: seu electrònica del Consell Insular de Menorca &lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;www.cime.es&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;d&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;) Els criteris de repartiment dels ajuts que s'utilitzen, i que han de regir la convocatòria, són els establerts a la base setena.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;e&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;) La instrucció correspondrà al director insular de Projectes Sostenibles i Cooperació Local i Internacional que ha de realitzar d'ofici totes les actuacions necessàries per a la determinació, el coneixement i la comprovació de les dades, en virtut de les quals s'ha de resoldre la resolució de la concessió dels ajuts. Totes les sol·licituds presentades dins el termini establert en la convocatòria s'analitzaran per una Comissió Tècnica Avaluadora que serà designada mitjançant resolució del conseller de Medi Ambient, Reserva de Biosfera i Cooperació, que emetrà informe sobre les sol·licituds.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Tercer.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Assenyalar que l'aportació insular futura al PIC 2026 i 2027 es considera una situació excepcional en ordre al fet que l'aplicació pressupostària de la despesa corresponent concordi amb la seva efectiva realització, situació que —malgrat que impliqui excedir els percentatges de despesa futura prevists a la normativa aplicable— permet una millor organització de l'activitat financera d'aquesta corporació, en referència especial a les inversions a realitzar en col·laboració amb els ajuntaments de l'illa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;L'objecte dels ajuts és col·laborar amb els ajuntaments de Menorca en la prestació dels serveis obligatoris de competència municipal i desenvolupament de les tasques pròpies dels ens locals, mitjançant el finançament de la redacció de projectes, l'execució d'obres i l'adquisició d'equipaments necessaris per als municipis, tot d'acord amb el que preveu l'article 36.2 de la Llei 7/1985, de 2 d'abril, Reguladora de les Bases del Règim Local (LRBRL), l'article 107 de la Llei 4/2022, de 28 de juny de 2022, de Consells Insulars, i el Decret 22/2005, de 4 de març, pel qual es regula el règim jurídic, els criteris de distribució i el funcionament del Fons de Cooperació Municipal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En aquesta convocatòria també s'inclouen l'adquisició de vehicles elèctrics per als serveis municipals, obres i actuacions de millora de les zones turístiques, la retirada d'amiant d'edificis de propietat municipal, la redacció d'informes, estudis i plans municipals (sobre temes de competència municipal) i l'Agenda Urbana.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. Finançament i import màxim&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;L'import màxim que el Consell Insular de Menorca destinarà als ajuts que són objecte d'aquesta convocatòria és de 4.500.000,00 d'euros, dels quals:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. 2.125.000,00 euros seran destinats a una línia d'obres, serveis i equipaments de competència municipal de caràcter general, adquisició de vehicles elèctrics per als serveis municipals, redacció d'informes, estudis i plans municipals i retirada d'amiant dels immobles de propietat municipal, finançats íntegrament pel Consell Insular, d'acord amb el següent detall: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;75 % de l'import amb càrrec a la partida 6-92201-76252000 del pressupost per a l'any 2026 (1.593.750,00 euros).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;25 % de l'import amb càrrec a la partida 6-92201-76252000 del pressupost per a l'any 2027 (531.250,00 euros).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. 1.250.000,00 d'euros seran destinats, de forma específica, a una línia d'obres, serveis, equipaments i actuacions de millora de zones turístiques, finançats íntegrament pel Consell Insular, d'acord amb el següent detall: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;75 % de l'import amb càrrec a la partida 6-92201-7625200 del pressupost per a l'any 2026 (937.500,00 euros).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;25 % de l'import amb càrrec a la partida 6-92201-7625200 del pressupost per a l'any 2027 (312.500,00 euros).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3. 1.125.000,00 d'euros seran destinats, de forma específica, a una línia d'actuacions dins del Pla d'Acció de l'Agenda Urbana de Menorca, finançats íntegrament pel Consell Insular, d'acord amb el següent detall:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;75 % de l'import amb càrrec a la partida 6-92201-7625200 del pressupost per a l'any 2026 (843.750,00 euros).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;25 % de l'import amb càrrec a la partida 6-92201-7625200 del pressupost per a l'any 2027 (281.250,00 euros). &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Les partides destinades a millora de zones turístiques i a l'Agenda Urbana no es podran destinar a la línia de caràcter general. En canvi, la partida de la línia de caràcter general sí que es podrà destinar a finançar projectes de millora de zones turístiques, i projectes d'Agenda Urbana. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La partida destinada a línia general inclourà els projectes destinats a retirada d'amiant.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3. Activitats subvencionades. Requisits i condicions&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Es consideren subvencionables la redacció i direcció d'obres de projectes, l'execució d'obres d'inversió pública, l'adquisició d'equipaments, la redacció d'informes, estudis i plans municipals destinats a les competències i serveis obligatoris prevists als articles 25 i 26 de Llei 7/1985, de 2 d'abril, de règim local, la millora de zones turístiques, i les actuacions en consonància amb el Pla d'acció de l'Agenda Urbana de Menorca.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Activitats subvencionables a l'apartat de retirada amiant inclòs dins la línia general&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Retirada d'amiant a immobles de propietat municipal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Redacció de projectes i direccions d'obra.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Taxes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Activitats subvencionables de l'Agenda Urbana de Menorca (AUE)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4. Règim de compatibilitat amb altres ajuts&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Els ajuts que s'atorguin de conformitat amb aquestes bases són compatibles amb altres ajuts i subvencions que pugui rebre el beneficiari per al mateix projecte subvencionat sempre que el còmput total dels ajuts o subvencions rebudes no superi el cost total de l'activitat que l'entitat beneficiària ha de desenvolupar.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;5. Beneficiaris&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Poden ser-ne beneficiaris tots els ajuntaments de Menorca que sol·licitin l'ajut dintre del termini establert en la convocatòria i compleixin els requisits establerts en aquestes bases.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;6. Presentació de les sol·licituds. Forma i terminis&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. Les sol·licituds i tota la documentació descrita en el punt 6.2 s'han de presentar dins el termini establert en la convocatòria (45 dies naturals comptadors a partir de l'endemà d'haver-se publicat la convocatòria en el BOIB), d'acord amb les indicacions següents:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;De manera electrònica en el registre electrònic del Consell Insular de Menorca (&lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;www.cime.es&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;) o en qualsevol altre registre electrònic de conformitat amb el que estableix l'article 16.4 de la Llei 39/2015, d'1 d'octubre, del procediment administratiu comú de les administracions públiques.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Si algun dels subjectes obligats als quals fa referència l'article 14, apartats 2 i 3, de la Llei 39/2015, presenta la sol·licitud presencialment, se'l requerirà per tal que l'esmeni mitjançant la presentació electrònica. A aquests efectes, i d'acord amb el que estableix l'article 68.4 de la mateixa llei, es considerarà com a data de presentació de la sol·licitud aquella en què hagi tingut lloc l'esmena.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Si la sol·licitud o la documentació fossin incorrectes o incompletes, es requerirà la rectificació o el complement necessaris. Si en el termini de deu dies hàbils, comptats a partir de l'endemà d'haver rebut el requeriment d'esmena de la sol·licitud, la persona interessada no fa la rectificació reclamada o no presenta la documentació requerida, es considerarà que ha desistit de la seva petició, mitjançant una resolució prèvia que s'ha de dictar en els termes que preveu l'article 21 de la Llei 39/2015.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Les sol·licituds s'han de formalitzar mitjançant el model normalitzat que s'adjunta com a &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;annex I &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;d'aquestes bases.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. A la sol·licitud, s'ha d'adjuntar la documentació general següent:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a) Acord de sol·licitud adoptat per l'òrgan competent de l'Ajuntament (model A de l'annex I).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b) En el cas que se sol·licitin diversos projectes, obres, equipaments o vehicles una relació prioritzada de tots ells (model A&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;de l'annex I).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;c) Compromís d'aportació municipal amb càrrec als fons propis de l'Ajuntament, o certificat de l'existència de crèdit en el pressupost municipal de fons propis de l'Ajuntament, per atendre la despesa en el cas que l'aportació del Consell Insular no cobreix el 100 % de la inversió.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;d) Certificat de l'existència o no de sol·licituds o subvencions demanades o rebudes pel mateix objecte.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;– A més, per als projectes d'obres:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a) &lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Projecte o memòria valorada, subscrita per un tècnic competent, de l'actuació que es vol dur a terme i en què es justifiqui la sol·licitud de l'ajut, amb el contingut mínim establert en la legislació de contractes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b) Certificat d'un tècnic municipal relatiu al fet que el projecte o la memòria valorada compleixen tots els requisits establerts en la Llei de contractes de l'Administració pública.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;c) Informe de la persona titular de la secretaria municipal que acrediti l'adaptació de les obres sol·licitades al corresponent planejament urbanístic vigent i a la normativa urbanística i territorial (model B de l'annex I).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;d) Informe de Secretaria sobre les corresponents autoritzacions o concessions administratives necessàries perquè es puguin iniciar les obres abans del 31 de maig de 2026, termini establert en aquestes bases, o, si escau, de la no necessitat de les esmentades autoritzacions o concessions per executar l'obra.(model C de l'annex I).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;– Per a l'adquisició de vehicles, a més de la documentació general serà necessari aportar: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;– Per a la retirada d'amiant:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a) Projecte tècnic o memòria valorada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;c) Pressupost de les taxes previstes visat pels serveis municipals.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;– Per a la redacció de projectes d'obres, d'informes, estudis, plans municipals (sobre temes de competència municipal) i direccions d'obres:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3. El Consell Insular de Menorca té la facultat de sol·licitar, a més, tota la documentació complementària que consideri necessària per avaluar correctament les sol·licituds.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;7. Criteris objectius que es tindran en compte per a la concessió dels ajuts&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. Per a la distribució dels ajuts destinats a la línia d'obres i serveis de competència municipal, adquisició de vehicles elèctrics amb caràcter general i retirada d'amiant entre els ajuntaments sol·licitants es tindran en compte els criteris i els paràmetres següents:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a) &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Assignació fixa&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;. El &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;37 % &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;del pressupost dels ajuts corresponents a aquesta línia es distribuirà de forma lineal entre tots els ajuntaments.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b) &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Cens de població&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;. El &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;55 % &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;del pressupost total dels ajuts es distribuirà en funció del cens de població, d'acord amb el percentatge que la població de cada municipi representa en relació amb la població total de Menorca, segons les dades oficials de l'Institut Nacional d'Estadística.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;c) &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Increment de població 2024/2025.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; El &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4 % &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;del pressupost total dels ajuts es distribuirà en funció de la variació del cens de població 2024/2025, d'acord amb el percentatge de la variació de la població de cada municipi en relació amb la variació 2024/2025 de Menorca, segons les dades oficials de l'Institut Nacional d'Estadística.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;d) &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Municipis inferiors a 20.000 habitants. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4 % &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;del pressupost total dels ajuts es distribuirà en funció del cens de població, d'acord amb el percentatge que la població de cada municipi inferior a 20.000 habitants representa en relació amb la població total de municipis amb menys de 20.000 habitants de Menorca, segons les dades oficials de l'Institut Nacional d'Estadística.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La subvenció assignada a cada Ajuntament es calcularà de la manera següent:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Per a l'assignació fixa&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;, es dividirà l'import total dels ajuts pel nombre d'ajuntaments sol·licitants.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Per a la resta de criteris,&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; en funció de cadascun d'ells i d'acord amb les dades dels diferents ajuntaments, se'ls assignarà proporcionalment un nombre de punts per criteri; a aquesta puntuació, se li aplicarà una quantitat d'euros per punt, que s'haurà calculat dividint l'import total dels ajuts (en aquest cas 2.125.000 €) pel nombre màxim de punts (en aquest cas 100), i el resultat final serà l'aportació màxima que rebrà cada Ajuntament.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. Per a la distribució de la part de l'ajut destinat a la &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;línia de millora de les zones turístiques&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;, el criteri de càlcul de l'atorgament de l'ajut serà:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a) &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Assignació fixa&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;. El &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;35 % &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;del pressupost dels ajuts corresponents a aquesta línia es distribuirà de forma lineal entre tots els ajuntaments.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b) &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Nombre de places turístiques&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;. El &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;55 % &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;del pressupost total dels ajuts es distribuirà en funció del nombre de places turístiques, amb el percentatge que el nombre de places de cada municipi representa en relació amb les places de tota Menorca, segons les dades oficials facilitades pel Departament d'Ordenació Turística del Consell Insular de Menorca.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;c) &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Nombre de zones turístiques&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;. El &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;10 % &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;del pressupost total dels ajuts es distribuirà en funció del percentatge que el nombre de zones turístiques de cada municipi representa en relació amb el nombre total de zones de Menorca, segons les dades oficials facilitades pel Departament d'Ordenació Turística del Consell Insular de Menorca i que es corresponen a la zonificació que fa el Pla Territorial Insular.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3. Per a la distribució de la part de l'ajut destinat a la &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;línia del Pla d'Acció de l'Agenda Urbana de Menorca, &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;el criteri de càlcul de l'atorgament de l'ajut serà: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a) &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Assignació fixa&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;. El &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;37 % &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;del pressupost dels ajuts corresponents a aquesta línia es distribuirà de forma lineal entre tots els ajuntaments.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b) &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Cens de població&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;. El &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;55 % &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;del pressupost total dels ajuts es distribuirà en funció del cens de població, d'acord amb el percentatge que la població de cada municipi representa en relació amb la població total de Menorca, segons les dades oficials de l'Institut Nacional d'Estadística.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La subvenció assignada a cada Ajuntament es calcularà de la manera següent:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Per a la resta de criteris,&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; en funció de cadascun d'ells i d'acord amb les dades dels diferents ajuntaments, se'ls assignarà proporcionalment un nombre de punts per criteri. Determinació de l'import de l'ajut&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Els ajuts destinats als ajuntaments de Menorca s'atorgaran en funció del nombre de sol·licituds i dels criteris objectius establerts en aquestes bases.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Es concedeixen els ajuts de referència si es compleixen els requisits de la convocatòria i fins a l'import màxim establert, sempre que els ajuntaments justifiquin la contractació del projecte, la realització de l'obra o la contractació de l'equipament dintre del termini establert en l'apartat 13 d'aquestes bases.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;9. Procediment i òrgans competents per a la concessió dels ajuts&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Els ajuts es concediran d'acord amb els principis d'objectivitat, transparència, igualtat, no discriminació i publicitat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;L'inici de l'expedient s'efectuarà mitjançant l'aprovació d'una proposta del/la responsable de l'expedient que posteriorment s'haurà d'aprovar mitjançant una resolució del conseller de Medi Ambient, Reserva de Biosfera i Cooperació, d'acord amb aquestes bases.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La instrucció correspon al director insular de Projectes Sostenibles i Cooperació Local i Internacional, que ha de realitzar d'ofici totes les actuacions necessàries per a la determinació, el coneixement i la comprovació de les dades en virtut de les quals s'ha de dictar resolució sobre la concessió dels ajuts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Totes les sol·licituds presentades dins el termini establert en la convocatòria seran analitzades per una comissió tècnica avaluadora, designada mitjançant una resolució del conseller de Medi Ambient, Reserva de Biosfera i Cooperació, que emetrà un informe sobre les sol·licituds.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Una vegada examinades les sol·licituds per la comissió avaluadora corresponent, després que aquesta hagi emès el seu informe i s'hagi escoltat la Comissió de Presidents de Corporacions Locals de Menorca, el conseller de Medi Ambient, Reserva de Biosfera i Cooperació elevarà la corresponent proposta de resolució a l'òrgan competent, que en aquest cas és el Ple del Consell Insular de Menorca, que dictarà resolució sobre la concessió o denegació dels ajuts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La resolució de l'expedient d'atorgament dels ajuts ha de ser expressa i motivada, i ha de fixar, amb caràcter definitiu, la quantia específica de cada un dels ajuts concedits.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Si l'ajut implica una despesa pluriennal, la resolució de la concessió ha de determinar el nombre d'exercicis a què s'aplica la despesa i la quantitat màxima que s'ha d'aplicar cada exercici.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El termini màxim per dictar i notificar la resolució expressa de concessió de l'ajut és de sis mesos comptats a partir de la data d'acabament del termini de presentació de sol·licituds. No obstant això, aquest termini es podrà reduir si s'estableix expressament en la convocatòria dels ajuts. El silenci administratiu tindrà caràcter desestimatori.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La resolució de l'expedient de concessió o denegació dels ajuts s'ha de publicar en el &lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears, &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;sens perjudici de l'obligació de notificar-la individualment als ajuntaments.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;10. Dels romanents&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Constitueixen els romanents les baixes produïdes en la contractació per part dels ajuntaments, així com les baixes per anul·lació o per reducció del seu pressupost.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Els romanents produïts per baixes en l'adjudicació s'aplicaran a la mateixa o altra obra del mateix Ajuntament on s'hagin produït, amb una sol·licitud prèvia en què l'Ajuntament ha de proposar la seva destinació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;L'aplicació dels romanents es farà mitjançant una resolució del conseller de Medi Ambient, Reserva de Biosfera i Cooperació. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Les sol·licituds d'aplicació de romanents poden tenir entrada al registre del Consell Insular de Menorca fins al 31 de maig de 2026.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La destinació dels romanents s'ha d'ajustar als objectes de la convocatòria i en comportarà les corresponents justificacions.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Les obres que no estiguin adjudicades abans del termini establert al paràgraf anterior no generaran romanents. Això inclou aquelles obres per a les quals se sol·liciti una pròrroga del termini d'adjudicació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La resta de romanents no disposats quedaran a disposició del Consell Insular.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;11. Abonament dels ajuts&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Els ajuts s'abonaran quan els beneficiaris hagin presentat la justificació d'haver dut a terme l'activitat. La justificació s'ha de lliurar al registre del Consell Insular abans del 30 de juny de 2027, tal com es recull a la base 12 següent. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Si el pressupost de l'actuació supera l'ajut assignat, correspondrà a l'entitat beneficiària dur a terme l'aportació complementària per l'excés.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;12. Execució de la inversió i justificació de les despeses&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Correspon als ajuntaments l'execució de la inversió i justificar les despeses abans del dia 30 de juny de 2027.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En el cas que hi hagi causes excepcionals que ho impedeix, l'Ajuntament les haurà d'al·legar per escrit. Aquesta sol·licitud es resoldrà mitjançant una resolució del conseller de Medi Ambient, Reserva de Biosfera i Cooperació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;De conformitat amb el que estableix l'article 55 de Reial decret llei 36/2020, de 30 de desembre, pel qual s'aproven mesures urgents per a la modernització de l'Administració Pública i per a l'execució del Pla de Recuperació, Transformació i Resiliència, les actuacions que s'executin amb fons procedents de l'esmentat pla podran realitzar-se valent-se d'un mitjà propi com TRAGSA.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En atenció a l'interès comú del Consell i dels ajuntaments en l'execució de les actuacions objecte de les presents bases, el Consell insular de Menorca posa a disposició dels ajuntaments als seus mitjans propis Empresa de Transformació Agrària, SA, SME, MP (TRAGSA i la seva filial Tecnologies i Serveis Agraris SA, SME, MP (TRAGSATEC).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Per això, ambdues parts hauran de subscriure un document on es concreti l'actuació concreta a executar, les aportacions que realitzaran cadascuna i les característiques tècniques de l'esmentada actuació a executar.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Per justificar les despeses han de presentar davant el registre del Consell Insular de Menorca la documentació següent:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Per a la redacció de projectes, informes i plans municipals:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Factura del tècnic redactor, registrada a l'Ajuntament i amb la conformitat dels seus serveis tècnics.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Aprovació de la factura per l'òrgan competent de l'Ajuntament, que podrà acreditar-se bé per mitjà d'una diligència del secretari en el cos de la factura o bé amb un certificat emès per l'esmentat funcionari.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Per a la realització d'obres:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Si les realitza l'administració sol·licitant:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;– Certificat de final d'obra emès per un tècnic competent i aprovat per l'òrgan competent de l'Ajuntament.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ol&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Si es duen a terme mitjançant contractació externa:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;– Certificat de l'obra executada, expedit per un tècnic competent i acompanyat de les corresponents factures, tot això aprovat per l'òrgan competent.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ol&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El certificat darrer ha d'anar acompanyat de la documentació següent:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;– Acta de recepció de l'obra.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;– Acord d'aprovació del certificat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ol&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Per a l'adquisició d'equipaments i compra de vehicles elèctrics:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Factura registrada a l'Ajuntament i amb la conformitat dels seus serveis tècnics.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Acta de recepció signada i aprovada per l'òrgan competent de l'Ajuntament.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;L'Ajuntament beneficiari haurà d'acompanyar el certificat d'obra executada o la memòria justificativa de l'acreditació de les mesures de difusió establertes, ja sigui mitjançant la tramesa d'una fotografia del cartell col·locat on s'estigui executant la inversió o mitjançant un certificat del director de l'obra que acrediti la col·locació del cartell.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Si la documentació presentada és incompleta o incorrecta, el servei responsable demanarà al beneficiari que en faci la rectificació oportuna en el termini improrrogable de deu dies hàbils.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Si la despesa justificada excedeix de l'import concedit, la possible desviació pressupostària anirà a càrrec de l'Ajuntament. Si, per contra, la despesa justificada és inferior a l'import de l'ajut obtingut, es reduirà proporcionalment l'ajut concedit.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;div style="page-break-after:always"&gt;&lt;span style="display:none"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El Consell Insular de Menorca podrà inspeccionar les activitats objecte dels ajuts, sens perjudici de les competències que puguin correspondre, per normativa legal o reglamentària, a altres organismes o institucions.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;13. Obligacions dels beneficiaris&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Són obligacions dels beneficiaris:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a) Comunicar al CIM l'acceptació de l'ajut en els termes que aquest es concedeixi. En qualsevol cas l'ajut s'entendrà acceptat tàcitament quan hagin transcorregut quinze dies hàbils des que el beneficiari hagi rebut la notificació de l'ajut.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b) Notificar al CIM l'aportació municipal a càrrec de fons propis de l'Ajuntament destinada a l'actuació aprovada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;c) Contractar l'activitat abans del 31 de maig de 2026.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;d) Lliurar al CIM el certificat d'adjudicació de cadascuna de les actuacions abans del 31 de maig de 2026.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;e) En el cas de contractació d'obres, notificar al CIM la data del replanteig i de la recepció de l'obra amb una antelació mínima de tres dies hàbils.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;f) En el cas de la contractació d'equipaments, notificar al CIM la data de recepció de l'equipament.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;g) Dur a terme l'activitat o la inversió que fonamenta la concessió de l'ajut i justificar la realització de l'activitat i el compliment dels requisits i les condicions que determinen la concessió de l'ajut abans del 30 de juny de 2027.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;h) Sotmetre's a les actuacions de comprovació que duguin a terme els òrgans competents.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;i) Comunicar al CIM la concessió d'altres ajuts o subvencions per a la mateixa finalitat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;j) Fer constar, de manera expressa mitjançant cartells o adhesius, el suport del CIM en la realització de les activitats subvencionades.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;k) Dur a terme una presentació pública (premsa, ràdio, etc.) conjunta, a la qual han d'assistir representants de l'Ajuntament i del CIM.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;l) Fer constar en totes les notícies publicades en premsa o a les xarxes socials el finançament del CIM.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;m) Comunicar immediatament al CIM qualsevol eventualitat que alteri o que dificulti greument el desenvolupament del projecte subvencionat, en particular si es poden derivar retards en l'execució o si en poden afectar el cost total, i sol·licitar l'autorització prèvia i expressa del Consell Insular per fer qualsevol modificació substancial del projecte que sigui objecte d'ajuda.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Les sol·licituds de modificació han de ser motivades, s'han de formular immediatament a l'aparició de les circumstàncies que la justifiquin i s'han d'especificar les repercussions pressupostàries que impliquin.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;n) Justificar l'execució en el termini que estableixen aquestes bases.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;14. Canvis d'obres, modificacions, correccions i ampliacions de terminis&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Modificacions dels projectes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;S'aprovaran, mitjançant resolució del conseller de Medi Ambient, Reserva de Biosfera i Cooperació, a sol·licitud de la corporació interessada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Aquest tipus de sol·licitud podran tenir entrada al registre del CIM abans del 30 de juny de 2027 i en cap cas produirà una modificació de l'ajut ja aprovat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Canvis d'obres:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Els canvis d'obra només seran autoritzats per causes excepcionals, que han de ser justificades, havent-se de resoldre per part del Ple del Consell Insular de Menorca.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En cap cas es poden sol·licitar canvis d'obra una vegada adjudicades aquestes i es podran sol·licitar fins al 15 de desembre de 2025. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Ampliacions de termini (pròrrogues):&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Les ampliacions dels terminis establerts en aquesta convocatòria es regiran pel que disposa l'article 32 de la Llei 39/2015, d'1 d'octubre, de Procediment administratiu comú de les administracions públiques. En tot cas, les sol·licituds d'ampliació de terminis han de tenir entrada al registre en el Consell Insular de Menorca amb una antelació mínima de trenta (30) dies naturals previs a la data del seu acabament i, a més hauran d'especificar els terminis que han de ser objecte d'ampliació (adjudicació, acabament i/o justificació) i les seves dates.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En el cas de desistiment del contractista adjudicatari, resolució de contractes per fallida de les empreses adjudicatàries, licitacions declarades desertes, impugnacions de les licitacions i, en general, en tots els supòsits que per causes alienes a l'Ajuntament s'hagi d'adjudicar novament l'actuació o l'adjudicació pateixi un retard justificable, amb caràcter excepcional, si les ampliacions de terminis no resolen aquestes incidències, es podran establir noves dates per acabar l'actuació per resoldre aquestes problemàtiques. També es podran establir noves dates en el cas d'actuacions que la seva execució necessiti autoritzacions i/o informes sectorials, requereixin la tramitació d'un procediment expropiatori o, si per causes de força major no imputables a l'Ajuntament, no poguessin executar-se en termini, si les ampliacions de terminis no resolen aquestes situacions.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Per al supòsit anterior s'haurà de presentar un escrit en el qual s'indiqui motivadament la causa que dona lloc a l'ampliació de termini excepcional degudament acreditada amb el document corresponent, així com indicar el nou termini que se sol·licita. Així mateix, aquesta ampliació de termini excepcional s'haurà de sol·licitar quan es tingui coneixement o es presenti la circumstància excepcional, i no regirà l'antelació mínima de trenta dies naturals per a la seva sol·licitud.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Les ampliacions de terminis, pròrrogues dels terminis d'adjudicació, execució i/o justificació, s'entendran sempre que siguin aprovades, condicionades a la possibilitat d'incorporació a l'exercici pressupostari del termini sol·licitat de la partida corresponent. En el cas de no ser possible incorporar aquest romanent l'Ajuntament perdria l'ajut aprovat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Aquests tipus de sol·licitud es resoldran mitjançant resolució del conseller de Medi Ambient, Reserva de Biosfera i Cooperació, a sol·licitud de la corporació interessada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;15. Cartells indicadors de les obres i propaganda institucional&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Els ajuntaments han d'identificar o senyalitzar les obres, els equipaments o les actuacions que duguin a terme amb càrrec a aquest pla mitjançant cartells informatius en els quals consti el suport i el finançament del Consell Insular de Menorca, d'acord amb el model oficial de cartell inclòs en l'annex II d'aquestes bases. Els ajuntaments poden traslladar aquesta obligació als contractistes, a les empreses o a les persones que duguin a terme les obres, els equipaments o les actuacions, i incloure-la, si escau, en els plecs de condicions o en les clàusules corresponents.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El cartell haurà de figurar a peu d'obra fins a la recepció definitiva.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;16. Infraccions i sancions&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. El règim d'infraccions i sancions administratives aplicables és el que estableix el títol IV de la Llei 38/2003, de 17 de novembre, General de Subvencions.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. L'òrgan competent per imposar les sancions que derivin d'infraccions de l'establert en aquestes bases i de la normativa aplicable en matèria de subvencions és la Presidència del Consell Insular de Menorca, d'acord amb el que estableix l'art. 21 de la Llei 4/2022, de 28 de juny, de consells insulars.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;17. Revocació i reintegrament dels ajuts&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Es revocaran els ajuts quan, posteriorment a la resolució de la concessió vàlida i ajustada a dret, el beneficiari incompleixi totalment o parcialment les obligacions o els compromisos contrets, incompliment que tindrà com a conseqüència deixar sense efecte l'ajut i el reintegrament de les quantitats que s'haguessin pogut percebre, d'acord amb la Llei 38/2003, de 17 de novembre, general de subvencions, i la resta de normativa aplicable.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;18. Recursos&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Contra els acords d'aprovació de la convocatòria i la resolució d'aquesta, que posen fi a la via administrativa, es pot interposar recurs contenciós administratiu en el termini de dos mesos comptadors des de l'endemà d'haver-se publicat i notificat respectivament. Igualment, contra els acords indicats, es pot interposar de manera potestativa recurs de reposició en el termini d'un mes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;No es pot interposar cap recurs contenciós administratiu fins que sigui resolt expressament el recurs de reposició o se n'hagi produït la desestimació presumpta.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;19. Altres disposicions&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Normativa general aplicable&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En tot el que no prevegin expressament aquestes bases regeixen, de forma supletòria, les disposicions que siguin aplicables al Consell Insular de Menorca en matèria de subvencions, especialment les contingudes en les normes següents:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Reial decret 887/2006, de 21 de juliol, pel qual s'aprova el Reglament de la Llei 38/2003, de 17 de novembre, general de subvencions.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Decret legislatiu 2/2005, de 28 de desembre, pel qual s'aprova el Text refós de la Llei de subvencions.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
