    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Mitjançant Resolució de Batlia núm. 2025/PRE/0000379, de dia 21.03.2025, la batlessa ha resolt l'aprovació del Pla d'actuació en matèria de transport públic de viatgers en vehicle turisme per als anys 2025-2026, a l'empara de l'article 53.4 de la Llei 4/2014, de 20 de juny, de transports terrestres i mobilitat sostenible de les Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;A continuació, es transcriu l'esmentat Pla:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;PLA D'ACTUACIÓ EN MATÈRIA DE TRANSPORT PÚBLIC DE VIATGERS EN VEHICLE TURISME PER ALS ANYS 2025 i 2026&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El servei del taxi en l'àmbit del transport públic de viatgers té una presència molt destacada per a la mobilitat de les persones en general i, bàsicament, per als turistes que ens visiten durant la temporada estival. La contribució d'aquest sector a l'activitat turística i el component públic i de vegades assistencial d'aquest servei fa convenient una proporcionada actuació que s'ajusti a les especials necessitats de la demanda d'aquest servei i que es produeixen majoritàriament durant l'època assenyalada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En les temporades estivals es constata que existeix una gran desproporció entre l'oferta d'aquests serveis i la demanda que es produeix, provocada en gran manera pel marcat component estacional de la temporada turística, que fa que la població augmenti notablement durant els mesos estivals i que, per tant, no es pugui prestar un òptim servei amb el nombre de vehicles autoritzats per prestar el servei de transport públic de viatgers durant tot l'any.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;De conformitat amb la competència exclusiva en matèria de transports atorgada a la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears, el Parlament de les Illes Balears, en virtut de l'article 48 de la Llei Orgànica 1/2007 de 28 de febrer, de reforma de l'Estatut d'Autonomia de les Illes Balears, va aprovar la Llei 4/2014, de 20 de juny, de transports terrestres i mobilitat sostenible de les Illes Balears, que en el seu article 48 atribueix als ajuntaments les competències administratives en relació al servei d'auto-taxi, en virtut del qual l'Ajuntament de Sant Lluís va aprovar el Pla d'actuació pels anys 2019 a 2022.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Davant les restriccions per la COVID, l'Ajuntament, mitjançant Resolució núm. 1211, de 29.12.2020, va suspendre la prestació del servei de llicències temporals durant la temporada 2020, deixant sense efecte durant el 2020 el Pla d'actuació i acordant la prolongació de la vigència del mateix un any més, fins a la temporada 2023.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Davant les previsions de continuar amb restriccions per la COVID i preveient que no es produiria un increment de la demanda de tais durant la temporada estival 2021, mitjançant la Resolució núm. 622, de 28.06.2021, l'Ajuntament declarà la suspensió de la prestació dels serveis de llicències temporals durant la temporada 2021, deixà sense efecte durant el 2021 el Pla d'actuació i acordà la prolongació de la vigència del mateix un any més, fins a la temporada 2024.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Superat actualment l'efecte de la COVID-19 (i amb tot el que açò va implicar en termes de pròrrogues i suspensions de les llicències), resulta pertinent dur a terme un nou Pla d'Actuació per als anys 2025-2026, atenent a les circumstàncies de millora i previsió d'una temporada estival amb una ocupació similar o superior a la de 2019.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La llei 4/2014, de 20 de juny, de transports terrestres i mobilitat sostenible de les Illes Balears estableix les condicions generals de prestació del servei d'auto-taxi i preveu la llicència municipal com a títol per prestar el servei, distingint entre llicències ordinàries i llicències de caràcter temporal que pretenen donar resposta a la demanda amb alta temporalitat pròpia dels municipis turístics de platja, i indica que aquestes últimes s'atorgaran preferentment als titulars de llicències de caràcter ordinari.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La mateixa norma, en el seu article 53.4, modificat per la Llei 1/2024, de 16 de febrer, assenyala que, mentre el Govern de les Illes Balears no estableixi i aprovi un decret amb les limitacions i criteris objectius en què s'ha de basar l'atorgament de les llicències temporals, els Ajuntaments podran atorgar les llicències temporals mitjançant un acte administratiu motivat, que determini l'adjudicació, les condicions de prestació del servei, el número mínim i màxim, les condicions a les quals s'han d'ajustar, els drets i les obligacions, la quantia de la taxa, els supòsits de revocació, els terminis de duració i les altres condicions que es considerin adequades o necessàries.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;L'objectiu d'aquest nou Pla d'Actuació, igual que l'anterior, és adequar l'oferta del servei de transport públic de viatgers en vehicle turisme a la demanda real, amb la finalitat de corregir la distorsió de l'augment estacional de mobilitat i combatre l'intrusisme.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El contingut del Pla, d'acord amb la Llei 4/2014, estableix les condicions a les quals s'han d'acollir aquestes autoritzacions, el nombre màxim d'autoritzacions a atorgar, les condicions de prestació del servei, els drets i les obligacions que han d'assumir els subjectes autoritzats, el termini de durada de l'autorització, els supòsits de revocació i la resta de condicions exigibles.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Respecte el número de llicències atorgables, i considerant les necessitats expressades pel sector i per l'experiència constatada durant la vigència de l'anterior Pla regulador, es constata la necessitat de disposar d'un màxim de 7 llicències temporals i d'un mínim de 4 llicències temporals.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;A fi d'afavorir una renovació de la flota de taxis de Sant Lluís per vehicles mes eficients i ecològics, es permet que el turisme que s'ofereixi per a la llicència temporal quedi vinculat, si escau, a la llicència ordinària.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En definitiva, el present Pla regulador persegueix un augment dels nivells de qualitat del servei de transport públic de viatgers en vehicle turisme, que s'aconseguirà amb la coordinació prevista entre els sistemes municipals de transport urbà de viatgers i la resta de mesures d'aplicació per a l'avaluació dels resultats obtinguts, juntament amb la persecució de l'incompliment de la normativa del sector.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;I. Objecte del Pla d'actuació&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El present Pla d'actuació és un acte que té l'objecte de concretar les condicions a les quals s'han de subjectar les llicències temporals d'àmbit municipal, sense perjudici de l'autorització per a la prestació insular recollida en l'article 69.4 de la Llei 4/2014, de 20 de juny, de transports terrestres i mobilitat sostenible de les Illes Balears, per als anys 2025 a 2026.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La vigència del Pla d'Actuació ve definida en el temps per la seva estacionalitat, aplicable als dos anys de la seva durada màxima.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La persona titular d'una llicència temporal estarà habilitada per realitzar el servei de transport públic de viatgers en vehicles turisme, sempre que aquests serveis tenguin el seu origen en el municipi de Sant Lluís. Així, l'objectiu principal del Pla consisteix en l'ampliació, en temporada estival, de la capacitat que el sistema de transport públic de viatgers en vehicle turisme pot prestar a cada moment, a través de l'augment de llicències, en aquest cas temporals, com a títol habilitant previst legalment per a la prestació del servei. De forma paral·lela, s'incidirà en la millor ordenació del sector, bàsicament pel que fa al control de la competència deslleial i l'intrusisme.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;II. Característiques de les llicències temporals&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Les llicències temporals d'àmbit municipal de transport públic de viatgers en vehicle turisme reuniran les característiques següents:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Estacionals: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Determinada per la temporalitat de la seva vigència, de l'1 de maig al 31 d'octubre.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Mitjançant decret, cada any, s'establiran les limitacions en el nombre de dies de la setmana i es determinaran els horaris.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Vigència:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Des del moment de l'atorgament i durant el període regulat pel present Pla d'actuació (anys consecutius 2025 i 2026)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Personal:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; L'autorització tindrà caràcter personal i, per tant, anirà vinculada a l'atorgament a una persona que reuneixi els requisits i a un únic vehicle, que igualment reuneixi les característiques que es demanin. Només podrà obtenir-se una llicència temporal per persona.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Intransmissibles&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;: Aquestes autoritzacions no es podran transmetre en cap cas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Revocables:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Independentment de l'extinció de l'autorització per caducitat, l'Ajuntament de Sant Lluís podrà revocar-la per incórrer en la pèrdua de qualsevol dels requisits exigits, així com pel reiterat incompliment de les condicions de prestació del servei.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Àmbit municipal:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Aquestes autoritzacions només habilitaran la prestació del serveis amb origen en l'àmbit territorial del municipi de Sant Lluís, sense perjudici de la possible autorització del Consell Insular per prestar el servei fora d'aquest.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;III. Determinació del nombre total d'autoritzacions&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El present Pla regulador tindrà una vigència de dos anys consecutius, 2025 i 2026&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Per al primer any de vigència s'atorgaran un màxim de 4 autoritzacions.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Per al segon any, i després de valorar l'efectivitat de les autoritzacions concedides l'any anterior, es podran atorgar les que resultin necessàries.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;IV. Procediment d'autorització&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. Inici&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Una vegada aprovat el present Pla regulador, s'haurà de publicar en el Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears; i l'endemà de la data de la publicació determinarà l'inici del termini de presentació de sol·licituds, durant un termini de deu dies naturals. Així mateix, es publicarà l'obertura d'aquest termini al tauler d'anuncis i a la pàgina web de l'Ajuntament de Sant Lluís, amb indicació dels requisits exigits per optar a la concessió de les autoritzacions.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Els requisits exigits per optar a la concessió de les autoritzacions, seran els que es detallen a continuació:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;REQUISITS&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1.1. Ser persona física o jurídica&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1.2. Complir les obligacions fiscals, socials i laborals establertes en la legislació vigent.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1.3. Disposar del permís de conduir classe B o superior i del permís municipal de conductor/a de l'Ajuntament de Sant Lluís, i complir la resta de requisits que assenyali el Reglament municipal del servei de transport urbà de viatgers en automòbils lleuger amb conductor de l'Ajuntament de Sant Lluís.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1.4. Explotar personalment la llicència temporal, entenent-se com a explotació personal la conducció de vehicle per part del titular de la llicència o conductor contractat amb aquesta finalitat, i no la seva simple gestió.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1.5.Ser titular de llicència municipal de taxi o assalariat del sector del taxi d'acord amb el següent:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Qui opti com a titular de llicència municipal, disposar com a màxim d'una llicència municipal de taxi i estar en actiu i presentar acreditació del compliment de la declaració censal d'estar donat d'alta davant l'Administració Tributària i en el règim especial de treballadors autònoms de la Seguretat Social, d'acord amb la documentació que es detalla a l'apartat següent.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Qui opti com a assalariat del sector del taxi (d'acord amb el previst en el procediment&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;d'atorgament), a més dels requisits recollits als apartats 1.1 a 1.4, haurà d'acreditar el fet d'haver estat contractat pel titular d'una llicència municipal de taxi, almenys durant vint mesos durant els cinc anys anteriors a l'inici del termini de presentació d'instàncies, així com haver realitzat aquest treball durant almenys dos mesos al llarg de l'any 2024.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. Sol·licituds i documentació a presentar&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2.1. El termini de sol·licituds s'obrirà l'endemà de la publicació en el BOIB del present Pla regulador, en instància dirigida a l'Alcaldia d'aquesta corporació, segons el model recollit a l'Annex I. Aquest termini finalitzarà deu dies naturals posteriors a la data d'inici &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En cas que l'últim dia del còmput del termini sigui dissabte o festiu, el termini es prorrogarà automàticament fins al següent dia hàbil. Quan es publiquin anuncis de correcció d'errors, rectificacions o aclariments, el termini de presentació de proposicions es computarà a partir de la data del nou anunci.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La presentació de proposicions pressuposa l'acceptació, per part de la persona interessada, de les clàusules del present Pla.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;També s'admetrà la documentació presentada d'acord amb les disposicions legals i que compleixi els requisits que s'hi estableixen, sempre que tenguin entrada a les dependències municipals abans de la finalització del termini indicat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2.2. Cada persona sol·licitant presentarà la sol·licitud conforme al model recollit a l'annex, i s'acompanyarà dels següents documents:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a) Declaració responsable del compliment dels requisits establerts en el present pla regulador (annex I)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b) Declaració responsable de no estar inclòs el licitador/a en les prohibicions per contractar recollides en la legislació de contractació del sector públic (annex II)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;c) Declaració responsable de trobar-se al corrent del compliment de les obligacions tributàries i amb la Seguretat Social imposades per les disposicions vigents.(annex II).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;d) Certificat expedit per la Prefectura Provincial de Trànsit, en el qual s'acrediti que la persona interessada no ha estat sancionada per resolució ferma en els dos últims anys per alguna de les infraccions qualificades com a molt greus de les previstes en el Reial decret legislatiu 6/2015, de 30 d'octubre, pel qual es va aprovar el text refós de la Llei sobre trànsit, circulació de vehicles a motor i seguretat vial.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;i) Compromís que s'adscriurà a la llicència temporal un vehicle, conforme a l'establert en el present pla regulador. S'haurà d'especificar les seves característiques (apartat 7.2) (annex III)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;f) Compromís d'aportar pòlissa d'assegurança per cobrir de forma il·limitada la seva responsabilitat civil pels danys que es causin en ocasió del transport. (annex III)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;g) Indicació de l'adreça electrònica o fax, amb la finalitat d'efectuar notificacions, quan escaigui.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;h) En el cas de conductors/ores assalariats/ades o persones titulars de llicència que pretenguin que es computi la seva experiència, declaració responsable on indiquin l'antiguitat amb què compten, que hauran d'acompanyar amb una relació detallada dels titulars i nombres de llicència on s'han prestat els serveis de conductor, amb indicació de les dates d'inici i finalització dels serveis.(annex II)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Amb la finalitat d'evitar irregularitats i contradiccions, es determina que la persona sol·licitant que falsegi la documentació, una vegada acreditat tal extrem, quedarà automàticament exclosa del procediment d'atorgament de llicències temporals.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Les persones que, com a titulars d'una llicència de taxi al municipi de Sant Lluís, optin per la llicència temporal hauran de fer constar en la seva sol·licitud el nombre de llicència de què són titulars, així com aportar còpia dels rebuts o documentació acreditativa del pagament de dotze mesos cotitzats en el règim especial d'autònoms, al llarg dels últims vint mesos. Pel que fa al requisit de no haver estat jubilada, aquellesvpersones amb edat suficient per trobar-se en tal circumstància hauran de presentar certificat negatiu, emès per l'Institut Nacional de la Seguretat Social.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3. Esmena de deficiències&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Transcorregut el termini de presentació de sol·licituds, l'Ajuntament obrirà un període de 3 dies hàbils per a l'esmena de deficiències, en relació amb aquelles persones sol·licitants que no hagin acreditat suficientment el compliment dels requisits.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;L'endemà de la data de publicació d'aquesta relació al tauler d'anuncis i a la pàgina web municipal determinarà l'inici del còmput dels 3 dies hàbils per a l'esmena.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Transcorregut aquest termini sense esmenar les deficiències que fossin trobades, la persona sol·licitant quedarà exclosa del procés d'adjudicació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4. Classificació de persones sol·licitants admeses&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El procediment per a l'adjudicació de les llicències temporals estableix la següent classificació de persones sol·licitants i distribució d'autoritzacions:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Categoria A: "Titulars": titulars de llicència municipal de taxi&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Categoria B: "Assalariats": assalariats del sector del taxi.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El procediment d'adjudicació es regirà per la preferència dels titulars (categoria A) respecte dels assalariats (categoria B), de conformitat amb el que preveu l'article 52.4 de la Llei 4/2014, de 20 de juny, de transports terrestres i mobilitat sostenible de les Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En el cas que es presentessin més sol·licituds que nombre de llicències a atorgar, es constituirà un contingent de reserva al qual poder acudir en els supòsits de renúncies o vacants sobrevingudes, format per les sol·licituds que no s'hagin adjudicat, ordenades conforme a la puntuació obtinguda a l'apartat següent.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En tot cas, si en la temporada següent (any 2026) l'Ajuntament de Sant Lluís augmenta el número de llicències, s'haurà d'obrir expressament una nova convocatòria d'adjudicació d'aquestes llicències temporals.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;5. Adjudicació de les llicències temporals&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Les llicències temporals s'atorgaran a aquelles persones sol·licitants que obtenguin una major puntuació, atenent els següents criteris:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Categoria A: Titulars de llicències ordinàries d'auto-taxi.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;S'atorgarà la puntuació atenent els següents criteris:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;- Per rigorosa i continuada antiguitat com a titular de llicència municipal de taxi en el municipi de Sant Lluís, 0,10 punts per cada any d'antiguitat, amb un màxim de 3 punts. Aquesta antiguitat, entesa a la data de finalització de presentació de sol·licituds, únicament es computarà per anys complets, sense que es puguin tenir en compte la fracció o decimal que pogués resultar d'aquest còmput.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Amb aquesta finalitat també es computa, en aquest apartat, el temps que haguessin prestat servei com a assalariats del sector.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Aportació de vehicle d'emissions “0”: 5 punts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Aportació d'un vehicle «Eco»: 3 punts&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Aportació d'un vehicle de 7 places: 3 punts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Aportació d'un vehicle adaptat: 1 punt&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Categoria B: Assalariats.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;S'atorgarà la puntuació atenent els mateixos criteris que per a les persones titulars de llicència, quant a antiguitat i característiques del vehicle, però amb l'excepció que sempre tindran preferència les persones titulars de llicències ordinàries.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;6. Aprovació de la llista definitiva ordenada&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Transcorregut el termini per a l'esmena de deficiències, mitjançant Resolució d'Alcaldia s'aprovarà la llista definitiva ordenada per classes, que s'exposarà al tauler d'anuncis i al web municipal, a l'efecte de notificació a les persones adjudicatàries, atorgant-los un termini per complir l'obligació d'aportar la resta de documentació necessària per a la finalització del corresponent expedient d'autorització.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La publicació d'aquesta llista ordenada equival a la concessió provisional de l'autorització temporal, l'eficàcia de la qual quedarà condicionada a la presentació, per part de la persona interessada, de la documentació que segueix, i en les dates que s'assenyalen a continuació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En cas d'empat, si hi hagués més persones sol·licitants que llicències temporals a atorgar, s'atorgaran a qui hagués obtingut més punts pel tipus de vehicle, i, en cas de persistir l'empat, pel criteri d'antiguitat. Si encara així persisteix l'empat, s'efectuaria un sorteig públic.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;7. Documentació a presentar per a l'adjudicació definitiva i començament de la prestació del servei&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;L'eficàcia de l'atorgament de la llicència temporal estarà condicionada a la presentació per part de la persona interessada de la documentació que segueix, abans de les dates que s'indiquen:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Termini màxim per a la realització del dipòsit (apartat 7.1 següent): Deu dies naturals després de la publicació en el tauler d'anuncis digital de l'Ajuntament de la resolució d'adjudicació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Els documents acreditatius de l'antiguitat declarada, així com la resta de documentació (apartats 7.2. a 7.4), s'hauran d'aportar en el mateix termini anterior de 10 dies naturals des de la publicació en el tauler d'anuncis digital de l'Ajuntament de la resolució d'adjudicació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;7.1. Acreditació d'haver efectuat un dipòsit (retornable en les condicions que es descriuran a continuació) de cinc-cents euros (500 €) a la Tresoreria de l'Ajuntament de Sant Lluís, que respondrà en cas de:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Renúncia a l'obtenció de l'autorització.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;No presentar la documentació necessària en els terminis assenyalats per poder obtenir l'autorització.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;No compliment de l'obligació de retirar del vehicle (i acreditar-ho així davant l'Ajuntament) tots els signes externs identificatius, en el termini màxim d'un mes des de la finalització de la vigència de la llicència temporal, o en els casos de substitució regulats a l'apartat V.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Transcorregut el període de vigència de l'autorització temporal, i comprovat per l'Ajuntament el compliment dels requisits anteriors, s'emetrà informe favorable a la devolució del dipòsit, una vegada finalitzi l'última temporada, sempre que se segueixin complint la resta de requisits establerts per a la tornada del dipòsit.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;7.2. Acreditació de disponibilitat d'un vehicle turisme, amb passi a servei públic, inspecció tècnica de vehicles en vigor, en règim de propietat, usdefruit, arrendament financer o lísing, que reuneixi les característiques tècniques a les quals s'hagin compromès.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;7.3. Tenir assegurada de forma il·limitada, o pel mínim que estableixi la normativa d'aplicació, i durant el temps de vigència de l'autorització, la responsabilitat civil amb tercers, en ocasió de danys ocasionats per raó d'aquest servei.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;7.4. Acreditació de disposar d'un conductor/a assalariat/ada, amb els permisos de conduir exigits per la normativa corresponent.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;7.5. Una vegada aportada la documentació requerida, s'haurà de començar a prestar el servei el dia 1 de maig, excepte autorització expressa en supòsits de força major. L'incompliment d'aquesta condició donarà lloc a la declaració de la llicència com a vacant.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;8. Procediment per cobrir renúncies d'adjudicataris&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Si, una vegada dictada la resolució de la llista ordenada, les persones adjudicatàries renunciessin a la llicència temporal o, si escau, aquesta no arribés a adquirir eficàcia per falta de presentació de la documentació necessària, la plaça corresponent a aquesta llicència quedarà vacant, i l'Ajuntament acudirà perquè sigui coberta a la persona sol·licitant que correspongui segons l'ordre de puntuació resultant.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La renúncia, la falta de presentació de la documentació o el retard injustificat per començar a prestar el servei comportarà la declaració de vacant de la llicència temporal i la pèrdua del dret a la devolució del dipòsit, en cas que aquest ja s'hagués constituït, d'acord amb el procediment administratiu que es dugui a terme amb aquesta finalitat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;9. Emissió targeta de transports&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Les persones sol·licitants que finalment compleixin tots els requisits i aconsegueixin l'atorgament d'una llicència temporal rebran per part de l'Ajuntament de Sant Lluís una targeta de transports acreditativa del títol habilitant obtingut, amb indicació de la persona titular, termini de vigència i matrícula del vehicle.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;V. Prestació del servei. Drets i obligacions&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;A. Exercici de l'activitat&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. La prestació d'aquest servei s'efectuarà exclusivament mitjançant la utilització del vehicle ofert per a l'autorització temporal; no obstant això, es podrà vincular aquest vehicle a la llicència ordinària; en aquest cas, la llicència temporal es cobrirà amb el turisme que fins aquest moment apareixia a la llicència ordinària.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;També es podran donar supòsits de substitució definitiva o temporal en els termes que s'indiquen a continuació:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;- &lt;strong&gt;SUBSTITUCIÓ DEFINITIVA&lt;/strong&gt;: En cas que, durant la prestació del servei, la persona titular de l'autorització temporal vulgui substituir el vehicle vinculat a l'autorització atorgada, haurà de comunicar-ho a l'Ajuntament, acreditant la disponibilitat de nou vehicle, amb les seves dades, model i matrícula, i acreditació que compleix els mateixos requisits que tenia el vehicle a substituir.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;A més, haurà d'acreditar, mitjançant certificat de la ITV, haver retirat tots els distintius externs del vehicle original.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Comprovat l'anterior, l'Ajuntament dictarà resolució autoritzant la substitució i emetent amb aquesta finalitat nova targeta de transport.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En cas de no complir-se els requisits anteriors, la substitució serà denegada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;- &lt;strong&gt;SUBSTITUCIÓ TEMPORAL&lt;/strong&gt;: Excepcionalment, es podrà accedir a una substitució temporal en cas d'avaria o accident. En aquests casos, la persona interessada ho haurà de sol·licitar a l'Ajuntament mitjançant instància, la qual acompanyarà amb acreditació de disposar d'un altre vehicle per a la prestació del servei, amb els requisits de l'apartat 7.2 i certificació de taller mecànic, acreditativa de la incidència i durada estimada de la seva resolució.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En aquests casos excepcionals, s'admetrà que la titularitat del vehicle no coincideixi amb la de l'autorització.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Igual que en el cas anterior, l'Ajuntament, una vegada comprovat que es compleixen tots els requisits, dictarà resolució autoritzant la substitució temporal i emetent amb aquesta finalitat nova targeta de transport (també de caràcter temporal).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;No obstant això, aquest supòsit, per l'excepcionalitat del seu règim i atesa la durada de la vigència de l'autorització temporal, no podrà excedir de 15 dies. En cas que la previsió de substitució temporal excedeixi del termini indicat, la persona interessada haurà d'acudir al procediment de substitució definitiva abans regulat, excepte autorització expressa en supòsits degudament justificats.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Transcorregut el termini de durada màxima de 15 dies d'aquesta substitució temporal, la persona titular de l'autorització haurà d'acreditar davant l'Ajuntament d'haver retirat els distintius externs del vehicle autoritzat temporalment.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Aquesta acreditació s'haurà de produir en el termini màxim de 3 dies hàbils des de la finalització del període de 15 dies, sense que, en cap cas, tots dos vehicles puguin simultaniejar la prestació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. Les persones titulars de les llicències temporals hauran de prestar el servei personalment i hauran de comptar amb un o més conductors/ores assalariats/ades, per garantir la prestació del servei en les condicions indicades en aquest pla.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3. Tots els conductors/ores d'una autorització temporal hauran d'acreditar trobar-se en possessió del permís B o superior.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4. Les persones titulars de les llicències temporals (es tracti de titulars de llicència municipal o d'assalariats) hauran de trobar-se de forma ininterrompuda donats d'alta en el règim especial dels treballadors autònoms durant els dies de vigència de la llicència.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;5. Les persones titulars hauran d'assegurar la prestació del servei durant tots els dies corresponents al termini de vigència de l'autorització, excepte en el cas que això es contradigui amb l'establert en la normativa laboral d'aplicació pel que fa a la durada de les jornades i la seva distribució setmanal, així com la legislació que resulti d'aplicació en relació als temps màxims de conducció i descans per al conductor/a.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;6. Una vegada conclòs el període de vigència de la llicència temporal, les persones adjudicatàries quedaran obligades a eliminar del vehicle tots els signes externs identificatius de l'activitat i d'acreditar-ho mitjançant la presentació a l'Ajuntament de Sant Lluís d'un certificat emès per la ITV amb aquesta finalitat, en el termini màxim d'un mes després de la finalització del seu torn.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Una vegada acreditat el compliment d'aquesta exigència, els serveis competents de l'Ajuntament emetran un informe per procedir, en finalitzar l'última temporada, a la devolució del dipòsit que es va efectuar en ocasió de l'adjudicació de l'autorització temporal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;B. Règim tarifari&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En qualsevol cas, les tarifes que resultessin d'aplicació seran les mateixes que siguin aplicables per a les llicències de caràcter ordinari.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;C. Règim sancionador&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;L'incompliment, per part de la persona titular d'una autorització temporal, de les condicions de prestació del servei o la pèrdua d'alguna de les condicions exigides per a la seva obtenció determinaria l'obertura del corresponent expedient, de manera que podrà ser sancionada, després de l'oportuna tramitació, d'acord amb el previst a la normativa general de transports i, si escau, la normativa local que resultin d'aplicació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;D. Revocació&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;L'Ajuntament de Sant Lluís podrà revocar l'autorització, que no tindrà caràcter de sanció, per incórrer en la pèrdua de qualsevol dels requisits exigits, així com pel reiterat incompliment de les condicions de prestació del servei, fet que suposarà la pèrdua de tots els drets vinculats a l'autorització i la impossibilitat de prestar el servei que aquesta emparava. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Abans de resoldre la revocació de qualsevol autorització, serà preceptiu el tràmit d'audiència a la persona interessada. La revocació, com qualsevol altre acte administratiu, es podrà recórrer en via administrativa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;VI. Pla d'inspeccions&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Durant la vigència d'aquestes autoritzacions, es reforçaran les inspeccions realitzades per l'Ajuntament de Sant Lluís, en coordinació amb el Consell Insular i amb les forces i els cossos de seguretat, dependents dels diferents municipis i de la Direcció Insular de l'Administració General de l'Estat. En aquest sentit, es preveu la realització d'inspeccions específiques per controlar la competència deslleial en el sector del taxi, preferentment en hores i ubicacions on s'acumulin els incompliments. Així, d'acord amb la planificació dels serveis propis de les diferents policies locals i dels agents de l'Agrupació de Trànsit de la Guàrdia Civil, en coordinació i amb la supervisió dels serveis d'Inspecció de Transports del Consell Insular, es durà a terme, durant els mesos de vigència del Pla d'actuació, una major vigilància per al control de les pràctiques il·legals en relació amb el transport de viatgers en vehicle turisme.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;VII.
