    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;El Ple del Consell Insular de Menorca, en la sessió extraordinària celebrada el 14 de març de 2022, va adoptar l'acord d'aprovació del Pla de Mesures Antifrau per a la gestió de projectes i actuacions finançats amb fons europeus dels Next Generation EU, així com la declaració institucional del Consell Insular de Menorca d'assumpció del compromís contra el frau (exp. 03135-2022-000002).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;D'altra banda, el Ple del Consell Insular de Menorca, en la sessió ordinària del 18 de març de 2024, va aprovar la primera revisió del Pla de Mesures Antifrau per a la gestió dels projectes i actuacions que reben finançament europeu dels fons «Next Generation EU», així com la declaració institucional d'assumpció del compromís contra el frau (exp. 03144-2024-000004).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;L'apartat 7 del Pla de Mesures Antifrau per a la gestió de projectes i actuacions finançades amb fons Next Generation EU, un cop aprovada la revisió, estableix:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;«La Comissió Antifrau estarà composta, com a mínim, pels següents membres:&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;El responsable de la direcció insular encarregada de la gestió dels fons europeus Next Generation EU.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;La Secretaria General o persona en qui aquesta delegui.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;La Intervenció o persona en qui aquesta delegui.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Un tècnic adscrit a la direcció insular encarregada de la gestió dels fons europeus Next Generation EU.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Un assessor jurídic.»&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Atès els decrets de presidència núm. 295/2022, núm. 191/2023 i núm. 81/2024, en els quals es nomenen diferents membres que, a data d'avui, ja no formen part de la corporació o ocupen altres serveis que no tenen competència per a la tasca encomanada,&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Atès l'acord de Consell Executiu de dia 8 de gener de 2024,relatiu a l'aprovació de la política i procediment de gestió del Sistema Intern d'Informació del Consell Insular de Menorca i entitats dependents i adherides (exp. 1614-2023-000008).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Com a president del Consell Insular de Menorca, i en exercici de les competències atribuïdes per l'article 21 de la Llei 4/2022, de 28 de juny, de consells insulars,&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;RESOLC:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Primer. &lt;/strong&gt;Designar i nomenar a les noves persones titulars i suplents de la Comissió Antifrau del Consell Insular per als Fons Next Generation EU, a les persones següents:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

Juana Mari Pons Torres, directora Insular del Servei de Promoció Turística i Fons Europeus del Consell Insular de Menorca. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
