    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;AJUNTAMENT d'Esporles Anunci de notificació de 14 març de 2025 en procediments de recaptació: citació per a notificació per compareixença EXP. 954/2023.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;D'acord amb el que estableix l'article 112 de la Llei 58/2003, de 17 de desembre, general tributària, atès que no ha estat possible la notificació per causes no imputables a l'Administració tributària, per mitjà d'aquest anunci se citen les persones interessades –o els seus representants degudament acreditats– que s'indiquen a continuació perquè en el termini de quinze dies naturals comptadors a partir de l'endemà d'haver-se publicat aquest anunci compareguin a l'oficina de recaptació, per notificar-los les liquidacions tributàries dictades per l'ajuntament. Transcorregut el termini sense comparèixer, la notificació s'entendrà produïda a tots els efectes legals l'endemà del venciment d'aquest termini, sens perjudici del dret que tenen de comparèixer en qualsevol moment del procediment.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
