&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. Mitjançant l'Acord del Patronat de la Fundació Balear d'Innovació i Tecnologia (Fundació BIT) de 28 de desembre de 2023, es va aprovar l'Oferta Pública d'Ocupació per a l'any 2023 corresponent al personal laboral de la Fundació Balear d'Innovació i Tecnologia (BOIB núm. 176 de 30 de desembre de 2023), en el marc de la Llei 20/2021, de 28 de desembre, de mesures urgents per a la reducció de la temporalitat en l'ocupació pública. L'Annex I recull les places de torn lliure de personal laboral.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. Mitjançant l'Acord del Patronat de la Fundació Balear d'Innovació i Tecnologia (Fundació BIT) de 19 de desembre de 2024, es va aprovar l'Oferta Pública d'Ocupació per a l'any 2024 corresponent al personal laboral de la Fundació Balear d'Innovació i Tecnologia (BOIB núm. 172 de 31 de desembre de 2024), en el marc de la Llei 20/2021, de 28 de desembre, de mesures urgents per a la reducció de la temporalitat en l'ocupació pública. L'Annex I recull les places de torn lliure de personal laboral.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3. El 25 de maig de 2023 la Fundació Balear d'Innovació i Tecnologia (FBIT) es va adherir parcialment al Conveni Col·lectiu per al personal laboral al servei de l'Administració de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears i es va publicar en el BOIB el 26 de setembre de 2023 (Resolució núm. 132), segons Acord d'adhesió parcial entre la Gerència i el Comitè d'Empresa, de data 23 de març de 2023 i amb data de signatura de 22 de maig de 2023.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4. L' article 23 de la Llei 7/2010, de 21 de juliol, del sector públic instrumental de la comunitat autònoma de les Illes Balears estipula al punt 2: “&lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El personal al servei d'aquests ens instrumentals es regeix per la legislació aplicable en cada cas i per les disposicions d'aquesta llei. En tot cas, i com a mínim, és d'aplicació a tot el personal al servei d'aquests ens la regulació establerta en l'Estatut Bàsic de l'Empleat Públic quant als deures dels empleats públics i el codi de conducta, els principis ètics, els principis de conducta, els principis rectors de l'accés a l'ocupació pública i les normes reguladores de la reserva de quota per a persones amb discapacitat&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;.”&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;5. El capítol III del Conveni col·lectiu per al personal laboral al servei de l'Administració de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears («Provisió de vacants, selecció i contractació»), regula la promoció interna i la convocatòria lliure de personal laboral fix en els articles 25 i 26. Així l'article 25 indica “&lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Les places vacants que no es cobreixin en els concursos s'han de convocar conjuntament per a la promoció interna i l'oferta pública d'ocupació, mitjançant concurs o concurs oposició en torn de promoció interna entre el personal laboral fix de plantilla, i mitjançant el sistema de selecció escaient en torn lliure.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;”.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;6. L'article 48 de la Llei 3/2007, regula l'accés a l'ocupació pública de les persones amb discapacitat i disposa que la conselleria competent en matèria de funció pública n'ha de facilitar l'accés a l'ocupació pública.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Les persones amb discapacitats físiques, psíquiques o sensorials, sempre que puguin acreditar la compatibilitat funcional amb les funcions dels cossos, les escales, les especialitats o les categories professionals d'accés, participen en els procediments selectius en igualtat de condicions que la resta dels aspirants, tret del que disposa l'apartat 4 d'aquest article.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En les ofertes d'ocupació pública de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears s'ha de reservar una quota no inferior al 7 % de les vacants per a les persones amb un grau de discapacitat igual o superior al 33 %, de manera que progressivament s'arribi al 2 % dels efectius totals en cada administració pública. La reserva del mínim del 7 % s'ha de fer de manera que, almenys, el 2 % de les places ofertes ho sigui per ser cobertes per persones que acreditin discapacitat intel·lectual i la resta de les places ofertes ho sigui per a persones que acreditin qualsevol altre tipus de discapacitat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;7. D'acord amb el que disposa el Decret 11/2017, de 24 de març, d'exigència de coneixements de la llengua catalana en els procediments selectius d'accés a la funció pública i per ocupar llocs de treball de l'Administració de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears. s'ha d'acreditar el nivell corresponent de coneixements de llengua catalana que s'estableix en aquesta convocatòria per a cada categoria i especialitat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Per tot això, dict la següent&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Resolució&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. Aprovar la convocatòria de torn lliure per concurs oposició per cobrir 5 llocs de feina de personal laboral de la Fundació Balear d'Innovació i Tecnologia, inclosos en les ofertes públiques d'ocupació dels anys 2023 i 2024 aprovades per l'Acord del Patronat de la Fundació Balear d'Innovació i Tecnologia de dia 28 de desembre de 2023 (BOIB núm. 176 de 30 de desembre de 2023) i l'Acord del Patronat de la Fundació Balear d'Innovació i Tecnologia de dia 19 de desembre de 2024 (BOIB núm. 172 de 31 de desembre de 2024), d'acord amb la distribució que consta a l' Annex I.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. Aprovar les bases específiques que han de regir aquesta convocatòria, que s'adjunten a aquesta Resolució com a Annex II.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3. Fer pública la informació sobre protecció de dades personals que figura en l'Annex III.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4. Publicar aquesta Resolució en el Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Interposició de recursos&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;L'ordre jurisdiccional social és el competent per resoldre les controvèrsies derivades d'aquestes bases, d'acord amb la Llei 36/2011, de 10 d'octubre, reguladora de la jurisdicció social, sense que s'hi pugui interposar cap recurs en via administrativa ni cap reclamació prèvia a la via judicial social, sense perjudici que s'hi pugui presentar una reclamació davant l'òrgan que dicta aquestes bases.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Primera.-&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; La selecció es regirà per les indicacions recollides en la present convocatòria i en la normativa d'aplicació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Segona.-&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; La feina consisteix en el desenvolupament de funcions tècniques d'anàlisi, programació i operació dels sistemes informàtics.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La persona treballadora s'integrarà dins els equips de desenvolupament de les àrees de Govern Digital o TIC Innovació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Sota la dependència del seu Director/a Tècnic/a o Coordinador/a d'Unitat, Cap d'Àrea o Coordinador/a d'Equip, li correspondrà la realització d'activitats de proposta, gestió, execució, control i inspecció, tramitació i impuls, estudi i informe i, en general, les de col·laboració tècnica amb el cos facultatiu superior i les pròpies de la professió que en cada cas correspon exercir a l'especialitat concreta.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En concret li correspondran el desenvolupament de funcions tècniques d'anàlisi, programació i operació dels sistemes informàtics i desenvolupar qualsevol responsabilitat no contemplada, però que sigui pròpia de la seva titulació i de les competències generals del seu lloc de feina.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;S'ofereix un contracte laboral indefinit, grup de classificació B, categoria de Facultatiu/va Tècnic/a TIC, codis de la Relació de Llocs de Treball L0307033, L03070035, L03070036 i L03070038 i&amp;nbsp; remuneració bruta anual de 31.486,69.-€ distribuït en dotze pagues, per a una jornada completa de 37,5 hores setmanals, de 08:00 a 15:30h, per a prestar serveis a les àrees de Govern Digital o TIC innovació al Parcbit de Palma.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;També amb condicions laborals que afavoreixen la conciliació de la vida familiar i laboral, dies d'assumptes propis i la possibilitat d'adherir-se al Pla de Teletreball de l'entitat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Tercera.-&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; El procés de selecció es realitzarà mitjançant una oferta d'ocupació pública amb la publicació al BOIB i a la pàgina web de la Fundació Bit (https://www.fundaciobit.org/). 	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;No haver estat separat, mitjançant expedient disciplinari, del servei de qualsevol administració pública, o dels òrgans constitucionals o estatutaris de les comunitats autònomes; ni trobar-se inhabilitat de forma absoluta o especial per a ocupacions o càrrecs públics per resolució judicial, per exercir funcions similars a les que complien,&amp;nbsp; en el cas que haguessin estat separats, inhabilitats o acomiadats disciplinàriament. En el cas de ser de nacionalitat d'un altre Estat, no trobar-se inhabilitats o en situació equivalent ni haver estat sotmès a sanció disciplinària o equivalent que impedeixi, en el seu Estat i en els mateixos termes, a l'accés a un lloc de feina en una entitat del sector públic instrumental del Govern de les Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Tema 4- Normativa europea, estatal i autonòmica en matèria d'igualtat, no- discriminació i violència de gènere. Els Plans d'Igualtat&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Les preguntes de l'examen s'agafaran d'un conjunt de preguntes que es publicaran a la pàgina web de la Fundació BIT https://www.fundaciobit.org/.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Aquesta prova és de caràcter obligatori i eliminatori, i consistirà a respondre per escrit un qüestionari de 55 preguntes de tipus test amb quatre respostes alternatives de les quals només una serà correcta. Les 50 primeres seran ordinàries i avaluables, i les 5 darreres seran de reserva. Totes les preguntes correspondran al contingut del temari complet de l'oposició. L'exercici es qualificarà de 0 a 80 punts. Cada pregunta resposta correctament es valorarà amb 1,6 punts; les preguntes contestades de manera errònia tenen una penalització de 0,53 punts;&amp;nbsp; si figuren amb més d'una resposta o no s'han resolt, no es computaran. La puntuació mínima serà de 0 punts i la màxima de 80 punts, per a superar la prova s'han d'obtenir 40 punts. El temps per desenvolupar aquest exercici serà de 110 minuts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Per a les persones amb discapacitat, en situació d'embaràs, part o situació de maternitat o paternitat: es faran les adaptacions necessàries per a cada cas concret per garantir la realització de les proves i es flexibilitzarà el termini per a la realització de la prova.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Es preveu que la prova de coneixements es dugui a terme durant el mes de juny de 2025.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La Comissió de Selecció publicarà la llista provisional de persones que l'hagin superat. Per efectuar una reclamació o sol·licitar la revisió de l'exercici, les persones interessades disposen d'un termini de set dies naturals des l'endemà que es publiqui la llista provisional. Les persones candidates hauran de fer servir: el registre electrònic general REG https://reg.redsara.es o qualsevol oficina de registre electrònic per fer les comunicacions a la Comissió de Selecció.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La Comissió de Selecció citarà a les persones candidates per la revisió de l'examen i disposarà d'un termini de set dies per resoldre'n les reclamacions i publicar la llista definitiva de persones aspirants que han superat l'exercici.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Només els candidats o candidates que hagin superat la prova de coneixements passaran a la Fase 3.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Fase 3-Valoració dels mèrits:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;S'obrirà un període de 7 dies naturals per a la presentació de la documentació justificativa dels mèrits que s'al·leguen. Només seran objecte de valoració els mèrits obtinguts amb anterioritat a la finalització del termini de presentació de sol·licituds per a prendre part en el procés selectiu, que s'al·leguin a la fulla d'autobaremació i s'acreditin amb la documentació corresponent que s'ha de remetre: &amp;nbsp;al registre electrònic general REG https://reg.redsara.es o qualsevol oficina de registre electrònic.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Es valoraran els mèrits fins a un màxim de 20,00 punts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3.1 Mèrits professionals:&amp;nbsp; Valoració de l'experiència professional prèvia, amb un màxim de 10,00 punts:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Per cada mes treballat en la mateixa o superior categoria professional o especialitat: 0,2 punts per cada 30 dies de serveis prestats.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;L'experiència laboral es justificarà amb:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Informe de vida laboral que inclogui exclusivament les dades que s'hagin de meritar i expedit per la Tresoreria General de la Seguretat Social. S'haurà d'aportar un informe per cada empresa els dies del qual es pretenguin meritar&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Contracte de treball amb identificació de la categoria professional o certificat de l'ocupador amb la indicació de les tasques realitzades.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Per al còmput dels mèrits professionals, s'agafarà el temps de treball assenyalat a l'Informe de Vida Laboral (sumant els períodes inferiors a 30 dies fins a completar els 30).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3.2 Coneixements superiors de català, màxim de 2,00 punts: nivell C1, 1,00 punt; nivell C2, 1,50 punts; Llenguatge Administratiu 0,50 punts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El coneixements de català s'acreditaran mitjançant certificat, títol, diploma o equivalent, expedit o homologat per l'òrgan competent en matèria lingüística del Govern de les Illes Balears o equivalent. Es valorarà un únic certificat de català. Quan s'al·leguin equivalències o homologacions de títols obtinguts o estudis cursats, aquesta circumstància deurà així mateix acreditar-se. En un altre cas no serà tinguda en compte.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3.3 Formació:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3.3.1 Valoració de formació reglada:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Es valoraran les titulacions acadèmiques oficials de nivell igual o superior a les exigides en la convocatòria i relacionades directament amb les funcions de la categoria professional i especialitat que són objecte de l'oferta. No s'han de valorar el títols acadèmics que han servit per obtenir la titulació acadèmica superior que ja s'ha valorat o que s'han presentat com a requisit.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La formació reglada s'ha de valorar de la forma següent:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a) Títols acadèmics:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul style="margin-left:40px"&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Per cada titulació de nivell MECES 4:&amp;nbsp; 3,00 punts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Per cada titulació de nivell MECES 3:&amp;nbsp; 2,00 punts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Per cada titulació de nivell MECES 2:&amp;nbsp; 1,00 punt.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b) Títols propis de postgrau (màster, especialista universitari, expert universitari i cursos d'actualització universitària), 0,02 punts per cada crèdit LRU o per cada 10 hores lectives i 0,05 per cada crèdit ECTS o per cada 25 hores.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La puntuació màxima d'aquest apartat relatiu a estudis i títols és de 6,00 punts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3.3.2 Valoració de formació no reglada:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Només es valoren les accions formatives (cursos de formació i de perfeccionament, jornades, seminaris i congressos) relacionades directament amb les funcions de la categoria professional i especialitat que són objecte de l'oferta.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La ponderació́ és la següent: s'atorgaran 0,02 per cada 10 hores lectives amb un màxim de 2,00 punts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Els cursos amb el mateix contingut, només es valoraran una vegada i puntuarà̀ aquell que tingui més crèdits o més hores.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La puntuació màxima d'aquest apartat relatiu a formació i perfeccionament serà de 2,00 punts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Els cursos de formació relacionats amb les funcions i/o tasques d'aquest lloc de feina s'acreditaran mitjançant certificat corresponent amb indicació de contingut i el número de hores. No es valoraran els certificats que no indiquin el contingut formatiu ni les hores de durada ni aquells que corresponguin a assignatures d'una carrera universitària, els cursos de doctorat o els derivats de processos selectius.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La Comissió de Selecció de l'ens convocant aprovarà la llista provisional amb la puntuació de la fase d'oposició més la puntuació dels mèrits al·legats.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Per efectuar una reclamació, les persones interessades disposen d'un termini de set dies naturals&amp;nbsp; des que es publiqui la llista provisional. Durant aquest tràmit no s'admet l'al·legació de nous mèrits no especificats a la declaració inicial. Les persones candidates hauran de fer servir: el registre electrònic general REG https://reg.redsara.es o qualsevol oficina de registre electrònic per fer les comunicacions a la Comissió de Selecció.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La Comissió de Selecció disposa d'un termini de set dies per resoldre'n les reclamacions i publicar la llista definitiva amb l'ordre dels aspirants d'acord amb la puntuació de la fase d'oposició més la puntuació dels mèrits.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En cas d'empat en la puntuació final entre varies persones candidates, aquest s'ha de resoldre atenent els criteris següents:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. La major puntuació obtinguda en l'exercici de la fase d'oposició&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. La major puntuació d'experiència professional al lloc de feina de facultatiu/va tècnic/a.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3. Les persones víctimes de violència de gènere.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4. La persona de més edat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;5. Si persisteix finalment l'empat, s'ha de fer un sorteig.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El vicepresident de l'ens dictarà una resolució per la qual s'aprova la llista definitiva de persones aspirants que han superat el procés selectiu pel sistema de concurs oposició.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Els/les candidats/es amb major puntuació seran requerits per la Comissió de Selecció per aportar els originals dels requisits i mèrits al·legats. Es declararà l'exclusió d'aquelles persones candidates que no presentin completa la documentació corresponent o no acreditin la possessió dels requisits exigits per les bases, tot això sense perjudici de la responsabilitat en què haguessin pogut incórrer les persones interessades per falsedat en la sol·licitud inicial. D'aquesta exclusió la Comissió&amp;nbsp; farà una comunicació, podent el candidat en cas de desacord realitzar les al·legacions que estimi necessàries en el termini de dos dies hàbils. Així mateix, podrà ser exclòs/excloses quan en el cas de tenir concedida una compatibilitat anterior al procés pugui ser considerat com a incompatible per la Comissió,&amp;nbsp; tret que la persona candidata obtingui una nova compatibilitat abans d'obtenir una plaça en la convocatòria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El termini per a la formalització dels contractes laborals i per a la incorporació efectiva al lloc de treball s'inicia l'endemà de la publicació en el BOIB i serà de cinc dies hàbils.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Les persones candidates que no superin el procés selectiu s'inclouran en una borsa de personal laboral temporal, específica i preferent a les borses ordinàries i la borsa de l'Oferta Pública Extraordinària d'Estabilització. En aquesta borsa s'integraran les persones candidates que, havent participat en el procés selectiu i no havent-lo superat, sí que hagin obtingut la puntuació mínima de 40 punts a la prova de coneixements. Aquesta borsa específica preferent tindrà una vigència de tres anys des de la publicació de la resolució de la seva constitució.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Es conformarà llavors una borsa que s'ordenarà en funció de la puntuació obtinguda en el procés. Quan es produeixi una vacant en la categoria s'oferirà el lloc de treball a la primera persona de la llista. Les citacions es realitzaran via telefònica. Si en 24 hores no s'aconsegueix localitzar al/la candidat/a es passarà a la persona següent per estricte ordre de prelació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Són causes de no exclusió de la borsa de treball:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a) Estar en període de gestació, de maternitat o de paternitat, adopció o acolliment permanent o pre-adoptiu, incloent el període en què sigui procedent la concessió d'excedència per a cura de fills i filles per qualsevol dels supòsits anteriors.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b) Prestar serveis en un lloc de la relació de llocs de treball de l'Administració de l'Estat, de l'Administració de la CAIB o de qualsevol ens del sector públic d'acord amb la delimitació que fa l'article 2 de la Llei 7/2010, de 21 de juliol, del sector públic instrumental de la CAIB.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;c) Patir malaltia o incapacitat temporal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Aquestes circumstàncies hauran de justificar-se adequadament per deixar-ne constància la seva situació de no disponibilitat que es mantindrà fins que l'interessat manifesti per escrit (en un termini no superior a deu dies) el canvi en la seva situació fent ús de del compte de correu electrònic seleccion@fundaciobit.org, indicat la referència del procés de selecció. La falta de comunicació en el termini establert determina passar a l'últim lloc de la llista.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Els/les integrants de la borsa de treball poden renunciar en qualsevol moment a formar part de la borsa. Per renunciar hauran de remetre escrit al departament de Recursos Humans de la Fundació Bit manifestant clarament la intenció de no formar part de la borsa. La borsa té una vigència màxima de tres anys des de que es publica en el BOIB.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Quan una persona seleccionada mitjançant aquest sistema de borsa cessi en el lloc de treball, tret que sigui per renúncia voluntària o per no haver superat el període de prova, es reincorporarà novament a la borsa de treball amb el mateix ordre de prelació que tenia.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Tota la informació del procés de selecció ( llistes provisionals, definitives,...) es publicaran a través de la web de la Fundació Bit &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;https://www.fundaciobit.org/&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; i en el tauler d'anuncis a les oficines de la Fundació Bit al ParcBit.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;L'ordre jurisdiccional social és el competent per resoldre les controvèrsies derivades d'aquestes bases, d'acord amb la Llei 36/2011, de 10 d'octubre, reguladora de la jurisdicció social, sense que s'hi pugui interposar cap recurs en via administrativa ni cap reclamació prèvia a la via judicial social, sense perjudici que s'hi pugui presentar una reclamació davant l'òrgan que dicta aquestes bases.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Administració de justícia:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; en cas que algun jutjat o tribunal requereixi l'expedient del procediment, l'ens Administració de justícia trametrà les dades personals que hi constin en l'Administració de justícia.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;No se cediran les dades personals a altres organismes o tercers, tret que existeixi obligació legal o interès legítim, d'acord amb l'RGPD.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Criteris de conservació de les dades personals:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; els terminis de conservació de les dades seran els necessaris per complir la finalitat del procediment i els que preveu la legislació d'arxius per a les administracions públiques, d'acord amb l'article 26 de la Llei orgànica 3/2018.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Transferències de dades a tercers països:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Les dades no es transferiran a tercers països.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Exercici de drets i reclamacions:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; les persones afectades pel tractament de dades personals tenen dret a sol·licitar a Fundació Balear d'Innovació i Tecnologia (Fundació BIT la confirmació que les seves dades són objecte de tractament, l'accés a les seves dades personals, la informació, la seva rectificació o supressió, la limitació o l'oposició al tractament i la no inclusió en tractaments automatitzats (i fins i tot, de retirar el consentiment, si s'escau, en els termes que estableix el RGPD). També tenen dret a la portabilitat de les dades en els termes que l'exercici d'aquest dret pugui afectar al procés selectiu.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;L'exercici d'aquests drets es pot sol·licitar davant el responsable del tractament esmentat abans (Fundació BIT), mitjançant el correu electrònic a l'adreça rrhh@fundaciobit.org&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
