font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%"><strong>2.</strong> Resolució de data 28 de desembre de 2022 (BOIB num. 170, de 30 de desembre de 2022), de correcció dels errors observats a la publicació de la Resolució de la Presidència de l'Institut Mallorquí d'Afers Socials per la qual s'aproven la convocatòria, les bases, els temaris i el barem de mèrits del procés selectiu d'estabilització pel sistema de concurs oposició per a l'ingrés com a personal funcionari a les escales, subescales, classes i especialitats dels subgrups C1, C2 i AP de les places de l'oferta pública extraordinària per a l'any 2022 (BOIB núm. 157, de 3 de desembre) </span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%"><span style="color:#000000"><strong>3. </strong>Els membres del Tribunal Qualificador en sessió celebrada dia 19 de novembre de 2024 (signat el 21/11/2024), després d'haver revisat l'ordre de preferència d'elecció dels llocs de les persones aspirants, atenent l'ordre de puntuació establert de les persones aspirants que han superat el procés selectiu d'estabilització pel sistema de concurs oposició per a l'ingrés com a personal funcionari de l'escala d'Administració general, subescala subaltern, classe subaltern/a de l'Agrupació professional (AP), i d'acord amb la base 14 de la convocatòria, han adoptat l'Acord d'aprovar les llistes definitives de les persones aspirants, proposar el nomenament i l'adjudicació.</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%"><span style="color:#000000"><strong>4.</strong> En data 21 de gener de 2025 el president de l'IMAS va resoldre aprovar les llistes definitives, nomenar funcionaris de carrera i adjudicar els llocs de treball a les persones aspirants que han superat el procés selectiu d'estabilització pel sistema de concurs oposició per a l'ingrés com a personal funcionari de l'escala d'Administració general, subescala subaltern, classe subaltern/a de l'Agrupació professional (AP).</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%"><span style="color:#000000"><strong>5.</strong> En data 28 de gener de 2025 es va publicar en el Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears la Resolució esmentada.</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%"><span style="color:#000000"><strong>6.</strong> En data 29 de gener de 2025 la senyora Antònia Sastre Bosch va presentar instància núm. 5137 en la qual desisteix de la presa de ossessió de la plaça adjudicada.</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%"><strong>Fonaments de dret</strong></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%"><strong>I.</strong> El Decret llei 6/2022, de 13 de juny, de noves mesures urgents per reduir la temporalitat en l'ocupació pública de les Illes Balears.</span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; Les persones relacionades disposaran d'un termini de tres dies hàbils des de l'endemà de la publicació pel jurament o promesa i la presa de possessió.</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%"><span style="color:#000000"><strong>Interposició de recursos </strong></span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%">Aquesta resolució no posa fi a la via administrativa i contra ella es pot interposar, d'acord amb l'article 28.1 dels Estatuts de l'IMAS aprovats per Acord del Ple del Consell de Mallorca d'11 d'abril de 2019 (BOIB núm. 67, de 18 de maig de 2019), recurs d'alçada davant el Consell Executiu del Consell Insular de Mallorca, dins el termini d'un mes, comptador a partir del dia següent al de la publicació de la present Resolució.</span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%">Contra la desestimació expressa del recurs d'alçada podrà interposar-se recurs contenciós administratiu davant el Jutjat Contenciós Administratiu, en el termini de dos mesos, comptadors a partir del dia següent al de la notificació de la desestimació de l'esmentat recurs.</span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%">Contra la desestimació per silenci del recurs d'alçada podrà interposar-se recurs contenciós administratiu davant el Jutjat Contenciós Administratiu, en qualsevol moment a partir del dia següent a la desestimació presumpta (tres mesos des de la interposició del recurs sense que s'hagi notificat la resolució).</span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%">No obstant l'anterior, es pot exercitar, si n'és el cas, qualsevol altre recurs que s'estimi pertinent.
