&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;"Primer. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Aprovar les bases i la convocatòria del procés de selecció de personal per a constituir una nova borsa de treball de persones aspirants a ser nomenades interinament, o contractades amb caràcter de personal laboral temporal, per a la cobertura de vacants de personal d'oficis-neteja d'edificis i vigilant netejador/a (Cala Galdana), si procedís, en cas de necessitats urgents i inajornables, pel sistema de concurs.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Les bases s'adjunten com a annex.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. Objecte de la convocatòria&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;És objecte d'aquesta convocatòria la creació d'una borsa de treball de persones aspirants a ser nomenades interinament, o amb caràcter de personal laboral temporal, personal d'oficis-neteja d'edificis i vigilant netejador/a, si procedís, en cas de necessitats urgents i inajornables de prestació de servei a l'Ajuntament de Ferreries, pel sistema de concurs.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. Funcions&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Pel que fa a les funcions pròpies del lloc de treball de personal d'oficis-neteja d'edificis: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Obrir i/o tancar les instal·lacions.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Custodiar les claus de les dependències assignades.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Escombrar i fregar els sòls de la zona de neteja assignada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Netejar els banys i controlar el bon ús d'aquest.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Netejar els cristalls que pugui haver-hi en les instal·lacions.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Buidar les papereres de l'edifici municipal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Proveir els productes funcionals bàsics: sabó, paper higiènic, etc.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Rentar i mantenir en bon estat el material assignat per a la neteja: draps, pals de fregar, etc.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Vetllar pel correcte estat i funcionament de les instal·lacions, procedint a avisar als operaris d'obres i serveis en cas d'incidència.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Efectuar qualsevol altra tasca no habitual o estructural, pròpia de la seva categoria o escala/subescala/classe, que li sigui encomanada i per a la qual hagi estat prèviament instruït.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Pel que fa a les funciones pròpies del lloc de treball de vigilant netejador/a a Cala Galdana: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Atendre els usuaris de les instal·lacions, orientant-los en la mesura que sigui possible, així com vigilar el bon estat de les instal·lacions (banys públics Cala Galdana i dutxes).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Gestionar el sistema de cobrament de l'ús de les instal·lacions, en cas d'implantar-se.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Obrir i/o tancar les instal·lacions.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Custodiar les claus de les dependències assignades.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Escombrar i fregar els sòls de les dependències assignades.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Netejar els banys i controlar el bon ús d'aquests.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Netejar els cristalls que pugui haver-hi en les instal·lacions.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Buidar les papereres dels edificis municipals.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Proveïment dels productes de neteja bàsics.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Rentar i mantenir en bon estat el material assignat per a la neteja.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Vetllar pel correcte estat i funcionament de les instal·lacions, procedint a avisar a l'encarregat d'obres i serveis en cas d'incidència.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Efectuar qualsevol altra tasca no habitual o estructural, pròpia de la seva categoria o escala/subescala/classe, que li sigui encomanada i per a la qual hagi estat prèviament instruït.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3. Requisits que han de complir les persones aspirants&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Per ser admès/esa i prendre part en el procés de selecció, les persones interessades han de complir els requisits següents:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a) Tenir nacionalitat espanyola o d'un estat membre de la Unió Europea o la dels estats als quals, en virtut dels tractats internacionals subscrits per la Unió Europea i ratificats per Espanya, els sigui aplicable la lliure circulació de treballadors. També poden ser admesos el/la cònjuge, els descendents i les descendents del cònjuge, tant dels ciutadans espanyols com dels nacionals dels estats membres de la Unió Europea, qualsevol sigui la seva nacionalitat, sempre i quan els cònjuges no estiguin separats de dret i els descendents siguin menors de 21 anys o majors d'aquesta edat però que visquin a càrrec dels seus progenitors i al cònjuge sempre que no estiguin separats de dret, de conformitat amb l'article 57 del Reial decret legislatiu 5/2015, de 30 d'octubre, pel qual s'aprova el text refós de la Llei de l'estatut bàsic de l'empleat públic.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Per a les persones aspirants que no posseeixen la nacionalitat espanyola i del seu origen no se'n desprèn el coneixement de la llengua castellana, han d'acreditar-ne el coneixement mitjançant l'aportació del diploma d'espanyol com a llengua estrangera, regulat en el RD 1137/2002, de 31 d'octubre, pel qual es regulen els diplomes d'espanyol com a llengua estrangera (DELE); o del certificat d'aptitud d'espanyol per a estrangers, expedits per les escoles oficials d'idiomes o mitjançant l'acreditació que estan en possessió d'una titulació acadèmica espanyola expedida per l'òrgan oficial competent en el territori espanyol.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b) Posseir la capacitat funcional per a l'acompliment de les tasques. Per participar en el procediment, n'hi ha prou amb la presentació, dins del termini de presentació d'instàncies, d'una declaració responsable de tenir les capacitats i aptituds físiques i psíquiques que són necessàries per a l'exercici de les funcions corresponents al lloc de treball.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En cas que la persona aspirant hagi estat seleccionada per formar part de la borsa i sigui cridada per ser contractada temporalment per necessitats dels serveis municipals, haurà de presentar, dins del termini màxim de&lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; 4 dies hàbils&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; des de la crida, un certificat mèdic oficial acreditatiu que compta amb les capacitats i aptituds físiques i psíquiques necessàries per realitzar les funcions del lloc de treball establertes en aquesta convocatòria. Si no es presenta el certificat mèdic oficial esmentat en el termini indicat, no es podrà procedir a la contractació que s'hagi ofert a l'aspirant i es passarà a cridar a la següent persona aspirant de la llista, de conformitat amb l'ordre de prelació que pertoqui.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;c) Haver complit 16 anys d'edat i no excedir de l'edat màxima de jubilació forçosa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;d) Estar en possessió del certificat d'escolaritat o equivalent.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;e) Acreditar el coneixement de llengua catalana corresponent al nivell de certificat B1, mitjançant l'aportació del títol o certificat oficial corresponent, expedit per l'Institut d'Estudis Baleàrics, l'Escola Balear d'Administració Pública, l'Escola Oficial d'Idiomes (EOI) o equivalents segons la normativa reguladora de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;f) No haver estat separat mitjançant expedient disciplinari del servei de qualsevol de les administracions públiques o dels òrgans constitucionals o estatutaris de les comunitats autònomes, ni trobar-se en inhabilitació absoluta o especial per a ocupacions o càrrecs públics per resolució judicial, per a l'accés al cos o escala de funcionari, o per exercir funcions similars a les que desenvolupa en el cas de personal laboral, en el qual hagués estat separat o inhabilitat. En el cas de ser nacional d'un altre estat, no trobar-se inhabilitat o en situació equivalent ni haver estat sotmès a sanció disciplinària o equivalent que impedeixi, en el seu estat, en els mateixos termes, l'accés a l'ocupació pública.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;g) No estar sotmès a cap causa d'incapacitat específica d'acord amb la normativa vigent.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;h) No estar sotmès a causa d'incompatibilitat en el moment d'iniciar la prestació de serveis i durant tota la prestació de serveis.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;i) Disponibilitat per treballar els caps de setmana i/o festius.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El compliment de les condicions i requisits exigits per poder participar en el procediment selectiu s'han de produir en la data d'acabament del termini de presentació de la sol·licitud i mantenir-se a la data de nomenament, si escau, com a funcionari interí. Serà causa d'exclusió si es detecta, en qualsevol moment, que no s'acompleixen les condicions i requisits exigits per a poder participar en el procediment selectiu.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Si durant el desenvolupament de les fases del procés selectiu el tribunal considera que hi ha raons suficients per fer-ho, podrà demanar als aspirants que acreditin el compliment de totes o alguna de les condicions i requisits exigits per prendre-hi part i determinar la continuació o l'exclusió de l'aspirant en el procés, si escau.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4. Presentació de les sol·licituds de participació en el procediment&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Les sol·licituds per prendre part en el procés selectiu s'han d'adreçar al batle i presentar-se directament al Registre General d'entrada de l'Ajuntament de Ferreries (carrer Sant Bartomeu, núm. 55) en horari de 9.00 a 14.00, de dilluns a divendres, o bé a la resta d'oficines públiques que assenyala l'article 16.4 de la Llei 39/2015, d'1 d'octubre, de procediment administratiu comú de les administracions públiques, o bé telemàticament a través de la seu electrònica municipal prèvia identificació amb un certificat digital reconegut.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En cas de fer servir l'oficina de Correus o el registre de qualsevol altre òrgan administratiu que no sigui el de l'Ajuntament de Ferreries, s'haurà de remetre una còpia de la instància presentada al correu electrònic següent: general@ajferreries.org i dirigit al Registre General d'entrada de l'Ajuntament de Ferreries dins del termini de presentació de sol·licituds.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El termini de presentació de sol·licituds, per raons de necessitat i urgència per a la constitució de la borsa, serà comptadors de &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;10 dies hàbils&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; des de l'endemà de la publicació de les bases en el Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;A efectes informatius, també es publicarà al tauler d'anuncis, i al tauler d'edictes de la seu electrònica municipal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La no presentació de sol·licituds dins del termini i en la forma escaient determina la no admissió de la persona aspirant en el procés selectiu.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Amb les instàncies, que es presentaran d'acord amb el model de l'annex I, s'hi haurà de fer constar la manifestació expressa de reunir totes i cadascuna de les condicions exigides en la base tercera de la present convocatòria, referida sempre a la data d'expiració del termini de presentació de sol·licituds, i, alhora, s'hi haurà d'adjuntar la documentació següent:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a) Acreditació de la nacionalitat: còpia del DNI o NIE i/o altre documentació oficial que justifiqui l'acompliment del requisit establert a la base 3.a) d'aquestes bases.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b) Còpia de la titulació exigida a la base 3.d) d'aquestes bases.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;c) Còpia del certificat oficial de llengua catalana de nivell B1 o superior.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;d) Els documents acreditatius dels mèrits que s'al·leguin. S'adverteix que els mèrits no al·legats i justificats documentalment o bé els presentats fora de termini no seran valorats. Els mèrits relatius a l'experiència professional han d'anar acompanyats del certificat de la vida laboral emès per la Seguretat social, acompanyat del contracte de treball, nomenament com a personal funcionari, certificat d'empresa o certificat dels serveis prestats emès per l'entitat corresponent.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;e) Els annexos I, II i III, degudament formalitzats.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Les persones aspirants es responsabilitzaran de la veracitat dels documents que presentin, significant que en cas d'haver-hi dubtes derivats de la qualitat de les còpies presentades, aquest Ajuntament podrà sol·licitar a la persona aspirant que presenti el document original a l'efecte d'acarar-lo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;5. Admissió de les persones aspirants a les proves&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Finalitzat el termini de presentació de sol·licituds, Batlia dictarà una resolució d'aprovació de la llista provisional de persones admeses i excloses en el procés de selecció. Aquesta resolució es publicarà al tauler d'edictes de la seu electrònica municipal, i indicarà les persones que han estat admeses i les provisionalment excloses, així com les causes de la no admissió, tot concedint a les provisionalment excloses un termini de&lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; 5 dies hàbils&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; per reclamar i, si és el cas, esmenar les faltes o omissions que n'hagin causat l'exclusió provisional. Les persones sol·licitants que dins del termini assenyalat no esmenin els defectes justificant el seu dret a ser admeses, seran definitivament excloses del procés selectiu.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En tot cas, amb la finalitat d'evitar errors i, si se'n produeixen, possibilitar-ne l'esmena dins el termini i en la forma escaient, les persones interessades han de comprovar no només que no figuren en la relació de persones excloses sinó que, a més, els seus noms consten en la relació pertinent de persones admeses.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Si no es presenten esmenes, es considerarà elevada a definitiva la llista provisional de persones admeses i excloses, no sent necessari tornar-la a publicar.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Als efectes de l'establert en aquesta base, s'entenen com a causes d'exclusió no esmenables:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La presentació de la sol·licitud fora de termini.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La manca d'acompliment de qualsevol requisit de participació el darrer dia del termini de presentació d'instàncies.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Qualsevol altre que resulti de la normativa aplicable.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Si es presenten reclamacions, seran acceptades o rebutjades mitjançant la resolució que aprovi la llista definitiva, que es publicarà també als llocs indicats per a la llista provisional. Aquesta darrera publicació servirà de notificació a l'efecte d'impugnacions i recursos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Els errors de fet poden ser esmenats en qualsevol moment, d'ofici o a petició de la persona interessada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Els successius anuncis que es puguin generar, relatius al procediment selectiu, s'hauran de publicar també al tauler d'edictes abans indicat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En tot cas, s'haurà de publicar el nomenament del tribunal qualificador de les proves, així com el lloc, la data i l'hora de la realització d'aquestes. Els anuncis que indiquin el lloc, la data i l'hora de la realització de l'exercici per part dels aspirants hauran de ser objecte de publicació al mateix tauler d'edictes amb una antelació mínima de &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;48 hores &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a la seva realització.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;6. Tribunal de selecció&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El tribunal de selecció estarà constituït per tres membres, havent de designar el mateix nombre de suplents. Ha de comptar amb un/a president/a, i dos vocals. A la sessió constitutiva, els membres han de designar un secretari o una secretària d'entre els vocals. Els membres han d'estar en possessió d'una titulació acadèmica de nivell igual o superior que l'exigit a les persones aspirants.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El tribunal no pot constituir-se ni actuar sense l'assistència de més de la meitat dels seus membres, titulars o suplents indistintament, ni sense president/a ni secretari/a, i les seves decisions s'han d'adoptar per majoria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El batle de l'Ajuntament de Ferreries, ha de nomenar els membres del tribunal qualificador i els seus suplents. El tribunal qualificador té la consideració d'òrgan dependent de la seva autoritat. La designació nominal dels membres, que ha d'incloure la dels respectius suplents, s'ha de fer mitjançant resolució que es publicarà al tauler d'anuncis de la seu electrònica d'aquest Ajuntament.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El tribunal qualificador pot disposar la incorporació d'assessors o especialistes, que poden actuar amb veu però sense vot.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El tribunal qualificador queda facultat per resoldre els dubtes que es presentin i prendre els acords necessaris per a la correcta valoració dels aspirants, en tot el que no preveuen aquestes bases. Tanmateix resoldrà les al·legacions que li siguin plantejades.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Els membres del tribunal qualificador han d'abstenir-se d'intervenir, i ho han de notificar a l'autoritat convocant, quan hi concorri alguna de les circumstàncies previstes en l'article 23.2 de la Llei 40/2015, d'1 d'octubre, de règim jurídic del sector públic.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Així mateix, les persones aspirants poden recusar els membres del tribunal qualificador quan es doni alguna de les circumstàncies esmentades al paràgraf anterior, conforme al que preveu l'article 24 de la Llei 40/2015, d'1 d'octubre.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Als efectes previstos al Reial decret 462/2002, de 24 de maig, relatiu a indemnitzacions per raó de servei, el tribunal queda classificat amb la categoria de tercera.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;7. Procés de selecció&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El procediment de selecció es regirà per la modalitat de concurs. La puntuació definitiva del concurs serà el resultat de sumar les puntuacions obtingudes en cada apartat del concurs. En cas d'empat, es tindrà en compte la major puntuació obtinguda en l'apartat d'experiència professional. Si persisteix l'empat es tindrà en compte la major puntuació obtinguda en l'apartat titulacions acadèmiques superiors, i si persisteix es resoldrà per sorteig.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Només es reconeixeran i seran objecte de valoració els mèrits obtinguts fins a la data de finalització del termini de presentació de sol·licituds de participació, i no es valoraran els mèrits obtinguts amb posterioritat. Tampoc es valoraran els mèrits que siguin al·legats però que no es justifiquin degudament dins el termini de presentació de mèrits.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Els documents acreditatius dels mèrits hauran de ser originals o còpia autèntica, o bé còpies degudament adverades per l'autoritat, organisme o fedatari públic competent.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El procés de selecció tindrà una puntuació màxima de 28 punts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;7.1. Experiència professional: màxim 16 punts&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Es valorarà l'experiència professional com a personal de neteja de la següent forma:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Per cada 30 dies cotitzats de servei a qualsevol administració pública, com a personal funcionari o laboral, en un lloc de treball relacionat amb el que és objecte d'aquesta convocatòria o en un altre amb funcions similars en què es realitzi alguna o algunes de les funcions descrites en la base segona: 0,30 punts per mes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Per cada 30 dies cotitzats de servei en el sector privat en un lloc de treball relacionat amb el que és objecte d'aquesta convocatòria o en un altre amb funcions similars en què es realitzi alguna o algunes de les funcions descrites en la base segona: 0,15 punts per mes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Per cada 30 dies cotitzats en el règim especial de treballadors autònoms en un epígraf relacionat amb la prestació de serveis que tenguin relació amb alguna o algunes de les funcions descrites en la base segona: 0,15 punts per mes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La prestació dels serveis s'haurà d'acreditar amb un informe de la vida laboral emès per la Tresoreria General de la Seguretat Social, juntament amb una còpia del contracte laboral o el nomenament, i per qualsevol altre mitjà que acrediti la naturalesa dels serveis prestats i la categoria laboral o el grup (certificats de feina, nòmines) amb indicació de l'inici i de la finalització de la prestació dels serveis professionals.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;7.2. Titulacions acadèmiques superiors: màxim de 4 punts:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Per estar en possessió del títol de batxillerat: 1 punt.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Per estar en possessió d'estudis universitaris oficials (diplomatures, graus, llicenciatures, màsters oficials o doctorats) a raó de 0,006 punts per crèdit ECTS fins a un màxim d'1,5 punts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Per les titulacions universitàries anteriors a la Llei de la reforma universitària de 1986, per a l'assignació de crèdits/punts es valorarà a raó de 300 crèdits per les llicenciatures i 180 crèdits per les diplomatures.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Per estar en possessió d'algun títol de grau mitjà o superior: 1 punts per cada títol de grau mitjà i 2 punts per cada títol de grau superior.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Les titulacions acadèmiques s'han d'acreditar amb la presentació del títol corresponent o bé amb el resguard d'haver abonat els drets d'expedició. En el cas de les titulacions obtingudes a l'estranger se n'haurà de presentar l'homologació corresponent.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;No es valoraran com a mèrit les titulacions acadèmiques de nivell inferior que siguin necessàries per assolir-ne d'altres de nivell superior que es puguin al·legar com a requisit o com a mèrit.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;7.3. Formació acadèmica complementària: màxim 4 punts&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Per l'assistència i aprofitament a cursos, seminaris o jornades, sempre que tenguin relació directa amb les funcions pròpies del lloc de treball, es podrà obtenir fins a un màxim de 4 punts:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;De 10 a 20 hores de durada: 0,025 punts per curs&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;De 21 a 40 hores de durada: 0,050 punts per curs&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;De 41 a 100 hores de durada: 0,075 punts per curs&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Més de 100 hores de durada: 0,01 punt per curs&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La formació acadèmica complementària s'haurà d'acreditar amb la presentació del diploma corresponent. Els diplomes o certificats han de ser d'aprofitament, no basta amb els certificats d'assistència, i han de ser expedits per centres oficials o homologats.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;7.4. Per estar en disposició del permís de conduir tipus B (2 punts)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Si es presenta acreditació de disposar del permís de conduir tipus B en vigor en el moment de presentació d'instàncies de participació s'atorgarà una puntuació de 2 punts. Aquest mèrit s'ha de justificar aportant còpia del permís de conduir en vigor.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;7.5. Per coneixements superiors de llengua catalana (màxim 2 punts):&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a) Per estar en possessió del certificat de coneixements del nivell B2: 0,5 punts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b) Per estar en possessió del certificat de coneixements del nivell C1: 1 punts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;c) Per estar en possessió del certificat de coneixements del nivell C2: 1,5 punts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;d) Per estar en possessió del certificat de coneixements del nivell LA: 0,5 punts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Si es presenta més d'un certificat, es tindrà en compte només el de nivell superior, llevat del certificat de nivell LA que s'ha de sumar al de nivell superior acreditat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Aquest mèrit s'ha d'acreditar mitjançant el certificat corresponent expedit o homologat per òrgan competent.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;8. Aprovació i vigència de la borsa de treball&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Acabada la qualificació dels aspirants, el tribunal qualificador publicarà al tauler d'anuncis i a la pàgina web de la corporació la llista amb la relació de persones valorades provisionalment per ordre de puntuació, i en el termini de &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3 dies hàbils&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; els aspirants hi podran formular al·legacions i reclamacions.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Passat aquest termini, i si no s'han formulat al·legacions o reclamacions, aquesta llista provisional passarà a ser definitiva i s'elevarà a la Batlia, perquè aprovi la constitució de la borsa de treball objecte d'aquest procediment selectiu. En canvi, si d'ofici o bé de les al·legacions o reclamacions formulades es detectessin errors materials, rere l'esmena, el tribunal publicarà la llista definitiva, amb la puntuació obtinguda, per ordre de prelació i l'elevarà a la Batlia perquè l'aprovi.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Després de resoldre les reclamacions, si s'escau, el tribunal elevarà la proposta definitiva a la Batlia de la corporació amb l'objectiu de constituir una borsa de treball. Aquesta resolució es publicarà a la seu electrònica de l'Ajuntament, a l'efecte de considerar-la notificada a totes les persones interessades.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;9. Funcionament de la borsa de treball&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;9.1.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; En haver-hi una vacant, si fa falta proveir-la interinament, s'ha d'oferir un lloc a les persones incloses a la borsa que es trobin en la situació de disponible prevista en el punt 9.7.3., d'acord amb l'ordre de prelació, sempre que compleixin els requisits que exigeixen les bases de la convocatòria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Si hi ha més d'un lloc per cobrir, de les mateixes característiques, es poden fer crides col·lectives simultànies a tantes persones aspirants en situació de disponible a la borsa com es consideri necessari per atendre les peticions de cobertura de llocs pendents. En aquest cas, els llocs oferts s'han d'adjudicar per ordre rigorós de prelació de les persones aspirants de la borsa que hagin manifestat la seva conformitat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;9.2.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Des de l'Ajuntament s'intentarà contactar amb la persona candidata, telefònicament un màxim de 3 vegades i, posteriorment, per mitjà de la tramesa d'un correu electrònic. S'ha de comunicar a la persona aspirant que correspongui el lloc i el termini en el qual cal que es presenti. Si la persona interessada no manifesta la seva conformitat amb el lloc de feina ofertat en el termini d'&lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;un dia hàbil&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; - o en el segon dia hàbil següent si la crida es fa en divendres- i la seva disposició a incorporar- se en el termini indicat pel servei de Recursos Humans, s'entén que hi renuncia. El termini d'incoporació ha de ser com a mínim de &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3 dies hàbils&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; i com a màxim de &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;15 dies hàbils&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;, el qual es pot prorrogar excepcionalment per atendre al dret de preavís de l'article 49.1.d) del Reial decret legislatiu 2/2015, de 23 d'octubre, pel qual s'aprova el text refós de la Llei de l'estatut dels treballadors.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;9.3.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; A les persones aspirants que hi renunciïn de forma expressa o tàcita - d'acord amb el punt anterior d'aquesta base- passaran al darrer lloc de la llista de prelació de la borsa de treball corresponent, llevat que al·leguin, dins del termini establert a l'apartat anterior d'una dia hàbil, la concurrència d'alguna de les circumstàncies següents, que s'han de justificar documentalment dins dels&lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; tres dies hàbils &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;següents: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a) &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Estar en període d'embaràs, de maternitat o de paternitat, d'adopció o d'acolliment permanent o preadoptiu, incloent- hi el període en què sigui procedent la concessió d'excedència per a cura de fills i filles per qualsevol dels supòsits anteriors.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Prestar serveis en una plaça de la plantilla de l'Ajuntament de Ferreries, com a personal funcionari interí o laboral temporal en un altre cos, escala, subescala, especialitat i/o subgrup de titulació o categoria laboral.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;c)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Patir malaltia o incapacitat temporal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;d)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Estar, en el moment de la crida, exercint funcions sindicals.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;9.4. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Les persones interessades estan obligades a comunicar, per escrit, al servei de Recursos Humans, la finalització de les situacions previstes en el punt 9.3, excepte la de l'apartat b, en un termini no superior a &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;deu dies hàbils&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; des que es produeixi, amb la justificació corresponent. La manca de comunicació en el termini establert determina que seguiran com a no disponibles. No obstant açò, podran tornar a ser cridats i tornaran a estar disponibles passats &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;deu dies hàbils&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; des de la comunicació de l'acabament d'estar en qualsevol de les situacions previstes en el punt 9.3.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;9.5.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; La posterior renúncia al lloc de treball que ocupa, així com l'incompliment del deure de prendre possessió o incorporació al lloc prèviament acceptat suposa passar al darrer lloc, per ordre de prelació, de la borsa de treball per a la qual va ser cridada, excepte que aquestes circumstàncies es produeixin com a conseqüència de la crida per ocupar una altra categoria laboral o un altre tipus de lloc de treball de personal funcionari de l'Ajuntament de Ferreries o en els casos de força major.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;9.6.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; El personal procedent de la borsa creada mitjançant aquest procediment, quan cessi en el lloc de treball, llevat que sigui com a conseqüència de renúncia voluntària, s'ha d'incorporar automàticament a les borses de les quals formi part en el lloc que li correspongui d'acord amb la puntuació obtinguda en el moment en què es varen formar.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;9.7. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Situacions de les persones aspirants a la borsa de treball.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;9.7.1&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;. Les persones aspirants a la borsa de treball, a l'efecte d'oferir- los un lloc de treball, estan en situació de disponible o no disponible.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;9.7.2.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Estan en la situació de no disponible, aquelles persones integrants d'una borsa de treball que estiguin prestant serveis com a personal funcionari o laboral amb caràcter interí a l'Ajuntament de Ferreries corresponent a la mateixa categoria laboral o que, per concórrer alguna de les causes previstes als apartats a, b, c, d i e de l'apartat 9.3. d'aquesta base, no hagin acceptat el treball ofert.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Mentre la persona aspirant estigui en la situació de no disponible en una borsa, no se la cridarà per oferir- li un lloc de treball corresponent a la mateixa categoria laboral.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;9.7.3.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Estan en la situació de disponible la resta de persones aspirants de la borsa, amb la conseqüència que se les ha de cridar per oferir- los un lloc de treball d'acord amb la seva posició en la borsa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;9.7.4&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;. Les persones aspirants que, havent-hi renunciat, al·leguin i justifiquin alguna de les circumstàncies previstes a l'apartat 9.3. d'aquestes bases, conserven la posició obtinguda a la borsa. Això no obstant, queden en la situació de no disponible mentre es mantengui la circumstància al·legada, amb l'obligació de comunicar l'acabament de les situacions esmentades en la forma i el termini prevists en l'apartat 9.4. d'aquestes bases&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;10. Protecció de dades de caràcter personal&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;D'acord amb el que disposa l'article 11 de la Llei orgànica 3/2018, de 5 de desembre, de protecció de dades personals i garanties dels drets digitals (BOE núm. 294, de 6 de desembre de 2018), s'informa a les persones aspirants:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Que el responsable del tractament de dades personals és l'Ajuntament de Ferreries (c/ de Sant Bartomeu, 55, CP 07750), el qual disposa d'un fitxer de dades de caràcter personal en què s'incorporarà la sol·licitud d'admissió, la documentació que l'acompanyi o la que es generi arran de la convocatòria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Que la finalitat del tractament d'aquestes dades és, entre altres, la convocatòria, tramitació, qualificació i resolució del procés selectiu.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La possibilitat d'exercitar els drets establerts en els articles de 15 a 22 del Reglament (UE) 2016/679 del Parlament Europeu i del Consell, de 27 d'abril de 2016, general de protecció de dades. L'exercici d'aquests drets s'efectuarà conforme a les disposicions generals previstes a l'article 12 de la Llei orgànica 3/2018, de 5 de desembre, de protecció de dades personals i garanties dels drets digitals.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;L'òrgan administratiu davant el qual les persones interessades poden, si escau, exercitar els drets d'accés, rectificació, cancel·lació, oposició i la resta de drets reconeguts a la Llei orgànica 3/2018, de 5 de desembre, de protecció de dades personals i garanties dels drets digitals, és el Servei d'Atenció Ciutadana de l'Ajuntament de Ferreries, situat al carrer de Sant Bartomeu, 55 de Ferreries.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En cas que sigui necessari, algunes dades personals podran ser publicades en el BOIB, al tauler d'edictes de l'Ajuntament i a la pàgina web d'aquesta corporació municipal, d'acord amb el que disposen les bases de la present convocatòria i l'article 45.1.b de la Llei 39/2015, d'1 d'octubre, del procediment administratiu comú de les administracions públiques.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;11. Incidències, publicitat i règim normatiu&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El Tribunal queda autoritzat per a resoldre els dubtes que es puguin presentar i prendre els acords necessaris per al bon ordre de la selecció en tots els casos que aquestes bases no preveuen. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Les persones interessades podran impugnar la convocatòria, les bases d'aquesta i els actes administratius que efectuïn els òrgans de selecció per executar-les, en els cas i en la forma legal establerta en la Llei 39/2015, d'1 d'octubre, de Procediment Administratiu Comú de les Administracions Públiques, i demés normes d'aplicació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
