&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;1. En data 27 de febrer de 2024 es va publicar en el &lt;em&gt;Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears&lt;/em&gt; núm. 29 la Resolució del president de l&amp;apos;Institut d&amp;apos;Estudis Baleàrics per la qual es convoquen subvencions per donar suport a centres de creació artística establerts en el territori de les Illes Balears per a l&amp;apos;any 2024.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;2. Les 17 sol·licituds presentades dins termini es varen traslladar a la Comissió Avaluadora, que es va reunir en data 12 de juliol per valorar les sol·licituds i elaborar l&amp;apos;informe corresponent, que va servir de base a l&amp;apos;òrgan instructor per dictar la proposta de resolució, d&amp;apos;acord amb el punt 14.2. de la convocatòria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;3. L&amp;apos;òrgan instructor, amb la informació de què disposa, ha verificat que els beneficiaris detallats en l&amp;apos;annex 1 compleixen tots els requisits per accedir a les subvencions.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;4. En data 18 de juliol de 2024 es va publicar al web de l&amp;apos;IEB la Proposta de resolució del director de l&amp;apos;Institut d&amp;apos;Estudis Baleàrics en relació a les subvencions per donar suport a centres de creació artística establerts en el territori de les Illes Balears per a l&amp;apos;any 2024, d&amp;apos;acord amb el punt 14.3. de la convocatòria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;5. En data 25 de juliol de 2024 es va publicar en el&amp;nbsp;&lt;em&gt;Butlletí Oficial&amp;nbsp;de&amp;nbsp;les Illes Balears&lt;/em&gt;&amp;nbsp;núm. 98 la Resolució del president de l&amp;apos;Institut d&amp;apos;Estudis Baleàrics per la qual es modifica la Resolució del president de l&amp;apos;Institut d&amp;apos;Estudis Baleàrics per la qual es convoquen subvencions per donar suport a centres de creació artística establerts en el territori de les Illes Balears per a l&amp;apos;any 2024, que ampliava el crèdit de 200.000&amp;nbsp;€ a 275.000&amp;nbsp;€.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;6. En data 1 d&amp;apos;agost de 2024 es va publicar en el&amp;nbsp;&lt;em&gt;Butlletí Oficial&amp;nbsp;de&amp;nbsp;les Illes Balears&lt;/em&gt;&amp;nbsp;núm. 101 al Resolució del president de l&amp;apos;Institut d&amp;apos;Estudis Baleàrics per la qual es concedeixen les ajudes per donar suport a centres de creació artística establerts en el territori de les Illes Balears durant l&amp;apos;any 2024.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;7. Al punt 2 de la resolució de concessió, es determina que s&amp;apos;accepta la sol·licitud de realitzar despeses vinculades de Estudi Zero Teatre Societat Cooperativa, però hi va haver una errada amb el càlcul de l&amp;apos;import subvencionable i es varen descomptar aquestes despeses.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;8. Atesos els romanents generats per manca de justificació en altres expedients de la mateixa convocatòria, s&amp;apos;ha generat crèdit suficient per atendre les obligacions pressupostàries derivades d&amp;apos;aquesta Resolució. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Fonaments de dret&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

El Decret legislatiu 2/2005, de 28 de desembre, pel qual s&amp;apos;aprova el text refós de la Llei de subvencions.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

L&amp;apos;Ordre del conseller de Turisme Cultura i Esports de 13 de desembre de 2024 per la qual s&amp;apos;estableixen les bases reguladores de les subvencions en matèria de cultura i foment de la llengua catalana (BOIB núm. 166, de 19 de desembre de 2024).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;3. La Resolució del president de l&amp;apos;Institut d&amp;apos;Estudis Baleàrics per la qual es convoquen subvencions per donar suport a centres de creació artística establerts en el territori de les Illes Balears per a l&amp;apos;any 2024 (BOIB núm 29, de 27 de febrer de 2024).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;4. &lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;També es pot interposar directament un recurs contenciós administratiu davant el Jutjat Contenciós Administratiu en el termini de dos mesos comptadors des de l&amp;apos;endemà de la publicació, d&amp;apos;acord amb l&amp;apos;article 46 de la Llei 29/1998, de 13 de juliol, reguladora de la jurisdicció contenciosa administrativa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
